BACKGROUND: Liver transplantation is used for treating end-stage liver disease, fulminant hepatitis, and oncological malignancies and organ shortage is a major limiting factor worldwide. The use of grafts based on extended donor criteria have become internationally accepted. Oxygenated machine perfusion technologies are the most recent advances in organ transplantation; however, it is only applied after a period of cold ischemia. Due to its high cost, we aimed to use a novel device, OxyFlush®, based on oxygenation of the preservation solution, applied during liver procurement targeting the maintenance of ATP during static cold storage (SCS). METHODS: Twenty patients were randomly assigned to the OxyFlush or control group based on a 1:1 ratio. In the OxyFlush group, the perfusion solution was oxygenated with OxyFlush® device while the control group received a non-oxygenated solution. Liver and the common bile duct (CBD) biopsies were obtained at three different time points. The first was at the beginning of the procedure, the second during organ preparation, and the third after total liver reperfusion. Biopsies were analyzed, and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) levels and histological scores of the liver parenchyma and CBD were assessed. Postoperative laboratory tests were performed. RESULTS: OxyFlush® was able to maintain ATP levels during SCS and improved the damage caused by the lack of oxygen in the CBD. However, OxyFlush® did not affect laboratory test results and histological findings of the parenchyma. CONCLUSION: We present a novel low-cost device that is feasible and could represent a valuable tool in organ preservation during SCS.

This review explores the historical and current significance of gestures as a universal form of communication with a focus on hand gestures in virtual reality applications. It highlights the evolution of gesture detection systems from the 1990s, which used computer algorithms to find patterns in static images, to the present day where advances in sensor technology, artificial intelligence, and computing power have enabled real-time gesture recognition. The paper emphasizes the role of hand gestures in virtual reality (VR), a field that creates immersive digital experiences through the Ma blending of 3D modeling, sound effects, and sensing technology. This review presents state-of-the-art hardware and software techniques used in hand gesture detection, primarily for VR applications. It discusses the challenges in hand gesture detection, classifies gestures as static and dynamic, and grades their detection difficulty. This paper also reviews the haptic devices used in VR and their advantages and challenges. It provides an overview of the process used in hand gesture acquisition, from inputs and pre-processing to pose detection, for both static and dynamic gestures.

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) have shown increasing therapeutic potential in the last years. However, large production of EV is required for therapeutic purposes. Thereby, scaling up MSC cultivation in bioreactors is essential to allow culture parameters monitoring. In this study, we reported the establishment of a scalable bioprocess to produce MSC-EV in suspension cultures using spinner flasks and human collagen-coated microcarriers (3D culture system). We compared the EV production in this 3D culture system with the standard static culture using T-flasks (2D culture system). The EV produced in both systems were characterized and quantify by western blotting and nanoparticle tracking analysis. The presence of the typical protein markers CD9, CD63, and CD81 was confirmed by western blotting analyses for EV produced in both culture systems. The cell fold-increase was 5.7-fold for the 3D culture system and 4.6-fold for the 2D culture system, signifying a fold-change of 1.2 (calculated as the ratio of fold-increase 3D to fold-increase 2D). Furthermore, it should be noted that the total cell production in the spinner flask cultures was 4.8 times higher than that in T-flask cultures. The total cell production in the spinner flask cultures was 5.2-fold higher than that in T-flask cultures. While the EV specific production (particles/cell) in T-flask cultures (4.40 ± 1.21 × 108 particles/mL, p < 0.05) was higher compared to spinner flask cultures (2.10 ± 0.04 × 108 particles/mL, p < 0.05), the spinner flask culture system offers scalability, making it capable of producing enough MSC-EV at a large scale for clinical applications. Therefore, we concluded that 3D culture system evaluated here serves as an efficient transitional platform that enables the scaling up of MSC-EV production for therapeutic purposes by utilizing stirred tank bioreactors and maintaining xeno-free conditions.

