RESUMEN

Introduction: The specialist Family and Community Nurse Practitioner (FCNP) is a professional who, after a period of training, is qualified to be part of multidisciplinary teams in primary care. The aim of this study was to describe and understand the experiences of nurses during their training process in the specialty of Family and Community Nursing in Spain. Methods: A descriptive qualitative study was carried out. Participants were recruited by means of convenience sampling from January to April 2022. Sixteen specialist nurses in Family and Community Nursing from different autonomous communities in Spain participated in the study. Twelve individual interviews and one focus group were conducted. Data were analyzed following a thematic analysis method in ATLAS.ti 9. Results: The results showed two themes and six subthemes: (1) Residency period, more than a training: (a) Training during the residency period; (b) Specializing through a constant struggle; (c) Moderate optimism about the future of the specialty; and (2) A journey from illusion to disappointment: (a) Beginning of the residency: feeling special; (b) During the residency: between satisfaction and misunderstanding; (c) At the end of the residency: power and frustration. Conclusions: The residency period is important in the training and acquisition of competencies for the Family and Community Nurse Practitioner. Improvements are needed to ensure quality training during residency and to help give visibility to the specialty.

Background and Objectives: The diaphragm, the lumbar multifidus muscles, and the thoracolumbar fascia (TLF) execute an important role in the stability of the lumbar spine and their morphology has been modified in subjects with non-specific low back pain (NS-LBP). While it is true that three structures correlate anatomically, the possible functional correlation between them has not been investigated previously in healthy subjects nor in subjects with NS-LBP. The aim of the present study was to examine this functional nexus by means of a comparison based on ultrasonographic parameters of the diaphragm, the lumbar multifidus muscles, and the TLF in subjects with and without NS-LBP. Materials and Methods: A sample of 54 (23 NS-LBP and 31 healthy) subjects were included in the study. The thickness and diaphragmatic excursion at tidal volume (TV) and force volume (FV), the lumbar multifidus muscles thickness at contraction and at rest, and the TLF thickness were evaluated using rehabilitative ultrasound imaging (RUSI) by B-mode and M-mode ultrasonography. The diaphragm thickening capacity was also calculated by thickening fraction (TF) at tidal volume and force volume. Results: There were no significant differences recorded between the activation of the diaphragm and the activation of the lumbar multifidus muscles and TLF for each variable, within both groups. However, there were significant differences recorded between both groups in diaphragm thickness and diaphragm thickening capacity at tidal volume and force volume. Conclusions: Diaphragmatic activation had no functional correlation with the activation of lumbar multifidus muscles and TLF for both groups. Nevertheless, subjects with NS-LBP showed a reduced diaphragm thickness and a lower diaphragm thickening capacity at tidal volume and force volume, compared to healthy subjects.

INTRODUCTION: the management of musculoskeletal pain through the application of dry needling (DN) is effective. The application of this technique can carry very infrequent major risks on muscles, such as on the iliocostalis lumborum due to its proximity to the kidney and the peritoneum. It is important to establish a DN protocol based on the different anthropometric variables of the subjects. MAIN OBJECTIVE: the main objective of this study was to investigate the correlation between different anthropometric variables and the skin-kidney and skin-peritoneum distances to establish the size of the needle that could perform DN in the iliocostalis lumborum muscle without risk. DESIGN: a cross-sectional observational study was conducted. METHODOLOGY: a total of 68 healthy subjects were evaluated. Demographic and anthropometric data, such as age, gender, weight, height, body mass index (BMI), chest (xiphoid process and axilla) and abdomen circumferences, and skinfold thickness were collected. The measurements of skin-upper and lower edge of the iliocostalis lumborum muscle and the skin-peritoneum and/or kidney in the regions of L2 and L4, and on both sides, were assessed using ultrasound imaging. RESULTS: a multiple linear regression analysis was performed, confirming that, in L2 without compression, gender significantly predicted the distance, with the distance being greater in women than in men. The measurement without compression increased with age up to 50 years, and it also increased with higher measurements for the chest-triceps, iliac crest, and thigh skinfold thickness, and decreased with higher measurement for the abdominal circumference. It was verified that the measurement with compression in L2 decreased as the neutral axillary circumference and the skinfold thickness in the abdomen-iliac crest increased, while the distance increased with larger measurements obtained in the neutral abdominal circumference and in the skinfold thickness of the chest-triceps. It was also verified that the measurement with compression in L4 increased up to a body mass index of 25 and then decreased even if the index increased further, and it decreased as the skinfold thickness in the abdomen-iliac crest decreased and increased as the measurements of the neutral abdominal circumference and the skinfold thickness in the chest-triceps increased. In L4 without compression, the gender variable significantly predicted changes in the measurement, with women tending to have a smaller distance compared to men. CONCLUSIONS: the measurements of the neutral abdominal circumference, chest-triceps, and abdomen-iliac crest skinfold thickness could help clinicians predict the skin-kidney and skin-peritoneum distances for dry needling of the iliocostalis lumborum with the methodology described.

