RESUMEN

A visible-light-initiated energy-transfer enabled radical cyclization for the divergent synthesis of polycyclic γ-sultine derivatives has been developed. The reaction provides an alternative and expeditious access to benzofused γ-sultine frameworks, the analogues of γ-lactones and γ-sultones, and features good functional group compatibility, mild reaction conditions and excellent diastereoselectivity. The robustness and application potential of this method have also been successfully displayed by two gram-scale reactions and the synthesis of polycyclic sultones. Mechanistic studies indicated the transformations through a possible energy-transfer enabled intramolecular radical homolytic substitution or hydrogen atom transfer process mainly.

In deep learning, different kinds of deep networks typically need different optimizers, which have to be chosen after multiple trials, making the training process inefficient. To relieve this issue and consistently improve the model training speed across deep networks, we propose the ADAptive Nesterov momentum algorithm, Adan for short. Adan first reformulates the vanilla Nesterov acceleration to develop a new Nesterov momentum estimation (NME) method, which avoids the extra overhead of computing gradient at the extrapolation point. Then Adan adopts NME to estimate the gradient's first- and second-order moments in adaptive gradient algorithms for convergence acceleration. Besides, we prove that Adan finds an ϵ-approximate first-order stationary point within O(ϵ-3.5) stochastic gradient complexity on the non-convex stochastic problems (e.g.deep learning problems), matching the best-known lower bound. Extensive experimental results show that Adan consistently surpasses the corresponding SoTA optimizers on vision, language, and RL tasks and sets new SoTAs for many popular networks and frameworks, eg ResNet, ConvNext, ViT, Swin, MAE, DETR, GPT-2, Transformer-XL, and BERT. More surprisingly, Adan can use half of the training cost (epochs) of SoTA optimizers to achieve higher or comparable performance on ViT, GPT-2, MAE, etc, and also shows great tolerance to a large range of minibatch size, e.g.from 1k to 32k. Code is released at https://github.com/sail-sg/Adan, and has been used in multiple popular deep learning frameworks or projects.

BACKGROUND: Megakaryocytic differentiation is a complicated process regulated by a series of transcription factors in a context- and stage-dependent manner. Recent studies have suggested that krüppel-like transcription factor 2 (KLF2) is involved in the control of embryonic erythroid precursor cell differentiation and maturation. However, the function and mechanism of KLF2 in regulating megakaryocytic differentiation remain unclear. METHODS: The expression patterns of krüppel-like transcription factors (KLFs) during megakaryocytic differentiation were identified from public databases. Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) treatment of the myeloid-erythroid-leukemic cell lines K562 and HEL were used as cellular megakaryocytic differentiation models. A lentiviral transduction system was utilized to achieve the goal of amplifying or reducing KLF2. The expression of KLF2 was examined using real-time PCR and western blot. The impact of KLF2 on the megakaryocytic differentiation of K562 cells was examined by flow cytometry, Giemsa staining, Phalloidin staining and western blot. RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) and chromatin immunoprecipitation-sequencing (ChIP-seq) technologies were used to identify the KLF2-regulated targets. RESULTS: KLF2 is increased in the maturation process of megakaryocytes. KLF2 overexpression accelerated the PMA-induced megakaryocytic differentiation, as reflected by an increased percentage of CD41/CD61 cells, an increased number of polyploid cells, and an elevated expression of P21 and P27. KLF2 knockdown exhibited the opposite results, indicating that KLF2 knockdown suppressed the megakaryocytic differentiation. Further, combination of the RNA-seq and ChIP-seq results suggested that chimerin 1 (CHN1) and potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily Q member 5 (KCNQ5) may be target genes regulated of KLF2. Both CHN1 and KCNQ5 knockdown could block the megakaryocytic differentiation to some content. CONCLUSION: This study implicated a regulatory role of KLF2 in megakaryocytic differentiation, which may suggest KLF2 as a target for illness with abnormal megakaryocytic differentiation.

