Objective: To analyze the expression of tuftelin protein (TUFT1) and its clinical value in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)-related liver cancer tissues. Methods: The biological information data of TUFT1 mRNA expression in liver cancer and non-cancer tissues were analyzed from the TCGA and Oncomine database. After the approval of the ethics committee, the self-pairing method was used to collect the postoperative cancer and para-carcinoma tissues of 132 HCC cases hospitalized between January 2009 and December 2014. Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry (IHC) were used to analyze the expression of TUFT1 in liver tissues. According to IHC staining, liver cancer was divided into high TUFT1 and low/no expression group. Combined with clinical data, the clinicopathological characteristics were statistically analyzed between and within the groups. The 5-year overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) was analyzed by correlation analysis. Results: IHC staining showed that TUFT1 in cancer tissue was localized in the cytoplasm and cell membrane, and its positive expression rate was significantly higher in the liver cancer group (87.1%) than the para-carcinoma group (64.4%) (χ (2) = 18.563, P < 0.001). TUFT1 expression intensity in patients with liver cancer was significantly correlated with HBeAg positive (χ (2) = 4.080, P = 0.043), tumor size (χ (2) = 9.388, P = 0.002), vascular invasion (χ (2) = 14.885, P < 0.001), TNM stage (χ (2) = 13.516, P < 0.001) and ascites (χ (2) = 5.940, P = 0.015). TUFT1 high expression was negatively correlated with OS and DFS (P < 0.001). Conclusion: The overexpression of TUFT1 is closely related to HBV replication, vascular invasion and poor prognosis, and it is expected to become a useful marker for liver cancer diagnosis and prognosis.

Canola meal (CM) contains less crude protein (CP) and more fiber and anti-nutritional factors (ANF) such as glucosinolates than soybean meal (SBM), and consequently has a lower nutrient digestibility. Therefore, processing strategies that may increase the feeding value of CM, warrant study. In 2 experiments, the effects of extrusion of Brassica napus CM on apparent (AID) and standardized ileal digestibility (SID) of amino acids (AA), apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD) of gross energy (GE) in growing pigs and growth performance and diet digestibility in weaned pigs were assessed. Solvent-extracted CM was extruded using a single-screw extruder at 3 screw speeds, 250 (CM-250), 350 (CM-350) or 450 (CM-450) rpm. In Exp. 1, in a double 4 × 4 Latin square, 8 ileal-cannulated barrows (initial BW, 68.1 kg) were fed corn starch-based diets containing 50% CM or extruded CM. The CM sample contained 43.2% CP, 33.2% total dietary fiber, and 8.9 µmol total glucosinolates/g on dry matter (DM) basis. Extrusion increased (P < 0.05) the AID of CP, reduced (P < 0.05) hindgut fermentation (AHF) of CP, and decreased (P < 0.05) predicted net energy (NE) value of diets. Extrusion increased diet AID and CM SID of most indispensable AA by 3.1 to 5.3%-units. In Exp. 2, 200 weaned pigs (initial BW, 8.3 kg) were fed diets containing 20% SBM, CM, or extruded CM starting 2 wk post-weaning for 3 wk. The CM sample contained 42.7% CP, 28.3% total dietary fiber, and 5.3 µmol total glucosinolates/g DM. Wheat-based diets provided 2.3 Mcal NE/kg and 5.1 g SID Lys/Mcal NE. Dietary inclusion of extruded CM replacing SBM decreased (P < 0.05) diet ATTD of DM, GE and CP, and DE value. Average daily feed intake (ADFI), average daily gain (ADG), and gain:feed (G:F) of pigs did not differ between extruded CM and SBM diets and were not affected by extrusion, but increasing extruder screw speed linearly increased (P < 0.05) ADG for d 1 to 7, and G:F for the entire trial. In conclusion, extrusion increased diet AID and CM SID of AA, but not DE and predicted NE values of CM. However, increasing extruder speed did not further increase SID of most AA of CM in growing pigs. Dietary inclusion of 20% CM or extruded CM did not affect growth performance in weaned pigs.