Background primary dysmenorrhea (PD) is considered to be a cyclic chronic pelvic pain, with its onset in menstrual periods, often accompanied by the presence of myofascial trigger points (MTP). Most MTPs in subjects with chronic pelvic pain are in the inferior part of the abdomen, in the rectus abdominis (RA) area. Central sensitization is closely related to chronic pain processes. Previous studies in women with chronic pelvic pain reported central sensitization signs in their subjects, such as lower pain pressure threshold (PPT). Several authors agree that PPT in the tibialis anterior (TA) muscle, seems to be a reliable reference for signs of central sensitization. Amongst the factors that seem to accompany central sensitization, the presence of anxiety needs to be considered. The aim of the present study was to analyze the existence of hyperalgesic MTPs in RA, central sensitization signs and anxiety in women with PD, in comparison with a control group (CG). Methods: This study was designed following an observational, cross-sectional, case-control model. A total sample of 80 subjects was recruited trough social webs and advertising (PD n = 39) (CG n = 41). PPT in RA and AT was assessed bilaterally through algometry, and anxiety was evaluated through the State−Trait Anxiety Inventory. Results: Statistically significant differences (p < 0.001) were shown for NRS average and maximum increase, as well as lower bilaterally RA and TA PPT in favor of PD group compared to CG. State or trait STAI did not show any statistically significant differences (p > 0.05) between groups. Conclusions: In this study, women with PD reported symptoms of myofascial pain syndrome and central sensitization, when compared with healthy controls, without any sign of anxiety acting as a confounder for pain sensitivity.

Dry needling is a widely used technique for the treatment of painful syndromes in the musculature, however, its usefulness is of greater relevance in deep structures, such as the popliteus muscle, as it is more difficult to access. This muscle is heavily involved in knee pathology, being a source of pain and functional impairment, especially secondary to underlying pathologies. The method selected for the observation and study of the soft tissues, by means of imaging tests that do not use ionising radiation, is ultrasound. A cross-sectional observational study is proposed. It will be carried out in a healthy population, during the years 2021 and 2022, observing, by ultrasound, the results of the popliteal puncture technique, recorded by Mayoral del Moral et al. A popliteus muscle needle reach of 92% was achieved with this technique, in 48 of 50 patients. The results of the present cross-sectional observational study in living subjects, support that the popliteal puncture, described by Mayoral et al. is a reliable and safe approach, when performed with a 0.30 × 50 mm needle, and no adverse reactions or punctures of the vascular-nerve structures have been reported during the interventions.

One of the advances in physiotherapy in recent years is the exploration and treatment by ultrasound imaging. This technique makes it possible to study the relationship between the musculature of the anterolateral wall of the abdomino-pelvic cavity, the pelvic floor muscles and the diaphragm muscle, among others, and thus understand their implication in non-specific low back pain (LBP) in pathological subjects regarding healthy subjects. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate by RUSI (rehabilitative ultrasound imaging) the muscular thickness at rest of the abdominal wall, the excursion of the pelvic floor and the respiratory diaphragm, as well as to study their activity. METHODOLOGY: Two groups of 46 subjects each were established. The variables studied were: non-specific low back pain, thickness and excursion after tidal and forced breathing, pelvic floor (PF) excursion in a contraction and thickness of the external oblique (EO), internal oblique (IO) and transverse (TA) at rest. DESIGN: Cross-sectional observational study. RESULTS: Good-to-excellent reliability for measurements of diaphragm thickness at both tidal volume (TV) (inspiration: 0.763, expiration: 0.788) and expiration at forced volume (FV) (0.763), and good reliability for inspiration at FV (0.631). A correlation was found between the EO muscle and PF musculature with respect to diaphragmatic thickness at TV, inspiration and expiration, and inspiration at FV, in addition to finding significant differences in all these variables in subjects with LBP. CONCLUSION: Subjects with LBP have less thickness at rest in the OE muscle, less excursion of the pelvic diaphragm, less diaphragmatic thickness at TV, in inspiration and expiration, and in inspiration to FV.

