BACKGROUND: Phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate dependent Rac exchange factor 1 (PREX1) was reported to be overexpressed in some cancers and involved in cancer development, but its expression and significance in gastric cancer remain unclear. AIM: To evaluate the expression of PREX1 in gastric cancer and its significance in the development of gastric cancer, especially to evaluate the potential mechanism of PREX1 in gastric cancer. METHODS: Bioinformatic analysis was performed in order to examine the expression of PREX1 in gastric cancer. The relationship between the survival rate of gastric cancer patients and PREX1 expression was assessed by Kaplan Meier portal. The Gene Set Enrichment Analysis and the correlation between PREX1 and transforming growth factor (TGF) ß1 pathway-related mediators were evaluated by cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics. Western blotting and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction assay were used to test the role of TGFß1 on the expression of PREX1. Western blotting and dual-luciferase reporter system was used to evaluate the effect of PREX1 on the activation of TGFß1 pathway. Wound healing and Transwell assay were used to assess the effect of PREX1 on the metastasis activity of gastric cancer cells. RESULTS: PREX1 was overexpressed in the gastric tumors, and the expression levels were positively associated with the development of gastric cancer. Also, the high expression of PREX1 revealed poor prognosis, especially for those advanced and specific intestinal gastric cancer patients. PREX1 was closely involved in the positive regulation of cell adhesion and positively correlated with TGFß1-related mediators. Furthermore, TGFß1 could induce the expression of PREX1 at both the protein and mRNA level. Also, PREX1 could activate the TGFß1 pathway. The induced PREX1 could increase the migration and invasion activity of gastric cancer cells. CONCLUSION: PREX1 is overexpressed in gastric cancer, and the high level of PREX1 predicts poor prognosis. PREX1 is closely associated with TGFß signaling and promotes the metastasis of gastric cancer cells.

BACKGROUND: (Interleukin 17 Receptor Beta) IL17RB has been implicated in several malignancies. However, its role in the progression of and chemosensitivity in pancreatic cancer remains unknown. We aimed to determine the clinical significance of IL17RB expression in the prognosis of resectable pancreatic cancer and in the benefits from gemcitabine treatment. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We used microarray and immunohistochemical staining techniques to evaluate IL17RB expression in 91 resectable pancreatic cancer tissues and their respective matched adjacent non-cancerous tissues. Quantitative real-time PCR and Western blotting were used to evaluate IL17RB in human pancreatic cancer cell lines after gemcitabine treatment. The correlation between IL17RB expression and overall survival and disease-free survival times were analyzed. RESULTS: IL17RB expression correlated with lymph node metastasis and (Vascular endothelial growth factor) VEGF expression. Cox proportional model showed that high IL17RB expression is a significant negative prognostic factor for both (overall survival) OS and (disease-free survival) DFS. Kaplan-Meier survival curves confirmed significantly reduced median overall and DFS time in high IL17RB patients as compared with low IL17RB patients. Furthermore, Cox proportional model confirmed a correlation between adjuvant treatment with gemcitabine-based chemotherapy and IL17RB expression. Kaplan-Meier survival curves showed that low IL17RB expression was associated with longer OS and DFS in patients than high IL17RB expression and gemcitabine-based adjuvant chemotherapy. In human pancreatic cancer cell lines, the messenger RNA and protein levels of IL17RB were significantly enhanced after gemcitabine treatment. CONCLUSIONS: IL17RB predicts the prognosis and benefit from gemcitabine in patients with resectable pancreatic cancer.

OBJECTIVE: To invstigate the influence of femoral neck area on larger anteversion angle of lag screw guide pin initial placement in proximal femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with intramedullary nail. METHODS: From June 2014 to June 2016, 60 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated with intramedullary nail, including 27 males and 33 females with an average age of 75 years old ranging from 49 to 88 years old. The lateral images of femoral neck were divided into areas during operation. The anteversion angle of lag screw guide pin of proximal femoral nail was observed at the time of initial insertion. The incidence of normal and larger was counted and the angle index of influencing factors was recorded. RESULTS: Among 60 patients, the screw guide pins of 23 cases were in the central region of the femoral neck and the anteversion angle was normal;screw guide pins of 37 cases were in the front area of the femoral neck, leading to larger anteversion angle. The single factor analysis showed that the independent variables influence factors of larger anteversion were internal collection of the affected limb, internal rotation of the affected limb, hip elevation and screw guide pin level(P<0.05). The multi-factor regression analysis showed that the anteversion angle larger was significantly related to the internal rotation of the affected limb and screw guide pin level, and the screw guide pin level was the most relevant(P=0.030). CONCLUSIONS: The internal rotation of the affected limb and screw guide pin level may affect the anteversion angle of femoral neck when lag screw guide pin initial insertion, cause it to be too large and the screw guide pin level is the main influencing factor.

