Cerebral infarction is one of the most prevalent cerebrovascular disorders. Microglia and infiltrating macrophages play a key role in regulating the inflammatory response after ischemic stroke. Regulation of microglia/macrophages polarization contributes to the recovery of neurological function in cerebral infarction. In recent decades, human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells (hUCBMNCs) have been considered a potential therapeutic alternative. However, the mechanism of action is yet unclear. Our study aimed to explore whether hUCBMNCs treatment for cerebral infarction is via regulation of microglia/macrophages polarization. Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) and were treated by intravenous routine with or without hUCBMNCs at 24 h following MCAO. We evaluated the therapeutic effects of hUCBMNCs on cerebral infarction by measuring animal behavior and infarct volume, and further explored the possible mechanisms of hUCBMNCs for cerebral infarction by measuring inflammatory factors and microglia/macrophages markers using Elisa and immunofluorescence staining, respectively. We found that administration with hUCBMNCs improved behavioral functions and reduced infarct volume. Rats treated with hUCBMNCs showed a significant reduction in the level of IL-6, and TNF-α and increased the level of IL-4 and IL-10 compared to those treated without hUCBMNCs. Furthermore, hUCBMNCs inhibited M1 polarization and promoted M2 polarization of microglia/macrophages after MCAO. We conclude that hUCBMNCs could ameliorate cerebral brain injury by promoting microglia/macrophages M2 polarization in MCAO Rats. This experiment provides evidence that hUCBMNCs represent a promising therapeutic option for ischemic stroke.

The longstanding paradigm is that most bloodstream infections (BSIs) are caused by a single organism. We performed whole genome sequencing of five-to-ten strains from blood culture (BC) bottles in each of ten patients with Candida glabrata BSI. We demonstrated that BCs contained mixed populations of clonal but genetically diverse strains. Genetically distinct strains from two patients exhibited phenotypes that were potentially important during BSIs, including differences in susceptibility to antifungal agents and phagocytosis. In both patients, the clinical microbiology lab recovered a fluconazole-susceptible index strain, but we identified mixed fluconazole-susceptible and â€"resistant populations. Diversity in drug susceptibility was likely clinically relevant, as fluconazole-resistant strains were subsequently recovered by the clinical laboratory during persistent or relapsing infections. In one patient, unrecognized respiration-deficient small colony variants were fluconazole-resistant and significantly attenuated for virulence during murine candidiasis. Our data suggest a new population-based paradigm of C. glabrata genotypic and phenotypic diversity during BSIs.

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is an Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-associated epithelial malignancy characterized by the presence of prominent infiltration of lymphocytes, including natural killer (NK) cells. Although NK cells can directly target EBV-infected tumor cells without restriction by the MHC, EBV+ NPC cells often develop resistance mechanisms that allow them to evade immune surveillance by NK cells. Elucidating the mechanisms involved in EBV-induced NK-cell dysfunction will contribute to the design of novel NK cell-based immunotherapies to treat NPC. Herein, we confirmed that the cytotoxic function of NK cells was impaired in EBV-positive NPC tissues and found that EBV infection-induced expression of B7-H3 in NPC negatively correlated with NK-cell function. The inhibitory effect of EBV+ tumor expression of B7-H3 on NK-cell function was clarified in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, activation of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway via EBV latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1) was responsible for EBV infection-induced upregulation of B7-H3 expression. In an NPC xenograft mouse model with adoptive transfer of primary NK cells, deletion of B7-H3 on tumor cells in combination with anti-PD-L1 treatment restored NK cell-mediated antitumor activity and significantly improved the antitumor efficacy of NK cells. Based on our findings, we conclude that EBV infection can inhibit NK cell-mediated antitumor function by inducing upregulation of B7-H3 expression and provide a rationale for NK cell-based immunotherapies in combination of PD-L1 blockade and overcoming the immunosuppression of B7-H3 to treat EBV-associated NPC.