Objective: To study the thickness of cervical squamous epithelia and its correlation with cervical precancerous lesions. Methods: We selected 495 HE slides of 209 cervical biopsies from January 2020 to June 2020 in the Department of Pathology, the First and Seventh Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital, including 173 slides with low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) and 214 slides with high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL). Artificial intelligence labeling software was used to assist in measuring the epithelial thickness of normal cervical squamous epithelium, LSIL and HSIL of each slide. The thickest, thinnest, and middle widths of epithelial thickness were measured, respectively. Average epithelial thickness was defined as the sum of the above three widths divided by 3. The correlation statistical analysis was performed by combining the data of age and pathological diagnosis. Results: The average thickness of normal cervical squamous mucosa was (245.83±91.40) µm, which was (222.42±81.22) µm and was (195.95±66.59) µm in LSIL and HISL epithelial respectively (F=27.09, P<0.01). The average cell layers of normal cervical squamous epithelium was (15.5±4.2) layers, which of LSIL was (14.8±4.8) layers, and that of HSIL was (15.8±4.8) layers. The differences among normal, LSIL and HSIL were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Further statistical analysis was stratified by age (≤30 years, 31-40 years, 41-50 years, 51-60 years, and >60 years), the results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the thickness of normal cervical squamous epithelial gradually thinned with age (correlation coefficient r=-0.141 9, P<0.05), while LSIL and HSIL epithelial thickness had significant correlation with age (P>0.05). In the subgroup of ≤50 years old, the epithelial thickness of normal squamous epithelium was the thickest, followed by LSIL, and HSIL epithelial thickness was the thinnest. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). While in the subgroup of >50 years, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusions: The cervical squamous epithelium gradually becomes thinner with the degree of precancerous lesions increasing among patients of ≤50 years old. However, after age of 50 years, with the onset of menopause, the normal mucosal epithelium is becoming atrophy, so that mucosal thickness is no longer correlated with the extent of the lesion. In addition, it is suggested that the cervical vinegar white test performance during colposcopy is related to the protein changes in the mucosal epithelial cells, but not directly related to the thickness of the epithelial layer.

RESUMEN

Coronaviruses are a common class of respiratory viruses that can cause human infections. 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV), a new coronavirus that has recently caused a pandemic, has affected millions of people and put tremendous pressure on the health systems of almost every country in the world. Coronaviruses are known to spread from person to person through droplets or contact. The 2019-nCoV has also been found in the conjunctival secretions and tears of some clinically diagnosed patients. To assess whether the eye is one of the transmission routes of the virus, we review literature, and summarize the anatomy of the eye-nose pathway, the expression of the virus receptor in the eye, the preclinical animal studies, and the clinical data. We analyze the possibility of eyes as a means of transmission and propose some suggestions of ocular protection. (Chin J Ophthalmol, 2021, 57: 305-310).

