RESUMEN

OBJECTIVES: To identify nurses' caring behaviours toward patients with left ventricular assist devices and deepen their understanding of experiences in nursing care. Patients with left ventricular assist devices require care in many aspects, but there is limited in-depth research about caring behaviours and experiences from the perspective of nurses providing care. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY/DESIGN: Mixed methods study with a sequential explanatory design. Data were collected from clinical nurses with experience caring for patients using left ventricular assist devices in South Korea between May-August 2022. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Quantitative data (n = 79) were collected through an online survey of the Caring Behaviours Inventory - 24 and analysed using descriptive statistics. For qualitative data (n = 15), nurses' caring experiences were collected through individual interviews and analysed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. RESULTS: The overall average of caring behaviours was 4.80 ± 0.85, specifically, 'knowledge and skill' (5.04 ± 0.78), 'assurance' (5.01 ± 0.79), 'respect' (4.85 ± 0.90), and 'connectedness' (4.04 ± 0.99), respectively. The experience of caring was trapped in the uncomfortable reality of left ventricular assist device nursing, causing device-focused care, and approaching the essence of nursing through care focused on the patient's wholeness. CONCLUSIONS: Caring for patients with a left ventricular assist devices was challenging for nurses. However, through the care process, they realised the meaning of patient-centred care, reflected in the essence of nursing, and sublimated it into an opportunity to grow. IMPLICATIONS FOR CLINICAL PRACTICE: Nurses must focus on patient-centred care for left ventricular assist devices. To achieve this, it is essential to create a clinical environment and educational system for nurses to provide effective nursing care and enhance patient participation.

For many years, attempts have been made to incorporate service users into psychiatric nursing education, particularly in European countries and Australia. In Asian countries, however, concrete examples of this are notably scarce, and the limited instances of implementation lack the necessary systematic organisation and long-term sustainability. This study systematically planned and implemented a psychiatric nursing curriculum that integrated service users in Korea. It explored the experiences of 14 nursing students and four service users (who participated as instructors) who participated in these classes. Content analysis was performed on the results of focus group interviews with the participants. Owing to the participation of service users in the programme, students focused more on the patients as human beings, with the contexts of their individual lives, rather than on their diseases. The process facilitated a deeper grasp of person-centred psychiatric nursing and heightened student engagement in the learning process. The service users' experiences as instructors breathed new meaning into their psychiatric distress as an opportunity for new possibilities and helped them view themselves in a positive light, as members of society with self-esteem. They made great efforts to perform well in their role as instructors. These findings provide substantial evidence to support the expanded and sustained implementation of service user participation in future psychiatric nursing education. Establishing a national consortium to foster and support service user instructors could greatly improve psychiatric nursing education and related outcomes.

Self-care in daily life is important for patients with a left ventricular assist device. Mobile health interventions that use an application, the cloud, or telemonitoring enable active health management. This study reviewed the literature on the contents of mobile health interventions for patients with left ventricular assist devices and their effects. We searched four electronic databases (CINAHL, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, and MEDLINE) and reference lists in May 2022. The search terms consisted of "heart-assist devices" and "residence characteristics," combined with "mobile applications," "telemonitoring," "medical informatics applications," "cell*," "app*," "smartphone," and "cloud." In total, seven studies were included in the review. Mobile health interventions included (1) self-management contents and (2) interactions between patient and healthcare providers. The mobile health device and patient's health management were evaluated as a measure of the effect. This review provides a unique understanding for leveraging mobile health interventions as an effective approach to improve healthcare among patients with left ventricular assist devices. Future mobile health intervention strategies targeting these patients should fully consider the patient's perspective. Furthermore, they should be designed and applied to help with long-term health management, accompanied by an evaluation of their effectiveness on self-care improvement.