Motor imagery (MI) training is increasingly used to improve the performance of specific motor skills. The Movement Imagery Questionnaire-3 (MIQ-3) is an instrument for assessing MI ability validated in Spanish although its reliability has not yet been studied in the elderly population. The main objective of this study was to test its reliability in institutionalized elderly people. Secondarily, we studied whether there are differences according to gender and age in MI ability (measured by the MIQ-3) and in temporal congruency (measured by mental chronometry of elbow and knee flexion-extension and getting up and sitting down from chair movements). The subjects were 60 elderly, institutionalized, Spanish-speaking individuals without cognitive impairment or dementia, and aged between 70 and 100 years. Cronbach's alpha showed high internal consistency in the internal visual and external visual subscales and moderate in the kinesthetic subscale. The intraclass correlation coefficient showed good test-retest reliability for all three subscales. Mixed factorial analysis of variances (ANOVAs) showed that MI ability decreased with increasing age range, the imagery time decreased concerning the execution of the same movement, and there were no gender differences in either IM ability or temporal congruence. The Spanish version of the MIQ-3 is a reliable instrument for measuring MI ability in institutionalized elderly.

The pennation angle has been shown to be a relevant parameter of muscle architecture. This parameter has not previously been measured in the lumbar multifidus musculature, and it is for this reason that it has been considered of great interest to establish an assessment protocol to generate new lines of research in the future. OBJECTIVE: The objective of this study was to establish a protocol for measuring the pennation angle of the multifidus muscles, with a study of intra-rater and interrater reliability values. DESIGN: This was a reliability study following the recommendations of the Guidelines for Reporting Reliability and Agreement Studies (GRRAS). SETTING: The study was carried out at University of Alcalá, Department of Physiotherapy. SUBJECTS: Twenty-seven subjects aged between 18 and 55 years were recruited for this study. METHODS: Different ultrasound images of the lumbar multifidus musculature were captured. Subsequently, with the help of ImageJ software, the pennation angle of this musculature was measured. Finally, a complex statistical analysis determined the intra- and interrater reliability. RESULTS: The intra-rater reliability of the pennation angle measurement protocol was excellent for observer 1 in the measurement of the left-sided superficial multifidus 0.851 (0.74, 0.923), and for observer 2 in the measurement of the right-sided superficial 0.711 (0.535, 0.843) and deep multifidus 0.886 (0.798, 0.942). Interrater reliability was moderate to poor, and correlation analysis results were high for thickness vs. pennation angle. CONCLUSIONS: The designed protocol for ultrasound measurement of the pennation angle of the lumbar multifidus musculature has excellent intra-rater reliability values, supporting the main conclusions and interpretations. Normative ranges of pennation angles are reported. High correlation between variables is described.

The aim of this study was to evaluate if manual therapy added to a therapeutic exercise program produced greater improvements than a sham manual therapy added to same exercise program in patients with non-specific shoulder pain. This was an evaluator-blinded randomized controlled trial. Forty-five subjects were randomly allocated into one of three groups: manual therapy (glenohumeral mobilization technique and rib-cage technique); thoracic sham manual therapy (glenohumeral mobilization technique and rib-cage sham technique); or sham manual therapy (sham glenohumeral mobilization technique and rib-cage sham technique). All groups also received a therapeutic exercise program. Pain intensity, disability and pain-free active shoulder range of motion were measured post treatment and at 4-week and 12-week follow-ups. Mixed-model analyses of variance and post hoc pairwise comparisons with Bonferroni corrections were constructed for the analysis of the outcome measures. All groups reported improved pain intensity, disability and pain-free active shoulder range of motion. However, there were no between-group differences in these outcome measures. The addition of the manual therapy techniques applied in the present study to a therapeutic exercise protocol did not seem to add benefits to the management of subjects with non-specific shoulder pain.