The broodiness traits of domestic geese are a bottleneck that prevents the rapid development of the goose industry. To reduce the broodiness of the Zhedong goose and thus improve it, this study hybridized it with the Zi goose, which has almost no broody behavior. Genome resequencing was performed for the purebred Zhedong goose, as well as the F2 and F3 hybrids. The results showed that the F1 hybrids displayed significant heterosis in growth traits, and their body weight was significantly greater than those of the other groups. The F2 hybrids showed significant heterosis in egg-laying traits, and the number of eggs laid was significantly greater than those of the other groups. A total of 7,979,421 single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were obtained, and three SNPs were screened. Molecular docking results showed that SNP11 located in the gene NUDT9 altered the structure and affinity of the binding pocket. The results suggested that SNP11 is an SNP related to goose broodiness. In the future, we will use the cage breeding method to sample the same half-sib families to accurately identify SNP markers of growth and reproductive traits.

BACKGROUND: The exacerbation of neurological outcomes often occurs in aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH). Statins have been commonly used for aSAH; however, there is lack of evidence of the pharmacological efficacy of different dosages and types of statins. OBJECTIVE: To apply the Bayesian network meta-analysis to analyze the optimal dosage and type of statins for the amelioration of ischemic cerebrovascular events (ICEs) in patients with aSAH. METHODS: We developed the Bayesian network meta-analysis and systemic review to analyze the effects of statins on functional prognosis and the impacts of optimal dosage and type of statins on ICEs in patients with aSAH. The outcome variables of the analysis were the incidence of ICEs and functional prognosis. RESULTS: A total of 2569 patients with aSAH across 14 studies were included. Analysis of 6 randomized controlled trials showed that statin use significantly improved functional prognosis in patients with aSAH (risk ratio [RR], 0.73; 95% CI, 0.55-0.97). Statins significantly reduced the incidence of ICEs (RR, 0.78; 95% CI, 0.67-0.90). Pravastatin (40 mg/d) decreased the incidence ICEs compared with placebo (RR, 0.14; 95% CI, 0.03-0.65) and was ranked the most effective, presenting with a significantly lower rate of the incidence ICEs than the worst-ranked simvastatin (40 mg/d) (RR, 0.13; 95% CI, 0.02-0.79). CONCLUSION: Statins could significantly diminish the incidence of ICEs and enhance functional prognosis in patients with aSAH. Various types and dosages of statins show distinct efficacies.

The 18 kDa translocator protein (TSPO/PBR) is a multifunctional evolutionary highly conserved outer mitochondrial membrane protein. Decades of research has reported an obligatory role of TSPO/PBR in both mitochondrial cholesterol transport and, thus, steroid production. However, the strict dependency of steroidogenesis on TSPO/PBR has remained controversial. The aim of this study was to provide insight into the steroid profile in complete C57BL/6-Tspotm1GuWu(GuwiyangWurra)-knockout male mice (TSPO-KO) under basal conditions. The steroidome in the brain, adrenal glands, testes and plasma was measured by gas chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). We found that steroids present in wild-type (WT) mice were also detected in TSPO-KO mice, including pregnenolone (PREG), progestogens, mineralo-glucocorticosteroids and androgens. The concentrations of PREG and most metabolites were similar between genotypes, except a significant decrease in the levels of the 5α-reduced metabolites of progesterone (PROG) in adrenal glands and plasma and of the 5α-reduced metabolites of corticosterone (B) in plasma in TSPO-KO compared to WT animals, suggesting other regulatory functions for the TSPO/PBR. The expression levels of the voltage-dependent anion-selective channel (VDAC-1), CYP11A1 and 5α-reductase were not significantly different between both groups. Thus, the complete deletion of the tspo gene in male mice does not impair de novo steroidogenesis in vivo.

Laser sensing and vision sensing smart canes can improve the convenience of travel for the visually impaired, but for the present, most of the system functions of laser sensing and vision sensing smart canes are still defective. Guide equipment and smart blind canes are introduced and classified first, and the smart blind canes based on vision sensing, laser sensing and laser vision sensing are investigated, respectively, and the research status of laser vision sensing smart blind canes is sorted out. The advantages and disadvantages of various laser vision sensing smart blind canes are summarized, especially the research development of laser vision fusion as the core of new smart canes. The future development prospects of laser vision sensing smart blind cane are overviewed, to boost the development of laser vision sensing smart blind cane, to provide safe and efficient travel guarantee for the visually impaired.