Lifitegrast, a lymphocyte function-associated antigen 1 antagonist, was approved by the FDA for the treatment of dry eye disease. Cornea and conjunctiva have been reported to be the sites of action of lifitegrast. To investigate the pharmacokinetics of lifitegrast, a sensitive analytical method for the determination of lifitegrast in various biological matrices such as plasma and ocular tissues is required. However, only limited information about the analytical method for lifitegrast in biological samples is available. In the present study, we aimed to develop a new liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of lifitegrast in rabbit plasma, cornea, conjunctiva, and sclera. Lifitegrast-d6 was used as an internal standard (IS). To prepare the biological samples, protein precipitation using acetonitrile was utilized. Analytes were separated from endogenous interferences on an Atlantis dC18 (5 µm, 2.1 × 150 mm), and a mixture of 0.1 % formic acid and acetonitrile was used as the mobile phase. The mass transition of precursor to product ion was monitored at 615.2 â†’ 145.0 for lifitegrast and 621.2 â†’ 145.1 for IS. The calibration curves were linear over the concentration range from 2 to 500 ng/mL for plasma and 5 to 500 ng/mL in ocular tissue homogenates. Intra- and inter-day accuracy ranged from 95.76 to 106.80 % in the plasma and 94.42 to 112.80 % in the ocular tissues. Precision was within 8.56 % in the plasma and 9.72 % in the ocular tissues. The short-term, long-term, auto-sampler, and freeze-thaw stabilities of lifitegrast were validated. The developed method was applied to a pharmacokinetic study of lifitegrast in rabbits. Following ophthalmic administration, only 3.26 % of administered lifitegrast was absorbed into the systemic circulation. Peak tissue concentrations were observed at 0.5 h after dosing, and topically administered lifitegrast was mainly distributed in the cornea and conjunctiva. The finding of this study is expected to be used in further pharmacokinetic studies and formulation development.

Endometrial cancer (EC) is one of the most pervasive malignancies in females worldwide. HOXA5 is a member of the homeobox (HOX) family and encodes the HOXA5 protein. HOXA5 is associated with various cancers; however, its association with EC remains unclear. This study aimed to determine the association between HOXA5 gene expression and the prognosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma, a subtype of EC (EAEC). Microarray data of HOXA5 were collected from the Gene Expression Omnibus datasets, consisting of 79 samples from GSE17025 and 20 samples from GSE29981. RNA-sequencing, clinical, and survival data on EC were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas cohort. Survival analysis revealed that HOXA5 overexpression was associated with poor overall survival in patients with EAEC (p = 0.044, HR = 1.832, 95% CI = 1.006-3.334). Cox regression analysis revealed that HOXA5 was an independent risk factor for poor prognosis in EAEC. The overexpression of HOXA5 was associated with a higher histological grade of EAEC, and it was also associated with TP53 mutation or the high copy number of EC. Our findings suggest the potential of HOXA5 as a novel biomarker for predicting poor survival outcomes in patients with EAEC.

This study meta-synthesized qualitative studies on the parents' experiences of losing their adolescent children due to the human-made disaster, Ferry Sewol disaster in Korea, 2014. Five Korean and five international electronic databases were searched. Twenty-one studies were selected and critically appraised. Thematic analysis was employed. Four themes (with 10 subthemes) were derived: screaming in excruciating pain at the unbelievable deaths of children, family love evolving amidst pain and deepening into higher value, relationships collapsed and reformed while experiencing various social perspectives, and transitioning from a life of holding on to a life of progress. Bereaved parents experience psychological, physical, social pain for a long time, but gradually tried not to waste their children's death, forming new values and life goals. There is pressing need to devise sustained recovery strategies that account for distinct characteristics and needs of affected population groups.

Telacebec is a new anti-tuberculosis agent with promising therapeutic activity and a favorable safety profile. This study aimed to characterize the pharmacokinetics of telacebec via interspecies scaling and population pharmacokinetic modeling for the prediction of human pharmacokinetics. Preclinical pharmacokinetic data were obtained from mice, rats, and dogs following intravenous and oral doses of telacebec. A population pharmacokinetic model was developed to describe the pharmacokinetic data from all three species. The disposition parameters were well correlated with the body weight for all species using an allometric equation. Thus, the allometric scaling was incorporated into the population pharmacokinetic model, which could simultaneously describe the plasma concentration vs. time data from all preclinical studies as well as the Phase 1A clinical study. The developed model was used to predict the pharmacokinetics of telacebec after IV injection, including the clearance (CL) of 168.58 [118.86 - 238.73] mL/min and volume of distribution (Vss) of 968.84 [396.87 - 2831.31] L for 80-kg human. The absolute bioavailability of telacebec in humans in the fed state was estimated as 70.34 ± 9.91%. Finally, the population pharmacokinetic model with allometric scaling was utilized to simulate the plasma concentration vs. time profiles of telacebec after multiple oral doses in humans. The model-predicted profiles well agreed with the observed data in Phase 1B clinical trial. The present pharmacokinetic model may help better understand the activity of telacebec, leading to the design of optimal dosing regimens and new formulation development.

