RESUMEN

After having done a wide study in vitro and in vivo reported in several publications, we applied the lyophylized extract "Pelnicol" under the form of suppositories, in 36 cases of secondary back diseases. The improvement with "Pelnicol" suppositories is observed, by mean, the 6th day of treatment. It can be seen that etiopathological factors are determining the diseases evolution, which has to be, in first rang, considered causally. It is realised with the "Pelnicol" suppositories.

RESUMEN

The study was performed on Wistar adult rats divided in 4 experimental and 2 control groups. In the 4 experimental groups, we used the oral naphtol administration in two doses: 15 mg/kg body-weight and 1.5 mg/kg body-weight. The rats were sacrificed 3 months, respectively 10 months later. Some liver parenchyma dystrophic lesions were noticed. In the subacute test group and using high drug doses the lesions were more severe, especially in the female rats. In the chronic test groups, the lesion area was decreased and in the female rats the liver showed normal histological patterns; in this test groups we also noticed a marked hepatocyte regenerative tendency. Histoenzymatically, a decrease of SDH and ATP-ase activity was recorded. The marked decrease of the hepatocyte glycogen content correspond to an increase of the G-6-P activity.

RESUMEN

A formulation of homeopathic lotion was elaborated. It uses as mother-solutions: the Calendula tincture and the Fumaria tincture prepared according to the homeopathic rules, and a vegetal soft extract conventionally named by us Pt2a, and the 42 C alcohol was used as a vehicle. All dilutions were made at 3CH. The pH, the refraction index and the electrical conductivity of the three solutions prove a good stability of the preparation. The 2 CH a dilution was well tolerated at the administration with juvenile acne and the simple dry phthiriasis, an improving being noted after 3-4 days of treatment.

RESUMEN

The ointment studied is made by us in the laboratory. He includes the following ingredients: a bee-keeping product soved in sunflower oil, an antioxidant, hexestrole, and a proper preserving medium. The idea was to create a product which is capable to accelerate the scarring process of the plague produced by burns. Thus, after 10-12 days we can observe a favourable clinical evolution. Anatomo-microscopy is obvious a gradually regenerating epithelium and the subjacent dermis remains slightly infiltrated. The final result is an aesthetic scar.

RESUMEN

Three indigenous varieties of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, types 1,000, 6,000 and 10,000, with properties comparable to those of similar imported products were investigated in view of determining their qualities of excipients for some pharmaceutical products. Thus, they were used for obtaining a potassium chloride containing syrup, buvable ampoules with diethylaminoethanol N-acetylglutamate. Ointment bases and tablets with favorable qualities were also obtained.

RESUMEN

A personal formulation of an ointment with antivaricose properties is presented. A methodology for the physicochemical and rheologic control, including all parameters required by the standards for ointments quality control, was designed. The analyses showed that the ointment is stable in time, has a thixotropic consistency and behaviour and does not require special preservation conditions.

RESUMEN

A formula of dental adhesive using as an agent responsible for this activity an indigenous product, C.M.C.Na 1080, gelified with preservative solution with added astringent agents was elaborated. The possible interaction between the constituents during preservation and the product qualities by determining the pH, extensibility index, sliding limit tension, antimicrobial activity and certain clinical aspects were evaluated.

RESUMEN

In this paper we present an original product for burns. It is an ointment with bacteriostatic, bactericidal and epithelializing action and it is make up in accordance with technology of sunflower oil, beeswax, sintopholin, chloramphenicol, procaine, and vitamin E. An experimental study on burnt animals in order to prove the efficiency of the product was carried out. For histological investigation tegument was collected from the burnt area. A rapid evolution of epithelialization was found in case of treated animals as distinguished from control sample, where the infected crust was far from being healed. We also present some photos in account with the upper fact.

RESUMEN

Seven resorcin eye drop formulas using various physico-chemical stabilizers, acid buffer solutions, antioxidants such as sodium pyrosulphite, cysteine and keodants such as EDTA--Na were prepared. A parallelism between the physico-chemical stability and local biological tolerance in rabbit eyes was found, fact demonstrating that the occurrence of some oxidation products are responsible for the biological intolerance manifestations. A pH under 5 is favourable to resorcin stability and local biological tolerance to resorcin eye drops.

RESUMEN

Our aim was to find a formulation for pyramidon suppositories in which the physicochemical compatibility of the active substance with the excipient to be the highest. Fatty and hydrosoluble excipients were studied. Following up in time the quality of the obtained preparation, it was concluded that the fatty substances are preferable, the suppositories with glycero-gelatinous mass being more stable by an one hour freezing and two hours freeze drying.

RESUMEN

A formulation for tablets with diethylaminoethanol p-acetylaminobenzoate was set. The obtained tablets are adequate from the point of view of organoleptic qualities, mean weight weight variations, mechanical strength and disaggregation, both after processing and one year storage. The kinetics of water and artificial gastric juice, determined with the help of a Nogami device, by tablets capillarity reveals a homogeneous porosity, fact that determines the complete disintegration of the tablets in due time, and thus a good availability.
