BACKGROUND: Fenugreeks (Trigonella L. spp.), belonging to the legume family (Fabaceae), are well-known multipurpose crops that their materials are currently received much attention in the pharmaceutical and food industries for the production of healthy and functional foods all over the world. Iran is one of the main diversity origins of this valuable plant. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to explore vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids profile, proximate composition, content of diosgenin, trigonelline, phenolic acids, total carotenoids, saponins, phenols, flavonoids, and tannins, mucilage and bitterness value, and antioxidant activity of the seed of thirty populations belonging to the ten different Iranian Trigonella species. RESULTS: We accordingly identified notable differences in the nutrient and bioactive compounds of each population. The highest content (mg/100 g DW) of ascorbic acid (18.67 ± 0.85‒22.48 ± 0.60) and α-tocopherol (31.61 ± 0.15‒38.78 ± 0.67) were found in the populations of T. filipes and T. coerulescens, respectively. Maximum content of catechin was found in the populations of T. teheranica (52.67 ± 0.05‒63.50 ± 0.72 mg/l). Linoleic acid (> 39.11% ± 0.61%) and linolenic acid (> 48.78 ± 0.39%) were the main polyunsaturated fatty acids, with the majority in the populations of T. stellata (54.81 ± 1.39‒63.46 ± 1.21%). The populations of T. stellata were also rich in trigonelline (4.95 ± 0.03‒7.66 ± 0.16 mg/g DW) and diosgenin (9.06 ± 0.06‒11.03 ± 0.17 mg/g DW). CONCLUSIONS: The obtained data provides baseline information to expand the inventory of wild and cultivated Iranian Trigonella species for further exploitation of rich chemotypes in the new foods and specific applications.

RESUMEN

Articular cartilage damage and degeneration are among hallmark manifestations of joint injuries and arthritis, classically osteoarthritis. Cartilage compositional MRI (Cart-C MRI), a quantitative technique, which aims to detect early-stage cartilage matrix changes that precede macroscopic alterations, began development in the 1990s. However, despite the significant advancements over the past three decades, Cart-C MRI remains predominantly a research tool, hindered by various technical and clinical hurdles. This paper will review the technical evolution of Cart-C MRI, delve into its clinical applications, and conclude by identifying the existing gaps and challenges that need to be addressed to enable even broader clinical application of Cart-C MRI.

The compositions of Dutch lightweight packaging waste (LWP) and sorted products named "PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) trays" have been determined on object level. Additionally, the PET trays from both waste types were sorted in 16 categories representing their packaging use and material build-up. The material composition of at least 10 representative trays from each category was determined with chemical and thermal analysis, based on which the average material composition per category was established. Based on this data the average material composition of sorted PET tray products was approximated. The recyclability of the various categories of PET trays was assessed based on their material build-up. The most ubiquitous PET trays in Dutch LWP and sorted products were only found to be suitable to produce opaque recycled PET with mechanical recycling processes. Whereas only some more uncommon PET trays can be used to produce transparent recycled PET with mechanical recycling processes. Depolymerisation is deemed to be a more appropriate recycling process that will allow the production of transparent food-grade recycled PET.

OBJECTIVES: Desmopressin improves nocturia frequency; however, reports on its long-term efficacy and safety are few, and concerns regarding its effect on body composition exist. We thus investigated the efficacy and safety of long-term desmopressin administration and its effect on body composition. METHODS: This retrospective study, conducted at Chikugo City Hospital between August 2020 and December 2022, involved 133 men (mean age, 77.7 years) with nocturnal and persistent nocturia, who were administered an initial dose of 50 µg desmopressin. Efficacy endpoints included nocturnal urinary frequency, nocturnal urinary volume, hours of undisturbed sleep, nocturnal polyuria index, initial nocturnal urinary volume, and daily urinary frequency in a frequency-volume chart (3 days), before treatment and at 1, 4, 12, 24, and 52 weeks after desmopressin administration. Additionally, the effects of desmopressin on body composition were examined, including blood-brain natriuretic peptide and a chest radiography, before and 52 weeks after administration. RESULTS: Treatment improved most efficacy endpoint evaluation parameters. Around 87.6% of patients showed improved symptoms after 52 weeks compared with those before treatment (score ≤ 3). The blood-brain natriuretic peptide level rose; however, cardiothoracic ratio was unchanged. CONCLUSION: Long-term administration of desmopressin is thus effective and safe in older people with nocturnal polyuria, with little effect on body composition.

