RESUMEN

In recent years, active noise reduction technology has become a research hotspot. However, most active noise reduction technologies are developed based on passenger vehicles and are not implemented in large commercial vehicles. The large commercial vehicle sound field space is large, the traditional active noise reduction method is difficult to implement. In order to explore this problem, this paper proposes an improved active noise control method for commercial vehicles: (1) based on the traditional notch filter, a notch FxLMS algorithm based on speed smoothing is proposed; (2) on the basis of the traditional wire-narrowband hybrid ANC algorithm, the reference signal weighting technology is introduced into the wide-band subsystem, and the notch FxLMS algorithm based on speed smoothing is used as the narrowband subsystem, so as to propose an improved wire-narrowband hybrid ANC algorithm. With the help of MATLAB, the simulation model of the designed algorithm is established, and the collected commercial vehicle test noise data is used as the reference signal to simulate and verify the proposed algorithm. The results show that the proposed method has certain practicability.

RESUMEN

Since the connection method at the boundary of the hybrid FE-SEA (finite element-statistical energy analysis, FE-SEA) model affects the overall calculation accuracy of the model, the missing or inaccurate connection relation will lead to a large error in the model calculation. In order to effectively solve the calculation error caused by the connection problem of hybrid FE-SEA model, this paper starts from the modeling methods and connection relations of "hybrid-point" connection, "hybrid-line" connection and "hybrid-surface" connection. In order to solve the modeling method and correction problems of the "hybrid-point" connection in the hybrid FE-SEA model, the "out-of-plane" wave motion equation at the "hybrid-point" connection was established by using the superposition principle of plane waveforms in polar coordinate system. The "hybrid-point" connection and wave-number relation in Cartesian coordinate system are studied. The radiation radius correction method of "hybrid-point" connection is proposed. An example is given to verify the effectiveness of the method. In order to solve the modeling and correction problem of "hybrid-line" in hybrid model, a "hybrid-line" connected triangular waveform function model was established by using the method of linear difference. The direct field dynamic stiffness matrix of "hybrid-line" connection in node coordinate system is studied. According to the shape function of the "hybrid-line" connection wavenumber space, a method to correct the shape function of the "hybrid-line" connection is proposed, and the validity of the method is verified.

RESUMEN

In this paper, the influence of E-glass fiber volume fraction and laying angle on the damping and strength of composite laminates was comprehensively analyzed. By increasing the fiber laying angle and reducing the glass fiber volume fraction, the damping capacity of the composite laminate was increased, but the tensile strength of the laminate was reduced; By reducing the fiber laying angle and increasing the glass fiber volume fraction, the tensile strength of the composite laminate was increased, but the damping characteristics of the laminate was reduced. In addition, in the damping experiment of composite laminates, in order to avoid the influence of external damping sources, the vacuum non-contact damping test method was adopted in this paper, and the influence of air damping on the damping experiment results of composite laminates was comparatively analyzed. The results of comparative experiments showed that air damping had a very obvious influence on the damping of composite laminates, especially when the damping of composite laminates was small, the influence of air damping would be greater.