The main difficulty for the cultivation and conservation of bromeliad species is the reduced number of propagules and slow growth of many of the species, resulting in a low propagation efficiency. Bromeliad plants are hardy and relatively easy to cultivate, with a high ornamental and ecological importance. Aiming at efficient micropropagation rates of V. hieroglyphica, a highly valued bromeliad, with very low propagation efficiency, a temporary immersion system was used and compared to semisolid and liquid static medium. Cultures obtained from in vitro germinated seeds were used as explants, maintaining their genetic diversity. Micropropagation with this simple temporary immersion system, composed of two autoclavable flasks, each with one opening for the attachment of 22 µm syringe filters, connected by a rubber stopper and an inner glass tube. In the bottom flask, an air valve is attached to the filter, which is subsequently connected to an aquarium pump and a timer and plugged to an outlet. This simple temporary immersion system showed improved micropropagation efficiency and is a method that can also be evaluated for other species.

Soil respiration (CO2 emission to the atmosphere from soils) is an important component of the global carbon cycle. In highly seasonal ecosystems the magnitudes and the underlying mechanisms that control soil respiration (RS) are still poorly understood and measurements are underrepresented in the global flux community. In this dataset, systematic and monthly measurements of RS were conducted with an infrared gas analyzer coupled to a static chamber during 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019 in a tropical dry forest with a land use history from Northwestern México. These data is useful to assess the intra-annual and seasonal variations of RS at a highly seasonal dry forests and serves as a base line to benchmark soil carbon models in regional and global contexts. The data presented supports the research manuscript: "Soil respiration is influenced by seasonality, forest succession and contrasting biophysical controls in a tropical dry forest in Northwestern Mexico" from Vargas-Terminel et al. [1].

A sinus floor elevation via lateral window (LSFE) is one of the most widely used bone augmentation procedures for implant therapy in the posterior area of the maxilla. Locating and preparing a correct opening window on the lateral sinus wall is a key step of this procedure. Conventionally, the surgeon designs and locates the window after the flap is reflected based on the information obtained from cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) images or other diagnostic aids. Nevertheless, in spite of the advancements in CBCT imaging, clinicians may still experience hardships in situating and procuring meticulous access to the maxillary sinus by using CBCT alone. Therefore, in cases requiring an LSFE simultaneous to implant placement, a maxillary sinus surgical guide has been tested and reported to be the amiable method to be utilized as a conjunct to prevent unpredictable consequences according to its application in implying both the direction for the implant and the location of the lateral window. This article presents 3 clinical cases with a fully digital approach to guide the opening of the lateral wall of the maxillary sinus as well as the simultaneous placement of a single implant in an ideal 3D position. Based on the CBCT images and intraoral scan, a surgical guide was fabricated based on 3D software. During surgery, this teeth-supported template can be placed intraorally, guiding sinus window opening preparation. This technique makes the sinus window opening procedure simple and predictable, reduces surgical time and the risk of complications, and allows the placement of the implant in the ideal 3D position.

This paper is focused on the use of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology operating at 125 kHz in a communication layer for a network of mobile and static nodes in marine environments, with a specific focus on the Underwater Internet of Things (UIoT). The analysis is divided into two main sections: characterizing the penetration depth at different frequencies and evaluating the probabilities of data reception between antennas of static nodes and a terrestrial antenna considering the line of sight (LoS) between antennas. The results indicate that the use of RFID technology at 125 kHz allows for data reception with a penetration depth of 0.6116 dB/m, demonstrating its suitability for data communication in marine environments. In the second part of the analysis, we examine the probabilities of data reception between static-node antennas at different heights and a terrestrial antenna at a specific height. Wave samples recorded in Playa Sisal, Yucatan, Mexico, are used for this analysis. The findings show a maximum reception probability of 94.5% between static nodes with an antenna at a height of 0 m and a 100% data reception probability between a static node and the terrestrial antenna when the static-node antennas are optimally positioned at a height of 1 m above sea level. Overall, this paper provides valuable insights into the application of RFID technology in marine environments for the UIoT, considering the minimization of impacts on marine fauna. The results suggest that by adjusting the characteristics of the RFID system, the proposed architecture can be effectively implemented to expand the monitoring area, considering variables both underwater and on the surface of the marine environment.