The recent discovery of hydrovoltaic devices for power generation has led to a rapid growth into new materials for harvesting energy specifically for this research field. Of the materials investigated, carbon materials have dominated, and graphene oxide (GO) has emerged as the leader. While graphite is conductive, it does not have functional groups to strongly interact with water, and highly functionalized GO forms strong interaction with water to generate necessary surface charges but does not typically have high conductivity. Herein, we report the fabrication and functionalization of a graphite-based structure, controlling the extent of oxidation to balance the effects of conductivity and functionalization to achieve high power outputs in hydrovoltaics. Devices prepared using the functionalized graphite achieve a power output of 53.3 µW/g. High power output and good film stability are key advances toward the practical application of hydrovoltaic devices for renewable energy.

The color of light affects the reproductive performance of poultry, but it is not clear what efficient illumination strategy could be adopted to improve the reproductive performance of Zi-goose. Red light can increase the average weekly egg production rate, egg production, and qualified production. It can increase the serum GnRH level and decrease the serum PRL, MT, and T4 levels. In our study, red light for 12 h increased the average weekly laying rate, average qualified egg production, and hatching rate of Zi-goose eggs, and increased the serum levels of FSH, LH, P4, E2, MT, T3, and T4. Blue light at 14 h improved the average weekly egg production rate, average egg production, and average qualified egg production, and reduce serum PRL and MT levels to ensure the improvement of reproductive performance of goose. A total of 705,714 overlapping group sequences, 471,145 transcript sequences, and 268,609 single gene sequences were obtained from 18 sequencing samples, with a total length of 323.04, 668.53, and 247.88 M, respectively. About 176,416 unigenes were annotated successfully in six databases, accounting for 65.68% of the total unigenes obtained. 2,106, 2,142, and 8,892 unigenes were identified in the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and ovary of the birds respectively, with different expressions of light regulation. The hypothalamus, ovary, and pituitary were involved in 279, 327, and 275 KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes) metabolic pathways in response to light, respectively. Through further significance analysis and differential discovery rate control, a total of five metabolic pathways were obtained which were closely related to the reproductive hormones of goose. Ten candidate genes related to the reproductive performance of goslings were selected according to the identification results of differentially expressed genes of goslings under red light and white light conditions and the genes involved in metabolic pathways significantly related to the reproductive hormones of goslings. The expression levels of GnRh-1 in the hypothalamus, GnRH-R, FSH ß and LH ß in the pituitary gland, and FSH-R and LH-R candidate genes in the ovary were higher under the 12 h red light treatment than white light. However, the expression levels of VIP, PRL, and PRL-R candidate genes in the hypothalamus, pituitary and ovary were lower under 12 h red light than under 12 h white light.

Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is an essential and critical component of the central nervous system (CNS). According to the concept of the "third circulation" originally proposed by Cushing, CSF is mainly produced by the choroid plexus and subsequently leaves the cerebral ventricles via the foramen of Magendie and Luschka. CSF then fills the subarachnoid space from whence it disperses to all parts of the CNS, including the forebrain and spinal cord. CSF provides buoyancy to the submerged brain, thus protecting it against mechanical injury. CSF is also transported via the glymphatic pathway to reach deep interstitial brain regions along perivascular channels; this CSF clearance pathway promotes transport of energy metabolites and signaling molecules, and the clearance of metabolic waste. In particular, CSF is now intensively studied as a carrier for the removal of proteins implicated in neurodegeneration, such as amyloid-ß and tau. Despite this key function of CSF, there is little information about its production rate, the factors controlling CSF production, and the impact of diseases on CSF flux. Therefore, we consider it to be a matter of paramount importance to quantify better the rate of CSF production, thereby obtaining a better understanding of CSF dynamics. To this end, we now review the existing methods developed to measure CSF production, including invasive, noninvasive, direct, and indirect methods, and MRI-based techniques. Depending on the methodology, estimates of CSF production rates in a given species can extend over a ten-fold range. Throughout this review, we interrogate the technical details of CSF measurement methods and discuss the consequences of minor experimental modifications on estimates of production rate. Our aim is to highlight the gaps in our knowledge and inspire the development of more accurate, reproducible, and less invasive techniques for quantitation of CSF production.

