Objective: To investigate the effects of temperature-sensitive hydroxybutyl chitosan hydrogel on wound healing of full-thickness skin defect in rats. Methods: The experimental research method was used. Fifty-one male and female Sprague-Dawley rats aged 7-10 weeks were selected, and two round full-thickness skin defect wounds with a diameter of 2 cm were made on the back of the rats at a distance of about 1.0 cm to the spine. The wounds were divided into temperature-sensitive hydrogel group, gel group, and blank control group, with 34 wounds in each group. Wounds in the first two groups were smeared with 0.3 mL temperature-sensitive hydroxybutyl chitosan hydrogel and carboxymethyl chitosan hydrogel, respectively immediately after injury, and the wounds in the blank control group were dealt with no treatment. The wounds in the three groups were all covered with vaseline gauze. The state of temperature-sensitive hydroxybutyl chitosan hydrogel and carboxymethyl chitosan hydrogel was observed every day when the dressing was changed, and the difficulty of removing vaseline oil gauze was recorded. On the 3rd, 7th, 10th, 14th, and 21st day after injury, the wound healing of the three groups was observed and the wound healing rate was calculated. On the 3rd, 7th, 10th, 14th, and 21st day after injury, 4 wounds of 2 rats in each group were collected for the following observation and detection. The inflammatory cell infiltration, angiogenesis, and re-epithelialization were observed by hematoxylin eosin staining. The regeneration and remodeling of collagen were observed by Masson staining, and the the collagen volume fraction was calculated.The expressions of interleukin-6 (IL-6), transforming growth factor ß1 (TGF-ß1), and matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method. Data were statistically analyzed with analysis of variance for factorial design, one-way analysis of variance, and Bonferroni test. Results: Chitosan gel was liquid gel and could flow with the body position, while the temperature-sensitive hydroxybutyl chitosan hydrogel was solid gel and could not flow with the body position, and the distribution of the latter was more uniform. The vaseline gauze was easy to remove in wounds of temperature-sensitive hydrogel group, which was not easy to remove in the other two groups. On the 3rd, 7th, 10th, 14th, and 21st day after injury, the wound granulation tissue grew well in temperature-sensitive hydrogel group and gel group, with no obvious infection, and two rats in blank control group died of wound infection on the 3rd and 5th day after injury. On the 7th, 10th, 14th, and 21st day after injury, the wound healing rates in temperature-sensitive hydrogel group and gel group were significantly higher than that in blank control group (P<0.01). On the 10th day after injury, the wound healing rate in temperature-sensitive hydrogel group was significantly higher than that in gel group (P<0.05). A large number of neutrophils and lymphocytes infiltrated into the wounds in the three groups on the 3rd day after injury. The inflammatory cell infiltration was gradually reduced and the wound healed gradually in temperature-sensitive hydrogel group and gel group from the 7th to 21st day after injury, and the epidermis and dermis could be seen, without hair follicles and other skin appendages. The wounds in blank control group did not heal completely on 21st day after injury. From the 3rd to 10th day after injury, the number of newly formed collagen fibers increased gradually in the wounds of the three groups. On the 14th and 21st day after injury, the collagen fibers in the wounds of temperature-sensitive hydrogel group and gel group were denser and more orderly than those in blank control group. On the 10th, 14th, and 21st day after injury, the collagen volume fraction of wounds in temperature-sensitive hydrogel group and gel group was significantly higher than that in blank control group (P<0.01). On the 14th day after injury, the collagen volume fraction of wounds in temperature-sensitive hydrogel group was significantly higher than that in gel group (P<0.01). On the 3rd, 7th, and 10th day after injury, the expressions of IL-6 of wound in temperature-sensitive hydrogel group were significantly higher than those in gel group and blank control group (P<0.01), and the expressions of IL-6 of wound in gel group were significantly lower than those in blank control group (P<0.01). On the 3rd, 7th, and 10th day after injury, the expressions of TGF-ß1 of wound in temperature-sensitive hydrogel group were significantly higher than those in gel group and blank control group (P<0.01). The expressions of TGF-ß1 of wound in gel group were significantly lower than those in blank control group on the 3rd, 7th day after injury (P<0.01), and the expression of TGF-ß1 of wound in gel group was significantly higher than that in blank control group on the 10th day after injury (P<0.01). On the 14th day after injury, the expression of TGF-ß1 of wound in gel group was significantly higher than that in temperature-sensitive hydrogel group and control group (P<0.01). On the 21st day after injury, the expression of TGF-ß1 of wound in temperature-sensitive hydrogel group was significantly lower than that in gel group and blank control group (P<0.01), and the expression of TGF-ß1 of wound in gel group was significantly lower than that in blank control group (P<0.01). On the 7th day after injury, the expression of MMP-1 of wound in gel group was significantly higher than that in temperature-sensitive hydrogel group and blank control group (P<0.01). On the 10th, 14th, and 21st day after injury, the expressions of MMP-1 of wound in temperature-sensitive hydrogel group were significantly higher than those in hydrogel group and blank control group (P<0.01). On the 10th day after injury, the expression of MMP-1 of wound in hydrogel group was significantly lower than that in blank control group (P<0.01). On the 14th and 21st day after injury, the expressions of MMP-1 of wound in hydrogel group were significantly higher than those in blank control group (P<0.01). Conclusions: Temperature-sensitive hydroxybutyl chitosan hydrogel can promote the healing of full-thickness skin defect wounds in rats by increasing the expression of IL-6, TGF-ß1, and MMP-1, regulating the wound healing environment, inhibiting inflammatory reaction, improving the strength of tissue repair, and promoting collagen synthesis and decomposition.