Excited-state chemistry relies on the communication between molecules, making it a crucial aspect of the field. One important question that arises is whether intermolecular communication and its rate can be modified when a molecule is confined. To explore the interaction in such systems, we investigated the ground and excited states of 4'-N,N-diethylaminoflavonol (DEA3HF) in an octa acid-based (OA) confined medium and in ethanolic solution, both in the presence of Rhodamine 6G (R6G). Despite the observed spectral overlap between the flavonol emission and the R6G absorption, as well as the fluorescence quenching of the flavonol in the presence of R6G, the almost constant fluorescence lifetime at different amounts of R6G discards the presence of FRET in the studied systems. Steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence indicate the formation of an emissive complex between the proton transfer dye encapsulated within water-soluble supramolecular host octa acid (DEA3HF@(OA)2) and R6G. A similar result was observed between DEA3HF:R6G in ethanolic solution. The respective Stern-Volmer plots corroborate with these observations, suggesting a static quenching mechanism for both systems.

Fruits and their derivatives are sources of phenolic compounds, which contribute to the maintenance of health benefits. In order to exert such properties, these compounds must be exposed to gastrointestinal conditions during digestion. In vitro methods of gastrointestinal digestion have been developed to simulate and evaluate the changes that compounds undergo after being exposed to various conditions. We present, in this review, the major in vitro methods for evaluating the effects of gastrointestinal digestion of phenolic compounds in fruits and their derivatives. We discuss the concept of bioaccessibility, bioactivity, and bioavailability, as well as the conceptual differences and calculations among studies. Finally, the main changes caused by in vitro gastrointestinal digestion in phenolic compounds are also discussed. The significant variation of parameters and concepts observed hinders a better evaluation of the real effects on the antioxidant activity of phenolic compounds, thus, the use of standardized methods in research would contribute for a better understanding of these changes.

Abstract Introduction: Increasing abdominal pressures could affect pulmonary compliance and cardiac performance, a fact based on which the aim of the present study to detect the cardiopulmonary burden of multiple retractors application during supine versus lateral abdominal surgeries. We hypothesized that surgical ring multiple retractors application would affect the pulmonary and cardiac functions during both lateral and supine abdominal surgeries. Methods: Prospective observational comparative study on forty surgical patients subdivided into two groups twenty each, comparing pulmonary compliance and cardiac performance before, during and after retractors application, group (S) supine position cystectomy surgery, and group (L) lateral position nephrectomy surgery under general anesthesia, Composite 1ry outcome; dynamic compliance C-dyn and cardiac index CI and Other outcome variables ICON cardio-meter were also recorded. Results: C-dyn and C-stat were significantly decreased late during retractor application in lateral compared to supine surgery with significant decrease compared to basal values all over the surgical time. CI was significantly increased after retractor removal in both of the study groups compared to basal values. PAW P was significantly increased in -lateral compared to supine surgery -with significant increase compared to basal value all over the surgical time in both of the study groups. significant increase in DO2I compared to basal value during both supine and lateral positions. Conclusion: Surgical retraction results in a short-lived significant decreases in lung compliance and cardiac output particularly during the lateral-kidney position than the supine position compliance.

The industrial residue of cashew apple juice processing (MRC) was evaluated as an alternative medium for bacterial cellulose (BC) production by Komagataeibacter xylinus ATCC 53582 and Komagataeibacter xylinus ARS B42. The synthetic Hestrin-Schramm medium (MHS) was used as a control for growing and BC production. First, BC production was assessed after 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 days under static culture. After 12 days of cultivation, K. xylinus ATCC 53582 produced the highest BC titer in MHS (3.1 g·L-1) and MRC (3 g·L-1), while significant productivity was attained at 6 days of fermentation. To understand the effect of culture medium and fermentation time on the properties of the obtained films, BC produced at 4, 6, or 8 days were submitted to infrared spectroscopy with Fourier transform, thermogravimetry, mechanical tests, water absorption capacity, scanning electron microscopy, degree of polymerization and X-ray diffraction. The properties of BC synthesized in MRC were identical to those of BC from MHS, according to structural, physical, and thermal studies. MRC, on the other hand, allows the production of BC with a high water absorption capacity when compared to MHS. Despite the lower titer (0.88 g·L-1) achieved in MRC, the BC from K. xylinus ARS B42 presented a high thermal resistance and a remarkable absorption capacity (14664 %), suggesting that it might be used as a superabsorbent biomaterial.

