RESUMEN

ObjectiveTo establish a managing mode for illegal and irregular acts of occupational medical examination (OME) institutions to the requirements of the new situation. Methods The OME institutions from the “Guangdong Province Key Occupational Disease Monitoring and Management Platform” were selected as the study subjects using the judgment sampling method. The clues of suspected illegal and irregular acts of OME institutions were found and submitted to the local health commission for investigation and managed according to the case information monitoring and on-site quality assessment. The OME institutions found to have illegal and irregular acts were filed and investigated according to the national law after investigation and verification. A “follow-up inspection” was conducted on five OME institutions for closed loop management. Results A total of 12 OME institutions were found to have suspected illegal and irregular acts, including seven institutions that did not meet the filing requirements for effective personnel, five institutions that conducted projects beyond the scope without filing to the provincial health authorities within 15 work days from the start of the project, and two institutions that failed to fulfill the obligation of informing and reporting to the health authorities, employers, and workers as required. After submitting relevant clues and evidence to the local health commission for investigation and management, seven institutions were not given penalty, and five institutions were given administrative penalties including two institutions were fined and warned, and three institutions were warned. No illegal or irregular acts were found in the five institutions inspected during the “follow-up inspection”. Conclusion It is beneficial to explore the managing mode of “clue discovery, clue submission, investigation and disposal, follow-up inspection” for OME institutions suspected of illegal and irregular acts, which helps urge OME institutions to work in accordance with laws and regulations and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers' occupational health.

RESUMEN

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of occupational stress on work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) in electronics manufacturing workers. Methods A total of 392 front-line workers in two electronic manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong Province were selected as the research subjects using the judgment sampling method. The prevalence of WMSDs and the level of occupational stress of the research subjects were investigated using the Musculoskeletal Disorders Questionnaire and the Core Occupational Stress Scale. Results The total WMSDs detection rate was 39.5%, and the multi-site WMSDs detection rate was 30.6%. The detection rate of occupational stress was 14.8%. The total WMSDs detection rate and multi-site WMSDs detection rate in the occupational stress group were higher than those in the non-occupational stress group (65.5% vs 35.0%, 56.9% vs 26.0%, both P<0.01). Binary logistic regression analysis result showed that the risk of WMSDs in the occupational stress group was higher than that in the non-occupational stress group after adjusting the effect of confounding factors such as age, gender, job type and work days per week (P<0.01). Conclusion The occupational stress may increase the risk of WMSDs in electronics manufacturing workers. Reducing the level of occupational stress among workers in electronic manufacturing enterprises is beneficial for reducing the risk of WMSDs.

RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the robust relationship between insomnia and type 2 diabetes mellitus by two-sample Mendelian randomization analysis to overcome confounding factors and reverse causality in observational studies. Methods:We identified strong, independent single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)of insomnia from the most up to date genome wide association studies(GWAS)within European ancestors and applied them as instrumental variable to GWAS of type 2 diabetes mellitus. After excluding SNPs that were significantly associated with smoking, physical activity, alcohol consumption, educational attainment, obesity,or type 2 diabetes mellitus,we assessed the impact of insomnia on type 2 diabetes mellitus using inverse variance weighting(IVW)method.Weighted median and MR-Egger regression analysis were also conducted to test the robustness of the association. We calculated the F statistic of the selected SNPs to test the applicability of instrumental variable and F statistic over than ten indicated that there was little possibility of bias of weak instrumental variables. We further examined the existence of pleiotropy by testing whether the intercept term in MR-Egger regression was significantly different from ze-ro.In addition, the leave-one-out method was used for sensitivity analysis to verify the stability and relia-bility of the results. Results:We selected 248 SNPs independently associated with insomnia at the genome-wide level(P<5 ×10-8)as a preliminary candidate set of instrumental variables. After clum-ping based on the reference panel from 1000 Genome Project and removing the potential pleiotropic SNPs,a total of 167 SNPs associated with insomnia were included as final instrumental variables. The F statistic of this study was 39.74,which was in line with the relevance assumption of Mendelian randomi-zation.IVW method showed insomnia was associated with higher risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus that po-pulation with insomnia were 1.14 times more likely to develop type 2 diabetes mellitus than those without insomnia(95%CI:1.09-1.21,P<0.001).The weighted median estimator(WME)method and MR-Egger regression showed similar causal effect of insomnia on type 2 diabetes mellitus. And MR-Egger re-gression also showed that the effect was less likely to be triggered by pleiotropy.Sensitivity analyses pro-duced directionally similar estimates. Conclusion:Insomnia is a risk factor of type 2 diabetes mellitus, which has positively effects on type 2 diabetes mellitus. Our study provides further rationale for indivi-duals at risk for diabetes to keep healthy lifestyle.

