RÉSUMÉ

To reveal the prenosological changes occurred in soldiers' organism the dynamics of blood indices (laboratory-and-clinical method) and physiological system parameters (computer express reflexodiagnostics-programme "Diacoms") were studied. 192 soldiers serving for the fixed period were investigated; the mean age is 20.0 +/- 1.7. The season oscillations of insulin, cortizol, immunoglobulin M, adrenoreactivity levels were detected. The IgG increased level was observed in 38% soldiers and the increased circulating immune complexes--in 56%. The decrease in insulin secretion was also noted. Soldiers born in Moscow and those who were born in other places had different blood indices. Strain of blood indices was accompanied by the decrease in common functional state. The persons with uric acid increased level appeared to be more adapted to chronic stress situation. The results obtained show the necessity to correct the mentioned functional states in order to prevent the pathology development.

RÉSUMÉ

35 patients with various phases of generalized purulent peritonitis were tested. The goals of this study were to define the colloid-oncotic pressure (COP) and the contents of its main ingredient--albumin, determine the significance of the COP studies for the diagnosis of edema of lungs in cases of purulent peritonitis, and the influence of fluid management and parenteral nutrition upon the COP index. The studies have shown a clear dependency of COP and albumin ratio upon the phase of peritonitis. The authors come to a conclusion that the definition of COP dynamics is one of the most reliable criteria that makes it possible to chart a correct program of fluid management and reduce the number of postinfusional complications.

RÉSUMÉ

Examinations of the serum of young healthy men have revealed hierarchy of 10 biorhythms of various frequencies, describing amylase activity, ranging from 8 hrs to 1 month. The same mathematical method has helped detect the rhythm parameters of 9 environmental factors, their time course being recorded synchronously with the blood collection. Phase ratios of the monthly biorhythms of amylase activity and environmental rhythms are discussed, as are seasonal features of amylase daily biorhythms and geomagnetic activity daily rhythms.