As a quantum material, Weyl semimetal has a series of electronic-band-structure features, including Weyl points with left and right chirality and corresponding Berry curvature, which have been observed in experiments. These band-structure features also lead to some unique nonlinear properties, especially high-order harmonic generation (HHG) due to the dynamic process of electrons under strong laser excitation, which has remained unexplored previously. Herein, we obtain effective HHG in type-II Weyl semimetal ß-WP2 crystals, where both odd and even orders are observed, with spectra extending into the vacuum ultraviolet region (190 nm, 10th order), even under fairly low femtosecond laser intensity. In-depth studies have interpreted that odd-order harmonics come from the Bloch electron oscillation, while even orders are attributed to Bloch oscillations under the "spike-like" Berry curvature at Weyl points. With crystallographic orientation-dependent HHG spectra, we further quantitatively retrieved the electronic band structure and Berry curvature of ß-WP2. These findings may open the door for exploiting metallic/semimetallic states as solid platforms for deep ultraviolet radiation and offer an all-optical and pragmatic solution to characterize the complicated multiband electronic structure and Berry curvature of quantum topological materials.

Using a dataset of 6.32 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} annihilation data collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4178 and 4226 MeV, we have measured the absolute branching fraction of the leptonic decay D_{s}^{+}→τ^{+}ν_{τ} via τ^{+}→e^{+}ν_{e}ν[over ¯]_{τ}, and find B_{D_{s}^{+}→τ^{+}ν_{τ}}=(5.27±0.10±0.12)×10^{-2}, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. The precision is improved by a factor of 2 compared to the previous best measurement. Combining with f_{D_{s}^{+}} from lattice quantum chromodynamics calculations or the |V_{cs}| from the CKMfitter group, we extract |V_{cs}|=0.978±0.009±0.012 and f_{D_{s}^{+}}=(251.1±2.4±3.0) MeV, respectively. Combining our result with the world averages of B_{D_{s}^{+}→τ^{+}ν_{τ}} and B_{D_{s}^{+}→µ^{+}ν_{µ}}, we obtain the ratio of the branching fractions B_{D_{s}^{+}→τ^{+}ν_{τ}}/B_{D_{s}^{+}→µ^{+}ν_{µ}}=9.72±0.37, which is consistent with the standard model prediction of lepton flavor universality.