@#Objective To summarize and analyze the preliminary clinical outcomes of the KokaclipTM transcatheter edge-to-edge mitral valve repair system for severe degenerative mitral regurgitation (DMR). Methods This study was a single-arm, prospective, single-group target value clinical trial that enrolled patients who underwent the KokaclipTM transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER) system for DMR in the Department of Heart Surgery of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, Guangdong Cardiovascular Institute from June 2022 to January 2023. Differences in the grade of mitral regurgitation (MR) during the perioperative and follow-up periods were compared, and the incidences of adverse events such as all-cause death, thoracotomy conversion, reoperation, and severe recurrence of MR during the study period were investigated. Results The enrolled patient population consisted of 14 (50.0%) females with a mean age of 70.9±5.4 years. Twenty-eight (100.0%) patients were preoperatively diagnosed with typeⅡ DMR, with a prolapse width of 12.5 (11.0, 16.1) mm, a degree of regurgitation 4+ leading to pulmonary venous reflux, and a New York Heart Association cardiac function class≥Ⅲ. All patients completed the TEER procedure successfully, with immediate postoperative improvement of MR to 0, 1+, and 2+ grade in 2 (7.1%), 21 (75.0%), and 5 (17.9%) patients, respectively. Mitral valve gradient was 2.5 (2.0, 3.0) mm Hg. Deaths, thoracotomy conversion, or device complications such as unileaflet clamping, clip dislodgement, or leaflet injury were negative. Twenty-eight (100.0%) patients completed at least 3-month postoperative follow-up with a median follow-up time of 5.9 (3.6, 6.8) months, during which patients had a mean MR grade of 1.0+ (1.0+, 2.0+) grade and a significant improvement from preoperative values (P<0.001). There was no recurrence of ≥3+ regurgitation, pulmonary venous reflux, reoperation, new-onset mitral stenosis, or major adverse cardiovascular events. Twenty-two (78.6%) patients’ cardiac function improved to classⅠorⅡ. Conclusion The domestic KokaclipTM TEER system has shown excellent preliminary clinical results in selected DMR patients with a high safety profile and significant improvement in MR. Additional large sample volume, prospective, multicenter studies, and long-term follow-up are expected to validate the effectiveness of this system in the future.

RESUMEN

Objective:To sum up the experience and improve the capability of clinical diagnosis and treatment of thyroid tuberculosis (TTB) .Methods:In Apr. 2020, the Second Department of General Surgery, Friendship Hospital of Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, treated a patient with a huge thyroid cancer (TC), who had no history of tuberculosis. Thyroid cancer was considered for surgical treatment after the assessment by ultrasound and enhanced CT scan, yet the postoperative pathological diagnosis was thyroid tuberculosis. The clinical and pathological data of 357 cases of TTB reported in domestic literature were retrospectively analyzed by searching the relevant databases. Results:This reported case was diagnosed eventually with TTB by postoperative pathology, cured by operation, local and systemic anti-tuberculosis treatment. Among the 357 cases of TTB, there were 95 males and 262 females and the ratio of male to female was 1.0:2.8. Most patients had neck mass as the first symptom (95.5%, 256/268), and 53 patients (19.8%, 53/268) merged with tuberculosis poisoning symptoms. There were 59 cases (21%, 59/281) complicated with extra-thyroid tuberculosis. Among 51 cases, 37 cases (73%, 37/51) were diagnosed with TTB. Eighty cases (30%, 80/265) were suspected of TC before the operation.25 patients (8.5%, 25/294) received antituberculosis treatment, and 269 patients (91.5%, 269/294) received surgical treatment, among which 100 patients (37%, 100/269) underwent unilateral lobectomy. The caseation type was the most common pathology with 154 cases (57.9%, 154/266). Two patients died of TTB after an operation, and the remaining patients were followed up for 6 months to 33 years without recurrence. Conclusions:TTB often lacks typical clinical manifestations and is easily confused with TC. The diagnosis mainly relies on puncture pathological examination. Good results can be achieved with appropriate treatment based on a definite diagnosis.