Catalytic conversion of cellulose to liquid fuel and highly valuable platform chemicals remains a critical and challenging process. Here, bismuth-decorated ß zeolite catalysts (Bi/ß) were exploited for highly efficient hydrolysis and selective oxidation of cellulose to biomass-derived glycolic acid in an O2 atmosphere, which exhibited an exceptionally catalytic activity and high selectivity as well as excellent reusability. It was interestingly found that as high as 75.6% yield of glycolic acid over 2.3 wt% Bi/ß was achieved from cellulose at 180 °C for 16 h, which was superior to previously reported catalysts. Experimental results combined with characterization revealed that the synergetic effect between oxidation active sites from Bi species and surface acidity on H-ß together with appropriate total surface acidity significantly facilitated the chemoselectivity towards the production of glycolic acid in the direct, one-pot conversion of cellulose. This study will shed light on rationally designing Bi-based heterogeneous catalysts for sustainably generating glycolic acid from renewable biomass resources in the future.

It is unknown whether bacterial bloodstream infections (BSIs) are commonly caused by single organisms or mixed microbial populations. We hypothesized that contemporaneous carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) strains from blood cultures of individual patients are genetically and phenotypically distinct. We determined short-read whole-genome sequences of 10 sequence type 258 (ST258) CRKP strains from blood cultures in each of 6 patients (Illumina HiSeq). Strains clustered by patient by core genome and pan-genome phylogeny. In 5 patients, there was within-host strain diversity by gene mutations, presence/absence of antibiotic resistance or virulence genes, and/or plasmid content. Accessory gene phylogeny revealed strain diversity in all 6 patients. Strains from 3 patients underwent long-read sequencing for genome completion (Oxford Nanopore) and phenotypic testing. Genetically distinct strains within individuals exhibited significant differences in carbapenem and other antibiotic responses, capsular polysaccharide (CPS) production, mucoviscosity, and/or serum killing. In 2 patients, strains differed significantly in virulence during mouse BSIs. Genetic or phenotypic diversity was not observed among strains recovered from blood culture bottles seeded with index strains from the 3 patients and incubated in vitro at 37°C. In conclusion, we identified genotypic and phenotypic variant ST258 CRKP strains from blood cultures of individual patients with BSIs, which were not detected by the clinical laboratory or in seeded blood cultures. The data suggest a new paradigm of CRKP population diversity during BSIs, at least in some patients. If validated for BSIs caused by other bacteria, within-host microbial diversity may have implications for medical, microbiology, and infection prevention practices and for understanding antibiotic resistance and pathogenesis. IMPORTANCE The long-standing paradigm for pathogenesis of bacteremia is that, in most cases, a single organism passes through a bottleneck and establishes itself in the bloodstream (single-organism hypothesis). In keeping with this paradigm, standard practice in processing positive microbiologic cultures is to test single bacterial strains from morphologically distinct colonies. This study is the first genome-wide analysis of within-host diversity of Klebsiella pneumoniae strains recovered from individual patients with bloodstream infections (BSIs). Our finding that positive blood cultures comprised genetically and phenotypically heterogeneous carbapenem-resistant K. pneumoniae strains challenges the single-organism hypothesis and suggests that at least some BSIs are caused by mixed bacterial populations that are unrecognized by the clinical laboratory. The data support a model of pathogenesis in which pressures in vivo select for strain variants with particular antibiotic resistance or virulence attributes and raise questions about laboratory protocols and treatment decisions directed against single strains.

In this paper, we review the progress of wide tunable Bragg grating external cavity semiconductor lasers (BG-ECSLs). We concentrate on BG-ECSLs based on the wide tunable range for multicomponent detection. Wide tunable BG-ECSLs have many important applications, such as wavelength-division multiplexing (WDM) systems, coherent optical communications, gas detection and atom cooling. Wide tunability, narrow linewidth and a high side-mode suppression ratio BG-ECSLs have attracted much attention for their merits. In this paper, three main structures for achieving widely tunable, narrow linewidth, high side-mode suppression ratio BG-ECSLs are reviewed and compared in detail, such as the volume Bragg grating (VBG) structure, fiber Bragg grating (FBG) structure and waveguide Bragg grating (WBG) structure of ECSLs. The advantages and disadvantages of different structures of BG-ECSLs are analyzed. The results show that WBG-ECSLs are a potential way to realize the integration, small size, wide tuning range, stable spectral output and high side-mode suppression ratio laser output. Therefore, the use of WBG as optical feedback elements is still the mainstream direction of BG-ECSLs, and BG-ECSLs offer a further new option for multicomponent detection and multi-atoms cooling.