Objective: To investigate the related factors of left ventricular thrombus (LVT) formation within two weeks in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and left ventricular aneurysm (LVA). Methods: Consecutive inpatients with acute STEMI and left ventricular aneurysm, hospitalized from January 2014 to June 2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, were enrolled in this retrospective study. Patients were divided into LVT group and non-LVT group according to the presence or absence of LVT. The clinical data, echocardiography findings, coronary angiography and treatments were compared between two groups. Subgroup analysis was performed on the patients receiving primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Onset to door, door to balloon, onset to balloon time were also compared. Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors of LVT formation early post STEMI in enrolled patients. The effects of each index in multivariate logistic regression analysis were illustrated in the forest plot. Results: A total of 144 patients were included, there were 52 cases (36.1%) in LVT group, the age was (56.4±11.2) years, and 46 (88.5%) cases were male. There were 92 cases (63.9%) in non-LVT group, the age was (61.7±11.5) years, and there were 73 (79.3%) males in this group. The patients in LVT group were younger than those in non-LVT group, the proportion of anemia, history of heavy drinking, history of chronic kidney disease, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ≤40%, preoperative thrombosis in myocardial infarction (TIMI) blood flow grade 0 and postoperative TIMI blood flow grade ≤2 were significantly higher in LVT group than those in non-LVT group (all P<0.05). The incidence of history of angina, collateral circulation of the coronary arteries, primary PCI or venous thrombolysis were significantly lower in LVT group than those in non-LVT group (all P<0.05). The percentage of anti-platelet therapy and anticoagulant therapy was similar between the two groups (all P˃0.05). Subgroup analysis in patients undergoing primary PCI showed that onset to door, door to balloon, onset to balloon time were similar between the two groups. Multivariate logistic regression analysis and forest plot showed that history of heavy drinking (OR=6.982, 95%CI 1.501-32.469, P=0.013), anemia (OR=3.373, 95%CI 1.075-10.585, P=0.037), LVEF≤40% (OR=3.016, 95%CI 1.027-8.859, P=0.045), preoperative TIMI blood flow grade 0 (OR=3.311, 95%CI 1.214-9.029, P=0.019) were positively correlated with LVT in patients with acute STEMI and LVA. History of angina (OR=0.159, 95%CI 0.058-0.441, P<0.001), collateral circulation of the coronary arteries (OR=0.189, 95%CI 0.053-0.673, P=0.010), primary PCI or venous thrombolysis (OR=0.252, 95%CI 0.093-0.682, P=0.007) were negatively correlated with LVT in patients with acute STEMI and LVA. Conclusions: History of heavy drinking, anemia, LVEF ≤40%, preoperative TIMI blood flow grade 0 are associated with increased risk of the LVT in patients with acute STEMI and LVA at early stage of the disease. However, history of angina, collateral circulation of the coronary arteries, primary PCI or venous thrombolysis are associated with lower risk of the LVT in these patients.

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on brucellosis and its influence on humoral immune indexes. Methods: In October 2019, 169 cases of brucellosis hospitalized in Tianjin Second People's Hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups according to the random number method, 84 cases in the integrated treatment group and 85 cases in the western medicine treatment group. The western medicine treatment group was given antibiotics and other routine western medicine support treatment. The integrated treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine for treatment based on syndrome differentiation, on the basis of western medicine treatment group, and 6 weeks was a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome scores were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment, and the changes in humoral immune indexes, biochemical, and liver and kidney functions of the patients before and after treatment were analyzed. Results: The total effective rate was 100.00% (84/84) in the integrated treatment group and 97.65% (83/85) in the western medicine treatment group. The difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) . The difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) . There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05) , and the TCM syndrome scores after treatment were lower than before treatment (P<0.05) . Among them, the TCM syndrome scores of the integrated treatment group were lower than those of the western medicine treatment group (P<0.05) . There was no significant difference in IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4, miRNA-155, C-reactive protein (CRP) , erythrocyte sedimention rate (ESR) , alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05) . After treatment, IgG, IgA, IgM, miRNA-155, CRP, ESR, ALT and AST were all lower than before treatment, and C3 and C4 complement levels were higher than before treatment (P<0.05) . Among them, IgG, IgA, IgM, miRNA-155, CRP, ESR, ALT and AST in the integrative treatment group were all lower than the western medicine treatment group, while the C3 and C4 complement levels were higher than the western medicine treatment group (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The treatment of brucellosis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score and reduce the levels of CRP and ESR. The mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of the patient's humoral immunological indicators.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of early supplementation during 4-18 day of age with Lactobacillus plantarum (LP) in liquid diets on intestinal innate immune response in young piglets infected with enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli K88 (ETEC K88). Seventy-two barrow piglets at 4-day-old were assigned to basal or LP supplemented liquid diet (5 × 10 10 CFU·kg -1). On d 15, piglets from each group orally challenged with either ETEC K88 (1 × 10 8 CFU·kg -1) or same amount of PBS. The intestinal mucosa, mesenteric lymph node (MLN), and spleen samples were collected on d 18. Here, we found that LP pretreatment significantly decreased mRNA relative expression of inflammatory cytokines (interleukin-1ß [IL-1ß], interleukin-8 [IL-8], and tumor necrosis factor-α [TNF-α]), ß-defensin 2 (pBD-2), and mucins (MUC1 and MUC4) in jejunal mucosa in piglets challenged with ETEC K88 (P < 0.05). Moreover, LP significantly decreased the ileal mucosa mRNA relative expression of IL-8 and MUC4 in young piglets challenged with ETEC K88 (P < 0.05). Furthermore, the piglets of LP+K88 group had lower protein levels of IL-8, secretary IgA (sIgA), pBD-2 and MUC4 in jejunal mucosa than those challenged with ETEC K88 (P < 0.05). Besides, LP supplementation reduced the percentage of gamma/delta T cells receptor (γδTCR) and CD172a + (SWC3 +) cells in MLN, and the percentage of γδTCR cells in the spleen of young piglets after ETEC K88 challenge. Supplementation with LP in liquid diets prevented the upregulated protein abundance of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), phosphorylation-p38 (p-p38) and phosphorylation-extracellular signal-regulated protein kinases (p-ERK) in jejunal mucosa induced by ETEC K88 (P < 0.05). In conclusion, LP supplementation in liquid diet possesses anti-inflammatory activity and modulates the intestinal innate immunity during the early life of young piglets challenged with ETEC K88, which might be attributed to suppression of TLR4-mediated mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways. Early supplementation with LP in liquid diets regulates the innate immune response, representing a promising immunoregulation strategy for maintaining intestinal health in weaned piglets.