RESUMEN

The λ pattern is a rare electrocardiogram feature in clinical practice, which often indicates the occurrence of impending fatal ventricular tachyarrhythmias or sudden cardiac death. In this case,Holter monitoring recorded a progressive evolution of the λ pattern followed by advanced atrioventricular blocks in a patient with chest pain accompanied by syncope.λ sign occurred at the time of chest pain, and advanced atrioventricular blocks were recorded at the time of subsequent syncope.Coronary stenosis was detected in the left circumflex by coronary angiography. The patient recovered after stent implantation in the culprit vessel and related medications to prevent coronary spasm. Our case indicate that the λ pattern could occur prior advanced atrioventricular blocks-induced syncope in patient with ischemic heart disease.

RESUMEN

The Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases Law revised in 2017 abolished the qualification test and approval for occupational health examination institutions, and replaced it with record management. The record does not belong to any type of administrative permit and does not require the premise of “general prohibition”. Its core idea is that “the public law actively acts as an obligation”, which does not prohibit administrative counterpart from carrying out specific tasks, mainly information collection, supervision and management of follow-ups, and emphasizes on simplifying procedures, improving working efficiency and stimulating market vitality. It is a strategic measure of the government's reform on “release, control and service”. It has the functional significance of alleviating information asymmetry, cultivating market credit mechanism and reflecting the government's flexible supervision and management mechanisms. However, China has not yet unified legislation on record management, and individuals on the theoretical and practical circles have different understandings on the concept, operation principle, and management effectiveness of the record management. There are practical dilemmas in the record management of occupational health examination institutions, such as alienation of record management into licensing, insufficient regulation of record management procedures, and weak in-process and post-process supervision and management capabilities. It is suggested to clarify the legal nature of record management, unify and improve the record management procedures, and improve in-process and post-process supervision and management capabilities. By building a legal, scientific and systematic regulation for the record management of occupational health examination institutions, adhering to the unity of “discharge” and “control”, it could effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of occupational health examination institutions, workers and employers.

RESUMEN

ObjectiveTo investigate the regulatory effects of Xuanfu Daizhetang on a mouse model of allergic asthma induced by ovalbumin (OVA). MethodSixty female BALB/c mice (6-8 weeks old, SPF) were randomly divided into groups. Ten mice were assigned to the normal group and given 0.2 mL of saline, while the remaining groups received intraperitoneal injections of Al(OH)3 at 5 g·L-1 and OVA at 1 g·L-1. The mice were divided into normal group (10 mL·kg-1 saline), OVA model group (10 mL·kg-1 saline), dexamethasone group (OVA+DEX, 1 mg·kg-1), OVA+ low-dose Xuanfu Daizhetang group (OVA+XL, 7.065 g·kg-1), OVA+ medium-dose Xuanfu Daizhetang group (OVA+XM, 14.13 g·kg-1), and OVA+ high-dose Xuanfu Daizhetang group (OVA+XH, 28.26 g·kg-1). An OVA-induced asthma model was established in mice. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) and periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) staining methods were used to observe bronchial tissue pathological changes. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was performed to measure the levels of immunoglobulin E (IgE), interleukin-4 (IL-4), IL-5, IL-13, IL-17A, and γ interferon (IFN-γ) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Western blot was used to detect the phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), and c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) proteins in lung tissue. ResultCompared with the normal group, the OVA model group showed increased inflammatory cell infiltration in mouse alveoli, elevated levels of IL-4, IL-5, IL-13, IL-17A, IFN-γ in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, and IgE in serum (P<0.05, P<0.01), and promoted phosphorylation of MAPK signaling pathway-related proteins. Compared with the model group, the OVA+XL, OVA+XM, and OVA+XH groups showed reduced inflammatory cell infiltration in mouse alveoli, decreased levels of IL-4, IL-5, IL-13, IL-17A, IFN-γ in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, and IgE in serum (P<0.05, P<0.01), and inhibited phosphorylation of MAPK signaling pathway-related proteins. ConclusionThe results of this study suggest that Xuanfu Daizhetang has potential anti-allergic asthma activity, providing a theoretical basis for its future clinical application.