BACKGROUND/AIM: Central nervous system cancer is still a major public health issue. The effectiveness of treatments is limited and varies depending on the severity of disease. Therefore, there is a demand for the development of novel therapies. Static magnetic stimulation (SMS) emerges as a new therapeutic option. The aim of this study was to evaluate the SMS effects on neuroblastoma cells in culture. MATERIALS AND METHODS: SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells were exposed to 0.3T SMS for 6, 12, 24, 36, 72 h, and 6 days. Cell viability (MTT), cell death (annexin-V/PI staining) and cell cycle (DNA content), cell proliferation (CFSE), autophagy (acridine orange), and total mitochondrial mass (MitoTracker™ Red) were analyzed to establish the cellular response to SMS. RESULTS: The viability of SH-SY5Y cells was reduced after exposure to SMS for 24 h and 6 days (p<0.05), without differences for the other times (p>0.05); however, this effect was not related to cell death or cell cycle arrest (p>0.05). In contrast, the viability of human malignant melanoma (HMV-II) cells, used as a tumoral control, was not affected. In addition, stimulated SH-SY5Y cells presented a decrease in mitochondrial mass at both exposure times and a reduction in autophagy and cell proliferation after 6 days (p<0.05). CONCLUSION: SMS application appears to be a promising adjuvant therapy for the treatment of neuroblastoma since it decreases the survival of SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells.

A static magnetic field generated by neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) magnets placed in the inner cavity of dental implants can enhance bone regeneration in rabbits. It is, however, unknown whether static magnetic fields support osseointegration in a canine model. We therefore determined the potential osteogenic effect of implants carrying NdFeB magnets inserted in the tibia of six adult canines in the early stages of osseointegration. Here, we report that after 15 days of healing, magnetic and regular implants showed a high variation with a median new bone-to-implant contact (nBIC) in the cortical (41.3% and 7.3%) and the medullary (28.6% and 44.8%) region, respectively. Consistently, the median new bone volume/tissue volume (nBV/TV) in the cortical (14.9% and 5.4%) and the medullary (22.2% and 22.4%) region were not significantly different. One week of healing only resulted in negligible bone formation. These findings suggest that considering the large variation and the pilot nature of this study, magnetic implants failed to support peri-implant bone formation in a canine model.

ß-fructofuranosidases (FFases) are enzymes involved in sucrose hydrolysis and can be used in the production of invert sugar and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS). This last is an important prebiotic extensively used in the food industry. In the present study, the FFase production by Aspergillus tamarii Kita UCP 1279 was assessed by solid-state fermentation using a mixture of wheat and soy brans as substrate. The FFase presents optimum pH and temperature at 5.0-7.0 and 60 °C, respectively. According to the kinetic/thermodynamic study, the FFase was relatively stable at 50 °C, a temperature frequently used in industrial FOS synthesis, using sucrose as substrate, evidenced by the parameters half-life (115.52 min) and D-value (383.76 min) and confirmed by thermodynamic parameters evaluated. The influence of static magnetic field with a 1450 G magnetic flux density presented a positive impact on FFase kinetic parameters evidenced by an increase of affinity of enzyme by substrate after exposition, observed by a decrease of 149.70 to 81.73 mM on Km. The results obtained indicate that FFases present suitable characteristics for further use in food industry applications. Moreover, the positive influence of a magnetic field is an indicator for further developments of bioprocesses with the presence of a magnetic field.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the foam rolling technique and static stretching on perceptual and neuromuscular parameters following a bout of high-intensity functional training (HIFT), which consisted of 100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 100 air squats (Angie benchmark) in recreationally trained men (n = 39). Following baseline measurements (Feeling Scale, Visual Analogue Scale, Total Quality Recovery, Sit-and-Reach, Countermovement Jump, and Change-of-Direction t-test), the volunteers performed a single bout of HIFT. At the end of the session, participants were randomly assigned to one of three distinct groups: control (CONT), foam rolling (FR), or static stretching (SS). At the 24 h time-point, a second experimental session was conducted to obtain the post-test values. The level of significance was set at p < 0.05. Regarding power performance, none of the three groups reached pretest levels at 24 h point of the intervention. However, the CONT group still showed a greater magnitude of effect at the 24 h time-point (ES = 0.51, p ≥ 0.05). Flexibility presented the same recovery pattern as power performance (post × 24 h CONT = ES = 0.28, FR = ES = 0.21, SS = ES = 0.19). At 24 h, all groups presented an impaired performance in the COD t-test (CONT = ES = 0.24, FR = ES = 0.65, SS = ES = 0.56 p ≥ 0.05). The FR protocol resulted in superior recovery perceptions (pre × 24 h TQR = ES = 0.32 p ≥ 0.05). The results of the present study indicate that the use of FR and SS exercises may not be indicated when aiming to restore neuromuscular performance following a single bout of HIFT. The use of the FR technique during the cooldown phase of a HIFT session may be helpful in improving an individual's perception of recovery.

