RÉSUMÉ

Study of biological cycles in chronic cholecystitis with dysfunction of gallbladder has a great practical importance. The results of chronoanalysis testify a dominance of 24-hours cycle in structure of cycles of functional activity of organs of hepatobiliary system. The comparative analysis of trust intervals reveals the intensification of internal connections, expressed intensification of synchronization of cycles of functional activity of system and a breach of synchronism of central regulation and self-regulation, testifying overstrain of proper adaptive possibilities and unconcordance in system of regulation. This manifestations of desynchronization provokes development and progress of dysfunction of gallbladder and dysbalance of vegetative nervous system, that make worse the present disturbances.

RÉSUMÉ

Early postoperative rehabilitation of the patients presenting with cholelithiasis and experiencing psychoemotional stress is designed to restore the function of bile secretion, enhance their adaptive capabilities, and normalize the psychovegetative status for the purpose of preventing further progress of the disease and reducing the risk of the development of post-cholecystectomy syndrome. The inclusion of drinking mineral water, magnetic laser therapy, and UHF therapy in the combined rehabilitative treatment of such patients results in the appreciable enhancement of all functional abilities of the body manifest as the significant improvement and normalization of clinical and laboratory characteristics (elimination of clinical symptoms of the disease, improvement of general and biochemycal parameters of peripheral blood). Simultaneously, the adaptive capabilities and the psychovegetative status of the patients improved as apparent from the increased lymphocyte count, normalization of the Kerdo and Hildebrandt indices and indices of stress level, decreased psychoemotional stress, enhancement of physical functioning characteristics. Taken together, these changes account for the high effectiveness of the above procedures of early postoperative rehabilitation of the patients presenting with cholelithiasisand experiencing psychoemotional stress (94.7%).

RÉSUMÉ

This study included 188 patients presenting with pathology of the biliary system, such as dyskinesia of bile ducts, chronic non-calculous cholecystitis (CCC), and dysfunction of the bile system. The objective of the work was to develop complexes of intensive non-medicamental rehabilitative treatment for the correction of the adaptive potential of the organism in the springtime (March-May). It was shown that the efficacy of therapy during this period can be improved by modulation of the complex structure. New treatment modalities were proposed taking into consideration specific changes of clinical characteristics in different phases of the circumannual cycle and curative effects of various therapeutic factors that increase the adaptive potential of the organism. These complexes allowed both the efficiency and the tolerability of the treatment to be improved. It is concluded that the use of corrected complexes of intensive therapy in springtime (March-May) permits to reduce the duration of therapy by 5-6 days from the usual 21-24 days using the traditional approach.

RÉSUMÉ

To make the treatment of bile-excreting dysfunctions more effective still remains an actual problem of clinical medicine. Use of chronobiological approach in the treatment is possible to resolve that problem. For any system including bile-excreting one, its own biorhythms are typical. Lesion of these systems causes changes of the biorhythms. Use of parameters of biorhythms of bile-excreting system activity expects an individual or group chronobiological approach in the treatment of patients with chronic opisthorchosis. The combined treatment of opisthorchosis with the use of such approach makes possible to improve efficiency of the treatment and to maintain received effect up to 6 months. It indicates increase the terms of remission and prevents development of early recidivation.

RÉSUMÉ

Morphological examinations of the liver in chronic opisthorchiasis have both diagnostic and prognostic importance. Significant lowering of the number of cells of the portal tract inflammatory infiltrate per area unit (1 mmI), decreased number of neutrophilic and eosinophilic leukocytes, elevated count of monocytes are not only morphological markers of successful dehelminthization but they also reflect objective improvement of the liver state this being an absolute criterion of effective therapy.

RÉSUMÉ

In vitro experimental studies of the antiopisthorchiasis properties of currently available non-drug treatment are ofgreat practical value. The studies demonstrated that the herbal drug ecorsol and the background resonance radiation of the Opisthorchis spectrum exerted an anti-helminthic effect that was evaluated by the marital death and amounted to 83.6 to 96.4%. The experimental studies provided evidence that the background radiation, by using the electromagnetic spectrum of Opisthorchis, had a sufficient helminthocidal effect on mature Opisthorchis felineus in the in vitro experiment, which allows these means to be recommended for the non-drug treatment of chronic opisthorchiasis.