Using 2.93 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} collision data taken with the BESIII detector at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV, the observation of the D^{0}→K_{1}(1270)^{-}e^{+}ν_{e} semileptonic decay is presented. The statistical significance of the decay D^{0}→K_{1}(1270)^{-}e^{+}ν_{e} is greater than 10σ. The branching fraction of D^{0}→K_{1}(1270)^{-}e^{+}ν_{e} is measured to be (1.09±0.13_{-0.16}^{+0.09}±0.12)×10^{-3}. Here, the first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic, and the third originates from the assumed branching fraction of K_{1}(1270)^{-}→K^{-}π^{+}π^{-}. The fraction of longitudinal polarization in D^{0}→K_{1}(1270)^{-}e^{+}ν_{e} is determined for the first time to be 0.50±0.19_{stat}±0.08_{syst}.

The absolute branching fraction of Λ→pµ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{µ} is reported for the first time based on an e^{+}e^{-} annihilation sample of 10×10^{9} J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector at sqrt[s]=3.097 GeV. The branching fraction is determined to be B(Λ→pµ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{µ})=[1.48±0.21(stat)±0.08(syst)]×10^{-4}, which is improved by about 30% in precision over the previous indirect measurements. Combining this result with the world average of B(Λ→pe^{-}ν[over ¯]_{e}), we obtain the ratio {[Γ(Λ→pµ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{µ})]/[Γ(Λ→pe^{-}ν[over ¯]_{e})]} to be 0.178±0.028, which agrees with the standard model prediction assuming lepton flavor universality. The asymmetry of the branching fractions of Λ→pµ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{µ} and Λ[over ¯]→p[over ¯]µ^{+}ν_{µ} is also determined, and no evidence for CP violation is found.

Objective: To investigate the effect of simultaneous bone marrow stimulation in the treatment of osteochondral lesions of the talus (OLTs) on arthroscopic repair of anterior talofibular ligament. Methods: The clinical data of 33 patients with ankle instability treated by operation in Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 20 males and 13 females with a mean age of (31±9) years. According to the type of surgery, the patients were divided into two groups: ligament repair group (arthroscopic anterior talofibular ligament repair) and bone marrow stimulation group (arthroscopic anterior talofibular ligament repair+talus microfracture). Visual analogue scale (VAS), American Orthopedic Foot And Ankle Society (AOFAS) score, time to return to work and time to return to sport were compared between the two groups. Results: In the ligament repair group, the preoperative VAS score and the AOFAS score was 5.0±1.9 and 72.4±9.0, respectively, and it was 1.1±1.6 and 95.5±5.2 at the last follow-up, respectively. In the bone marrow stimulation group, the preoperative VAS score and the AOFAS score was 5.8±1.9 and 64.8±12.6, respectively, and it was 1.8±1.5 and 93.1±5.6 at the last follow-up, respectively. The scores of VAS and AOFAS were significantly improved in both groups after the operation, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (both P>0.05). There was no significant difference in time to return to work and return to sport between the two groups (both P>0.05). Conclusion: When repairing the anterior talofibular ligament under arthroscopy, simultaneous bone marrow in the treatment of osteochondral lesions of the talus does not affect the postoperative functional recovery and the time to return to work/sport, and satisfactory clinical results also can be obtained.

We report a measurement of the observed cross sections of e^{+}e^{-}→J/ψX based on 3.21 fb^{-1} of data accumulated at energies from 3.645 to 3.891 GeV with the BESIII detector operated at the BEPCII collider. In analysis of the cross sections, we measured the decay branching fractions of B(ψ(3686)→J/ψX)=(64.4±0.6±1.6)% and B(ψ(3770)→J/ψX)=(0.5±0.2±0.1)% for the first time. The energy-dependent line shape of these cross sections cannot be well described by two Breit-Wigner (BW) amplitudes of the expected decays ψ(3686)→J/ψX and ψ(3770)→J/ψX. Instead, it can be better described with one more BW amplitude of the decay R(3760)→J/ψX. Under this assumption, we extracted the R(3760) mass M_{R(3760)}=3766.2±3.8±0.4 MeV/c^{2} , total width Γ_{R(3760)}^{tot}=22.2±5.9±1.4 MeV, and product of leptonic width and decay branching fraction Γ_{R(3760)}^{ee}B[R(3760)→J/ψX]=(79.4±85.5±11.7) eV. The significance of the R(3760) is 5.3σ. The first uncertainties of these measured quantities are from fits to the cross sections and second systematic.