RESUMEN

Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of preoperative electromyography and spasticity assessment for patients with hemifacial spasm, and to define a relationship between intraoperative electrophysiological examination and prognosis in order to provide help for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Thirty-one patients with hemifacial spasm were selected for the clinical spasticity scoring and divided into a general spasm group ( n=27) and a severe spasm group ( n=4). All received preoperative neurophysiological examination to record their twitch discharge, facial nerve conduction velocity (MCV), lateral spread (LSR) of the spasm, brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP), and blink reflex. Electrophysiological monitoring then recorded intraoperative LSR. According to whether the LSR disappeared or not, the patients were divided into the LSR disappearance group (of 15) and the LSR residual group (of 16), and facial muscle activity was recorded again one, three and six months after the operation. Results:Preoperative EMG examination of both groups showed positive LSR and that facial nerve MCV was within the normal range. There were, though, significant differences between the two groups in the twitching discharge by needle electromyography, blink reflex and preoperative BAEP. One week after the operation, one member of the residual group and 3 from the disappearance patients of the former and latter group had recovered in terms of LSR, with 3 and 7 cases significantly relieved, respectively. Two months later, the corresponding figures were 5 and 7, 3 and 6, respectively. Half of a year after the surgery, 5 from the residual group and 12 from the disappearance group had fully recovered in terms of LSR, while 9 and 2 cases were significantly relieved. Altogether, there were significant differences within the two groups in terms of recovery among all the time points, with significantly better recovery in the LSR disappearance group than the LSR residual group at 1 week after operation, while there were no significant differences between the two groups in recovery 3 and 6 months after their operation. Conclusions:Preoperative electromyography can provide objective assessments of the scope, severity, and facial nerve excitability of patients with hemifacial spasm. Real-time intraoperative electrophysiology monitoring can help surgeons to objectively assess the effect of decompression and to find and avoid nerve traction injury in surrounding areas quickly.

RESUMEN

Objective: To analyze the status of occupational medical examination (OME) institutions in Guangdong Province and the critical control points affecting their future development. Methods: A total of 211 OME institutions registered in Guangdong Province were selected as the research subjects. Their current statue was investigated, and the risk assessment of their future development was carried out based on hazard analysis and critical control point theory. Results: The OME institutions were mainly concentrated in the Pearl River Delta, accounting for 72.0%. The public and private medical and health institutions accounted for 70.6% and 29.4% respectively. The filing rates of different OME categories from high to low in the order were physical factors, chemical factors, dust, other, radiation factors, biological factors (P<0.01), and the filing rates were 89.6%, 88.6%, 84.8%, 63.0%, 7.1% and 1.0%, respectively. The rates of excellence in the field assessment from high to low in the order were hearing atlas analysis personnel, lung function examination operators, chest film reading personnel, chief examination physician, technical director, quality director (P<0.01), and the rates of excellence were 49.4%, 26.2%, 20.6%, 10.8%, 8.2% and 4.6%, respectively. A total of 37 institutions did not submit OME information, of which 23 institutions did not carry out OME work after filing. The required diagnosis rate and confirmed diagnosis rate of suspected occupational diseases in 2020 were 34.3% and 55.3%, respectively. In 2021, the detection rate of suspected occupational diseases was only 1.1‰. Among the institutions with biological monitoring records, 64.1% did not participate in external quality assessment program in laboratory, and the unqualified rate of 38 participating institutions was 55.3%. The risk assessment results show that the future development of OME institutions needs to focus on private institutions, institutions that have not reported OME information, institutions that have missed diagnosis and missed reporting of suspected occupational diseases, institutions that have not participated in external quality assessment program in laboratory and core personnel such as quality managers, technical leaders, and main inspection physicians. Conclusion: OME institutions in Guangdong Province show the characteristics of centralized filing category, centralized filing region and centralized filing institution nature. Combined with the potential risks of OME institutional capacity building, it is necessary to implement classified management, strengthen information construction, supervision and management, implement post responsibilities, and promote the high-quality development of OME institutions.