Acute stroke management is critically time-sensitive and challenging. Blood-based biomarkers that can differentiate acute ischemic stroke (IS) from hemorrhagic stroke (HS) can greatly facilitate triage and early management. Admission blood samples obtained within 6 h of stroke symptom onset were analyzed in a derivation/validation design. GFAP, N-FL, NT-proBNP, copeptin, neutrophils (%), NLR, and platelet counts were assessed in the derivation cohort. The informative markers and the derived cutoff values were evaluated in the validation cohort. GFAP > 703 pg/mL showed a PPV of 76.9% and NPV of 95.8% for differentiating HS from IS. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that GFAP and NT-proBNP were independent variables associated with IS and HS differentiation. Furthermore, applying a combined cutoff (GFAP > 703 pg/mL and NT-proBNP ≤ 125 pg/mL) for HS detection increased the PPV in both the derivation and validation cohorts (93.3% and 100%, respectively). GFAP and NT-proBNP levels were validated as informative blood biomarkers in the differentiation of IS and HS and using a combination of GFAP and NT-proBNP is suggested as a feasible strategy to differentiate stroke subtypes in the hyperacute phase of stroke.

Humankind has responded to the profound medical, economic, social, and cultural consequences of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) by employing various strategies. However, although individuals with mental disorders, including schizophrenia, have suffered more challenges from the infectious disease spread, they have received inadequate attention and care. Hence, this study aimed to explore the experiences of individuals with schizophrenia coping with COVID-19; one-to-one interviews were conducted with 17 individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia in Korea. The data were analysed using grounded theory methodology. The results showed that individuals with schizophrenia became distanced from the routine care they received before COVID-19, faced a dual threat from their mental illness and the emerging infectious disease, and experienced inequity and paradoxical situations. Nevertheless, they strived to live their daily lives by utilizing non-face-to-face access, seeking support from mental health professionals, and devising self-help measures. Moreover, reflecting on their lives throughout the pandemic after returning to their regular daily lives provided an opportunity for healing and growth. This study's results can provide evidence for treating individuals with schizophrenia and other mental disorders during subsequent infectious disease spread. Practical policies and interventions tailored to their vulnerabilities are required.

BACKGROUND: Carbapenemase-producing Enterobacterales (CPE) poses a significant challenge to infection control in healthcare settings. Active screening is recommended to prevent intra-hospital CPE transmission. METHODS: CPE screening was initiated at a 660-bed hospital in South Korea in September 2018, targeting patients previously colonized/infected or admitted to outside healthcare facilities (HCFs) within 1 month. Universal intensive care unit (ICU) screening was performed at the time of admission. After a hospital-wide CPE outbreak in July-September 2019, the screening program was enhanced by extending the indications (admission to any HCF within 6 months, receipt of hemodialysis) with weekly screening of ICU patients. The initial screening method was changed from screening cultures to the Xpert Carba-R assay. The impact was assessed by comparing the CPE incidence per 1000 admissions before (phase 1, September 2018-August 2019) and after instituting the enhanced screening program (phase 2, September 2019-December 2020). RESULTS: A total of 13,962 (2,149 and 11,813 in each phase) were screened as indicated, among 49,490 inpatients, and monthly screening compliance increased from 18.3 to 93.5%. Compared to phase 1, the incidence of screening positive patients increased from 1.2 to 2.3 per 1,000 admissions (P = 0.005) during phase 2. The incidence of newly detected CPE patients was similar (3.1 vs. 3.4, P = 0.613) between two phases, but the incidence of hospital-onset CPE patients decreased (1.9 vs. 1.1, P = 0.018). A significant decrease was observed (0.5 to 0.1, P = 0.014) in the incidence of patients who first confirmed CPE positive through clinical cultures without a preceding positive screening. Compared to phase 1, the median exposure duration and number of CPE contacts were also markedly reduced in phase 2: 10.8 days vs. 1 day (P < 0.001) and 11 contacts vs. 1 contact (P < 0.001), respectively. During phase 2, 42 additional patients were identified by extending the admission screening indications (n = 30) and weekly in-ICU screening (n = 12). CONCLUSIONS: The enhanced screening program enabled us to identify previously unrecognized CPE patients in a rapid manner and curtailed a hospital-wide CPE outbreak. As CPE prevalence increases, risk factors for CPE colonization can broaden, and hospital prevention strategies should be tailored to the changing local CPE epidemiology.