Objective: To investigate the safety and clinical efficacy of osteotomy after halo pelvic traction in severe scoliosis accompanied with split cord malformation. Methods: The clinical data of 14 patients with severe scoliosis accompanied with split cord malformation admitted to the Department of Spinal Surgery, Guizhou Orthopedic Hospital from August 2015 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.There were 6 males and 8 females, aged (19.8±5.0) years (range:13 to 34 years). All patients received spinal orthopedic surgery after halo pelvic traction for 3 to 7 weeks.The data of traction time, height, Cobb angle in the main curved coronal plane and sagittal plane, lung function and nutritional status of the patient were collected before and after the treatment. Paired t test was used to compare the evaluation indexes. Results: The traction time of the 14 patients was (35.2±8.3)days (range:20 to 49 days), and the height of them increased from (156.7±7.6)cm (range:141 to 166 cm) before traction to (167.0±6.4)cm (range:154 to 177 cm) after traction(t=-10.49,P<0.01). The Cobb angle on the main curved coronal plane decreased from (117.4±17.2) ° (range: 91°to 176°) before traction to (56.4±8.1) ° (range:44°to 68°) after traction(t=13.90,P<0.01). The sagittal Cobb angle decreased from (92.5±11.6) ° (range:62°to 132°) before traction to (41.7±7.7) °(range:29°to 51°) after traction(t=12.11,P<0.01). No complications such as loosening of nailing and infection occurred during traction, and no decrease of nerve function occurred. Nine patients underwent single segment acromial transpedicle osteotomy and five underwent double segment adjacent asymmetric shortening osteotomy. None of the patients underwent longitudinal fracture resection. The lung function and nutritional status were improved after traction and surgery(all P<0.01). Postoperative follow-up was (22.5±9.1)months (range:12 to 36 months). At the last follow-up, the coronal Cobb angle was (56.3±7.1) °, and the sagittal Cobb angle was (37.7±6.5) °, showing no statistically significant difference from the angle after traction(t=0.16,P=0.88; t=2.28,P=0.32). There was no loss of orthopedic angle. None of the patients had internal fixation displacement, loosening or fracture. Conclusion: The treatment of severe scoliosis with accompanied with split cord malformation by halo pelvic traction is safe and effective, which is worthy of further confirmation by large sample study.

RESUMEN

With improved neonatal care, the survival rate of premature infants has been greatly increased, and retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) has already been the leading cause of blindness in children. Thereupon screening and treatment of ROP have been deeply performed in China. However, the implementation and the detection rate vary greatly in different regions. In this article, based on the 20-year prevalence data of ROP in all parts of the country before 2010, we review and summarize the literatures from 2008 to 2018, in order to track and update the screening data of ROP in the mainland of China and to find the incidence trend during the decade. The evidence of the changing prevalence of ROP would benefit further prevention of this serious eye disease. (Chin J Ophthalmol, 2021, 57: 379-385).

