RESUMO

A biosorbent, 4-sulfonylcalix[6]arene modified Fe3O4@Aspergillus Niger (MFSC), was successfully prepared through a two-step route for the effective removal of uranium (U(VI)) from aqueous solutions with high selectivity. The structure of MFSC was characterized by FT-IR, SEM, XRD, TGA and VSM, respectively. The impacts of various experimental parameters were investigated in detail. The results indicated that the biosorption of U(VI) on MFSC was mainly attributed to the electrostatic attraction (91% within 8 hours for U(VI)). The adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm of U(VI) were found to follow the pseudo second-order model and to be fitted by the Langmuir model, respectively. The thermodynamic parameters revealed that the adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic. The findings herein highlight the MFSC with high ability for removal of U(VI) from aqueous solutions.

RESUMO

Organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) are frequently for pest control in the agriculture industry. Accumulation of OPs is harmful to the environment and human health. Thus, facile and portable detection of organophosphorus pesticides is of great importance. Among these methods, the fluorescence assay holds the advantages of high sensitivity, simplicity, nondestructive properties. Conventional fluorophores have the drawbacks of poor photostability and low signal-to-noise ratio due to their aggregation-caused quenching drawbacks at high concentration or in the aggregate state. Aggregation-induced emission fluorogens (AIEgens) are one key to develop next-generation fluorescence sensor due to their high emission efficiency in the aggregated state. 1,2-bis[4-(3-sulfonatopropoxyl) phenyl]-1,2-diphenylethene (BSPOTPE) is a typical AIE molecule containing two hydroxyl group. In this study, a fluorescence sensor based on BSPOTPE-SiO2-MnO2 sandwich nanocomposites was fabricated. Thiocholine (TCh), which produced from acetylthiocholine(ATCh) by the hydrolysis of acetylcholinesterase (AChE), can "turn on" the fluorescence sensor. Based on the inhibition effect of OPs on AChE activity and the corresponding "turn off" effect on the fluorescence sensor, an AIE-based assay for OPs determination was developed. The fabricated sensor for paraoxon determination has a good linear relationship in the range of 1-100 µg/L and the LOD of 1 µg/L. Moreover, a simple, convenient fluorescence strip for visual semi-quantitative of OPs was fabricated, indicating this "on-off" fluorescent sensor is promising for on-site and infield detection.

RESUMO

The study was aimed to determine the efficacy of two pesticides in the control of aphids in Lonicera japonica, and study the applicability of pesticides in L. japonica. The number of insects was counted before and 2, 3, 7 and 10 days after the application of pesticide in the test area within different dosage groups. The method was 5-point sampling method. Five aphids on the L. japonica branches were selected, then the number of insects was recorded. The effect of the two pesticides on the control rate of aphid was more than 80% at 1 d after application. The results showed that the two pesticides had good efficacy. After 7 days and 10 days, the control effect was 100%. After 1 day of spraying, the effect of the two pesticides on the control of L. japonica aphids was more than 80%, which was higher than that of the control agent. The results showed that the two pesticides had good and fast effect. After 7 days and 10 days of spraying, the control effect was 100%. The control effect of two kinds pesticides for aphid sprayed in recommended dose on the L. japonica is good and showed no hytotoxicity.