The complete sequence of a novel RNA virus isolated from Tetrastichus brontispae (TbRV-1) was determined to be 12,239 nucleotides in length with five non-overlapping, linearly arranged coding sequences (CDS), potentially encoding nucleoproteins, hypothetical proteins, matrix proteins, glycoproteins, and RNA-dependent RNA polymerases. Sequence analysis indicated that the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of TbRV-1 shares a 65% nucleotide and 67% amino acid sequence identity with Hubei dimarhabdovirus 2, suggesting that TbRV-1 is a member of the dimarhabdovirus supergroup. This corresponded to the result of the phylogenetic analysis. The affiliation of TbRV-1 with members of the family Rhabdoviridae was further validated by similar transcription termination motifs (GGAACUUUUUUU) to the Drosophila sigmavirus. The prevalence of TbRV-1 in all tissues suggested that the virus was constitutive of, and not specific to, any wasp tissue. To our knowledge, this is the first report on the complete genome sequence of a dimarhabdovirus in parasitoids.

OBJECTIVE: To study the operative methods and clinical effects of stage therapy for the treatment of fractures of tibia plateau with osteofascial compartment syndrome according to its clinical characteristics. METHODS: From April 2014 to May 2017, 22 patients with fractures of tibia plateau with osteofascial compartment syndrome were treated by stage therapy, including 16 males and 6 females, ranging in age from 22 to 56 years old, with an average of 39 years old. Fifteen patients had injuries on the left and 7 patients had injuries on the right. Open fracture occurred in 2 cases, and closed fracture occurred in 20 cases. According to its characteristics, all the patients were divided into the window period (window period), the open decompression period (decompression period), the evaluation period of soft tissue (evaluation period) and the fixed recovery period of fracture terminal (recovery period). All the patients were treated with incision and decompression. RESULTS: All fractures healed. The healing time ranged from 3 to 9 months, with an average of 6 months. According to the Merchant knee function score to evaluate the curative effects: 18 cases got an excellent result, 3 cases good and 1 case fair. CONCLUSIONS: Stage therapy is effective to find early, diagnose early and treat early for fascia compartment syndrome, as well as to observe the soft tissue of the affected limb all the way, so as to avoid misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis, mistaken treatment and out of treatment of fascia compartment syndrome. It is a convenient, effective and worthy-of-promotion method.

Isolated neurofibromas that affect the gastrointestinal tract are rare and almost always manifest as neurofibromatosis type 1 or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2b. In this paper, we present a case of a 24-year-old female with abdominal pain who discharged a neurofibroma in her stool without any blood on it. A colonoscopy showed multiple small polyps in the sigmoid colon and a nodule in the ileocecus. The pathology results and the immunohistochemical stains of the removed neoplasm from the ileocecus confirmed the diagnosis was a bowel neurofibroma. We report a rare case of ileocecal neurofibroma due to the patient's affected gastrointestinal tract, without any associated systemic syndrome other than a neurofibroma discharged in the stool.

