RESUMO

As a reactive oxygen species (ROS), excessive production of H2O2 contributes to the development of several diseases such as, inflammation, cancer, and respiratory diseases. Supplementation with endogenous or exogenous antioxidants can scavenge ROS and reduce the oxidation of cellular molecules, thus alleviating the generation of diseases. Therefore, the determination of H2O2 content and its antioxidant activity is of great importance in disease diagnosis and treatment. In this paper, a ratiometric SERS sensor with a flexible cellulose membrane was designed for quantitative detection of H2O2 and assessment of antioxidant activity. First, gold seeds were reduced on bacterial cellulose membrane (BCM) and Au NPs were smoothly deposited on the bacterial cellulose membrane (BCM) using halides to reduce the reduction potential in the growth solution to form a flexible BCM@Au NPs SERS substrate. Afterwards, the oxidation of H2O2 was used to convert 3-mercaptophenylboronic acid (3-MPBA) to the corresponding phenol form 3-hydroxyphenylethanol (3-HTP). The change of substance resulted in a good linear relationship between the intensity ratio corresponding to the two Raman shifts of 881 cm-1 and 995 cm-1 and the H2O2 concentration with a detection limit of 0.0186 µM. This opens up a new method for the detection of H2O2 with high sensitivity and accuracy. In addition, this SERS platform was successfully used for the determination of antioxidant activity. It is promising to be applied to disease diagnosis and efficacy evaluation.

RESUMO

Carbohydrate is widely used in the production of surimi and surimi products to improve their qualities, such as anti-freezing capability, gelling ability, nutrition, flavor and 3D printability. More and more native carbohydrates have been modified through physical methods (e.g., ball milling, irradiation and differential sedimentation), chemical method (e.g., deacetylation, hydroxypropylation and acetic acid esterification) or enzymatic method (e.g., chitosanase) before being used in the processing of surimi and surimi products in recent years. At the same time, different carbohydrates are compounded and applied to surimi and surimi products. The modified and compounded carbohydrates in surimi have been proved to improve quality of surimi and surimi products more pronouncedly than native carbohydrates. Therefore, this review summarizes the manipulation of carbohydrate by modification and compounding to improve the qualities of surimi and surimi products. Moreover, the prospects for carbohydrate modification and compounding for use in surimi and surimi products are discussed. © 2023 Society of Chemical Industry.

RESUMO

This work investigated the effects of liquid nitrogen immersion freezing (LNF), -35 °C air freezing (AF-35℃) and -18 °C air freezing (AF-18℃) on the physical and chemical characteristics and flavor quality of surimi gels with different cross-linking degrees. Compared to AF-35 °C and AF-18 °C, LNF was shown to considerably delay the texture deterioration and water migration of frozen gels, as well as the accumulation of thiobarbituric acid reactive substance values and carbonyl contents. Additionally, an appropriate increase of cross-linking degree (45.83 to 62.99%) was found able to improve gel properties and inhibit quality deterioration during freezing. Moreover, LNF-treated gels were closer to fresh gels in the amount of volatile compounds, in contrast to most significant negative aroma changes in AF-18℃-treated gels. Furthermore, 29, 29 and 31 key differential volatile compounds were screened for gels with a cross-linking degree of 29.66, 45.83 and 62.99%, respectively, mainly including aldehydes, alcohols and esters.

