RESUMEN

The adaptation of methodology of expert selection of indicators for integral evaluation of efficiency of organization of medical care on profile "pediatrics" at the level of the Subject of the Russian Federation. The study was organized as expert survey using structured interview technique. At the first stage, primary selection of indicators carried out. At the second stage, selection of experts in accordance with inclusion criteria and assessment of level of expert competence was organized. Then, criteria of expert evaluation of significance of selected indicators in accordance with international principles applied in of bench-marking systems construction were formulated. The Kendall's concordance coefficient (W) was calculated for quantitative assessment of degree of agreement between the experts answers. The non-parametric Friedman test was applied to evaluate significance of differences. The indicators with high degree of agreement between opinions of experts and availability of statistical significance according concordance coefficient are recommended as indicators for assessment of efficiency of organization of medical care of children at the level of the Subject of the Russian Federation. The following indicators satisfy these requirements: mortality of children aged 0-17 years (per 100 000 of population of corresponding age), mortality of children aged 0-1 year (per 1000 live births), mortality of children aged 0-4 years (per 1000 live births), support of population with beds for children, percentage of children aged 0-17 years under dispensary observation with diagnosis established for the first time. The study permitted to select indices (indicators) that can be applied both for integral rating of the Subjects of the Russian Federation and in formation of Federal projects or departmental target programs in pediatrics. The study results can also be applied in development of system of monitoring efficiency of implementation of these projects and programs.

RESUMEN

Fused silica glass is a material of choice for micromechanical, microfluidic, and optical devices due to its chemical resistance, optical, electrical, and mechanical performance. Wet etching is the key method for fabricating of such microdevices. Protective mask integrity is a big challenge due extremely aggressive properties of etching solution. Here, we propose multilevel microstructures fabrication route based on fused silica deep etching through a stepped mask. First, we provide an analysis of a fused silica dissolution mechanism in buffered oxide etching (BOE) solution and calculate the main fluoride fractions like [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text] as a function of pH and NH4F:HF ratio. Then, we experimentally investigate the influence of BOE composition (1:1-14:1) on the mask resistance, etch rate and profile isotropy during deep etching through a metal/photoresist mask. Finally, we demonstrate a high-quality multilevel over-200 µm etching process with the rate up to 3 µm/min, which could be of a great interest for advanced microdevices with flexure suspensions, inertial masses, microchannels, and through-wafer holes.

RESUMEN

A subchromatophore fraction containing the reaction center P-840 was isolated from the chromatophores of green serobacteria Chlorobium limicola forma thiosulfatophilum by ultracentrifugation and its protein composition was characterized. After treatment of the chromatophores by Triton X-100 and subsequent polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis two pigment-protein complex containing bacterioviridin. The proteins of the pigment-protein complex containing bacterioviridin. The proteins of the pigment-protein complexes were obtained. The first complex contained mainly bacteriochlorophyll alpha with bacterioviridin contaminations and the second one-only bacterioviridin. The low-temperature absorption spectrum of the bacteriochlorophyll alpha-containing pigment-protein complex is identical to the absorption spectrum of a water-soluble pigment-protein complex isolated and characterized by Olson and contains proteins with molecular weights of 34.800, 33.100, 27.500 and 23.200. A protein with molecular weight of 32.700 was found in the pigment-protein complexes were compared to the proteins of the photochemically active subchromatophore fraction and chromatophores.