Objective: To explore the expression of circ-KEL in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and the effect and mechanism of circ-KEL on leukemic cells. Methods: The expression of circ-KEL was detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction in bone marrow mononuclear cells collected from 116 patients with AML and 40 healthy donors. The correlation of circ-KEL expression with the clinical characteristics of patients with AML was further systematically analyzed. The modulations among circ-KEL, miR-335-5p, and LRG1 were predicted through bioinformatics analysis and validated by dual luciferase assay. Cell proliferation and apoptosis were detected using CCK8 and flow cytometry. Results: The expression of circ-KEL was significantly elevated in patients with AML compared with the healthy controls (Relative expression level, -Δct, AML: -7.117±1.831; control: -8.669±1.771, P<0.001) . Moreover, patients with high circ-KEL expression have significantly worse overall survival. The level of circ-KEL in patients with AML was downregulated after chemo-treatment. In addition, circ-KEL could serve as the sponge of miR-335-5p and regulate LRG1. Bioinformatics analysis showed that miR-335-5p correlates with good prognosis and was negatively associated with LRG1. LRG1 could promote cell proliferation and inhibit cell apoptosis. Our results also exhibited the higher expression of LRG1 in patients with AML. Moreover, circ-KEL exerted functional effects via sponging miR-335-5p and regulating LRG1. Conclusion: circ-KEL expresses highly in patients with AML and correlates with poor prognosis, suggesting its important role in the genesis and progress of AML.

Objective: To observe the effects of miR-21 knockout on proliferation and drug resistance in K562/G01 cells, and to preliminarily explore the mechanism of imatinib sensitivity by knocking out miR-21 in K562/G01 cells. Methods: Using CRISPR/Cas9 to knock out the miR-21 gene in K562/G01 cells, and single-cell-derived clones of miR-21 knockout were obtained by genomic DNA PCR screening, Sanger sequencing, and real-time PCR. We used MTT and cell colony formation assays to assess the cell proliferation, and determined imatinib sensitivity by MTT assay and Annexin-Ⅴ-APC/7-AAD double staining flow cytometry. Using western blot, we examined the potential mechanisms affecting imatinib sensitivity by knocking out miR-21 in K562/G01 cells. Results: Three miR-21 knockout K562/G01 single-cell-derived clones were successfully constructed. The mutation efficiency mediated by CRISPR/Cas9 was 7.12%-8.11%. MiR-21 knockout inhibited the proliferation of K562/G01 cells; the clone formation rates of WT and 1#, 2#, 6# K562/G01 single-cell clones were (57.67±8.25) %, (26.94± 5.36) %, (7.17±2.11) %, (31.50±3.65) %, respectively. MiR-21 knockout increased the sensitivity of K562/G01 cells to imatinib, IC(50) of imatinib in WT, and 1#, 2#, 6# K562/G01 single-cell clones were (21.92±1.36) µmol/ml, (3.98±0.39) µmol/ml, (5.38±1.01) µmol/ml, (9.24±1.36) µmol/ml. After the knockout of miR-21, the activation of PI3K/Akt signaling molecules was inhibited, while the expression of P210(B)CR-ABL and p-P210(BCR-ABL) was downregulated; however, the expression of PTEN was not affected. Conclusion: The knockout of miR-21 can suppress cell proliferation and improve sensitivity to imatinib in K562/G01 cells, which may be achieved by inhibiting the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and BCR-ABL expression.