BACKGROUND: As an initial treatment for primary membranous nephropathy (PMN), there remains a significant proportion of patients for whom rituximab is not fully effective. Here, we aimed to assess the effectiveness and safety of obinutuzumab as initial treatment in patients with PMN. METHODS: In this observational case series, patients diagnosed with PMN and treated with obinutuzumab as initial treatment were included. Treatment response was assessed by 24-h urine total protein (24 h UTP) and serum albumin, and immunologic remission was assessed by phospholipase A2 receptor (PLA2R) antibodies. RESULTS: Twelve patients with PMN receiving obinutuzumab as initial treatment were included. Over 6 months, a statistically significant reduction in 24 h UTP levels (p = 0.003) and an increase in serum albumin levels were observed (p < 0.001). By the 6-month follow-up, two patients (16.7%) achieved complete remission, eight (66.6%) reached partial remission, and two (16.7%) showed no remission. Immunological remission was observed in 44.4% of evaluable patients (n = 9) after 3 months, increasing to 100% (6/6) at 6 months. Except for cases 1, 2, and 3, the total B cell counts in the remaining patients fell to less than 5 cells/µL before the administration of the second dose of obinutuzumab, including seven patients with counts as low as 0 cells/µL. Mild to moderate treatment-related adverse events (TRAEs) were reported in 58.3% (7/12) of the patients. No serious TRAEs were reported. CONCLUSIONS: Obinutuzumab demonstrates promising potential as an initial treatment for PMN, with good effectiveness and a manageable safety profile. Further large-scale prospective studies are needed to confirm these findings.

With the massive release of microplastics (MPs) into the environment, research related to MPs is advancing rapidly. Effective research methods are necessary to identify the chemical composition, shape, distribution, and environmental impacts of MPs. In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI)-driven machine learning methods have demonstrated excellent performance in analyzing MPs in soil and water. This review provides a comprehensive overview of machine learning methods for the prediction of MPs for various tasks, and discusses in detail the data source, data preprocessing, algorithm principle, and algorithm limitation of applied machine learning. In addition, this review discusses the limitation of current machine learning methods for various task analysis in MPs along with future prospect. Finally, this review finds research potential in future work in building large generalized MPs datasets, designing high-performance but low-computational-complexity algorithms, and evaluating model interpretability.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the value of serum free light chain (sFLC) and serum calcium ion in the diagnosis and prognosis of multiple myeloma (MM). METHODS: Forty patients with MM treated in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 40 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The differences of sFLC-κ、sFLC-λ、sFLC-κ/λ, serum calcium ions, etc between the two groups were compared. Meanwhile, the differences of sFLC-κ、sFLC-λ、sFLC-κ/λ, serum calcium ions, etc in different international staging systems (ISS), chemotherapy efficacy and prognosis patients were analyzed. RESULTS: The levels of sFLC-κï¼»(98.39±21.19) vs (12.01±4.45) mg/Lï¼½, sFLC-λï¼»(210.20±45.54) vs (14.10±5.11) mg/Lï¼½ and proportions of hypocalcemia (65% vs 0) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), while sFLC-κ/ λ ratio[(0.44±0.10) vs (0.87±0.12)ï¼½ and serum calcium ions [(1.98±0.46) vs (2.42±0.40)mmol/Lï¼½ were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The sFLC-κ, sFLC-λ, the proportion of hypocalcemia and the course of hypocalcemia in ISS stage III patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in stage I and II patients (P < 0.05), while sFLC-κ/λ ratio, and serum calcium ions were significantly lower than those in stage I and II patients (P < 0.05). The levels of sFLC-κ [(107.76±21.22) vs (94.67±20.11)mg/Lï¼½, sFLC- λ[(245.54±41.12) vs (205.54±50.22)mg/Lï¼½ of patients with hypocalcemia in the observation group was significantly higher than those without hypocalcemia (P < 0.05), while the sFLC-κ/λ ratio was significantly lower than those without hypocalcemia [(0.42±0.04) vs (0.47±0.06);P < 0.05ï¼½. The levels of sFLC-κ ï¼»(107.29±20.14) vs ( 91.11±18.92)mg/Lï¼½, sFLC-λ[(247.98±42.26) vs (179.29±39.32)mg/Lï¼½ in patients with ineffective chemotherapy were significantly higher than those in patients with effective chemotherapy (P < 0.05), while the sFLC-κ/λ ratio was significantly lower than those in patients with effective chemotherapy ï¼»(0.43±0.10) vs (0.50±0.09);P < 0.05)]. The area under the ROC curve for sFLC-κ, sFLC-λ, sFLC-κ/λ predicting ineffective chemotherapy was 0.803, 0.793 and 0.699 respectively, P < 0.05. There was no significant difference in sFLC-κ, sFLC-λ, sFLC-κ/λ ratio, serum calcium ion, hypocalcemia ratio and hypocalcemia course between survival and death patients (P >0.05). CONCLUSION: sFLC and serum calcium are related to ISS stage of MM patients. sFLC level has a certain value to predict the curative effect of chemotherapy in MM patients. However, the prognostic values of sFLC and serum calcium are not yet confirmed for MM patients.

