RESUMEN

Based on the ultrasonic imaging and endoscopic resection of the intelligent segmentation algorithm, this study is aimed at exploring whether nursing intervention can promote the good recovery of patients with colon polyps, hoping to find a new method for clinical treatment of the colon polyps. Patients with colon polyps were divided into an experimental group (fine nursing) and a control group (general nursing). The colonoscopy polyp ultrasound image was preprocessing to select the seed points and background points. The random walk decomposition algorithm was applied to calculate the probability of each marked point, and then, the marked image was outputted. The accuracy of the intelligent segmentation algorithm was 81%. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.83%, which was lower than 16.66% in the control group, and the difference was statistically obvious (P < 0.05). Perioperative refined nursing intervention for colon polyp patients undergoing endoscopic electrosurgical resection can decrease postoperative adverse reactions; reduce postoperative mucosal perforation, blood in the stool, abdominal pain, and small bleeding; lower the incidence of postoperative complications; and allow patients to recover quickly, enhancing the life comfort of patient.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Endoscopic removal is the main method for the treatment of colorectal polyps in children. Due to the small age of children, poor coordination, postoperative sensitive postoperative response, it is not good for postoperative recovery. Systematic nursing has an advantage in promoting the postoperative recovery of children with colorectal polyps of endoscopic removal, but it is lack of evidence-based basis. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of children after colorectal polyps of endoscopic removal. METHODS: China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, China Science and Technology Journal Database and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and the Cochrane Library databases will be searched by computer. A randomized controlled study is searched on the application of systematic nursing intervention of children with colorectal polyps of endoscopic removal from the establishment of the database in February 2021. The language is limited to English and Chinese. The quality of the included study is independently extracted and the literature quality is evaluated by 2 researchers. The RevMan5.3 software is used to conduct meta-analysis of the included literature. RESULTS: This study will evaluate the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of children after colorectal polyps of endoscopic removal by the indexes of total effective rate, complication rate, and hospital stays. CONCLUSION: This study will provide reliable evidence-based basis for establishing a reasonable and effective nursing intervention for endoscopic removal of colorectal polyps in childhood. RESUMEN

INTRODUCTION: This study describes the first full year of independent practice by a newly appointed nurse endoscopist in a district general hospital. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Patients underwent either 'one stop' flexible sigmoidoscopy and barium enema or flexible sigmoidoscopy alone. Barium enema results, video photography, clinical follow-up, and histology were used to validate the results of the flexible sigmoidoscopy. One stop clinic: 161 endoscopies were performed, with 104 female patients (65%), and a mean age of 64 years. There was one failed endoscopy due to poor bowel preparation. Abnormalities were identified in 84% of endoscopies. Flexible sigmoidoscopy detected abnormalities not seen on the barium enema in 28 cases, all of which were polyps (18%). Barium enema identified one abnormality within reach of the flexible sigmoidoscope not identified at endoscopy (small polyp in sigmoid; 1%). Elective flexible sigmoidoscopy list: 121 endoscopies were performed, with 65 female patients (54%), and a mean age of 59 years. There were two failed endoscopy procedures, both attributed to poor bowel preparation. Two-thirds of patients had an abnormality on investigation. There were no complications in either group of patients. CONCLUSIONS: The nurse-led endoscopy service has been successfully initiated with a high completion rate for flexible sigmoidoscopies. All significant conditions were identified with 99% sensitivity. Nurse endoscopy is a safe, useful and practical procedure in the setting of this district general hospital.