Background: Previous studies have confirmed that diabetes is associated with cognitive impairment, but there is little data on this among older Chinese. Methods: This study included 192 dementia patients, 610 patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and 2,218 normal controls. Their general demographic information (such as gender, age, education, etc.), disease-related information (hypertension), and diabetes information (such as whether you have diabetes, course of the disease, etc) were collected by standardized questionnaires. The mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) were used to assess their overall cognitive function, Moreover, 84 healthy, randomly selected older adults also underwent brain MRI scans at the same time, and the target brain regions included the hippocampus, the third, fourth, and fifth ventricles. Results: The proportion of type 2 diabetes was significantly higher in the dementia group (25.5%) than that in the normal elderly group (15.6%) and the MCI group (17.7%). By using stepwise multiple logistics regression analysis, we found that type 2 diabetes was associated with dementia (p = 0.005*, OR = 1.805, 95%CI: 1.199-2.761), but not with MCI (p > 0.05). The volume of the fourth ventricle of the healthy elderly with diabetes was significantly larger than that of the healthy elderly without diabetes (p < 0.05), but there was no statistical difference (p > 0.05) in the volume of the hippocampus, the third ventricle, and the fifth ventricle between the two groups. However, we did not find an association between the fourth ventricle and cognitive scores (MMSE and MoCA). Conclusions: In conclusion, type 2 diabetes in elderly Chinese people is associated with dementia, but not MCI. Type 2 diabetes may impair cognitive function by affecting the volume of the fourth ventricle. However, larger longitudinal follow-up studies are needed to confirm these conclusions.

After vaccination with enterovirus 71 (EV-A71), the prevalence of hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD) remained high, and the spatial-temporal distribution of enteroviruses changed. Therefore, it is essential to define the temporal features, spatial distributions, and epidemiological and etiological characteristics of HFMD in Kunming. Between 2017 and 2020, a total of 36,540 children were diagnosed with HFMD in Kunming, including 32,754 children with enterovirus-positive clinical samples. Demographic, geographical, epidemiological and etiological data of the cases were acquired and analyzed. Other enteroviruses replaced EV-A71, and the incidence of EV-A71 decreased dramatically, whereas coxsackievirus A6 (CV-A6) and coxsackievirus A16 (CV-A16) had substantial outbreaks in 2018 and 2019, respectively. The major and minor peaks all extended for 2-4 months compared to before vaccination with the EV-A71 vaccine. From 2019 to 2020, CV-A6, as the predominant serotype, showed only a single peak. Although a high incidence of HFMD was observed in Guandu, Chenggong and Xishan, the annual incidence of different enterovirus serotypes was different in different regions. In 2017, other enteroviruses were most prevalent in Shilin. In 2018, CV-A16 and CV-A6 were most prevalent in Luquan and Shilin, respectively. In 2019, CV-A16 was most prevalent in Jinning. In 2020, CV-A6 and coxsackievirus A10 (CV-A10) were most prevalent in Luquan and Shilin, respectively. Meanwhile, the epidemic cycle of CV-A6 and CV-A16 was only 1 year, and CV-A10 and other enteroviruses were potential risk pathogens. The spatial and temporal distribution of HFMD varies at different scales, and the incidence of HFMD associated with different pathogens has obvious regional differences and seasonal trends. Therefore, research on multivalent combined vaccines is urgently needed, and proper preventive and protective measures could effectively control the incidence of HFMD-like diseases.