Nicotinamide riboside (NR) is a precursor and exogenous supplement of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+). NR has been shown to play a beneficial role in a variety of neurodegenerative diseases. A phase 1 clinical trial identified NR as a potential neuroprotective therapy for Parkinson's disease (PD). However, the mechanism of action of NR in PD has not been fully elucidated. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the potential effects of NR on a 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP)-induced PD model in zebrafish and its underlying mechanisms. The results showed that NR improved motor dysfunction, survival time, dopamine neurons, and peripheral neurons, as well as the NAD+ levels in the MPTP-affected PD zebrafish model. In addition, transcriptome sequencing analysis revealed that, after NR treatment, differentially expressed genes were significantly enriched in the glucose metabolism and protein processing pathways in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). Quantitative PCR (qPCR) revealed that the mRNA levels of the glycoheterotrophic enzyme (involved in glucose metabolism) were significantly decreased, and the glycolytic enzyme mRNA expression levels were significantly increased. The results of the non-targeted metabolomic analysis showed that NR treatment significantly increased the levels of metabolites such as nicotinic acid ,nicotinamide, d-glucose (from the gluconeogenesis and glycolysis metabolism pathways) and some glucogenic amino acids, such as glutamine. Importantly, NR ameliorated MPTP-induced endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) in the PD zebrafish model through the Perk-Eif2α-Atf4-Chop pathway. These results highlight the neuroprotective effect of NR in the present PD zebrafish model through modulation of glucose metabolism and ERS via the Perk-Eif2α-Atf4-Chop pathway and provide valuable mechanistic insights into the treatment of PD.

BACKGROUND: Limited evidence exists regarding the link between platelet count and 30-day in-hospital mortality in acute respiratory failure (ARF) patients. Thus, this study aims to investigate this association among ICU patients experiencing acute respiratory failure. METHODS: We conducted a retrospective cohort study across multiple centers, utilizing data from the US eICU-CRD v2.0 database covering 22,262 patients with ARF in the ICU from 2014 to 2015. Our aim was to investigate the correlation between platelet count and 30-day in-hospital mortality using binary logistic regression, subgroup analyses, and smooth curve fitting. RESULTS: The 30-day in-hospital mortality rate was 19.73% (4393 out of 22,262), with a median platelet count of 213 × 109/L. After adjusting for covariates, our analysis revealed an inverse association between platelet count and 30-day in-hospital mortality (OR = 0.99, 95% CI 0.99, 0.99). Subgroup analyses supported the robustness of these findings. Furthermore, a nonlinear relationship was identified between platelet count and 30-day in-hospital mortality, with the inflection point at 120 × 109/L. Below the inflection point, the effect size (OR) was 0.89 (0.87, 0.91), indicating a significant association. However, beyond this point, the relationship was not statistically significant. CONCLUSION: This study establishes a clear negative association between platelet count and 30-day in-hospital mortality among ICU patients with ARF. Furthermore, we have identified a nonlinear relationship with saturation effects, indicating that among ICU patients with acute respiratory failure, the lowest 30-day in-hospital mortality rate occurs when the baseline platelet count is approximately 120 × 109/L.