Musicians frequently complain of musculoskeletal pain due to high mechanical demands, with the cervical spine being the most affected. Increased neuromuscular mechanosensitivity due to repetitive mechanical stress over time has been described in neck pain patients. Nevertheless, the association between musculoskeletal pain and neuromuscular mechanosensitivity in musicians is unknown. Therefore, the aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between neuromuscular tissue mechanosensitivity and neck pain in guitarists. Guitarists with chronic neck pain (n = 70) and without pain (n = 70) were enrolled. Pain and disability were measured by the visual analogue scale and the Neck Disability Index, respectively. The pressure pain threshold (PPT) was bilaterally measured for the upper trapezius and median nerve. Finally, the Upper limb neural test one (ULNT1) was bilaterally measured. The analyses included a 2-by-2 mixed analysis of variance, pairwise comparisons with Bonferroni correction, linear regression model, and multiple linear regression. Our data showed that chronic neck pain guitarists have a lower PPT at all locations compared to healthy guitarists. They also showed a bilateral main effect for pain for ULNT1 compared to healthy guitarists. These results were not affected by the mediator variables. Finally, a relationship between upper trapezius PPT and median nerve PPT was found.

Children with Cerebral Palsy (CP) participate less regularly in physical and social activities. Support walkers allow mobility for infants who need aid. The aim of this study is to explore the benefits of a low-cost walking device in children with CP. A qualitative study using semi-structured, face-to-face interviews was conducted. Eight participants (two parents, two educational professionals, and four physical therapists) who live or work with children with CP that use a low-cost walking device were questioned to examine the benefits of the practice. Thematic analysis denoted three key factors about the benefits: emotional welfare, physical wellbeing, and social enjoyment. To conclude, the use of a support walker in children with CP makes them feel happier, improves their self-confidence and autonomy, and promotes participation.

The relationship between the forward head posture and mechanosensitivity in subjects with a cervicogenic headache (CGH) remains uncertain. The aim of the study was to evaluate if there was a relationship between the tissue mechanosensitivity and cranio-cervical angle (CCA) that was moderated by pain intensity and/or disability in subjects with CGH. A convenience sample of 102 subjects was recruited. The CCA was measured with photographs, using a postural assessment software. The pain intensity was measured with a visual analogue scale (VAS), and the disability was measured with the Northwick Park Questionnaire. The pressure pain threshold (PPT) was measured at the spinous process of C2, the upper trapezius and splenius capitis muscles, and the median nerve. Simple moderation multiple regression analyses were constructed. There was a positive relationship between PPT at C2 and CCA, but a nonsignificant relationship for the PPT measured at the muscles and median nerve. The effect of PPT at C2 over CCA was moderated by pain intensity (R2 = 0.17; R2 change = 0.06; p < 0.05) but not disability. The Johnson-Neyman analysis revealed a cut-off point for the statistical significance of 4.66 cm in VAS. There seems to be a positive relationship between PPT at C2 and CCA, which is positively moderated by pain intensity in subjects with CGH.

OBJECTIVE: The goal of this study was to translate, culturally adapt, and validate the Spanish version of the Movement Imagery Questionnaire-3 in order to assess an individual's external visual, internal, and kinesthetic imagery abilities. DESIGN: Prospective two-phase scale validation study. SUBJECTS: One-hundred and forty subjects (47 men and 93 women, mean age = 21.54 ± 2.127 years) were included in the study. METHODS: A direct and indirect translation of the questionnaire was initially carried out and then the psychometric properties of the questionnaire were studied. RESULTS: The confirmatory factor analysis showed a good model fit. The percentage of explained variance was 69.55. Good internal consistency was observed for the total score and for each subscale (internal visual = 0.849, external visual = 0.837 and kinesthetic = 0.857). The correlation with the Movement Imagery Questionnaire-Revised was high and the test showed stability in a one-week period. Gender invariance was demonstrated. CONCLUSIONS: The positive psychometric properties of the Movement Imagery Questionnaire-3 in its Spanish version show that it can be used to measure imagery capabilities among a young and healthy population in both sexes.