RESUMO

Information on the spatio-temporal patterns of the burden of ischemic heart disease (IHD) caused by ambient ambient fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in the global level is needed to prioritize the control of ambient air pollution and prevent the burden of IHD. The Global Burden of Disease Study (GBD) 2019 provides data on IHD attributable to ambient PM2.5. The IHD burden and mortality attributable to ambient PM2.5 were analyzed by year, age, gender, socio-demographic index (SDI) level, geographical region and country. Estimated annual percentage change (EAPC) was calculated to estimate the temporal trends of age-standardized mortality rate (ASMR) and age-standardized disability-adjusted life years rate (ASDR) from 1990 to 2019. Globally, the ASMR and ASDR for ambient PM2.5-related IHD tended to level off generally, with EAPC of -0.03 (95% CI: -0.06, 0.12) and 0.3 (95% CI: 0.22, 0.37), respectively. In the past 30 years, there were obvious differences in the trend of burden change among different regions. A highest increased burden was estimated in low-middle SDI region (EAPC of ASMR: 3.73 [95% CI: 3.56, 3.9], EAPC of ASDR: 3.83 [95% CI: 3.64, 4.02]). In contrast, the burden in high SDI region (EAPC of ASMR: -4.48 [95% CI: -4.6, -4.35], EAPC of ASDR: -3.98 [95% CI: -4.12, -3.85]) has declined most significantly. Moreover, this burden was higher among men and older populations. EAPCs of the ASMR (R = -0.776, p < 0.001) and ASDR (R = -0.781, p < 0.001) of this burden had significant negative correlations with the countries' SDI level. In summary, although trends in the global burden of IHD attributable to ambient PM2.5 are stabilizing, but this burden has shifted from high SDI countries to middle and low SDI countries, especially among men and elderly populations. To reduce this burden, the air pollution management prevention need to be further strengthened, especially among males, older populations, and middle and low SDI countries.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Demographic shifts cause uncertain changes in the burden of coronary heart disease (CHD) in transitioning regions. We aimed to analyze the trends of CHD burden and its risk factors in Pudong, Shanghai, and explore prevention strategies for transitioning regions. METHODS: We analyzed CHD-related and CHD-specific deaths in Pudong from 2005 to 2020, including the crude mortality rate (CMR), age-standardized mortality rate worldwide (ASMRW), years of life lost (YLL), and age-specific proportions. We also examined the impact of population aging on the burden of CHD. The Joinpoint Regression Program was used to analyze trends, and the decomposition method was used to evaluate the impact of demographics on the mortality rate. RESULTS: Of the 86,171 CHD-related deaths, 52,152 (60.52%) were CHD-specific deaths. For both CHD-related and CHD-specific deaths, there was a significant increase in the CMR, ASMRW, and YLL rate, except in the 70-79-year age group, which exhibited a distinctive and statistically significant decline in these rates (all P < 0.05). There were steadily increasing trends in the rates caused by aging from 2005 to 2020, with average annual percent changes (AAPCs) of 42.59% and 41.43%, respectively (all P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Our results indicate that the CHD burden in Pudong has been persistently increasing, but in the age group of 70-79 years, substantial declines were observed. The quality of primary healthcare services may be a critical point in addressing the overwhelming CHD burden.

RESUMO

Patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) at low residual inflammatory risk are often overlooked in research and practice. This study examined the associations between fourteen inflammatory indicators and all-cause mortality in 5,339 CAD patients with baseline high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) <2 mg/L who received percutaneous coronary intervention and statin and aspirin therapy. The median follow-up time was 2.1 years. Neutrophil-derived systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) yielded the strongest and most robust association with all-cause mortality among all indicators. Lower hsCRP remained to be associated with a lower risk of all-cause mortality. A newly developed comprehensive inflammation score (CIS) showed better predictive performance than other indicators, which was validated by an independent external cohort. In conclusion, neutrophil-derived indicators, particularly SIRI, strongly predicted all-cause mortality independent of hsCRP in CAD patients at low residual inflammatory risk. CIS may help identify individuals with inflammation burdens that cannot be explained by hsCRP alone.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pill (GXDSDP) in treating anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODS: A total of 1,428 patients diagnosed with CHD screened for anxiety, depression, and quality of life (QOL) at baseline received 0.4 g of GXDSDP treatment 3 times per day and returned for monthly reassessment. Patients were recruited after stable treatment for CHD and received assessment of General Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), and Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ) for evaluating anxiety, depression, and QOL. Patients were followed up 3 times, once every 4 weeks, during outpatient visits for 12 weeks. RESULTS: At the third follow-up (F3), the anxiety symptom of 63.79% (673/1,055) of the patients improved to sub-clinical level, and the GAD-7 score improved significantly (8.11 vs. 3.87, P<0.01); 57.52% (585/1,017) patients' depressive symptoms improved to sub-clinical level, with a significant improvement in PHQ-9 score (8.69 vs. 4.41, P<0.01) at F3. All aspects of QOL significantly improved at the end of treatment compared to those at baseline (all P<0.01) as assessed by SAQ: physical limitation (31.17 vs. 34.14), anginal stability (2.74 vs. 4.14), anginal frequency (8.16 vs. 9.10), treatment satisfaction (13.43 vs. 16.29), and disease perception (8.69 vs. 11.02). CONCLUSIONS: A fixed dosage of GXDSDP may be a potential treatment option for CHD patients comorbid with anxiety or depression. (Registration No. ChiCTR2100051523).