Metabolism in most organisms can show variations between the day and night. These variations may also affect the composition of products derived from livestock. The aim of the present study was to investigate the difference in composition between the day-milk and night-milk of dairy cows. Ten multiparous Holstein cows (milk yield = 25.2 ± 5.00 kg/d) were randomly selected during mid lactation. Milk samples were collected at 0500 h ("night-milk") and 1500 h ("day-milk") and analyzed to determine their composition. Mid-infrared spectroscopy was used to analyze macronutrient content of milk. Metabolomics and lipidomics were used to detect and analyze small molecules and fatty acids, respectively. An automatic biochemical analyzer and ELISA kits were used to determine biochemical indicators, as well as antioxidant and immune parameters in the milk. Though milk fat, protein, lactose, and total milk solids were not different between day-milk and night-milk, small molecules, metabolites and lipids, and hormones and cytokines differed between day-milk and night-milk. Regarding biochemical and immune-related indicators, the concentrations of malondialdehyde, HSP70, and HSP90 in night-milk were lower than that in day-milk. However, interferon-γ levels were higher in night-milk. Additionally, night-milk was naturally rich in melatonin. Lipidomics analyses showed that the levels of some lipids in night-milk were higher than those in day-milk. Metabolomics analyses identified 36 different metabolites between day-milk and night-milk. Higher concentrations of N-acetyl-d-glucosamine, cis-aconitate, and d-sorbitol were observed in day-milk. However, the other 33 metabolites analyzed, including carbohydrates, lipids, AA, and aromatic compounds, showed lower concentrations in day-milk than in night-milk. The present findings show that the composition of night-milk differs considerably from that of day-milk. Notable changes in the circadian rhythm also altered milk composition. These results provide evidence to support the strategic use and classification of day-milk and night-milk.

The relationship between the appearance of bone metabolism disorders and the onset of steroid-induced osteonecrosis remains unclear. We studied the time course of calcium, phosphorus, osteocalcin, alkaline phosphatase, and mineral density of bone tissue in the subchondral bone of the femoral head of rabbits injected with steroids and attempted to precisely determine the time when disorders in bone metabolism started in animals with steroid-induced osteonecrosis. We detected bone metabolism disorders involved in the early pathogenesis of steroid-induced osteonecrosis, which were the cause, but not the result of this condition.

Objective: To investigate the accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for quantitative determination of liver fat and iron content through a rat model of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) induced by methionine-choline deficient (MCD) diet. Methods: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into experimental (MCD-diet group, n = 30) and normal control group (normal diet, n = 30). Rats were subjected to special MRI examinations at the ends of 2, 4, and 8 weeks. Proton density fat fraction (PDFF) and R2* value were obtained, and then the rats were sacrificed. The liver tissues were stained with HE, Prussian blue, etc. Liver tissue non-heme iron (NHI) homogenate was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. According to different data, one-way analysis of variance, t-test or χ (2) test was used for statistical analysis. Results: PDFF and R2 * values in the MCD diet group at 2, 4 and 8 weeks were 23.37% ± 9.20%, 28.07% ± 6.84%, 25.40% ± 7.04% (P < 0.01) and 90.58 ± 15.92, 104.12 ± 13.47, 106.35 ± 15.76 (P < 0.05), respectively, which were significantly higher than the normal control group PDFF (2.39% ± 0.50%, 2.45% ± 0.45%, 3.26% ± 0.80%) and R2* (48.93 ± 7.90, 54.71 ± 5.91, 64.25 ± 15.76). Additionally, with the disease progression, R2 * had gradually increased, which was consistent with the NHI trend in liver tissue homogenates of each group. Conclusion: MRI, as a non-invasive quantitative method, can accurately assess liver fat and iron content in fatty liver disease, and with the degree of severity of fat changes, iron deposits tend to increase.

RESUMEN

The data of 9 patients with stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ extranodal nasal-type natural killer/T cell lymphoma from August 2019 to August 2020 in People's Hospital of Zhengzhou University was retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were treated with the programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) inhibitor combined with P-GemoX-DEX (gemcitabine+oxaliplatin+dexamethasone+peraspartase) regimen as the first-line treatment. After 4 cycles of treatment, positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) was used to evaluate the curative effect, and adverse reactions were also observed. The median follow-up time was 7 months. The overall response rate, complete and partial remission rate was 9/9, 6/9 and 3/9, respectively. The main adverse event was hematological toxicity, with 6 cases of grade Ⅰ/Ⅱ neutropenia, and no immune-related adverse events were reported.