Background: Evidence of the relationship between platelet count and 30-day in-hospital mortality in ICU stroke patients is still scarce. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between platelet count and 30-day in-hospital mortality among ICU stroke patients. Methods: We conducted a multicenter retrospective cohort study using data from 8,029 ICU stroke patients in the US eICU-CRD v2.0 database from 2014 to 2015. Utilizing binary logistic regression, smooth curve fitting, and subgroup analyses, we examined the link between platelet count and 30-day in-hospital mortality. Results: The 30-day in-hospital mortality prevalence was 14.02%, and the mean platelet count of 223 × 109/L. Adjusting for covariates, our findings revealed an inverse association between platelet count and 30-day in-hospital mortality (OR = 0.975, 95% CI: 0.966, 0.984). Subgroup analyses supported the robustness of these results. Moreover, a nonlinear relationship was observed between platelet count and 30-day in-hospital mortality, with the inflection point at 163 × 109/L. On the left side of the inflection point, the effect size (OR) was 0.92 (0.89, 0.95), while on the right side, the relationship was not statistically significant. Conclusion: This study establishes an independent negative association between platelet count and 30-day in-hospital mortality in ICU stroke patients. Furthermore, a nonlinear relationship with a saturation effect was identified, suggesting that maintaining the platelet count around 163 × 109/L can reduce 30-day in-hospital mortality in these patients.

As a regulator in renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) closely correlated with tumor progression of pancreatic cancer, meantime, was easily affected by a variety of factors. [99mTc]Tc-cyc-DX600 SPECT was established as an ACE2-specific imaging protocol to figure out the ACE2 status in pancreatic tumor. BALB/C-NU mice were used to prepare the subcutaneous cell derived xenograft (CDX) models with HEK-293T or HEK-293T/hACE2 cells to validate ACE2 specificity of [99mTc]Tc-cyc-DX600 SPECT and establish SPECT imaging protocol. On the basis of [99mTc]Tc-cyc-DX600 SPECT and [18F]F-FDG PET/CT, ACE2-dependence on tumor size and tumor metabolism were further verified on orthotopic pancreatic cancer model with KPC cells. Immunohistochemical analysis was used to demonstrate the findings on ACE2 SPECT. [99mTc]Tc-cyc-DX600 was of superior tumor uptake in HEK-293T/hACE2 CDX than wild type (6.74 ± 0.31 %ID/mL vs 1.83 ± 0.26 %ID/mL at 1.5 h post injection (p.i.); 3.14 ± 0.31 %ID/mL vs 1.16 ± 0.15 %ID/mL at 4.5 h p.i.). For the CDX models with PANC-1 cells, a significant negative correlation between the slope of tumor volume and tumor uptake was observed (r = -0.382 for the 1-4th day; r = -0.146 for the 1-5th day; r = -0.114 for the 1-6th day; r = -0.152 for the 1-7th day; but P > 0.05 for all). For orthotopic pancreatic cancer model, the linear correlation between FDG PET and ACE2 SPECT of the pancreatic lesions was negative (r = -0.878), the quantitative values of ACE2 SPCET was positively correlated with the volume of primary lesions (r = 0.752) and also positively correlated with the quantitative values of ACE2 immunohistochemical analysis (r = 0.991). Conclusively, [99mTc]Tc-cyc-DX600 SPECT is an ACE2-specific imaging protocol with clinical translational potential, adding multidimensional information on the disease progression of pancreatic cancer.

Most currently available terahertz (THz) narrowband filters contain a metal and a substrate, which introduce absorption loss and spectral fluctuations caused by a Fabry-Perot interference in substrates. To address these issues, we employ quasi-bound states in the continuum (BICs) for the design and realization of a substrate-free all-dielectric THz transmissive narrowband filter. Under oblique incidence, the symmetry-protected BICs break and collapse into high-Q transmissive quasi-BIC modes, thereby achieving narrowband filtering. The filter not only minimizes energy loss but also demonstrates a smooth filtering response without an interferential spectral fluctuation associated with the substrate. An experimental high Q value of ∼127 at 4.1 THz with a broad sideband of ∼1.5 THz with transmittance below 10% is achieved.