Anthropic activities lead to a high risk of peatland degradation in the alpine regions. Along with the declined plant productivity and the impaired functioning of the soil carbon sink, the diversity and structure of soil microbial communities are also affected in a degraded peatland ecosystem. Tibetan pig herding is a unique peatland management strategy, which can significantly affect the peatland ecosystem, but it has been rarely studied. The changes in the microbial community structure and its responses to disturbances were studied using a 16S rRNA high throughput sequencing technique in an alpine meadow peatland under Tibetan pig herding disturbance and under control (without Tibetan pig herding) in the Northwestern Yunnan province. The results showed that Tibetan pig herding significantly reduced the α diversity of soil microbes, and the soil microbial community structures were significantly changed by pig herding. The soil microbial communities in the peatland soils were dominated by Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria, and Chloroflexi. Compared with those at the phylum level, the changes at the genus level under pig disturbance were more obvious. It was seen that the relative abundances of Sphingomonas and Hymenobacter significantly increased, while the abundances of Nitrospira and Rhodoplanes significantly decreased under pig herding. Venn diagram analysis revealed that there were 71 and 136 core OTUs in the soil under pig herding and in the control group soil, respectively. Burkholderiales, Pseudomonadales, and Sphingomonadales were the main taxa exclusively found under Tibetan pig herding, and could serve as indicators of soil disturbance. CCA ordination further showed that the distribution of Nitrospira and Rhodoplanes were mainly controlled by soil moisture, available phosphorus, and organic matter contents. Our findings provide an insight into the linkages between the soil microbial communities and the degradation of peatlands in alpine regions.

Two hundred eighteen PM10 and 202 PM2.5 samples were collected at three sampling sites to study the pollution characteristics of carbonaceous aerosols in Yulin from July 2015 to March 2016. Organic carbon (OC) and elemental carbon (EC) in the PM10 and PM2.5 samples were analyzed by a Multiwavelength Thermal/Optical Carbon Analyzer, and the characteristics, including pollution levels, temporal and spatial distributions, and possible sources of OC and EC, were investigated. The results showed that the OC and EC mass concentrations in PM10 in Yulin were 10.99 and 5.11 µg·m-3, respectively, while the OC and EC mass concentrations in PM2.5 were 7.51 and 4.70 µg·m-3, respectively. Strong correlations between OC and EC were found in PM10(R2=0.58) and PM2.5(R2=0.60). The winter average concentrations of secondary organic carbon (SOC) in PM10 and PM2.5 were 14.50 µg·m-3 and 6.74 µg·m-3, respectively. The SOC/OC ratios in both the PM10 and PM2.5 were higher than 0.5. The contribution of SOC to OC was 80.6% in PM10 and 77.7% in PM2.5, which were the highest in the summer, in accordance with the high temperature and strong solar radiation in the summer.

A typical characteristic of the insect innate immune system is the activation of the serine protease cascade in the hemolymph. As being the terminal component of the extracellular serine protease cascade in the prophenoloxidase (proPO) activating system, proPO-activating factors (PPAFs) activated by the upstream cascade may generate active phenoloxidase, which then induces downstream melanization. In the present study, we reported three PPAFs from the nipa palm hispid beetle Octodonta nipae (Maulik) (designated as OnPPAF1, OnPPAF2, OnPPAF3). All three OnPPAFs contained a single clip domain at the amino-terminus followed by a trypsin-like serine protease domain at the carboxyl-terminus, except the Ser in the active sites of OnPPAF2 and OnPPAF3 was substituted with Gly. Transcript expression analysis revealed that all OnPPAFs were highly expressed in hemolymph, whereas OnPPAF2 showed an extremely low mRNA abundance compared with that of OnPPAF1 and OnPPAF3, and that the abundance of all three OnPPAFs was dramatically increased upon bacterial challenge. Knockdown of OnPPAF1 or OnPPAF3 resulted in a reduction of hemolymph phenoloxidase activity and an inhibition of hemolymph melanization, whereas the knockdown of OnPPAF2 did not affect the proPO cascade. Our work thus implies that the three OnPPAFs may have different functions and regulation during immune responses in O. nipae.