The electrical sensing elements used in the traditional XBT (Expendable Bathythermograph) have problems such as low sensitivity and slow response time, and it is difficult to overcome the complex marine environment using the time-depth formula. In this paper, an ocean temperature depth sensor based on brass diaphragm and liquid filling is designed. The stress response time of FBGs with different lengths and the heat transfer time of different liquid materials are compared, and it is found that a fast response of 51 ms can be obtained by using GaInSn liquid for temperature sensing. The center deflection changes of brass diaphragms with different radii are analyzed, and the brass diaphragms with radius and thickness of 10 mm and 1 mm are selected, which still have good elastic properties under the pressure of 5 MPa. The influence of the inner metal shell section radius on the temperature and depth sensitivity is analyzed. When the final section radius is 3 mm, the temperature sensitivity of the sensor is 1.065 nm/°C, the pressure sensitivity is 1.245 nm/MPa, and the response time of temperature and depth is relatively close. Compared with the traditional temperature and depth sensors using empirical formulas for calculation, the data accuracy is improved, and a wide range of sensitivity can be tuned by adjusting the size of the internal metal shell, which can meet the needs of ocean temperature and depth data detection with high sensitivity and fast response time.

RESUMO

Gliomas are the most common malignant brain tumors. High-grade gliomas, represented by glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), have a poor prognosis and are prone to recurrence. The standard treatment strategy is tumor removal combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, such as temozolomide (TMZ). However, even after conventional treatment, they still have a high recurrence rate, resulting in an increasing demand for effective anti-glioma drugs. Drug repurposing is a method of reusing drugs that have already been widely approved for new indication. It has the advantages of reduced research cost, safety, and increased efficiency. Disulfiram (DSF), originally approved for alcohol dependence, has been repurposed for adjuvant chemotherapy in glioma. This article reviews the drug repurposing method and the progress of research on disulfiram reuse for glioma treatment.

Accumulations of ice on modern infrastructures often cause severe consequences. As such, there is significant interest in developing functional coatings/surfaces that can prevent this. One such approach has been demonstrated with slippery liquid-infused porous surfaces (SLIPS) and organogels where the ice adhesion strength is reduced to the critical point (less than 10 kPa) where it can be removed by natural forces such as gravity, wind, vibrations, and so forth. However, both designs are limited by lubricant depletion. If lubricant release and reabsorption (syneresis) of organogels can be arbitrarily controlled by the surrounding temperature, the loss due to unfavorable evaporation and drainage of infused lubricants can be minimized and its durability can be extended. This study demonstrates the tunable thermo-responsive syneresis of transparent fluorinated organogels (F-ORGs) prepared from a commercial silicone elastomer and a lubricant mixture of fluorinated silicone oil and either poly(dimethylsiloxane) or poly(methylphenylsiloxane). By carefully tuning the ratio of the two lubricants in the mixture, the corresponding F-ORGs demonstrated arbitrarily tunable critical syneresis temperatures from -15 to 40 °C, below which the lubricant is released on the surface and above which the lubricant is re-absorbed. The resulting surfaces showed not only exceptionally long-lasting/repeatable low ice adhesion strengths (≤10 kPa over 50 icing/de-icing cycles) but also significant improvements in their repellency toward a variety of organic liquids. Compared to non-fluorinated organogels, F-ORGs could offer improved protection against outdoor pollutants to further enhance their practicality.

As water rises in the pores of a partially immersed porous film due to capillary action, it carries along ions that are dissociated from the pore walls, generating a streaming current and potential. The water and current flows are sustained due to water evaporation from the unsubmerged surfaces. Traditionally, inert graphite (C) electrodes are used to construct water-evaporation-induced generators (WEIGs) that harness this electricity. WEIGs are environmentally friendly but have weak power outputs. Herein, we report on C/metal WEIGs that feature C top electrodes and metal bottom electrodes, as well as metal/metal WEIGs. Operating in a NaCl solution that facilitates the Galvanic corrosion of the metal (Cu, steel, and Al) electrodes, these Galvanic WEIGs outperform a C/C WEIG by thousands of times in power output. Equally interestingly, the asymmetric environments and potential differences between the two electrodes of a WEIG facilitate metal corrosion and fabrication of compact Galvanic WEIGs. This study clearly shows that one should choose electrodes with caution for the construction of true WEIGs.
