RESUMEN

The performance of students and educational institutions would be negatively impacted by teachers' negative emotions, requiring an urgent response. To discover a solution to this problem, the present study examines the influence of teaching quality and sports activities on the negative feelings of Vietnam's teachers. In addition, the article investigates the moderating effect of psychological dependency on teaching quality, sports activities, and negative emotions among Vietnam's teachers. Using questionnaires, the study collected data from the selected teachers. The report also used PLS-SEM using smart-PLS to examine the relationship between the study's variables. The data demonstrated a negative relationship between the teaching quality and sports activities and teachers' negative feelings in Vietnam. The results also revealed that psychological dependency strongly mediates the relationship between teaching quality, sports activities, and negative feelings among Vietnam's teachers. The study aids policymakers in formulating strategies to improve teachers' moods through good teaching qualities and athletic activities.(AU)

RESUMEN

Uncertain environmental conditions that impact children's cognitive abilities and self-learning capacities have created a number of challenges for student education today. These challenges require the attention of the researchers. Consequently, this paper investigates the influence of cognitive talents and self-regulated learning on students' academic performance in Vietnamese educational institutions. This study also examines the moderating effect of educational psychology on the relationships between mental abilities, self-regulated learning, and learning performance in Vietnamese educational institutions. The article collected primary data from chosen students via questionnaires. In addition to employing the smart-PLS statistical technique to analyze the reliability and validity of the questions and variables, the study also tested its hypotheses. The results suggested that cognitive ability and self-regulated learning favorably influence academic success. The data also demonstrated that educational psychology strongly moderates the relationship between mental talents, self-regulated learning, and students' academic achievement in Vietnamese educational institutions. The article aids in developing regulations for increasing student performance by enhancing their cognitive and learning capacities.(AU)

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Infected eczema is one of the most common complications of eczema. The progression and treatment of infected eczema have become more complex and difficulty due to the antibiotic resistance of bacteria and the abuse of antibiotics in treatment. AIM: Our research was conducted with the aim of investigating the severity of in vitro antibiotic resistance in patients with bacterially infected eczema at Ho Chi Minh City Hospital of Dermatology. METHODS: We studied 40 cases of patients, suffering from atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, vesicular palmoplantar eczema, with positive results of infected eczema. RESULTS: S. aureus accounted for 82.5%, followed by S. epidermidis (15%), P. aeruginosa (12.5%), S. pyogenes (5%) accounted for a small percentage. E. coli (2.5%) and M. morganii (2.5%) accounted for the lowest percentage. Both MSSA and MRSA were completely resistant to penicillin. MRSA is completely resistant to penicillin, erythromycin, and cefuroxime, highly resistant to clindamycin (82.35%). Our research showed that Pseudomonas aeruginosa was not resistant to a variety of antibiotics. It was completely resistant to tetracycline, trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole (100%). Most bacteria are highly sensitive to linezolid, vancomycin as other studies in the world shown. There are also rifampicins, pristinamycin. Hence, it`s prioritised to be used for only patients with eczema infected with multidrug-resistant bacteria. CONCLUSION: Penicillin is not recommended for the treatment for infected eczema. Linezolid, vancomycin has a high sensitivity to bacteria including multidrug-resistant bacteria like MRSA.

RESUMEN

AIM: To access the effectiveness, safety and tolerance of methotrexate (MTX) in psoriatic arthritis (PsA) treatment. METHODS: We recruit 37 patients, admitted at HCMC Hospital of Dermato-Venereology from 1/2016 to 3/2017, with MTX dosage ranging from 10 mg to 15 mg per week. RESULTS: Skin lesion response after 12 weeks improved PASI 50: 40.5%, PASI 75: 24.3%. Disease activity score decreased after 12 weeks with ∆DAS28 = -1.43 + 0.79, 37.8% PsA achieved complete remission. Nausea and vomiting were 8.1%. These symptoms were mild and transient. We did not stop MTX usage. The rate of elevating SGPT 2-3 times as much as the upper limit of the normal range was 2.7%. CONCLUSION: We finally demonstrated that the rate of treatment response in Vietnam is the same as demonstrated by foreign authors in other countries.