OBJECTIVE: To attain a synthesis of the evidence on the effectiveness of invasive techniques in patients with fibromyalgia, through systematic review and meta-analysis and by assessing the methodological quality of the studies considered. METHODS: A systematic review and meta-analysis were carried out as defined in the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) statement. The bibliographic research was carried out in the PEDro, Cochrane, PubMed, Science Direct, Web of Science, Google Academics, Dialnet, and Scielo databases from September through December of 2018. RESULTS: Results show that invasive techniques produce a significant decrease in the pain, the impact of fibromyalgia and in the pain pressure threshold (standardized mean difference [95% confidence interval]: -0.94 [-1.44, -0.44], P of global effect= 0.0002; -0.99 [-1.69, -0.29], P of global effect= 0.006; and 0.31 [0.02, 0.61], P of global effect = 0.04, respectively). Lastly, a significant increase was observed in the quality-of-life variable after intervention (0.84 [0.30, 1.38], P of global effect = 0.002). CONCLUSIONS: Invasive techniques are considered effective for pain relief, as well as for producing a short-term increase in the pain pressure threshold, an improvement in quality of life, and a decrease in the impact of fibromyalgia.

The relationship between forward head posture (FHP) and neck pain is not clear. FHP could possibly increase the mechanosensitivity of cervical tissues, which could lead to the development of pain depending on the adaptation capability of the central nervous system. The purpose of this study was to analyse the influence of FHP in the mechanosensitivity of articular, muscular, and neural tissues related to the cervical spine. The pressure pain threshold was bilaterally measured in different muscles and nerves and the second cervical vertebrae. The cervical spine's range of movement was also examined. The measurements were obtained from people with (n = 32) and without (n = 64) FHP. The analyses included a 2-by-2 mixed analysis of variance (ANOVA), pairwise comparisons with Bonferroni correction, and point-biserial correlation coefficients. Subjects with FHP showed a less pressure pain threshold (PPT) in all locations except for the upper trapezius and scalenus medius muscles. They also showed less extension and right-rotation range of motion. There was no association between FHP, neck pain, disability, and headache. Nevertheless, more research is needed to evaluate the relationship between FHP, tissue mechanosensitivity, and neck pain.

OBJECTIVE: To determine if adding dry needling to a four-week exercise program has an additional benefit compared with adding sham dry needling to the same exercise program in subjects with chronic low back pain. DESIGN: Randomized clinical trial. SETTING: Physiotherapy and Pain Clinic of Alcala University. SUBJECTS: Forty-six patients with chronic low back pain. METHODS: Subjects were randomized to two groups: the dry needling group (N = 23) or sham dry needling group (N = 23). Both groups received a four-week exercise program and before the exercise started a session of dry needling or sham dry needling. Pain (visual analog scale), disability (Roland-Morris Questionnaire), and fear avoidance beliefs (Fear Avoidance Beliefs Questionnaire) were assessed at baseline, after treatment, and at three-month follow-up. Pressure pain thresholds (algometer) were measured at baseline, after the dry needling or the sham dry needling, and after treatment. RESULTS: Both groups showed significant improvements for all variables. In the between-group comparison, the dry needling group improved significantly in pain at three-month follow-up and pressure pain thresholds at the end of treatment for all measures, and at three-month follow-up there was no improvement in gluteus medium. CONCLUSIONS: In chronic low back patients, adding dry needling to a four-week exercise program has an additional benefit in pain and sensitivity compared with adding sham dry needling to the same exercise program.