This study investigated the combined effects of resistance exercise training (RET) and alternate-day calorie restriction (ADCR) on body composition, insulin resistance (IR), insulin resistance-related biomarkers (adipokine adipsin and hepatokine soluble EFGR), and weight loss in obese men. The findings revealed that RET + ADCR induced the greatest reductions in body weight, body fat percentage, and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) compared to RET and ADCR alone (p < 0.05). Additionally, RET + ADCR resulted in the most significant improvements in IR, as measured by HOMA-IR, and in circulating levels of adipsin and soluble EFGR (p < 0.05). These findings suggest that combining RET and ADCR may be a more effective strategy for improving metabolic health, including body composition, IR, and metabolic tissues' functions, in obese men than either intervention alone.

Genital tract infections can cause a variety of harmful health outcomes, including endometritis, bacterial vaginosis, and pelvic inflammatory disease, in addition to infertility. Anaerobic bacteria, such as Gardnerella vaginalis, Megasphaera spp., and Atopobium vaginae, are more commonly identified in cases of bacterial vaginosis than lactobacilli. It is unknown how the microorganisms that cause pelvic inflammatory diseases and endometritis enter the uterus. Both prospective and retrospective research have connected pelvic inflammatory disorders, chronic endometritis, and bacterial vaginosis to infertility. Similar to bacterial vaginosis, endometritis-related infertility is probably caused by a variety of factors, such as inflammation, immune system recognition of sperm antigens, bacterial toxins, and a higher risk of STDs. Preconception care for symptomatic women may include diagnosing and treating pelvic inflammatory disease, chronic endometritis, and bacterial vaginosis before conception to optimize the results of both natural and assisted reproduction.

Venom represents a key adaptation of many venomous predators, allowing them to immobilise prey quickly through chemical rather than physical warfare. Evolutionary arms races between prey and a predator are believed to be the main factor influencing the potency and composition of predatory venoms. Predators with narrowly restricted diets are expected to evolve specifically potent venom towards their focal prey, with lower efficacy on alternative prey. Here, we evaluate hypotheses on the evolution of prey-specific venom, focusing on the effect of restricted diet, prey defences, and prey resistance. Prey specificity as a potential evolutionary dead end is also discussed. We then provide an overview of the current knowledge on venom prey specificity, with emphasis on snakes, cone snails, and spiders. As the current evidence for venom prey specificity is still quite limited, we also overview the best approaches and methods for its investigation and provide a brief summary of potential model groups. Finally, possible applications of prey-specific toxins are discussed.

We experimentally tested the effects of different concentrations of cigarette butt leachate on freshwater phytoplankton chlorophyll-a, species richness, cell density, and community composition. For this, we sampled the phytoplankton from a eutrophic lake and acclimated it for 24 h in microcosms. We then conducted the experiment in microcosms maintained for 96 h. The experiment consisted of four treatments: control and leachate from 1 butt L-1 (T1), 5 butts L-1 (T5), and 10 butts L-1 (T10), which were prepared by diluting a stock solution of leachate from 50 butts L-1. We found that algal chlorophyll-a content was not affected by different leachate concentrations. In contrast, phytoplankton cell density decreased in a dose-dependent manner as concentrations of the leachate increased. Similarly, the number of species was highest in the control group relative to all other treatments, with T1 and T5 showing higher species richness than T10. Additionally, the exposition to different concentrations of the leachate impacted community composition across all treatments in comparison to the control group. Our results suggest that cigarette butt leachate alters the number of cells and species, as well as the distribution of abundance, without necessarily reducing chlorophyll-a concentrations. Our findings indicate that to gain a comprehensive understanding of the effects of cigarette butt leachate on freshwater ecosystems, it is essential to evaluate more realistic scenarios that incorporate aquatic communities, rather than isolated species.