To investigate the characteristics of atmospheric environment and possible cross-boundary transports in the north of South China Sea, field experiments were carried out on Weizhou Island from March to April, 2015. The concentration and particle size distributions of atmospheric particulate matters were measured, and the concentration characteristics and the source of particulate matters were analyzed in combination with meteorological factors and back trajectory analysis. The results showed that:the PM1, PM2.5 and PM10concentrations were (21±12) µg·m-3, (35±19) µg·m-3, (43±20) µg·m-3, respectively. The mass concentrations of PM1, PM1-2.5 and PM2.5-10 accounted for 50%, 32%,18% of PM10 mass concentrations, respectively. Besides, the number concentrations of particulate matters with particle sizes of 0.5-1 µm, 1-2.5 µm and 2.5-20 µm accounted for 93.5%, 6.1% and 0.4% of the total number concentration, respectively. The particle number concentration was negatively correlated with visibility and air pressure. Backward trajectory analysis showed that air masses from southwest direction accounted for the highest frequency effect (45.9%), in this case, particulate matters with particle sizes of 0.5-1 µm, 1-2.5 µm and 2.5 µm had the minimum number concentration and NO had the highest concentration. Air masses from the east direction accounted for 34.1% of the frequency effect with the minimum SO2concentration and the highest O3 concentration. The concentrations of NO2, NOx, O3 and CO were the minimum when air masses came from the south direction which accounted for 12.5% of the frequency effect. Air masses from the northeast had the lowest frequency effect (7.4%), but had the maximum particle number concentration, mass concentration and the concentration of gaseous pollutants except O3 and NO. Atmospheric fine particles and gaseous pollutants on Weizhou island were affected by transport from Chinese mainland and Southeast Asia. Pollutants from Chinese mainland were mainly from industrial sources, while pollutants from Southeast Asia were mainly from the shipping business inside and outside ports.

Distribution characteristics, chemical constituents, and sources of particulate matter were measured using a scanning mobility particle sizer and single particle aerosol mass spectrometer during pollution monitoring that occurred between December 5th and December 11th, 2016, in Nanning. Results showed that particulate matter (PM) sized between 20 nm-10 µm were concentrated in the 23 to 395 nm range, with a peak of 100 nm. Three new particle types were generated during the course of this monitoring. These new 30 nm particles came into existence between 14:00 to 18:00, and grew to a size of between 40 nm and 110 nm between 20:00 to 06:00 the next day. The generation of the all three new particles was affected by motor vehicle exhaust emissions. Many secondary particles were also produced during this period of pollution. The source of the fine particulate matter was mainly from the burning of biomass, dust, and the combustion of coal. In addition, a long-distance transmission also contributed to the particles from biomass burning.

To study the chemical composition and pollution sources of the fine particulate matter during the four seasons in Nanning, single particle aerosol mass spectrometry was performed to characterize the fine particulate matter in Nanning during the four seasons. The correlation (R2) between the fine particulate matter number concentration and the mass concentration of the fine particulate matter obtained using SPAMS was all above 0.75 in the observation period. The particle number concentration could reflect the atmospheric pollution situation to some degree. The average mass spectrogram of the fine particulate matter reflected that secondary pollutants were more in winter and spring in Nanning. The Art-2a classification method was used to classify the chemical composition of the fine particulate matter. The results showed that the number concentration of the chemical composition and sources of pollution had differences in the four seasons. Chemical composition could reflect pollution sources. The elevated elemental carbon was positively with increasing coal combustion in winter. The elevated organic carbon was positively correlated with motor vehicle source in autumn. Rich potassium particles, levoglucosan and substance were positively correlated with biomass burning source and dust in summer. The rich sodium particles and heavy metals were higher in spring. During the process of increasing pollution, the contributions of biomass and coal combustion sources were large.

Single Particle Aerosol Mass Spectrometry (SPAMS) was performed to characterize the PM2.5 in Nanning from 15 to 24 February 2015. The correlation (R2) between the PM2.5 number concentration and the mass concentration of PM2.5 obtained using SPAMS was 0.76. The particle number concentration could reflect the atmospheric pollution situation to some degree. The Art-2a classification method was used to classify the chemical composition of PM2.5. The results showed that the principal chemical constituents were elemental carbon, organic elements carbon hybrid particles, organic carbon, rich potassium particles, mineral substance, rich sodium particles, second inorganic particles, levoglucosan and other heavy metals. Among them, the composition of elemental carbon was the highest, followed by organic carbon and rich potassium particles. The particle size of 80% of PM2.5 was mainly concentrated in the range of 0.2 microm to 1.0 microm with a peak value occurring at 0. 62 microm. The particle size distribution characteristics of different chemical components were similar. The number concentration of the chemical components in PM2.5 had the same variation tread with the mass concentration of PM2.5 over time. To a certain extent, the change in chemical composition could reflect the instantaneous pollution source.

