Objective To analyze the relationship between BMI, physical activity, resting heart rate and diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 423 patients with diabetes admitted to the Department of endocrinology of our hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were investigated by questionnaire and physical signs were examined, and the correlation between BMI, physical activity, resting heart rate and diabetes was analyzed. Results FPG, 2 h PG and HbA1c were positively correlated with resting heart rate, BMI and physical activity (P < 0.05). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that BMI (OR = 2.121), elevated resting heart rate (OR = 1.619) and less physical activity (OR = 0.711) were risk factors for diabetes. Conclusion The increase of BMI and resting heart rate and the decrease of physical activity will increase the risk of diabetes. It is particularly important to prevent the increase of BMI and resting heart rate and increase the physical labor appropriately.

@#Objective To investigate the effects of Tuina of Three Handing-Three Points on hindlimb motor function and expression of protein NogoA and its receptor NgR in the spinal cord of rats with sciatic nerve injury. Methods A total of 64 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to normal group (n = 16), sham group (n = 16), model group (n = 16) and Tuina group (n = 16). The model group and Tuina group prepared the sciatic nerve injury model with brace method. Tuina group received Tuina in methods of pressing, strumming and circular rubbing on Yinmen (BL37), Chengshan (BL57) and Yanglingquan (GB34) with Tuina manipulation emulator. The rats were assessed with oblique plate test seven days after operation and 20 days after Tuina. Then, the spinal cord tissues were extracted to detect the expression of protein of NogoA and NgR with Western blotting. Results The scores of the oblique plate test decreased in the model group and Tuina group seven days after operation compared with those in the normal group (P < 0.05), while the expression NgR increased (P < 0.05). The scores of the oblique plate test increased in Tuina group compared with those in the model group 20 days after Tuina (P < 0.05), while the expression of NgR decreased (P < 0.05), similar to the normal group (P > 0.05). Conclusion Tuina of Three Handing-Three Points can improve the hindlimb motor function in rats with sciatic nerve injury, which may be related to inhibition of the expression of NgR in the spinal cord after sciatic nerve injury.

ObjectiveTo study the optimal power of self-made polymeric microcapsules with liquid perfluorocarbon enhancing high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) ablation of normal bovine in vitro and the treatment efficacy of HIFU ablation of normal rabbit liver in vivo.Methods The experiment was divided into two parts:the first part was HIFU ablation of bovine in vitro:The bovine was injected different drugs before HIFU ablation to find the optimal power and treatment time.It was divided into four groups:①HIFU + 0.9％ NaCl(NACL) group; (② HIFU + poly( lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) group; ③ HIFU + perfluorohexane(PFH) group; ④ HIFU + PLGA + PFH group; The second part was HIFU ablation of normal rabbit liver.Similarly,It was also divided into four groups as above.Each group was undergone HIFU ablation with same parameters after ear vein injection of drug.Then the ultrasonographic changes and its value,and the actual situation of liver damage in target areas of each group were observed and compared before and after the ablation area.ResultsIn experiments of vitro bovine,gray scale changes and coagulation necrosis could be seen in the liver in group 2,3,4 with HIFU power of 150 W and treatment time of 2 s.In experiment of normal rabbit liver,the average gray-scale of group 3 and 4 were larger than that in group 1 and 2,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.001),and its gray change area gradually reduced with time elapsed.While there was no statistically significant difference between group 3 and 4 ( P ＞0.05).In pathological specimens,there was no significant liver damage in group 1 and 2.There was hemorrhagic necrosis and white coagulation necrosis in group 3 and 4.Conclusions The polymeric microcapsules with liquid perfluorocarbon can effectively enhance the efficacy of HIFU ablation and be used as a good synergist for HIFU.