INTRODUCTION/AIMS/OBJECTIVE: Inadequate nutritional intake in haemodialysis (HD) patients increases the risk of muscle wasting, nutrient deficiencies, leading to an increased risk of additional morbidity and mortality. We aimed to assess nutritional intake on the dialysis and non-dialysis day of patients established on HD. METHODS: We employed a two-day dietary record, one on the day of dialysis and one on the non-dialysis day, and then determined nutritional intake using the Nutritics software. Muscle strength was assessed by hand grip strength (HGS) and body composition determined using multifrequency bioelectrical impedance recorded post-dialysis. RESULTS: We recruited 51 established HD patients dialysing between May-July 2022, mean age 60±15 years, 52.9% male, and 51% diabetic. Only 25% achieved the calorie and protein intake recommended by Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative (KDOQI). Most patients had inadequate consumtion of fibre (96%), calcium (86%), iron (80%), zinc (82%), selenium (92%), folate (82%), vitamin A (88%), and (100%) vitamin D. On the other hand, the great majority followed the restriction guidelines for potassium (96%), phosphorus (86%), and sodium (84%), repectively. However, consumption was greater for potassium (P=0.007), phosphorus (P=0.015), and zinc (P=0.032) on non-dialysis vs dialysis days, but there was no difference in protein or calorie intake between days. CONCLUSION: Our results suggest that many of our HD patients do not achieve the recommended nutritional targets. Patient compliance with restricting sodium, potassium and phosphate limits protein and calorie intake. HD patients are at increased risk of sarcopenia, so failure to achieve dietary protein intake will further increase this risk.

Bougainvillea glabra fibers (BGFs) present a promising avenue for sustainable material development owing to their abundance and favorable properties. This study entails a thorough investigation into the composition, physical characteristics, mechanical behavior, structural properties, thermal stability, and hydrothermal absorption behavior of BGFs. Chemical analysis reveals the predominant presence of cellulose (68.92 %), accompanied by notable proportions of hemicellulose (12.64 %), lignin (9.56 %), wax (3.72 %), moisture (11.78 %), and ash (1.75 %). Physical measurements ascertain a mean fiber diameter of approximately 232.63 ±â€¯8.59 µm, while tensile testing demonstrates exceptional strength, with stress values ranging from 120 ±â€¯18.26 MPa to a maximum of 770 ±â€¯23.19 MPa at varying strains. X-ray diffraction (XRD) elucidates a crystalline index (CI) of 68.17 % and a crystallite size (CS) of 9.42 nm, indicative of a well-defined crystalline structure within the fibers. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) confirms the presence of characteristic functional groups associated with cellulose, hemicellulose, wax, and water content. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) delineates distinct thermal degradation stages, with onset temperatures ranging from 102.76 °C for water loss to 567.55 °C for ash formation. Furthermore, hydrothermal absorption behavior exhibits temperature and time-dependent trends, with absorption percentages ranging from 15.26 % to 32.19 % at temperatures between 30 °C and 108 °C and varying exposure durations. These comprehensive findings provide essential insights into the properties and potential applications of BGFs in diverse fields such as bio-composites, textiles, and environmentally friendly packaging solutions.

Background: This study examines the impact of socioeconomic factors on calorie intake and macronutrient composition at the household level in Pakistan from 2006 to 2016, using data from the Household Integrated Income and Consumption Survey (HIICS). By applying a copula-based decomposition method, it identifies key drivers such as urbanization, household size, paternal education, income, and cultivation, highlighting their roles in dietary changes and implications for public health. The findings are crucial for understanding nutritional shifts and addressing non-communicable diseases. Objectives: This study was conducted to assess the socioeconomic changes in total calorie intake per capita and calories obtained from macronutrients (fat, protein, and carbohydrates) at the household level in Pakistan. Methods: : Cross-sectional data were taken from 2 national-level surveys published by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics: the Household Integrated Economic Survey 2006 (14,948 households) and the Household Integrated Income and Consumption Survey 2016 (7842 households). Participants were from all 4 provinces of Pakistan. A copula-based decomposition method was applied to decompose the 10-y change in the distribution (mean, median, and quartiles) of the total calorie intake per capita and calories obtained from macronutrients. Results: The estimated results of decomposition revealed that total calorie intake per capita has increased on average and in the considered quartiles. The calories obtained from fat and carbohydrates have increased, whereas calories from protein have decreased, according to the distribution of the mean and quartile. The composition effect was negative for all outcome variables, and the main drivers of the composition effect were urbanization, household size, paternal education, income, and cultivation for all outcome variables. Conclusions: Household size and income are the most important covariates in an increase of total calories per capita and consumption of macronutrients, but urbanization, paternal education, and cultivation contribute negatively to the composition effect. Such findings are very important to inform researchers about nutritional change at the national level because the correlation between dietary change and risk factors for noncommunicable diseases such as heart disease and obesity is very strong.