Développé à la seconde is a classic ballet movement that requires the maintenance of a high hip joint range of motion (ROM) and muscle strength. However, the contribution of these hip joint biomechanical parameters to this movement's esthetic performance is unclear. Therefore, this study evaluated hip joint biomechanical characteristics of 21 experienced ballet dancers (15-29 y old) and verified the relationship between these variables with the développé à la seconde static and dynamic performance. Correlations between age, ballet practice time, gluteus maximus and gluteus medius thicknesses, ROM, and muscle strength with absolute and relative static and dynamic performances were verified. Flexors, extensors, and internal rotators peak strength and external rotation ROM were highly correlated with absolute and relative static performances (0.5-0.7). Flexors and extensors strength and external and internal rotation ROM showed the highest correlations with the développé dynamic performance (0.49-0.67). Flexor strength and flexor and internal rotation ROM predicted 26% to 41% of this movement's static and dynamic performances. Thus, from a biomechanical perspective, clinical assessment of hip strength and ROM may be used to predict the quality of the ballet dancers' performance of the développé à la seconde and guide classical ballet training.

Studies have shown that psychotropic drugs change rat behavior in the elevated plus-maze test (EPM). This study investigated whether static magnetic fields could alter alprazolam-induced rat behavior in the EPM. 66 male Wistar rats (270-300 g weight) were assigned to one of the following groups: Sham Magnetic + Saline (SMS), North Pole + Saline (NPS), South Pole + Saline (SPS), Sham magnetic + alprazolam (SMA), NP + alprazolam (NPA), and SP + alprazolam (SPA). After five days of static magnetic stimulation (3200 Gauss), they received alprazolam or saline (1 mg/kg), and their behavior was evaluated. Two-way ANOVA and Holm-Sidak post-hock were used, with a significant P value of <0.05. The SMA and NPA groups showed an increased number of entries and time in the open arms compared with the SMS group. SPA showed a decrease in these measures when compared to SMA [F(2,61) = 6.43 and F(2,61) = 3.72, respectively]. The SMA and NPA groups showed increased head dipping and end-arm activity compared with the SMS group. SPA showed a decrease in these measures when compared to SMA [F(2,61) = 3.37 and [F(2,61) = 4.72, respectively]. These results show that the south magnetic pole of a static magnetic field blocked the alprazolam effect in the space-time variables of the open arms and ethological anxiolytic-like behavior in the EPM.

INTRODUCTION: Increasing abdominal pressures could affect pulmonary compliance and cardiac performance, a fact based on which the aim of the present study to detect the cardiopulmonary burden of multiple retractors application during supine versus lateral abdominal surgeries. We hypothesized that surgical ring multiple retractors application would affect the pulmonary and cardiac functions during both lateral and supine abdominal surgeries. METHODS: Prospective observational comparative study on forty surgical patients subdivided into two groups twenty each, comparing pulmonary compliance and cardiac performance before, during and after retractors application, group (S) supine position cystectomy surgery, and group (L) lateral position nephrectomy surgery under general anesthesia, Composite 1ry outcome; dynamic compliance C-dyn and cardiac index CI and Other outcome variables ICON cardio-meter were also recorded. RESULTS: C-dyn and C-stat were significantly decreased late during retractor application in lateral compared to supine surgery with significant decrease compared to basal values all over the surgical time. CI was significantly increased after retractor removal in both of the study groups compared to basal values. PAWP was significantly increased in -lateral compared to supine surgery -with significant increase compared to basal value all over the surgical time in both of the study groups. significant increase in DO2I compared to basal value during both supine and lateral positions. CONCLUSION: Surgical retraction results in a short-lived significant decreases in lung compliance and cardiac output particularly during the lateral-kidney position than the supine position compliance.

