RESUMO

Objetivo. Validacion de un instrumento de evaluacion del aprendizaje de los estudiantes de enfermeria durante sus practicas clinicas. Material y metodos. Se elaboraron 132 preguntas capaces de medir conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes, de las que 22 expertos evaluaron supertinencia y claridad mediante la tecnica de Delphi. Objective. Validation of a tool for assessment of nursing students learning during their clinical practice. Material and methods. One hundred thirty-two questions elaborated to measure knowledge, skills and attitudes, were rated by 22 judges to assess their pertinence and clarity through Delphi technique. As a result, 65 questions regarding hospital nursing were finally selected and administered to 194 students of the three academic courses. Results. Factorial analysis provided nine dimensions, which internal consistency, measured by Cronbach¡s alpha, ranged between 0.63 and 0.97. The overall scale gave an intraclass correlation of 0.89 in the test-retest reliability and 0.62 in the inter-raterreliability. Several dimensions correlated positively with the dimensions of responsibility, cautiousness and vigour from the Gordon Personal Profile Inventory. A reduced scale with 23 items correlated with the overall scale (intraclass correlation: 0.98).Conclusions. This measurement tool shows face and construct validity and good internal and intrarater consistency. The small inter-rater reliability would require raters to be specifically trained (AU)