RESUMEN

In patients with medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), calcitonin (Ctn) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) were the most important serum biomarkers for diagnosis, evaluation and follow-up. Approximately 0.3% to 5.9% of the thyroid nodule population could present with elevated Ctn on screening, and a diagnosis of MTC can be basically confirmed when serum Ctn > 100 pg/ml.. Ctn and CEA levels could reflect tumor burden and help determine the extent and timing of surgery. When preoperative serum Ctn >200 pg/mL or CEA >30 ng/mL, nearly more than one-third of patients had lateral neck lymph node metastasis. Few patients developed distant metastasis when Ctn<500 pg/mL, however the proportion of distant metastasis could reach 75% when CEA>100 ng/mL. In inherited MTC patients, tumors with Ctn<30 pg/mL were usually localized in the gland without metastasis. The time to normalization of serum Ctn and CEA postoperatively was one month in most patients. According to the response to initial therapy, patients with undetectable Ctn and normal CEA had a low risk of relapse and death in the follow-up period. The risk of local recurrence, LNM and distant metastasis increased as Ctn levels rose. The Ctn/CEA doubling time could predict the disease prognosis, and when it was less than 0.5 years, most patients would die.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore the effects and influencing factors of traditional occupational health training on occupational health literacy (OHL) of employees in micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises. Methods A total of 540 employees from 154 micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises, who participated (347 employees) and not-participated (193 employees) in traditional occupational health training, and 171 community residents/students (not-participated in occupational health training) were selected as the research subjects using the convenient sampling method. The OHL level was investigated using Occupational Health Literacy Questionnaire of National Key Populations. Results The overall OHL level of employees was 43.3% (234/540). Among them, the overall OHL level of untrained and trained employees was 38.9% and 45.8%, respectively, and the overall OHL level of community residents/students was 43.3%. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the higher the educational level, the higher the OHL level (all P<0.01). The OHL level of untrained and trained employees was higher than that of untrained community residents/students (all P<0.05). The interaction of education level and training status had no statistical difference on the OHL level of the research subjects (P>0.05). The results of factorial design analysis of variance showed that the overall OHL score rate of untrained employees and trained employees was higher than that of untrained community residents/students (all P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in overall OHL score rate between untrained and trained employees (P>0.05). Conclusion The role of traditional occupational health training in improving the OHL level of employees in micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises needs to be improved. The responsibility of enterprise occupational health training should be implemented, and multiple measures should be taken to enrich the ways and approaches of occupational health education for enterprise employees, to effectively improve the OHL of workers.

