Electrocardiographic "Northwest QRS Axis" in the Brugada Syndrome: A Potential Marker to Predict Poor Outcome.

Conduction delay in the right ventricular outflow tract as manifested in the electrocardiogram constitutes a high-risk predictor of ventricular arrhythmias in patients with Brugada syndrome.
