RESUMEN

Treatment of extensive tissue defects should be complex, whose basis is an early free skin plastic repair with obligatory addition of agents that enhance the reparative capacities of tissues. For this, the authors propose a number of original appliances (forceps, variants of dermoperforators, bandage, etc.) and drugs, such as ximedon (tablets, 5-10% aqueous solution, lanolin-vaseline-based ointment, talc-based powder), whose clinical trials in 300 patients have shown their high therapeutical effect. The time of preparation of the wound surface for dermatoplastic interventions became shorter and the frequency of poor outcomes of operations reduced.

RESUMEN

Experiments on 200 animals and clinical use of 300 scalpels differing in the width of the cutting edge showed that operative lineal skin incisions made with a sharp instrument (a ruby knife, razor, scalpel with a 0.8 microns cutting edge) heal better and quicker than those inflicted with a blunt scalpel of serial production with a cutting edge 12.5 microns wide. Such blunting of scapels occurs after two operations and traditional methods of sterilization of the instruments. Mechanical damage of the instruments during cleansing and washing is most important in the clinic.

RESUMEN

Piston compressor without lubrication with air blow to packing rings by plunger, disposed in subpiston space, is recommended as the basic scheme of construction of a power supply unit for medical pneumatic tooling. The construction reduces a leak of the compressive medium, increasing the efficiency of a compressor and seal reliability.

The main tendency in designing mechanized medical instruments is developing systems with automatic fine adjustment and self-regulation. The automated gear adjustment, self-regulating mouthpieces and cutting tools create a flexible automated system with optimal cutting regime. The instruments do not overheat bone tissues which helps to avoid unnecessary traumatization.

The method to compute friction loss in medical microturbines and tips at the stage of their development is proposed. It is verified when designing friction loss of the following devices: a turbine tip HTC-300-02, a pneumatic micromotor MMP-20, and micromotor tips (NVP-30M) and (NP-30M). The method may be useful in estimated designs of friction loss.

RESUMEN

The methodology of designing performance for medical microturbines is described. The method has been verified when designing the net moment and power of a turbine tip HTC-300-02 and a micromotor MMp-20. The comparison of theoretical and experimental data has shown the discordance to be less than 5%.

RESUMEN

In order to extend an operating range of angular tips, six types of these tips for micromotors and a coupling are designed. In the course of experimental studies using a suitable set the temperature of heads as well as friction loss in the tips and the coupling have been measured. The specified relationships made it possible to define more exactly the operating range for the tips according to their rotational speed.

RESUMEN

Experimental studies of handpieces for micromotors have been performed to make more precise their operating parameters. The special stand has been used for the measurements of the following data: head temperature, power losses in handpieces at no-load, and operating power required for machining by means of spherical burrs. The experimental results made it possible to specify more exactly the range of handpiece rotational speeds and to select optimum loads under reliability testing.
