RESUMEN
The results of treatment of 205 patients with operated stomach disease were analyzed. Conservative therapy was effective in 71.7% patients. Surgical treatment was used in 58 (28.3%) patients. Reoperation was performed less than a year after primary surgery in 5.2% patients, 1 to 3 years later -- in 41.4%, 3 to 5 years -- in 36.2%, more than 5 years later - in 17.2% patients. Early after operation complications were observed in 24.1% patients. Clinical and device examinations demonstrate that surgical reconstruction significantly reduces intensity of pathological symptoms in all the patients.

We conducted the analysis of the results of surgical treatment of 255 patients with duodenal ulcers. In the early postoperative period the evacuation and motility function of the postoperative stomach was corrected with the use of the autonomous electrostimulator of the gastrointestinal tract (EAS GT) in all patients - in the main group (n = 125) and drug stimulation (cerucal 2.0 intramuscularly twice a day) and in the control group (n = 130). The use of EAS GT-3 certainly reduces symptoms of dyscoordination of the motor function of the gastrointestinal tract.

The formation of a conditioned reflex to a complex signal, "light + sound," and its components under alternate choice conditions was studied in kittens aged 1.5-10 months. A preference for one of the food dispensers and a low percent of correct reactions (48-57%) was characteristic during the process of training for kittens aged from 1.5 to 5 months. Successful training using the alternate choice method was achieved in kittens whose training began at six months of age. A lesion of the sensorimotor region of the cortex in the same kittens following the achievement of a high level of correct reactions (75-80%) led to a disturbance in the previously developed reflex to the complex signal and its components. The latter was expressed in the manifestation of unidirectional motoric reactions and a sharp decrease in the percent of correct reactions. The question of the confinement of the development of different forms of interaction of the sensory and motor systems to specific age periods and the participation in this process of the sensorimotor region of the cortex is discussed.

Formation of conditioned reflex to simultaneous complex stimulus (light + sound) and its components was studied in alternation task (Go/Go) in kittens aged 1.5-10 months. Low percentage of correct reactions (48-57%) and preference of one of the two reinforced directions were shown in kittens aged 1.5-5 months. Successful learning in alternation task was attained in kittens which began to be trained at the age of 6 months. Extirpation of sensorimotor cortex in the trained animals aged 7 months and older induced a decrease of the level of correct reactions from 75-80% to 20-40% and preference of one direction. The problems of parallel development of interaction between the sensory and motor systems and sensorimotor cortex are discussed.
