Objective: To investigate the predictive value of preoperative neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), systemic inflammation response index (SIRI), and systemic immune inflammation index (SII) for early recurrence after liver resection in patients with hepatitis B-related hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 162 patients who underwent hepatitis B-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) resection between January 2013 and April 2016. The Youden index was utilized to calculate the optimal cut-off value. The Pearson Chi-square test was applied to analyze the relationship between inflammatory indexes and common clinical and pathological features. The Kaplan-Meier method and Log-Rank test were implemented to compare the recurrence-free survival rate within 2 years of the population. The Cox regression analysis was used to identify the risk factors for early postoperative recurrence. Results: The best cut-off values of SIRI, PLR, NLR and SII were 0.785, 86.421, 2.231 and 353.64, respectively. Tumor diameter, degree of tumor differentiation, vascular invasion, SIRI>0.785, PLR>86.421, NLR>2.231 and SII>353.64 were risk factors for early recurrence. Combining the above seven risk factors to construct a joint index, the AUC of the joint prediction model was 0.804. The areas under the ROC curves of SIRI, PLR, NLR, and SII were 0.659, 0.725, 0.680, and 0.723, respectively. There was no significant difference in the predictive ability between the single inflammatory index models, but the predictive performance of the joint prediction model was significantly higher than that of the single inflammatory index models. The patients with lower SIRI, PLR, NLR, SII and joint index value had longer recurrence-free survival within 2 years. Conclusion: The joint index CIP, constructed by combining preoperative SIRI, PLR, NLP and SII with pathological features, can better predict the early recurrence of HBV-related HCC patients after surgery, which is beneficial in identifying high-risk patients and assisting clinicians to make better clinical choices.

Objective To explore the mechanism of immunoregulation by investigating the effects of polysaccharides from Millettia speciosa Champ (MSC) on proliferation of spleen lymphocyte and secretion of cytokine in mice. Methods The effects of MSC polysaccharides on Con A-induced spleen T lymphocyte proliferation were determined by MTT.The contents of TNF-α, IL-6 and PGE2 were determined by ELISA.Results The Con A-induced T lymphocyte proliferation was significantly increased by MSC polysaccharides at the concentrations from 50 to 200 μg·mL-1.Coupled with TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly increased while PGE2 was significantly decreased. Conclusion MSC polysaccharides could increase proliferation of spleen lymphocyte and enhance the immune responses by increasing the secretion of TNF-α and IL-6 in mice.

Objective:To explore the expression level of IL-17,IL-23 in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR) and their clinical significance. Methods:A total of 25 patients with AR were treated as observe group , and 23 healthy volunteers were chosen as the control group. The levels of serum IL-17,IL-23 and specific-IgE ( s-IgE) were compared between the two groups. The relationships among serum IL-17,IL-23 and sIgE in patients with AR were discussed. Results:The levels of IL-17,IL-23 and sIgE in observe group were significantly higher than in control group. There was a positive linear correlation between the IL-17 and IL-23/the IL-23 and sIgE/the sIgE and IL-17 in observe group. Conclusion: The IL-17 , IL-23 might be the two important cytokine in the occurrence and development process of allergic rhinitis. The IL-17,IL-23 might be related to the formation of sIgE.

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical effects of using hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive therapy for the treatment of noise induced deafness.

METHODSFrom May 2009 to April 2012 in our hospital 220 cases of noise induced deafness patients were chosen and they were all construction workers; According to different treatments all patients were divided into the control group (110 cases) only having hyperbaric oxygen treatment and the treatment group (110 cases) using hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive therapy, including control group simply by. Hearing improvements of the two groups were recorded and compared.

RESULTSThe cure rate of the comprehensive therapy group was 53.6%which was higher than that of the control group 38.2% (χ(2) = 5.290, P < 5.290), while the total effective rate of the comprehensive therapy group was 79.1%which was also significantly higher than that of the control group 67.3% (χ(2) = 3.914, P < 0.05). After two courses of comprehensive treatment the cure rate and total effective rate were 47.3%and 73.6%respectively, while after four courses of comprehensive treatment group the cure rate and total effective rate turned to be 60.9% and 84.5% respectively, which had significant difference (χ(2) values were 4.118 and 3.958, P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONSThe cure rate and total effective rate of the comprehensive therapy group are higher than the simple hyperbaric oxygen treatment group, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion in the future.

Objective:To discuss the pathological relationship between P33ING1 and stomach cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: In 71 cases of stomach cancer specimen, twelve cases of gas tric mu cous membrane atypical hyperplasia tissues and 18 cases of normal gastric mucous membrane tissue(as control),the expression of P33ING1 were detected b y EnVision immunohistochemical method, while the expression of P53 and Bcl -2 in stomach cancer were also detected. Results: P33IN G1 expression in mucous membrane atypical hyperplasia group and control group was positive, the expression in stomach cancer group was extremely low(62.0%,44 /71), significantly different from the other 2 groups(P<0.01).P33ING1 expression in stomach cancer was related to the tumor growth, lymph node meta s tasis and tumor polarization (P<0.01), P53 expression was related to tumor s ize, growth and lymph node metastasis (P<0.01). Bcl-2 expression was relate d to lymph node metatasis and tumor polarization. The expression of P33ING1 was related to that of P53 in stomach cancer(P<0.05),while had no relation with that of Bcl-2.Conclusion:P33ING1 may play an importa nt role in the occurrance and development of stomach cancer. It's very important to detect the expression of P33ING1 and P53 simultaneously.
