RESUMEN

The complex study of the physical development of boys and girls aged 11-18 years of native and newly come population of Khanty-Mansiysk-Ugra Autonomous Region was performed. It was found that the native population had higher mass of fat component in all the age groups as compared to that of the newly come population. The data obtained reflect the regional peculiarities of the growth processes of the children of native and newly come population. These data help to reveal the mechanisms providing adaptive character of development at the pubertal stage the ontogenesis.

RESUMEN

The article is based on 28 experimental studies and 74 clinical observations. The authors have distinguished fascial-cellular spaces of the mediastinum, noted their developmental changes and topographo-anatomical relationships, determined possible ways of spreading the pyo-inflammatory process in the mediastinal fat in children of different age groups. Substantiation of methods of drainage in acute suppurative mediastinitis is given in the age aspect, as well as the method of local detoxication. Differential approach to children with this critical pathology resulted in recovery of 64 of 74 sick children.

RESUMEN

Some features of lactase tolerance were investigated in representatives of varying groups of indigenous population in Siberia-Mansi, Khanty, Nenets, Buryats. The indirect method was used to evaluate lactase activity. A total of 92 subjects were investigated. It was found that 32% of the representatives of the Urals population group and 53% of Buryats were capable of lactase assimilating. The data obtained correspond to the cultural-genetic hypothesis on the nature of lactase tolerance in the representatives of different ethnic groups.

RESUMEN

The main task of the investigation is to prove suitability of the scheme suggested for estimation of the dynamics of fat content in the organism, in order to analyse age changeability of topography and amount of the subcutaneous fat in 254 women of various race-geographic groups in Siberia and populations, belonging to different adaptive groups. Representatives of the central-east-european (Russians), north europeoid (Komi), uralian (Manci) and central-asian (Buryats) race groups have been investigated. Age groups of 18-23 and 24-55 years of age have been compared. The first group gives possibilities to estimate the fat content value in the body composition and peculiarities in distribution of the subcutaneous fat in persons at early period of maturation; the second group--to follow age alterations of certain signs. For the representatives of the first group predominance of the subcutaneous fat below the waist is specific. In Russians predominance of the subcutaneous fat in extremities in comparison with the trunk is noted in 47-50%, in Komi, Manci and Buryats--in 12-25%. In the older age group the summational skin-fold thickness of the adipose tissue changes but slightly. For the representatives of all elderly groups increase of the fat content above the waist with predominance in the trunk is specific.
