RESUMEN
O presente artigo discute os sentidos que assume a negligência na infância para as equipes de Programa de Saúde da Família e como taissentidos produzem as práticas de saúde. Para tal, utilizamos dados obtidos mediante a observação da rotina de trabalho das equipes, especialmentedas agentes de saúde. A discussão foi realizada a partir de dois eixos que se fizeram presentes no decorrer da pesquisa e entre os quaisoscila o discurso sobre negligência: ora esta é tudo, ora é nada. Abordamos as implicações desta oscilação e o que isto vem produzir no que serefere às práticas de saúde. Finalizamos articulando esta discussão com as noções de risco e vulnerabilidade, buscando pensar como ossentidos produzidos para negligência integram as estratégias de governo da população.(AU)
The present article discusses the meanings that the negligence assumes in the childhood for the teams of the Family Health Program and inwhich way such meanings produce the practices of health. For such, we have used data obtained through the observation of the work routineof the teams, especially of the health agents. The discussion was accomplished starting from two axes that were presents throughout theresearch and among these ones the speech on negligence oscillates: some times this is everything, other times it is nothing. We have approachedthe implications of this oscillation and what it will produce concerning to the practices of health. We concluded articulating this discussionwith the risk notions and vulnerability, searching to think how the meanings produced for negligence integrate the strategies of the populationgovernment.(AU)