RESUMEN

This study examined the experiences of South Korean nursing students in a psychiatric nursing class with consumer involvement. Data on 98 nursing students were collected in June 2021 and analysed using content analysis of participants' journals. Our qualitative study design adheres to the COREQ checklist for qualitative studies. Four main categories and subcategories were identified: (1) reflection, (2) learning, (3) preparation for the future, and (4) requirements. The findings demonstrated that applying consumer involvement to psychiatric nursing education is an innovative and effective strategy to correct negative prejudices among nursing students against people with mental illness.

Hexamethylenetetramine, an aldehyde-releasing agent, is used as a preservative in various food, cosmetics, and medical treatments, such as a treatment for urinary tract infections. It has been reported to be allergenic on contact with the skin, with the additional possibility of causing toxicity once absorbed systemically. Despite its potential toxicity, there are no reports on the in vivo bioavailability of hexamethylenetetramine following oral or dermal administration. In this study, we developed a new simple and sensitive LC-MS/MS method for the determination of hexamethylenetetramine in plasma and applied this method to characterize the toxicokinetics. The developed assay had a sufficient specificity and sensitivity for toxicokinetic characterization, and its accuracy and precision were verified. Following iv injection, the plasma concentration of hexamethylenetetramine showed mono exponential decay, with an elimination half-life of about 1.3 h. Following oral administration, the Tmax reached an average of 0.47 h and bioavailability was estimated as 89.93%. After percutaneous administration, it reached Cmax on average at 2.9-3.6 h. Although the absorption rate was relatively slow, its average bioavailability was calculated as 77.19-78.91%. Overall, most of the orally and percutaneously administered hexamethylenetetramine was absorbed into systemic circulation. The derived results in this study are expected to be utilized as the scientific evidence for further toxicokinetic study and risk assessment.

Semaglutide, one of the most potent glucagon-like peptide (GLP)-1 analogs, has widely been used to treat type II diabetes mellitus and obesity. Recent studies have shown that semaglutide also works on the brain, suggesting its potential utility for various diseases, including Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease. This study aimed to develop a novel liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) analysis of semaglutide in both plasma and brain to characterize the pharmacokinetics and brain distribution in rats. Semaglutide was extracted by simple protein precipitation with methanol from plasma and by solid phase extraction from brain tissue. Liraglutide was used as an internal standard. Gradient elution profiles with mobile phases comprising 0.1 % formic acid in water and acetonitrile were used for chromatographic separation. The lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) of the LC-MS/MS assay was 0.5 ng/mL for both rat plasma and brain. Intra- and inter-day accuracy ranged 89.20-109.50 % in the plasma and 92.00-105.00 % in the brain. Precision was within 8.92 % in the plasma and 7.94 % in the brain. Sprague-Dawley rats were given semaglutide by intravenous (IV, 0.02 mg/kg) and subcutaneous (SC, 0.1 and 0.2 mg/kg) injection. Plasma concentrations of semaglutide showed a multi-exponential decline with an average half-life of 7.22-9.26 hr in rats. The subcutaneous bioavailability of semaglutide was 76.65-82.85 %. The brain tissue to plasma partition coefficient (Kp) value of semaglutide was estimated as <0.01. Among the different regions of the brain, semaglutide concentrations were significantly higher in the hypothalamus. The analytical method and pharmacokinetic information may be helpful toward a better understanding of the effect of semaglutide in the brain and further development of GLP-1 analogs for various brain diseases.