The Masquelet technique, also known as the induced membrane technique, is a surgical technique for repairing large bone defects based on the use of a membrane generated by a foreign body reaction for bone grafting. This technique is not only simple to perform, with few complications and quick recovery, but also has excellent clinical results. To better understand the mechanisms by which this technique promotes bone defect repair and the factors that require special attention in practice, we examined and summarized the relevant research advances in this technique by searching, reading, and analysing the literature. Literature show that the Masquelet technique may promote the repair of bone defects through the physical septum and molecular barrier, vascular network, enrichment of mesenchymal stem cells, and high expression of bone-related growth factors, and the repair process is affected by the properties of spacers, the timing of bone graft, mechanical environment, intramembrane filling materials, artificial membrane, and pharmaceutical/biological agents/physical stimulation.

OBJECTIVES: This study sought to investigate the relationship between the systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) and bone mineral density (BMD), osteoporosis, and future fracture risk in elderly hypertensive patients. METHODS: Elderly hypertensive patients (age ≥60 years) who attended our hospital between January 2021 and December 2023 and completed BMD screening were included in the study. Analyses were performed with multivariate logistic and linear regression. RESULTS: The multiple linear regression indicated that SIRI levels were significantly negatively correlated with lumbar 1 BMD (ß = -0.15, 95% CI: -0.24, -0.05), lumbar 2 BMD (ß = -0.15, 95% CI: -0.24, -0.05), lumbar 3 BMD (ß = -1.35, 95% CI: -0.23, -0.02), lumbar 4 BMD (ß = -0.11, 95% CI: -0.30, -0.10), femur neck BMD (ß = -0.11, 95% CI: -0.18, -0.05) and Ward's triangle BMD (ß = -0.12, 95% CI: -0.20, -0.05) among elderly hypertensive patients, after fully adjusting for confounders. Furthermore, we observed that SIRI was positively associated with future fracture risk in elderly hypertensive patients. Specifically, SIRI was associated with an increased risk of major osteoporotic fractures (ß = 0.33) and hip fractures (ß = 0.25). The logistic regression analysis indicated that there is an association between the SIRI level and an increased risk of osteoporosis (OR = 1.60, 95% CI = 1.37, 1.87), after fully adjusting for confounders. CONCLUSIONS: Our findings indicate a potential association between SIRI and BMD, osteoporosis, and the risk of future fractures in elderly hypertensive patients. However, further studies are warranted to confirm these findings.

BACKGROUND: The outcome of extramedullary infiltration (EMI) in pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is controversial, and little is known about the implications of stem cell transplantation (SCT) and gemtuzumab ozogamicin (GO) treatment on patients with EMI. METHODS: We retrieved the clinical data of 713 pediatric patients with AML from the Therapeutically Applicable Research to Generate Effective Treatments (TARGET) dataset, and analyzed the clinical and prognostic characteristics of patients with EMI at diagnosis and relapse. RESULTS: A total of 123 patients were identified to have EMI at diagnosis and 64 presented with EMI at relapse. The presence of EMI was associated with age ≤2 years, M5 morphology, abnormal karyotype, and KMT2A rearrangements. Hyperleukocytosis and complex karyotype were more prevalent in patients with EMI at relapse. Additionally, patients with EMI at diagnosis had a reduced incidence of FLT3 ITD-/NPM1+, whereas those with EMI at relapse displayed a lower frequency of FLT3 ITD+. Patients with EMI at diagnosis exhibited a lower complete remission (CR) rate at the end of Induction Course 1 and higher relapse incidence. Importantly, EMI at diagnosis independently predicted both shorter event-free survival (EFS) and overall survival (OS). Regarding relapse patients, the occurrence of EMI at relapse showed no impact on OS. However, relapse patients with myeloid sarcoma (MS)/no central nervous system (CNS) exhibited poorer OS compared to those with CNS/no MS. Furthermore, regarding patients with EMI at diagnosis, SCT failed to improve the survival, whereas GO treatment potentially enhanced OS. CONCLUSION: EMI at diagnosis is an independent adverse prognostic risk factor for pediatric AML, and GO treatment potentially improves survival for patients with EMI at diagnosis.

