RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the meticulous nursing model on the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB). METHODS: A total of 108 UGIB patients treated in Linyi Central Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into a research group and reference group, with 54 cases in each group. The reference group received conventional nursing while the research group received meticulous nursing on this basis to compare the clinical intervention effect and the impact on quality of life in the 2 groups of patients. RESULTS: The Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74) scores in the 2 groups of patients after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention (P<0.001), and the score of the research group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.001). The Stanford Acute Stress Reaction Questionnaire (SASRQ) scores of the patients presented a trend opposite to GQOLI-74 (P<0.001). The number of fully satisfied cases in the research group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05), while the number of dissatisfied cases was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores in the 2 groups of patients after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention (P<0.001), and the score of the research group after intervention was significantly lower than that of the reference group (P<0.001). The total clinical effective rate and treatment compliance of the research group were significantly higher than those of the reference group (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The meticulous nursing model can effectively improve the quality of life of UGIB patients, reduce the psychological stress response, and improve clinical treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction with a definite effect, making it worthy of promotion and application. RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: The present study aims to explore the effect of acne debridement + meticulous nursing on 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) in adolescent patients with moderate-severe acne. METHODS: A total of 60 adolescent patients with moderate-severe acne who were admitted to our plastic surgery outpatient clinic between January 2018 and January 2020 were selected as the subjects of the present retrospective study. The patients were divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group (n = 30, each). Patients in the control group were treated with standardized ALA-PDT and conventional nursing, while patients in the observation group were treated with ALA-PDT and acne debridement + meticulous nursing intervention. The treatment's therapeutic effect, adverse reaction incidence, and patient satisfaction 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups. RESULTS: The acne debridement + meticulous nursing effectiveness was 86.7% in the observation group and 60% in the control group, and the adverse reaction incidence was 20% in the observation group and 46.7% in the control group. There existed statistically significant differences in the above-stated indicators between the two groups (p < 0.05). The difference in the visual analogue scores (VASs) for pain, which were measured immediately after the operations, between the two groups was not statistically significant (p > 0.05); however, the respective VAS differences between the two groups at 30 min and 60 min after the operation were statistically significant (p < 0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in patient satisfaction between the two groups (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION: In adolescent patients with ALA-PDT-treated moderate-severe acne, the application of acne debridement + meticulous nursing could improve the clinical treatment efficacy and patient comfort as well as reduce the adverse reaction incidence. For these reasons, the treatment method could be worth promoting in clinical practice.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of refined nursing combined with targeted nursing on patients with gastrointestinal bleeding complicated by liver cirrhosis. METHODS: 128 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding and liver cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were recruited as the study cohort and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 64 patients in each group. The patients in the control group underwent conventional nursing, and the experimental group underwent refined nursing combined with targeted nursing. The two groups' clinical efficacy, complication rates, psychological states, prognoses, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: The clinical curative effect, prognosis complication rate, psychological state scores, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than they were in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Refined nursing combined with targeted nursing has a more significant clinical effect than the conventional nursing mode due to its strengths in improving patients' prognoses, psychological states, and quality of life, and reducing the incidence of complications, improving the patients' nursing satisfaction, and establishing good doctor-patient relationships.

RESUMEN

Objective To summarize the meticulous nursing experience of indwelling urinary catheter between the children with hypospadias during perioperative. Methods 317 cases of indwelling urethral only in the silicone Foley tube, and without other urinary diversion with hypospadias were retrospectively analyzed, summarized the fine points of nursing, including preoperative children with comprehensive risk assessment, standardized preoperative skin preparation and postoperative protective constraint, effective properly fixed catheter keep the urine drainage unobstructed, close observation of urine drainage characteristics, maintain urine collection system tightness, maintain perineal skin clean and improved extubation nursing method, and do a good job after extubation nursing. Results 266 cases were cured with a cure rate of 83.9%(266/317);the incidence of urine leakage in 42 cases, the incidence rate was 13.2%(42/317); 7 cases of urethral stenosis, the incidence rate was 2.2%(7/317); 2 cases of urethral closing, the incidence was 0.6% (2/317), none of the patients had accidental extubation. Conclusions The meticulous nursing has a better effect in hypospadias patients during the perioperative period and it can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications;shorten the time of hospitalization and alleviate the suffering of children;improve the quality of nursing service, which is worthy of clinical application.