We present an analysis of the process ψ(3686)→Ω^{-}Ω[over ¯]^{+} (Ω^{-}→K^{-}Λ, Ω[over ¯]^{+}→K^{+}Λ[over ¯], Λ→pπ^{-}, Λ[over ¯]→p[over ¯]π^{+}) based on a dataset of 448×10^{6} ψ(3686) decays collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII electron-positron collider. The helicity amplitudes for the process ψ(3686)→Ω^{-}Ω[over ¯]^{+} and the decay parameters of the subsequent decay Ω^{-}→K^{-}Λ (Ω[over ¯]^{+}→K^{+}Λ[over ¯]) are measured for the first time by a fit to the angular distribution of the complete decay chain, and the spin of the Ω^{-} is determined to be 3/2 for the first time since its discovery more than 50 years ago.

Objective: To investigate the variation of genes associated with Usher syndrome type 1(USH1)in 136 Chinese deafness families from Henan province. Methods: The data of 136 deafness families tested by next-generation sequencing(NGS) which identified in the center of genetics and prenatal diagnosis of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from November 2016 to December 2019 were analysized and the variation frequency of six genes related to Usher syndrome type 1(MYO7A, USH1C, CDH23, PCDH15, USH1G, CIB2) were summarized. Results: Five deafness families were detected nine pathogenic or likely pathogenic variations in two genes, accounting for 3.7% of all families. Among them, four families were caused by MYO7A variations and one family was caused by CDH23 variation. Meanwhile, seven variations of two genes were reported for the first time. They were c.313delG, c.5257dupA, c.5435A>T, c.5636G>C, c.5722T>G of MYO7A, and c.155_166del, c.4802delA of CDH23. The patients' vision of family 2 and family 3 had no obvious abnormality at present, but according to genetic diagnosis and walking dealy, they were considered to be USH1. Conclusions: MYO7A is the most common caustive gene associated with USH1 in Henan deafness patients, the application of next-generation sequencing technology can make USH1 patients diagnosed earlier before the visual symptoms appear.

We report a study of the processes of e^{+}e^{-}→K^{+}D_{s}^{-}D^{*0} and K^{+}D_{s}^{*-}D^{0} based on e^{+}e^{-} annihilation samples collected with the BESIII detector operating at BEPCII at five center-of-mass energies ranging from 4.628 to 4.698 GeV with a total integrated luminosity of 3.7 fb^{-1}. An excess of events over the known contributions of the conventional charmed mesons is observed near the D_{s}^{-}D^{*0} and D_{s}^{*-}D^{0} mass thresholds in the K^{+} recoil-mass spectrum for events collected at sqrt[s]=4.681 GeV. The structure matches a mass-dependent-width Breit-Wigner line shape, whose pole mass and width are determined as (3982.5_{-2.6}^{+1.8}±2.1) MeV/c^{2} and (12.8_{-4.4}^{+5.3}±3.0) MeV, respectively. The first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. The significance of the resonance hypothesis is estimated to be 5.3 σ over the contributions only from the conventional charmed mesons. This is the first candidate for a charged hidden-charm tetraquark with strangeness, decaying into D_{s}^{-}D^{*0} and D_{s}^{*-}D^{0}. However, the properties of the excess need further exploration with more statistics.

High-pressure experiments usually expect a hydrostatic condition, in which the physical properties of materials can be easily understood by theoretical simulations. Unfortunately, non-hydrostatic effect is inevitable in experiments due to the solidification of the pressure transmitting media under high pressure. Resultantly, non-hydrostaticity affects the accuracy of the experimental data and sometimes even leads to false phenomena. Since the non-hydrostatic effect is extrinsic, it is quite hard to analyze quantitatively. Here, we have conducted high pressure experiments on the layered BiCuXO (X = S and Se) single crystals and quantitatively analyzed their pronounced non-hydrostatic effect by high throughput first-principles calculations and experimental Raman spectra. Our experiments find that the BiCuXO single crystals sustain the tetragonal structure up to 55 GPa (maximum pressure in our experiment). However, their pressure-dependent Raman shift and electric resistance show anomalous behaviors. Through optimization of thousands of crystal structures in the high throughput first-principles calculations, we have obtained the evolution of the lattice constants under external pressures, which clearly substantiates the non-hydrostatical pressure exerted in BiCuXO crystals. Our work indicates that the high throughput first-principles calculations could be a handy method to investigate the non-hydrostatic effect on the structural and electronic properties of materials in high pressure experiments.