OBJECTIVE: Latent myofascial trigger points (MTrPs) of the levator scapulae have a high prevalence and may influenceconditions of the neck and shoulder. The pressure release technique is one of the most recommended manual therapy techniques. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of varying durations of the pressure release technique application on latent MTrPs of the levator scapulae. METHODS: In a three-arm (1:1:1 ratio), double-blinded, parallel, randomised clinical trial, 60 healthy university students (23 men, 37 women) with a mean±SD age of 20.0±2.67 years were recruited. Subjects were assigned to receive pressure release in one latent MTrP of the levator scapulae lasting 30s (T30s; n=17), 60s (T60s; n=22) or 90s (T90s; n=21). Active cervical range of movement (CROM), strength, pressure pain threshold (PPT) and neck pain intensity at full stretch were measured immediately before and after treatment. RESULTS: Mixed-model analyses of variance showed statistically significant differences for PPT (P=0.045; partial Eta2=0.103), comparing T60s versus T30s (P=0.009; Cohen's d=1.044) and T90s versus T30s groups (P=0.001; Cohen's d=1.253), and for left side bending strength (P=0.043; partial Eta2=0.105), comparing T90s versus T30s (P=0.023; Cohen's d=0.907). The rest of the comparisons did not present any significant differences (P⩾0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The 60 s and 90 s applications of the pressure release technique may be recommended to increase PPT and strength, respectively, in latent MTrPs of the levator scapulae in the short term. Motor imagery contributes to enhance the (re)learning of motor skills through remapping of cortical networks. Combining motor imagery with anodal transcranial direct-current stimulation (a-tDCS) over the primary motor cortex has further been shown to promote its beneficial effects on postural control. Whether motor imagery should be performed concomitantly to a-tDCS (over depolarized membrane) or consecutively (over changing neurotransmitters activity) remains to be elucidated. In the present study, we measured the performance in a postural control task before and after three experimental conditions. Participants received a-tDCS before (tDCSBefore), during (tDCSDuring), or both before and during motor imagery training (tDCSBefore + During). Performance was improved after tDCSDuring, but not after both the tDCSBefore and tDCSBefore + During conditions. These results support that homeostatic plasticity is likely to operate following a-tDCS through decreasing cortical excitability and that motor imagery should be performed during anodal stimulation for optimum gains.

Introducción. La imaginación motora es el acto de imaginar una acción sin realizar el movimiento físico. Su práctica acelera el aprendizaje y mejora las destrezas motrices. Previamente a la rehabilitación física utilizando la imaginación motora, es necesario evaluar la capacidad de los individuos para formar y manipular imágenes mentales. Esta revisión sistemática analiza las propiedades psicométricas de las herramientas existentes que miden la imaginación motora en la comunidad hispanohablante y discute su utilidad clínica en personas con discapacidad motora. Materiales y métodos. Se hallaron 19 artículos en diferentes bases de datos, y se aplicó la escala COSMIN para evaluar los 17 instrumentos de medida hallados sobre imaginación mental. El criterio utilizado para graduar la utilidad clínica de estas herramientas fue establecido en función de la modalidad sensorial evaluada. Resultados. La calidad metodológica de los estudios fue aceptable en términos de fiabilidad y validez. Cuatro cuestionarios se consideraron de utilidad alta en imaginación motora. El Movement Imagery Questionnaire (MIQ) (alfa = 0,90; AFE = 2) y su versión revisada (MIQ-R) (alfa = 0,84; AFE=2) son los cuestionarios autoadministrables que mejor se ajustan para evaluar la imaginación motora en la población hispanohablante. Entre los tests espaciales es posible utilizar la medida de la aptitud para formar imágenes mentales espaciales (alfa = 0,93) o la medida de la aptitud para rotar imágenes mentales (alfa = 0,90). Conclusiones. Aunque el MIQ y el MIQ-R evalúan la imaginación visual y cinestésica, su aplicación en la rehabilitación con personas con discapacidad motora es complicada. Actualmente no hay instrumentos validados en castellano para población con discapacidad física (AU)


Introduction. Motor imagery is a mental representation of movement without any body movement and its training accelerates motor learning and improves motor skills. A thorough understanding of how to manipulate mental images is necessary before using motor imagery in physical rehabilitation. This systematic review analyzes the psychometric properties of the outcome measures on motor imagery ability for the Spanish-speaking people and discusses its usefulness in people with motor disabilities. Materials and methods. A review was conducted, using the COSMIN checklist to appraise 19 articles on measurement properties of motor imagery ability assessments found in reviewed databases. The criteria for grading the usefulness of instruments to measure motor imagery was established depending on the sensory modality assessed. We found 17 questionnaires. Results. Methodological quality was mostly fair in reliability and validity. Four tests have been considered highly useful in assessing motor imagery. MIQ (alfa = 0.90; EFA=2) and MIQ-R (alfa = 0.84; EFA=2) are the best suited to evaluate motor imagery in Spanish-speaking population. To handle spatial images, MASMI (alfa = 0.93) or MARMI (alfa = 0.90) tests may be more beneficial. Conclusions. MIQ and MIQ-R evaluate visual and kinesthetic imagery, but these are difficult to use in the physical rehabilitation of people with motor disabilities. Currently, there are no valid Spanish translations of studies regarding motor imagery outcome measures for people with disabilities (AU)