Disruption of circadian rhythm during pregnancy produces adverse health outcomes in offspring; however, the role of maternal circadian rhythms in the immune system of infants and their susceptibility to inflammation remains poorly understood. Here we show that disruption of circadian rhythms in pregnant mice profoundly aggravates the severity of neonatal inflammatory disorders in both male and female offspring, such as necrotizing enterocolitis and sepsis. The diminished maternal production of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and the impaired immunosuppressive function of neonatal myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) contribute to this phenomenon. Mechanistically, DHA enhances the immunosuppressive function of MDSCs via PPARγ-mediated mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation. Transfer of MDSCs or perinatal supplementation of DHA relieves neonatal inflammation induced by maternal rhythm disruption. These observations collectively demonstrate a previously unrecognized role of maternal circadian rhythms in the control of neonatal inflammation via metabolic reprograming of myeloid cells.

An efficient method for remote radical C(sp3)-H azidation at unactivated sites is described. C-H functionalization proceeds via intramolecular 1,5-hydrogen atom transfer to N-centered radicals that are generated via azido group transfer and/or fragmentation. The readily installed sulfamoyl azide serves as both an amidyl radical precursor and an azido source. This reaction features excellent site selectivity for tertiary, secondary, primary, and benzylic C(sp3)-H bonds and exhibits broad functional group compatibility.

This study introduces a novel approach involving XB-mediated cross-coupling of α-trifluoromethylated alkyl bromides with coumarins and quinolinones under visible light irradiation. Both density functional theory (DFT) calculations and experimental studies converge to suggest that the noncovalent interaction between alkyl bromides and DMAP, intensified by the α-trifluoromethyl group, plays a pivotal role in facilitating this chemoselective reaction.

The impact of climate warming on soil microbial communities can significantly influence the global carbon cycle. Coastal wetlands, in particular, are susceptible to changes in soil microbial community structure due to climate warming and the presence of invasive plant species. However, there is limited knowledge about how native and invasive plant wetland soil microbes differ in their response to warming. In this study, we investigated the temporal dynamics of soil microbes (prokaryotes and fungi) under experimental warming in two coastal wetlands dominated by native Phragmites australis (P. australis) and invasive Spartina alterniflora (S. alterniflora). Our research indicated that short-term warming had minimal effects on microbial abundance, diversity, and composition. However, it did accelerate the succession of soil microbial communities, with potentially greater impacts on fungi than prokaryotes. Furthermore, in the S. alterniflora wetland, experimental warming notably increased the complexity and connectivity of the microbial networks. While in the P. australis wetland, it decreased these factors. Analysis of robustness showed that experimental warming stabilized the co-occurrence network of the microbial community in the P. australis wetland, but destabilized it in the S. alterniflora wetland. Additionally, the functional prediction analysis using the Faprotax and FunGuild databases revealed that the S. alterniflora wetland had a higher proportion of saprotrophic fungi and prokaryotic OTUs involved in carbon degradation (p < 0.05). With warming treatments, there was an increasing trend in the proportion of prokaryotic OTUs involved in carbon degradation, particularly in the S. alterniflora wetland. Therefore, it is crucial to protect native P. australis wetlands from S. alterniflora invasion to mitigate carbon emissions and preserve the health of coastal wetland ecosystems under future climate warming in China.

Phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 10 (PTEN) is a critical tumor suppressor protein that regulates various biological processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, and inflammatory responses by controlling the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (PI3K/AKT) signaling pathway. PTEN plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Loss of PTEN may contribute to survival, proliferation, and pro-inflammatory cytokine release of fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS). Also, persistent PI3K signaling increases myeloid cells' osteoclastic potential, enhancing localized bone destruction. Recent studies have shown that the expression of PTEN protein in the synovial lining of RA patients with aggressive FLS is minimal. Experimental upregulation of PTEN protein expression could reduce the damage caused by RA. Nonetheless, a complete comprehension of aberrant PTEN drives RA progression and its interactions with other crucial molecules remains elusive. This review is dedicated to promoting a thorough understanding of the signaling mechanisms of aberrant PTEN in RA and aims to furnish pertinent theoretical support for forthcoming endeavors in both basic and clinical research within this domain.
