RESUMEN
Attempts suicide have more stress with partner, familial and economic problems than control group. Psychiatric diagnostic are adjustment and affective disorder and drugs are the method more frequent. Attempts suicide are remit frequently to ambulatory treatment.

The higher proportion of suicide attempts seen at emergencies service are young female with high educational and economic level. They are often unmarried and employed. They have affective disorders in other members of their family, have done suicide attempts before and they have private medical treatment than the control group.

There are two groups of chronic crisis patients. The most severe have low socioeconomic level, are older than the other group and are alcohol-dependents. They have important resistance to be hospitalized since they have important social problems.