OBJECTIVE: The objective of this study was to evaluate the agreement of smartwatch-derived single-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) recordings with 12-lead ECGs for diagnosing electrocardiographic abnormalities. STUDY DESIGN: A 12-lead ECG and an ECG using Apple Watch were obtained in 110 children (aged 1 week to 16 years) with normal (n = 75) or abnormal (n = 35) 12-lead ECGs (atrioventricular block [7], supraventricular tachycardia [SVT] {5}, bundle branch block [12], ventricular preexcitation [6], long QT [5]). In children aged <6 years, the ECG recording was performed with the active participation of an adult who applied the neonate or child's finger to the crown of the watch. In older children, tracings were obtained after brief teaching without adult guidance. All 12-lead ECGs were independently evaluated by 2 blinded cardiologists. Apple Watch ECGs were independently evaluated by another blinded cardiologist. RESULTS: In 109 children (99.1%), the smartwatch tracing was of sufficient quality for evaluation. Smartwatch tracings were 84% sensitive and 100% specific for the detection of an abnormal ECG. All 75 normal tracings were correctly identified. Of the 35 children with abnormalities on 12-lead ECGs, 5 (14%) were missed, most often because of baseline wander and artifacts. Rhythm disorders (atrioventricular block or SVT) and bundle branch blocks were correctly detected in most cases (11 of 12 and 11 of 12, respectively); preexcitation and long QT was detected in 4 of 6 and 4 of 5, respectively. CONCLUSION: Smartwatch ECGs recorded with parental assistance in children aged up to 6 years and independently in older children have the potential to detect clinically relevant conditions.

The success of crops is directly related to effective planting and fertilization, especially regarding yield factors like plants per area and final yield. Thorough evaluations are vital to understanding modern methods in these operations. Current regulations and their broaden scope highlight the need for more specific approaches. This study aimed to validate a new method for assessing the effectiveness of helical and fluted dosing mechanisms with two granulated fertilizer formulations (04-14-08 [GF1] and 04-30-10 [GF2]) at different speeds (4, 7, and 10 km/h) in a controlled setting. We collected flow data, organized it, checked for normality, and subjected it to variance analysis. The fluted dispenser showed better flow at 4 km/h and 7 km/h. The GF1 formulation produced higher flows in both dispensers, with the helical design outperforming. The flow for GF1 increased linearly with speed. For GF2, the best flow rate was at 7 km/h. In summary, our new method effectively evaluated the factors under study, offering insights into the function and potential improvements of the technologies used.(AU)


A eficiência da operação de semeadura e adubação é determinante no sucesso de uma lavoura, estas exigem avaliações eficientes que possam favorecer o entendimento dos mecanismos empregados nas tecnologias contemporâneas. Contudo as normativas vigentes não apresentam acurácia compatível para avaliar as operações, evidenciando a necessidade de criação de metodologias mais adequadas. Assim, o objetivo do trabalho foi validar uma proposta de metodologia para a avaliação do desempenho de mecanismos dosadores helicoidal e acanalado com duas formulações de fertilizantes granulados (04-14-08 e 04-30-10), em razão de diferentes velocidades angulares (4; 7 e 10 km/h) realizado em bancada estática. Durante os testes, os valores de vazão foram adquiridos por um sistema de aquisição, posteriormente estes dados foram relativizados, em seguida submetidos ao teste de normalidade e posteriormente análise de variância. O dosador acanalado apresentou melhor desempenho nas vazões para as velocidades de 4 km/h e 7 km/h. O formulado 04-14-08 gerou vazões maiores em ambos os dosadores, com ênfase para o helicoidal. As velocidades ocasionaram um aumento linear da vazão no fertilizante 04-14-08. Com 7 km/h se observou o ponto ótimo para a vazão do fertilizante 04-30-10. A metodologia proposta demonstrou ser eficiente na avaliação dos parâmetros estudados bem como para facilitar o entendimento do funcionamento das tecnologias empregadas, assim como suas adequações.(AU)