Aims: Individuals of African ancestry (AA) present with lower insulin sensitivity compared to their European counterparts (EA). Studies show ethnic differences in skeletal muscle fiber type (lower type I fibers in AA), muscle fat oxidation capacity (lower in AA), whilst no differences in total skeletal muscle lipids. However, skeletal muscle lipid subtypes have not been examined in this context. We hypothesize that lower insulin sensitivity in AA is due to a greater proportion of type II (non-oxidative) muscle fibers, and that this would result in an ancestry-specific association between muscle lipid subtypes and peripheral insulin sensitivity. To test this hypothesis, we examined the association between insulin sensitivity and muscle lipids in AA and EA adults, and in an animal model of insulin resistance with muscle-specific fiber types. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, muscle biopsies were obtained from individuals with a BMI ranging from normal to overweight with AA (N = 24) and EA (N = 19). Ancestry was assigned via genetic admixture analysis; peripheral insulin sensitivity via hyperinsulinaemic-euglycemic clamp; and myofiber content via myosin heavy chain immunohistochemistry. Further, muscle types with high (soleus) and low (vastus lateralis) type I fiber content were obtained from high-fat diet-induced insulin resistant F1 mice and littermate controls. Insulin sensitivity in mice was assessed via intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test. Mass spectrometry (MS)-based lipidomics was used to measure skeletal muscle lipid. Results: Compared to EA, AA had lower peripheral insulin sensitivity and lower oxidative type 1 myofiber content, with no differences in total skeletal muscle lipid content. Muscles with lower type I fiber content (AA and vastus from mice) showed lower levels of lipids associated with fat oxidation capacity, i.e., cardiolipins, triacylglycerols with low saturation degree and phospholipids, compared to muscles with a higher type 1 fiber content (EA and soleus from mice). Further, we found that muscle diacylglycerol content was inversely associated with insulin sensitivity in EA, who have more type I fiber, whereas no association was found in AA. Similarly, we found that insulin sensitivity in mice was associated with diacylglycerol content in the soleus (high in type I fiber), not in vastus (low in type I fiber).Conclusions; Our data suggest that the lipid contribution to altered insulin sensitivity differs by ethnicity due to myofiber composition, and that this needs to be considered to increase our understanding of underlying mechanisms of altered insulin sensitivity in different ethnic populations.

Graft failure is a common postoperative complication after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Recently, a theory has emerged that histological and microstructural factors of autografts may be related to graft failure. We simultaneously collected the semitendinosus tendon (ST), quadriceps tendon (QT), and patellar tendon (PT) from a 22-year-old patient to provide insights into the differences in the collagen-type composition of the three tendons in skeletally mature patients. These findings may serve as a basis for selecting autografts for ACL to reduce graft failure rates. The patient was a 22-year-old female who required the removal of artificial ligament, screws, and washers and medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction with an ST autograft after two surgeries for recurrent dislocation of the left patella. The ST, QT, and PT obtained during necessary intraoperative procedures were used as samples. The tissues were processed and immunostained; this was followed by confocal microscopy. Evaluation was performed by calculating the percentage of areas positive for collagen types I and III.The percentage of type I collagen in the ST, QT, and PT groups was 88%, 85%, and 88%, respectively.The collagen-type composition was examined following simultaneous collection of the ST, QT, and PT. The results revealed no significant differences in the content of physically strong type I collagen, which supports previous findings showing that the clinical outcomes after ACL reconstruction do not vary with the autograft used.