RESUMEN

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy by using domestic recombinant human thyroid-stimulating hormone (rhTSH) in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) before or after 131I therapy. Methods:From May 2019 to November 2020, a total of 24 patients with DTC (5 males, 19 females, median age 41 years) in Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Zhengzhou University were enrolled into the open-label, dose escalation phase Ⅰ study. All patients were divided into 4 domestic rhTSH dose groups: 0.9 mg×1 d (group A), 0.9 mg×2 d (group B), 1.8 mg×1 d (group C), 1.8 mg×2 d (group D) in succession, with 6 patients in each group. Each patient underwent rhTSH phase and thyroid hormone withdrawal (THW) phase. The end point included safety, tolerability, the quality of life (hypothyroidism symptom and sign score (Billewicz score), profile of mood states (POMS)), effectiveness (thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and thyroglobulin (Tg) levels, diagnostic whole-body scan (Dx-WBS)) and pharmacokinetic characteristics (peak time, peak concentration) of rhTSH. Paired t test and Wilcoxon signed rank test were used for statistical analysis. Results:There were no dose-limiting toxicities, serious adverse events, or no grade ≥3 adverse events reported. The quality of life in rhTSH phase was significantly better than those in THW phase, including the lower Billewicz score (-53.00(-53.00, -53.00) vs -39.50(-47.00, -23.00); S=119.50, P<0.001) and the lower POMS score (91.92±12.06 vs 99.67±19.13; t=0.95, P=0.025). Serum TSH level was increased from 0.04(0.02, 0.11) mU/L (baseline) to 150.00(105.20, 173.31) mU/L 24 h after the last rhTSH administration, which was increased along with the elevation of rhTSH doses. In the THW phase, patients′ TSH levels were≥30 mU/L after 23 d (median) of THW, with the median of 73.51(57.22, 106.22) mU/L. Median Tg level of baseline was 0.10(0.10, 0.41) μg/L, which reached a peak of 0.85(0.12, 3.01) μg/L at 48 h after rhTSH administration. The peak Tg level in the THW phase was 0.88(0.15, 8.04) μg/L. The Dx-WBS consistency rate between rhTSH and THW phase was 95.8%(23/24). Conclusion:rhTSH is a safe and effective method to stimulate the serum Tg level and radioiodine uptake in patients undergoing post-operation or post- 131I assessment for DTC, as well as maintain a higher quality of life in comparison to THW phase.

RESUMEN

Objective@#To evaluate snack consumption and the influencing factors associated with student participation in the Nutrition Improvement Program, and to provide a scientific basis for improving the program.@*Methods@#Among the 50 monitoring counties that implemented the Compulsory Education Student Nutrition Improvement Program, two primary schools and two junior schools were randomly selected according to different food supply patterns (i.e., school, company, and mix). This study randomly selected one or two classes from each grade, which ranged from grade 3 to grade 9. A questionnaire, which addressed snack consumption and choice, was distributed to 27 374 students.@*Results@#The findings revealed that 14.0% of students from poor rural areas in central and western regions consumed snacks two or more times per day, and 21.6% of students spent 3 yuan or more on snacks each day. The top three choices of snacks included fruit and vegetables (50.6%), biscuits and bread (50.1%), and puffed food (40.0%). Students who had mothers who worked outside the home, parents who worked outside the home, who consumed corporate meals, and who had access to a small shop on campus were more likely to consume snacks one or more times per day(OR=1.35,1.19,1.11,1.51,P<0.05).@*Conclusion@#The phenomenon of snack consumption among primary and middle school students from poor rural areas in central and western regions is common, and the selection of unhealthy snacks was identified as a problem. A health education system with comprehensive support and guidance from individuals, families, schools, and society should be established to guide students to opt for healthier snacks.

RESUMEN

Objective@#To explore the intervention effect of multiple nutritional health guidelines for school-aged children on the knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAP) of primary school students in Chengdu.@*Methods@#A primary school in Chengdu, which had a school canteen, was selected as the intervention school, and another similar primary school was selected as the control school. Students from the intervention school received nutritional education for six months, while the control school did not provide such intervention measures. A total of 589 students from grades 3 to 5 were selected to participate in the questionnaire survey(eligible 558, missing 31).@*Results@#Before the intervention, no significant difference was found in the rate of awareness regarding nutritional knowledge, including dietary attitudes and dietary behavior. After the intervention, the rate of awareness of nutritional knowledge and the overall awareness rate reached more than 80% in the intervention group, which was significantly higher than that observed in the control group(P<0.05). The intervention group consumed less than one type of breakfast food(26.6%), which was less than the control group(49.4%). The frequency of weekly egg and milk consumption was higher in the experimental group than in the control group. The proportion of students who consumed three or more types of vegetables daily was higher in the intervention group than in the control group. The proportion of leftovers was lower in the intervention group (15.8%) than in the control group(57.9%).@*Conclusion@#The comprehensive nutritional education based on a variety of nutritional health guidelines for school-age children can enhance students awareness of nutritional knowledge and healthier dietary behaviors.
