RESUMEN

Under the background of the "era of mass innovation", there are challenges in the training of biotechnology professionals, including a "backward concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education", a "singular education method of innovation and entrepreneurship", and a "limited practice platform of innovation and entrepreneurship". These challenges require the implementation of a new training model. In comparison to the talent training objectives of new engineering construction, the College of Biotechnology and Bioengineering at Zhejiang University of Technology has been exploring and practicing the training mode "tri-bio, tri-chain and tri-creation " for 42 years. The research has established a new platform and paradigm for training exceptional engineering innovation and entrepreneurship talents. It also offers valuable references and insights for the reform of training methods for biotechnology professionals by optimizing the education concept of "biology, life and live ", enriching the education method of "knowledge chain, scientific research chain and industrial chain", and building the three-creation technology practice platform based on "creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship".

RESUMEN

Nowadays, innovation and entrepreneurship courses occupy a very important place in universities and colleges and have also become an important teaching position in the process of building a new science. Colleges and universities actively respond to the challenge of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and define the goals and specifications of the talent training mechanism based on data fusion algorithms to cultivate as much high-quality applied talent as possible. In view of some shortcomings and problems in the current talent training mechanism in universities and colleges, this paper proposes a data fusion algorithm based on information fusion theory and proof theory. The aim is to verify the feasibility of establishing a talent training mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities and colleges. And this paper analyzes and explores the data fusion algorithm and the elements of innovation and entrepreneurial talent training, and forms an operating mechanism for entrepreneurial talent training according to social needs. Among them, the efficiency of the data fusion algorithm used by the GM(1,1) model plays a significant role in the final result, and the minimum relative error value is 3.2%. Finally, it is concluded that we should focus on establishing a perfect talent training system for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education to improve students' own comprehensive quality and various abilities, and to solve some social problems that are difficult to find employment in essence.

RESUMEN

Under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the vitality of start-ups has been continuously suppressed, their income has been decreasing, and overall economic development has gradually declined. At this time, the government, as an effective subject, should present its due responsibility to make entrepreneurship more sustainable and form a sustainable entrepreneurship ecology that can cope with risks. This paper takes the innovation policy theory and practice from research regarding China's COVID-19 cases. One example is exploring the formation of the government's innovation entrepreneurship policy and its mechanism within industrial cluster theory. Furthermore, we explore the analysis of the practice situation and try to solve the obstacles in the process of sustainable development through the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem and platform system building. We hope to find an acceptable way for the sustainable development of entrepreneurial ecological theory research and provide effective research and practical support.

RESUMEN

This study was carried out to explore the moderating effect of comic education and locus of control (LOC) in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Firstly, the theoretical knowledge of comic education, innovation and entrepreneurship education, and LOC was briefly introduced, and the significance of comics for innovation and entrepreneurship education was discussed. Secondly, the existing innovation and entrepreneurship education modes in colleges and universities in China were introduced. Thirdly, a simple comparative analysis was conducted on the internal and external characteristics of LOC. Finally, an investigation was performed on the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students. The results demonstrate that the average score of students' innovation spirit is 3.302, with a standard deviation of 0.481, suggesting that the current college students' overall innovative spirit is moderate. Besides, students get moderate scores in each dimension, and the difference between different students is slight. Among them, the mean of reflectiveness is the highest (M = 3.446, SD = 0.540), and the mean of criticality is the lowest (M = 3.160, SD = 0.481). The average score of the current students' entrepreneurial ability is 3.112, indicating that the students' entrepreneurial ability is above the average. From the perspective of each dimension, students have the lowest score in opportunity discovery ability, which is at a low level (M = 2.821, SD = 0.873), while the other five dimensions are at a medium level. The highest is strategic decision-making ability (M = 3.264, SD = 0.749). At the same time, factors such as gender, grade, institution, and students' relatives significantly impact students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability. It can be concluded that colleges and universities should focus on controlling the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching and guiding and carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities. RESUMEN

The purpose is to coordinate the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education (IEE) and professional education. This exploration is based on the entrepreneurial spirit of young entrepreneurs and the re-integration of IEE and music education in colleges. First, the IEE is studied in theory. Then, the basic criteria for integrating IEE and professional education are studied, and 305 students from a music college in Xi'an are taken as the survey sample. The questionnaire is adopted to investigate the current situation of the integration of IEE and professional education. The results show that 52.1% of students believe that IEE is closely related to professional education. In terms of self entrepreneurship awareness, males' awareness of self entrepreneurship is higher than females', and the willingness of self entrepreneurship from freshman to senior is 3.1, 15.5, 26.1, and 30.8%, respectively. For the dominant position in the integrated curriculum, 55.6% hold that professional courses should dominate innovative professional courses, and 25.9% believe that innovation and entrepreneurship courses should be dominated. Besides, 16.5% think that the proportion of the two should be the same, and 2% hold that it doesn't matter. For the enthusiasm of innovative professional courses, only 14.1% of students are very positive. The survey results show that the integration of IEE and professional education needs to be improved, and there is a lack of pertinence and guidance for students of different genders and grades. Students are not clear about the position of IEE and lack enthusiasm. Finally, reasonable suggestions are put forward in view of the above problems. The results are conducive to promoting and accelerating the process of talent training mode combining professional education and IEE. It has a certain reference value for college education and teaching reform.

RESUMEN

This study aims to better promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of teachers and students in finance and economics colleges and universities in terms of food security. Based on the relevant theories such as food security, innovation and entrepreneurship, the questionnaire was used to investigate the issues related to food security of teachers and students in colleges and universities. Next, the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) analysis method was introduced to evaluate the safety metrics of the response subsystem. Finally, Internet of Things (IoT) monitoring technology was applied to grain growth and sales. The research results show that college teachers and students have a disjointed cognition of food security as important talents in innovation and entrepreneurship. After the TOPSIS analysis method is used to study, when college teachers and students choose to start a business in food security, they must pay attention to the changes in economic factors. The IoT monitoring technology is applied to grain growth and sales, and the monitoring technology of the IoT could reduce the mortality rate of corn seedlings to 3.59%. The mortality rate of seedlings is much higher than that of farmers relying on their own experience to grow corn. Therefore, this has great reference significance for the innovation and entrepreneurship development of college teachers and students in food security at this stage.

RESUMEN

With China's socioeconomic development, especially in the educational sector, foreign advanced education experience might not be omnipotent for the innovation and entrepreneurship education (IEE) in Chinese colleges. In response to such a difficult context, firstly, this study was conducted to analyze the applied innovative talent cultivation status quo in Chinese colleges under innovation and entrepreneurship. Then, the authors dug into the current situation and the development of IEE-related courses in College S through Questionnaire Survey (QS) and unveiled the efficacy of entrepreneurship environment and conditions, IEE courses, teaching methods, and policy system on the college applied innovative talents cultivation. Finally, the experiment discovered that three problems are prominent when training applied innovative talents in College S: unreasonable talent training process, imperfect education system, and emphasizing theory over practice. The main reason is that the IEE courses are not systematically set up, and teachers are in severely short supply. According to the research outcomes, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for applied innovative talents cultivation in College S. It is concluded that the cultivation of applied innovative talents under innovation and entrepreneurship should be reformed from four aspects: educational concept, educational model, educational policy, and social support, laying a foundation for improving the quality of IEE in Chinese colleges and universities and strengthening the cultivation of applied innovative talents.