Sarcopenic obesity increases the risk of mortality in patients with liver disease awaiting liver transplantation and in the post-transplant period. Nutrition recommendations for individuals with sarcopenia differ from recommendations for patients with obesity or sarcopenic obesity. While these nutrition guidelines have been established in non-cirrhotic patients, established guidelines for liver transplant candidates with sarcopenic obesity are lacking. In this paper, we review existing literature on sarcopenic obesity in patients with chronic liver disease and address opportunities to improve nutritional counseling in patients awaiting liver transplantation.

As an abundant marine bioresource, tunicates could be exploited in the food industry. However, limited knowledge of their chemical composition and nutritional profiles prohibited further application. In this study, two common edible tunicate species, Halocynthia roretzi (HR) and Halocynthia aurantium (HA), were subjected to comprehensive composition analysis in terms of moisture, protein, lipids, cellulose, ash, amino acids, fatty acids, non-cellulose carbohydrates and minerals. Reddish HR was much bigger than purple HA with respect to body length and weight, and their moisture fell within 82.98 %-90.92 %. The non-edible outer shell part (OS) and edible internal organs part (IO) had a dry weight ratio of around 3:2 for both two species. Generally, for both HR and HA, IO was more abundant in protein and lipids. In contrast, OS had much higher cellulose contents, confirming the better suitability of IO as a nutritional seafood. IO was richer in essential amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids, while OS had more abundant saturated fatty acids. The detected non-cellulose monosugars ranged from 0.47 % to 1.18 % and indicated the presence of some sulfated glycans. IO of HR had higher contents of essential minerals, such as Cu, Zn, and Fe, while IO of HA showed a higher K content. To sum up, this study identified the chemical composition and nutritional profile variations among different tunicate species and various dissected parts, guiding the development of specific strategies to exploit tunicates for proper food applications.

Background: Excessive gestational weight gain (GWG) is related to increased offspring fat accrual, and increased fat mass (FM) is related to obesity development. Prenatal DHA supplementation has been linked to lower levels of offspring FM; however, conflicting data exist. Objectives: This study aimed to determine if there is a protective effect of prenatal DHA supplementation on offspring fat accrual and adipose tissue deposition at 24 mo in offspring born to females who gain excessive weight compared with nonexcessive weight during pregnancy. We also explored if the effect of DHA dose on FM differed by offspring sex. Methods: Infants born to females who participated in the Assessment of DHA on Reducing Early Preterm Birth randomized controlled trial (ADORE) were recruited. In ADORE, females were randomly assigned to either a high or low prenatal DHA supplement. Offspring body composition and adipose tissue distribution were measured using dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DXA). GWG was categorized as excessive or not excessive based on clinical guidelines. Results: For total FM, there was a significant main effect for the DHA dose (P = 0.03); however, the dose by GWG status was nonsignificant (P = 0.44). Therefore, a higher prenatal DHA dose was related to greater offspring FM (622.9 g greater) and unrelated to GWG status. When investigating a DHA dose by sex effect, a significant main effect for DHA dose (P = 0.01) was detected for central FM. However, no interaction was detected (P = 0.98), meaning that both boys and girls had greater central FM if their mother was assigned to the higher DHA dose. Conclusions: Greater prenatal DHA supplementation was associated with greater offspring FM and adipose tissue distribution at 24 mo. It will be important to understand if these effects persist into childhood.This trial was registered at clinicaltrials.gov as NCT03310983.