RESUMO

Mitochondrial genome plays a central role in aging, cancer, apoptosis and metabolism. Squamous cell carcinoma is one of the major types of non-small cell lung cancer. We sequenced a complete mitochondrial genome sequence of a rat squamous cell carcinomas cell tissue for the first time. The total length of the mitochondrial genome was 16,319 bp, with 13 protein-coding genes, two ribosomal RNA genes and 22 transfer RNA genes. This genome describing information will supply the potential use of mtDNA mutations as markers in cancer.

To analyze the sediment phosphorus (P) fractions and sorption characteristics and P release from sediment of reservoir in Yangtze estuary, the sediment was investigated during April, 2011 to January, 2012. Results of chemical fractionation analysis showed that total P (TP) content in sediment ranged from 535.07 to 910.9 mg x kg(-1), inorganic P (IP) was a dominant component of TP and the content of organic P (OP) was low. IP presented in the form of P bounded to calcium ( HCl-P) and dominated 75.57% of TP. The batch experiments showed that sediments had the maximum P adsorption capacity from 9.78 to 39.84 mg x kg(-1), sorption data fitted the modified Langmuir isotherm model. However, EPC0 ( equilibrium phosphorus concentration) in all sampling sites was higher than the soluble-reactive P concentration in water column, which was from 0.024-0.12 mg x L(-1). Accordingly, the sediments from those sampling sites would release phosphorus into the overlying water as a P release source. The maximum released amount from sediment was 11.03 mg x kg(-1) about 6 hours. Correlation between P released amount and NaOH-P was found (P < 0.01), and sediment P release would mainly originate from the NaOH-P, OP and HCl-P fraction. It is evident that the inherent phosphorus present in sediments would be a major threat to the water quality in Yangtze River estuary reservoir.

The aim of this study was to detect differences in the expression levels of melanoma-associated antigen D4 (MAGED4) mRNA between non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and normal tissues, and to compare differences in the expression levels of MAGED4 in tumor patients. Patients were grouped according to age, gender, smoking history, tumor size, pathological classification, degree of lung cancer cell differentiation and presence of lymph node metastasis. The expression levels of MAGED4 were detected using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. MAGED4 expression was higher in squamous cell carcinomas compared to adenocarcinomas (P<0.05), in poorly differentiated tissues compared to well-differentiated tissues (P<0.05), and in patients with lymph node metastasis compared to patients without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). MAGED4 may be used as a specific antigen for NSCLC to influence the improvement of diagnosis, prognosis and immunological therapy outcomes in lung cancer patients.

