RESUMEN

First series of studies covered analysis of lecture with registering number of words and movements complementary to them. The series 2 determined occupational activities of college teacher, according to contemporary hygienic classification, as highly intensive work requiring physiologic and managerial correction.

RESUMEN

Experimental study covered females of three age groups and revealed variation differences in time of arbitrary rhythmichand movements (tapping-test) and of movents with fixed rhythm of response to light. Their difference is represented as additional time for associations between cortical centers in regulation of hand movements.

RESUMEN

The authors suggest percentage of work time in orthostatic posture as a basic indicator of orthostatic work factor. This indicator correlates with prevalence of varicose disease and is recommended for evaluation of work hardiness in units. The diagram presented characterizes a paradigm and serves as a point for quantitative evaluation of work hardiness in orthostatic posture.

RESUMEN

The experiments enabled to design a physiologic curve showing sensomotor performance and therefore functional state of the examinees' central nervous system in all periods of performing the tasks. Considering correlations between the periods and phases, quantitative analysis of the curve defines physiologic features and mechanisms underlying performance changes during work associated with mental strain.

RESUMEN

The physiologic studies of weavers' productivity proved that pneumatic hydromassage of the legs results in significant relief of unfavorable changes in vessels of the lower limbs. Therefore, the work performance and productivity increase.

RESUMEN

Investigations of arterial and venous circulation in the shin, analysis of work hyperemia and venous pump mechanisms have shown, that regional hemodynamics depends on the position of the lower limbs. The optimal initial position for special exercises intensifying the venous outflow is sitting with raised, slightly flexed legs, with the shin on the level of the heart. Sitting with flexed knees and vertical shin is less advisable for prophylaxis.
