Male late-onset hypogonadism (LOH) has seriously affected the quality of life in elderly men.The pathogenesis of this disease is related with growing old,endocrine function degradation and hormone levels decreased.The core principle of the western medicine treatment is to supple the androgen,but recent discovery found that long-term androgen supplementation have certain side effects,which will increase the benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer risk.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has a unique advantage in treating this disease,it can regulate the body's endocrine and hormone levels,and delay aging.So it can improve the conditions of palpitations,insomnia,irritability,sweating,sexual loss,fatigue,weakness and other symptoms.Now we reviewed the theory of governance,classical prescriptions,self prescription treatment,acupuncture therapy,and exercise therapy from the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine.

Based on the literature related to psoriasis in recent years,this paper first summarizes the modem practitioners' insights into the etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis and then summarizes the therapeutic methods which can be divided into two parts:TCM internal medicine and TCM external treatment.On such basis,the pathogenesis of the disease,various treatments and the corresponding clinical efficacy are generalized.

Objective To summarize diagnostic methods and surgical management experience of penetrating chest trauma . Methods The clinical data of 603 patients in our department during the past 10 years were analyzed retrospectively in respects of features of injury ,diagnostic methods ,surgical management and outcome ,etc .Results Location of the wounds :the wounds on the left anterior chest wall had 151 cases ,on the left posterior chest wall 134 cases ,on the right anterior chest 137 cases ,on the right posterior chest 108 cases ,on the bilateral chest 22 cases ,on the root of the neck 35 cases ,on the upper abdome 16 cases .In 453 ca‐ses examined by CT ,96 .03% of these cases were found to be abnormal .In 252 cases examined by X ray ,71 .03% of these cases were found to be abnormal .166 underwent thoracotomy ,26 underwent VATS(Video assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery ) .411 under‐went non operative management .583 were cured ,76 cases developed complications .20 were died .Conclusion Multi spiral CT is a rapidly and accurate diagnostic method to penetrating chest trauma .Incision of thoracotomy is employed according to the lethal damage and the most serious injury organ .

Middle ear cancer is a rare malignant tumor of middle ear and mastoid region. Most of middle ear cancer is squamous cell carcinoma in pathology. The major symptoms of middle ear cancer are also common findings in patients with chronic otitis media, so it is quite difficult to make an early diagnosis. Clinical diagnosis most depends on the image examination and pathological examination. There are various treatment strategies in international medical circles. Operation combined with radiotherapy is primary treatment modality used in most cases. Middle ear cancer generally has a poor prognosis.