Wearable sensors hold great potential in empowering personalized health monitoring, predictive analytics, and timely intervention toward personalized healthcare. Advances in flexible electronics, materials science, and electrochemistry have spurred the development of wearable sweat sensors that enable the continuous and noninvasive screening of analytes indicative of health status. Existing major challenges in wearable sensors include: improving the sweat extraction and sweat sensing capabilities, improving the form factor of the wearable device for minimal discomfort and reliable measurements when worn, and understanding the clinical value of sweat analytes toward biomarker discovery. This review provides a comprehensive review of wearable sweat sensors and outlines state-of-the-art technologies and research that strive to bridge these gaps. The physiology of sweat, materials, biosensing mechanisms and advances, and approaches for sweat induction and sampling are introduced. Additionally, design considerations for the system-level development of wearable sweat sensing devices, spanning from strategies for prolonged sweat extraction to efficient powering of wearables, are discussed. Furthermore, the applications, data analytics, commercialization efforts, challenges, and prospects of wearable sweat sensors for precision medicine are discussed.

Family caregivers of individuals with severe mental illness (SMI) faced increasing challenges during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic; however, empirical evidence on the general challenges they experienced is lacking. Thus, the purpose of the current integrative review was to explore family caregivers' challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. A total of nine relevant studies were included. Family caregivers experienced greater care burdens, physical and mental health problems, and limited access to health care services due to the pandemic. It is necessary to develop mental health policies and appropriate interventions to help individuals with mental illness and their family caregivers in the event of future crises. Although mental health nurses continuously strive for patients' well-being, patients still experience inpatient care negatively. To identify an individual's actual, mental health nursing care needs and offers them optimal benefits during their hospital stay, determining what patients perceive as good nursing should be prioritized. This qualitative descriptive study aimed to understand good mental health nursing from the inpatients' perspective. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 13 patients admitted to a psychiatric ward in South Korea, and analysed using thematic analysis. The Consolidated Criteria for Reporting Qualitative Research (COREQ) guidelines were used to ensure transparency and rigour. The results revealed that patients experienced good mental health nursing when nurses respected their humanity, adopted a practical approach to solve problems pragmatically, and facilitated their recovery. These practices stem from mental health nurses' attitudes towards humanity based on individualized respect, professional ability to handle patients' individual needs, and offering patients hope and confidence for recovery and the future. Therefore, mental health nurses need to focus their efforts on these aspects of nursing attitudes and competencies to ensure that inpatients experience good mental health nursing.

WHAT IS KNOWN ON THE SUBJECT?: Inpatient treatment is often necessary due to the vulnerability of adolescents' mental health, and hospitalization rates are increasing. There are both positive and negative experiences related to adolescent inpatient treatment. WHAT DOES THIS PAPER ADD TO EXISTING KNOWLEDGE?: Inpatient ward environment and interactions with staff and peers are critical in adolescents' nursing care while undergoing inpatient treatment. Adolescents want their voice to be reflected in the treatment process, including within the discharge plan. WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE?: Mental health nurses should establish a therapeutic milieu for adolescents to feel stable and safe so that inpatient treatment can become a positive experience. Mental health nurses should apply a person-centred approach to adolescents so that adolescents can participate in decision-making during the inpatient treatment process. ABSTRACT: Introduction Mental health inpatient treatment is necessary and increasing in adolescents due to their mental health vulnerability. Few studies have comprehensively reviewed adolescents' hospitalization experience. Aim To gain an in-depth understanding of the mental health inpatient experience from adolescents' perspectives. Method Six electronic databases, manual searches and citation searches were completed for studies published within the last 10 years. Eight articles were included, and thematic analysis was used. The Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP) checklist was applied to assess data quality. Results Three main themes were identified: Experiences of hospitalization, perceived outcomes and preparing for discharge. These themes included both positive and negative experiences. Discussion The environment and interactions within the ward were critical to adolescents' nursing care. Positive relationship experiences were important for adolescents to adapt well and consequently achieve beneficial inpatient treatment results. Additionally, adolescents wanted to participate in the decision-making process related to their treatment during hospitalization. Implications for Practice Mental health nurses have a responsibility to be sensitive to adolescents' mental health status during hospitalization and to understand the significance of providers' support in leading them to recovery. Nurses need to establish a more stable ward environment and form positive relationships through respect for adolescents' intentions.