Background: 1.8% of youth identify as transgender; a growing proportion are transgender male (female sex, male gender identity). Many receive gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist (GnRHa) therapy to suppress endogenous puberty and/or will start testosterone to induce secondary sex characteristics that align with gender identity. Objectives: To determine the effects of 12 months of testosterone on cardiometabolic health among transgender youth, including insulin sensitivity, body composition, and bone mineral density and whether changes in outcomes differ based on prior GnRHa treatment. Methods: Participants (n = 19, baseline age 15.0 ± 1.0 years) were examined prior to and 12 months after testosterone therapy in a longitudinal observational study. Fasted morning blood draw, a 2-hour 75-gram oral glucose tolerance test, body composition and bone mineral density (dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry) were assessed at baseline and 12 months. Insulin sensitivity was estimated by HOMA-IR and Matsuda index. Changes were compared with mixed linear regression models evaluating time (baseline, 12 months), group (GnRHa treatment yes/no), and their interaction. Results: In the entire cohort, fasted insulin decreased (median [25,75 %ile]: -3 [-5, 0] mIU/L, p = 0.044) and 2-hour glucose increased (mean ± standard deviation): +18.5 ± 28.9 mg/dL, p = 0.013 from baseline after 12 months of testosterone therapy. There were no significant changes in HOMA-IR (p = 0.062) or Matsuda index (p = 0.096), nor by GnRHa status. Absolute (+6.2 [4.7, 7.5] kg, p = 0.016) and percent fat-free mass increased (+7.3 [5.4, 9.1] %, p = 0.003) and percent fat mass declined (-7.4 [-9.3, 5.3]%, p = 0.005) for the entire cohort. There were time*group interactions for absolute (p = 0.0007) and percent fat-free mass (p = 0.033). There were time*group interactions for bone mineral content (p = 0.006). Conclusions: Twelve months of testosterone in transgender adolescents resulted in changes in body composition and bone mineral density, with baseline differences between the +/-GnRHa group and convergence after 12 months. There were no changes in insulin sensitivity over time or between groups.

OBJECTIVE: To explore depot-specific functional aspects of adipose tissue, examining the putative role for menopause and HIV status on insulin sensitivity (SI) and beta-cell function in Black South African women. METHODS: Women (n = 92) from the Middle-Aged Soweto Cohort, including premenopausal HIV-negative (n = 21); premenopausal women living with HIV (WLWH; n = 11); postmenopausal HIV-negative (n = 42); postmenopausal WLWH (n = 18) underwent the following tests: body composition (dual energy x-ray absorptiometry); fasting bloods for sex hormones, inflammation and adipokines; frequently sampled intravenous glucose tolerance test for SI and beta-cell function (disposition index, DI); abdominal (aSAT) and gluteal subcutaneous adipose tissue (gSAT) biopsies for cell size and mRNA expression of adipokines, inflammation, and estrogen receptors [ER]. RESULTS: Depot-specific associations between gene expression and insulin parameters did not differ by HIV or menopause status. Pooled analysis showed significant models for SI (P = 0.002) and DI (P = 0.003). Higher SI was associated with lower leptin and CD11c expression in aSAT and higher adiponectin in gSAT. Higher DI was associated with higher aSAT and gSAT expression of adiponectin, LPL, ERα, and PPARγ, and lower leptin in aSAT. WLWH had higher expression of adiponectin and lower expression of leptin in both aSAT (P = 0.002 and P = 0.005) and gSAT (P = 0.004 and P = 0.002), respectively, and a larger proportion of smaller cells in aSAT (P < 0.001). CONCLUSION: Insulin sensitivity and beta cell function were distinctively associated with aSAT and gSAT. While menopause did not influence these relationships, HIV had a significant effect on adipose tissue, characterised by variations in cell size distribution and transcript levels within the depots.

Purpose: The impact of visceral adiposity on overall survival (OS) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) receiving immunotherapy was unclear. We aimed to determine how visceral adiposity affected OS and explore the interrelationships between visceral adiposity, body mass index (BMI), and other body compositions. Patients and Methods: Data from three centers were retrospectively analyzed. Skeletal muscle index (SMI), skeletal muscle density (SMD), visceral adipose tissue index (VATI), and subcutaneous adipose tissue index (SATI) were used to define each body composition. The BMI subgroups included the underweight, the normal weight, and the obesity. The Log rank test compared survival curves calculated by the Kaplan-Meier method. The relationships between body compositions and BMI with OS were examined using Cox proportional risk regression models. Results: A total of 305 patients who met the criteria were included. Patients with low VATI had significantly worse OS (P = 0.001). The protections of VATI (P = 0.011) on OS were independent of covariates. However, after additional adjustment of SMI, the effect of VATI on OS disappeared (P = 0.146), but the effect of SMD on OS did not (P = 0.021). BMI has a significant U-shaped relationship with OS, and the effect of BMI on OS equally disappeared after additional adjustment by SMI. Conclusion: This study first demonstrated that high VATI and mid-level BMI were protective for the survival of patients with HCC receiving immunotherapy. Skeletal muscle status (including SMI and SMD) may be the better predictor for outcomes of patients with HCC receiving immunotherapy.