BACKGROUND: The latest version of the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) TNM staging system has not comprehensively evaluated the impact of tumour length on survival in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Our study explored the relationship between tumour length and clinicopathological characteristics as well as long-term survival. METHODS: All 202 cases of esophageal resections done from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2008 in Huashan Hospital, Fudan University were reviewed and followed up. RESULTS: Patients with tumour length = 3 cm were related to more advanced tumour stage (χ(2) = 55.9, P < 0.001), more metastatic lymph nodes (χ(2) = 14.6, P < 0.001), increased metastatic lymph node ratio χ(2) = 16.1, P < 0.001) and worse overall TNM stage (χ(2) = 48.1, P < 0.001). Univariate and multivariate analyses indicated that tumour length was a significant prognostic risk factor (95% CI 0.235 - 0.947, P = 0.035). Subgroup analyses disclosed that tumour length was a valuable prognostic predictor in patients with lower T stage, absence of metastatic lymph nodes and lower TNM stage. CONCLUSIONS: Esophageal tumour length is a predictive factor for long-term survival especially for lower tumour stage, absence of metastatic lymph nodes and lower TNM stage patients. Tumour length should be incorporated in the staging system as an important grouping factor for better prognostic evaluation.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the incidence and causes of neurologic deficits complications in the treatment of spinal deformity with posterior spinal osteotomy. METHODS: From January 2007 to December 2010, 321 cases of scoliosis or kyphosis patients were treated with posterior spinal osteotomy. There were 124 male and 197 female with an average age of (19 ± 11) years (2 - 56 years). The average preoperative main Cobb angle was 108° ± 33° (48° - 175°), the average kyphotic angle was 74° ± 29° (53° - 170°) before operation. Pedicle subtraction osteotomy was used in 226 cases, 95 cases with vertebral column resection. Pedicle screw-rod system was used for fixation. The patients were monitored by Somatosensory-evoked potentials monitoring and Stagnara wake-up test. RESULTS: There were 11 cases with varying degrees of new neurologic deficits and the total incidence was 3.4%. The causes were as followed, spinal translation in 2 cases, compromised by close of resected areas in 2 cases, residual bone compression in 1 case, inadvertent operation in 2 cases, screw malposition in 1 case, hematoma compression in 1 case and spine elongation in 2 cases. There was significant difference between the patients with preexisting neurologic deficits (20.0%) and the patients with intact neurologic function (2.6%) (χ(2) = 13.060, P = 0.011), no significant differences in different classes of the age, etiology, deformity, osteotomy type and surgical type (P > 0.05). But the incidence of neurologic deficits was 4.6% in congenital scoliosis, 7.1% in neuromuscular scoliosis, 5.1% in kyphosis, 5.9% in adult deformity and 5.9% in Cobb angle more than 100°, which was higher than other classes. All the 11 cases were given emergent Methylprednisolone, neurotrophic drugs and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, 4 cases were underwent surgical exploration again. After treatment, 7 cases recovered completely, 2 cases recovered partially and 2 cases failed to improve at the last follow-up. CONCLUSIONS: Severe spinal deformity could be effectively treated with posterior spinal osteotomy. But the procedure is technical demanding and risky for neurologic deficits. The high risk factor is preexisting neurologic deficits.

BACKGROUND: Although previous reports had reported the use of temporary internal distraction as an aid to correct severe scoliosis, two-stage surgery strategy (less invasive internal distraction followed by posterior correction and instrumentation) has never been reported in the treatment of patients with severe spinal deformity. This study aimed to report the results of the surgical treatment of severe scoliosis and kyphoscoliosis by two-stage and analyse the safety and efficacy of this surgical strategy in the treatment of severe spinal deformities. METHODS: A total of 15 patients with severe scoliosis, kyphoscoliosis or kyphosis who underwent two-stage surgeries (less invasive internal distraction followed by posterior correction and instrumentation) were studied based on hospital records. Pretreatment radiographs and radiographs taken after first surgery (internal distraction by two small incisions), before second surgery (posterior correction, instrumentation and fusion), one week after second surgery and final follow-up were measured. Subjects were analyzed by age, gender, major coronal curve magnitude, flexibility of major curve, major sagittal curve magnitude before first surgery, after first surgery, before second surgery, after second surgery and at final follow-up. Complications related to two-stage surgeries were noted in each case. RESULTS: The average major curve magnitude was 129.4° (range, 95° to 175°), reduced 58.9° or 45.4% after first stage surgery and reduced 30.6° or 24.6% after second stage surgery. The loss of correction during the interval between two surgeries was 7.1%. The total major coronal curve correction was 81.4° or 62.9%. At the final follow up, the average loss of correction of major coronal curve was 3.9° and the final average correction rate was 59.7%. The average major sagittal curve magnitude was 80.3° (range, 30° to 170°), and the total major sagittal curve correction was 48.2°. Loss of correction averaged 4.0° for major sagittal curve and the final correction averaged 42.2°. Clinical complications were noted in the peri-operative and long-term periods. CONCLUSIONS: Two-stage surgery was a safe and effective surgical strategy in this difficult population. Using two-small-incision technique, the first stage surgery was less invasive. No permanent neurologic deficit was noted in this series.

IN THE TITLE COMPOUND [SYSTEMATIC NAME: 13,15-dibromo-6-nitro-3,10-dithia-tricyclo-[10.2.2.2(5,8)]octa-deca-1(14),5,7,12,15,17-hexa-ene], C(16)H(13)Br(2)NO(2)S(2), the dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 0.93 (2)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by weak π-π inter-molecular inter-actions [centroid-centroid distance = 3.286 (5) Å]. One S atom and the H atoms on neighboring C atoms are disordered over two sets of sites (occupancy ratios: S = 0.91:0.09 and H = 0.93:0.07).