A phase 1b, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, multiple ascending dose study (NCT02858973) was conducted to assess the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of the new antituberculosis agent telacebec (Q203). A total of 47 healthy adult subjects entered the study; 36 received telacebec, and 11 received placebo. Telacebec at doses of 20, 50, 100, 160, 250, and 320 mg was orally administered once daily with a standard meal for 14 days. Multiple oral doses of telacebec up to 320 mg daily for 14 days appeared to be safe and well tolerated by healthy adult subjects in this study. There were no deaths, serious adverse events, or subject discontinuations due to adverse events. Following oral doses of telacebec, the overall extent (AUCτ) and peak (Cmax) exposures of telacebec increased from 538.94 to 10,098.47 ng·h/mL and from 76.43 to 1502.33 ng/mL, respectively, with increasing telacebec doses from 20 mg to 320 mg. A steady state was achieved for plasma telacebec by day 12, and there was 1.9- to 3.1-fold accumulation in the extent of telacebec exposure after daily doses for 14 days. Analysis of plasma samples from the participants indicated that telacebec was the primary circulating entity with no significant metabolites. Three potential metabolites of telacebec have been identified, which may be relatively minimal compared to the parent drug. Consistent with findings from preclinical and previous single-dose clinical studies, these results also support the potential of telacebec for further development as a safe and effective agent for the treatment of tuberculosis.

BACKGROUND: In the emergency department, essential information is verified primarily through communication with patients and families. Thus, an in-depth understanding of emergency nurses' communication experiences with patients is required to facilitate the provision of effective therapeutic care. OBJECTIVE: To analyze emergency nurses' communication experiences with patients and their families. METHODS: A qualitative descriptive design was used. Interviews were conducted with 15 nurses between 2021 and 2022. Thematic analysis was carried out. This study was conducted in accordance with the consolidated criteria for reporting qualitative studies (COREQ). RESULTS: Three themes were identified: transformation of communication approaches due to COVID-19, obstacles in therapeutic communication, and continuous endeavors for improved communication. CONCLUSION: Emergency nurses experienced various barriers in communication with patients and their families, which were exacerbated by COVID-19. Nevertheless, nurses attempted to enhance their communication skills. Organizational support is pertinent to establish effective communication strategies.

Comprehensive assessment of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies against antigenic epitopes and cross-neutralization on variants is essential to monitor after infection or vaccination. From 32 COVID-19 patients and 40 vaccinated individuals [20 Oxford-AstraZeneca (AZ) and 20 Pfizer-BioNTech (BNT)], 348 serial sera are collected until 40 days after infection and 3 months after homologous booster vaccination. Antibody levels were monitored using a multiplex-bead assay including variant spike antigens, Roche (S1/RBD total) and a surrogate virus neutralization test (GenScript). Anti-S/S1/RBD levels were higher than anti-S2/N levels from 2 weeks after infection and were higher in severe infection (P < 0.05). Vaccination showed highest antibody levels after 1-month booster and had consistently high levels in the order of anti-full S, anti-RBD, anti-S1 and anti-S2. Infection induced higher anti-S2/N levels than prime vaccination (P < 0.05). Three months after BNT/BNT vaccination, antibody levels against S1/RBD and 23 variant antigens were higher than post-infection or AZ groups (P < 0.05). Regarding intraindividual changes from post-prime to post-boost vaccination, boost induced a 1.1- to 3.9-fold increase on multiplex-bead assay, 22.8- to 24.2-fold on Roche assay and 22.8- to 24.2-fold on GenScript assay. Post-prime levels by multiplex-bead assay predicted post-boost levels, but Roche and GenScript results were not predictive in the AZ group. The kinetics of SARS-CoV-2 antibody levels vary depending on the antigenic epitopes, assay kit, disease severity or vaccine type. Assessing seroconversion using multiplex-bead assays may contribute to monitoring the disease course, adjusting vaccination strategies, and accelerating vaccination efficacy.