Objective: To investigate the prognosis and risk factors of patients with anterior communicating aneurysm treated by aneurysm clipping or interventional embolization. Methods: The clinical data of 730 patients with anterior communicating aneurysm who underwent aneurysm clipping or interventional embolization in the department of neurosurgery, the first affiliated hospital of Soochow University from January 1999 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The prognosis of patients in the clipping group from 1999 to 2008 and the clipping group from 2009 to 2018, the clipping group from 2009 to 2018 and the interventional group from 2009 to 2018 were compared respectively, and the risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients were statistically analyzed. Results: The rate of poor prognosis was 32.7% in the clipping group from 1999 to 2008, 21.3% in the clipping group from 2009 to 2018, and the rate of intraoperative aneurysm rupture and postoperative cerebral infarction was lower in the clipping group from 2009 to 2018 (P<0.05). There was no significant statistical difference in the prognosis between the clipping group and the interventional group from 2009 to 2018 (P>0.05). The results of multivariate analysis showed that preoperative Hunt-Hess grade, postoperative cerebral infarction and postoperative hemorrhage were the risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: The prognosis of patients treated by clipping from 2009 to 2018 was significantly improved compared with that from 1999 to 2008. There was no significant difference in the prognosis between the clipping group and the interventional group from 2009 to 2018. Preoperative Hunt-Hess grading, postoperative cerebral infarction and postoperative hemorrhage were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis.

Using 2.93 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} collision data collected at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector, the first observation of the doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decay D^{+}→K^{+}π^{+}π^{-}π^{0} is reported. After removing decays that contain narrow intermediate resonances, including D^{+}→K^{+}η, D^{+}→K^{+}ω, and D^{+}→K^{+}ϕ, the branching fraction of the decay D^{+}→K^{+}π^{+}π^{-}π^{0} is measured to be (1.13±0.08_{stat}±0.03_{syst})×10^{-3}. The ratio of branching fractions of D^{+}→K^{+}π^{+}π^{-}π^{0} over D^{+}→K^{-}π^{+}π^{+}π^{0} is found to be (1.81±0.15)%, which corresponds to (6.28±0.52)tan^{4}θ_{C}, where θ_{C} is the Cabibbo mixing angle. This ratio is significantly larger than the corresponding ratios for other doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decays. The asymmetry of the branching fractions of charge-conjugated decays D^{±}→K^{±}π^{±}π^{∓}π^{0} is also determined, and no evidence for CP violation is found. In addition, the first evidence for the D^{+}→K^{+}ω decay, with a statistical significance of 3.3σ, is presented and the branching fraction is measured to be B(D^{+}→K^{+}ω)=(5.7_{-2.1}^{+2.5}_{stat}±0.2_{syst})×10^{-5}.

Objective: To analyze the genetic and clinical characteristics of MYO15A variants associated non-syndromic autosomal recessive deafness3 (DFNB3). Methods: The hearing test and high-throughput sequencing data of 108 families with non-syndromic hearing loss, who visited the Center of Genetics and Prenatal Diagnosis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from November 2016 to February 2019, were retrospectively analyzed to investigate the characteristics of MYO15A variation. Results: Compound heterozygous MYO15A variations were detected in nine patients from eight families, accounting for 7.4% of all 108 families. The variants were c.5910+1G>A/c.9417_9418insTA, c.4234T>G/c.8324G>T, c.3926A>T/c.5002delC, c.9690+1G>A/c.10257_10259delCTT, c.8324G>T/c.10419_10423delCAGCT, c.4519C>T/c.6454G>C, c.6177+1G>T/c.10257_10259delCTT and c.5692C>T/c.7396-1G>A. All patients had severe to profound hearing loss. Among the 14 variations, 12 variations were located in the main structural domains, including 5 in motor domain, 3 in FERM domain, 3 in MyTH4 domain and 1 in IQ motif. The c.3926A>T, c.4234T>G, c.4519C>T, c.5002delC, c.6454G>C, c.8324G>T, c.9417_9418insTA and c.10419_10423delCAGCT had not been reported in the Human Gene Mutation Database up to February 2020. According to the guidelines of the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG), 6 reported variants and the first reported c.4519C>T, c.5002delC, c.9417_9418insTA and c.10419_10423delCAGCT were identified as pathogenic variants, while c.8324G>T was likely pathogenic variant, and c.3926A>T, c.4234T>G and c.6454G>C were variants of uncertain significance. Conclusions: The variations of MYO15A in patients with DFNB3 are mainly complex heterozygous. The clinical phenotypes are mostly severe to profound hearing loss, and the mutation loci are mainly in the motor, FERM and MyTH4 domains.

From 1310.6×10^{6} J/ψ and 448.1×10^{6} ψ(3686) events collected with the BESIII experiment, we report the first observation of Σ^{+} and Σ[over ¯]^{-} spin polarization in e^{+}e^{-}→J/ψ[ψ(3686)]→Σ^{+}Σ[over ¯]^{-} decays. The relative phases of the form factors ΔΦ have been measured to be (-15.5±0.7±0.5)° and (21.7±4.0±0.8)° with J/ψ and ψ(3686) data, respectively. The nonzero value of ΔΦ allows for a direct and simultaneous measurement of the decay asymmetry parameters of Σ^{+}→pπ^{0}(α_{0}=-0.998±0.037±0.009) and Σ[over ¯]^{-}→p[over ¯]π^{0}(α[over ¯]_{0}=0.990±0.037±0.011), the latter value being determined for the first time. The average decay asymmetry, (α_{0}-α[over ¯]_{0})/2, is calculated to be -0.994±0.004±0.002. The CP asymmetry A_{CP,Σ}=(α_{0}+α[over ¯]_{0})/(α_{0}-α[over ¯]_{0})=-0.004±0.037±0.010 is extracted for the first time, and is found to be consistent with CP conservation.

RESUMO

We report the most precise measurements to date of the strong-phase parameters between D^{0} and D[over ¯]^{0} decays to K_{S,L}^{0}π^{+}π^{-} using a sample of 2.93 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} annihilation data collected at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. Our results provide the key inputs for a binned model-independent determination of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa angle γ/ϕ_{3} with B decays. Using our results, the decay model sensitivity to the γ/ϕ_{3} measurement is expected to be between 0.7° and 1.2°, approximately a factor of three smaller than that achievable with previous measurements, based on the studies of the simulated data. The improved precision of this work ensures that measurements of γ/ϕ_{3} will not be limited by knowledge of strong phases for the next decade. Furthermore, our results provide critical input for other flavor-physics investigations, including charm mixing, other measurements of CP violation, and the measurement of strong-phase parameters for other D-decay modes.

The processes X(3872)→D^{*0}D[over ¯]^{0}+c.c.,γJ/ψ,γψ(2S), and γD^{+}D^{-} are searched for in a 9.0 fb^{-1} data sample collected at center-of-mass energies between 4.178 and 4.278 GeV with the BESIII detector. We observe X(3872)→D^{*0}D^{0}[over ¯]+c.c. and find evidence for X(3872)→γJ/ψ with statistical significances of 7.4σ and 3.5σ, respectively. No evident signals for X(3872)→γψ(2S) and γD^{+}D^{-} are found, and the upper limit on the relative branching ratio R_{γψ}≡{B[X(3872)→γψ(2S)]}/{B[X(3872)→γJ/ψ]}<0.59 is set at 90% confidence level. Measurements of branching ratios relative to decay X(3872)→π^{+}π^{-}J/ψ are also reported for decays X(3872)→D^{*0}D^{0}[over ¯]+c.c.,γψ(2S),γJ/ψ, and γD^{+}D^{-}, as well as the non-D^{*0}D^{0}[over ¯] three-body decays π^{0}D^{0}D^{0}[over ¯] and γD^{0}D^{0}[over ¯].