RESUMO

In recent years, the development of electric vehicles and environmental concerns have made necessary improvements in the energy density and safety of lithium-ion batteries. Therefore, the development of all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries (ASSLIBs) has become imperative. One advantage of ASSLIBs is their potential for downsizing with the use of lithium metal as the anode. However, in this study, a garnet-type solid electrolyte (Li6.75La3Zr1.75Ta0.25O12) was used, which has low reactivity with lithium metal. Thus, interface modification using CaCl2 was employed to form a Li-Ca-Cl composite anode. The interfacial resistance was remarkably reduced to 7 Ω cm2, and the symmetric cell exhibited stable cycling for 1200 h at room temperature and a current density of 0.1 mA cm-2. The voltage ranged from ±15 to ±16 mV. The full cell demonstrated a high initial discharge capacity of 149.2 mA h g-1 and a Coulombic efficiency of 98.0% while maintaining a discharge capacity retention of 91.3% after 100 cycles. These findings lay a solid foundation for future commercial applications as interface modification was achieved through a simple spin-coating process using low-cost CaCl2 (0.7 USD g-1).

RESUMO

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Deep brain stimulation (DBS) has emerged as a promising treatment for movement disorders. This prospective study aims to evaluate the effects of bilateral subthalamic nucleus DBS (STN-DBS) on motor and non-motor symptoms in patients with primary Meige syndrome. METHODS: Thirty patients who underwent bilateral STN-DBS between April 2017 and June 2020 were included. Standardized and validated scales were utilized to assess the severity of dystonia, health-related quality of life, sleep, cognitive function and mental status at baseline and at 1 year and 3 years after neurostimulation. RESULTS: The Burke-Fahn-Marsden Dystonia Rating Scale movement scores showed a mean improvement of 63.0% and 66.8% at 1 year and 3 years, respectively, after neurostimulation. Similarly, the Burke-Fahn-Marsden Dystonia Rating Scale disability scores improved by 60.8% and 63.3% at the same time points. Postoperative quality of life demonstrated a significant and sustained improvement throughout the follow-up period. However, cognitive function, mental status, sleep quality and other neuropsychological functions did not change after 3 years of neurostimulation. Eight adverse events occurred in six patients, but no deaths or permanent sequelae were reported. CONCLUSIONS: Bilateral STN-DBS is a safe and effective alternative treatment for primary Meige syndrome, leading to improvements in motor function and quality of life. Nevertheless, it did not yield significant amelioration in cognitive, mental, sleep status and other neuropsychological functions after 3 years of neurostimulation.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Limited data are available on the long-term impact of mild renal dysfunction (eGFR 60-89 ml/min/1.73m2) in patients with three-vessel coronary disease (3VD). METHODS: A total of 5,272 patients with 3VD undergoing revascularization were included and were categorized into 3 groups: normal renal function (eGFR ≥90 ml/min/1.73m2, n=2352), mild renal dysfunction (eGFR 60-89, n=2501) and moderate renal dysfunction (eGFR 30-59, n=419). Primary endpoint was all-cause death. Secondary endpoints included cardiac death and major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events (MACCE), a composite of death, myocardial infarction and stroke. Results During the median 7.6-year follow-up period, 555 (10.5%) deaths occurred. After multivariable adjustment, patients with mild and moderate renal dysfunction had significantly higher risks of all-cause death (adjusted HR: 1.36, 95% CI 1.07-1.70; adjusted HR 2.06, 95% CI 1.53-2.78, respectively) compared with patients with normal renal function. patients after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) had a lower rate of all-cause death and MACCE than those undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in the normal and mild renal dysfunction group, but not in the moderate renal dysfunction group. Results were similar after propensity score matching. Conclusions In patients with 3VD, even mild renal impairment was significantly associated with a higher risk of all-cause death. The superiority of CABG over PCI diminished in those with moderate renal dysfunction. Our study alerts clinicians to the early screening of mild renal impairment in patients with 3VD and provides real-world evidence on the optimal revascularization strategy in patients with renal impairment.

RESUMO

Carbohydrate is one kind of the most important additives in the production of surimi and surimi products, mainly due to its wide range of sources and superior functionality. In recent years, new carbohydrates (oligosaccharides and polysaccharides) have been gradually applied in the production of surimi and surimi products which is mainly driven by consumer requirement on nutritional and the flavors or taste quality and producer requirement on extending the shelf life, like low calorie intake, dietary fiber enrichment, rich taste and improvement of antioxidant properties. Besides anti-freezing and improvement in gelling ability, novel functionalities have been explored such as fat substitution, improving flavor, antibacterial effect, antioxidant effect and improving three-dimensional printability. With an in-depth study of the mechanism of carbohydrate improving the qualities of surimi and surimi products, the application of carbohydrates in surimi would be more effective. Therefore, this review summarizes the new carbohydrates applied in the processing of surimi and surimi products, and their novel functionalities. Additionally, progress of the research on the mechanism of carbohydrate improving the qualities of surimi is also reviewed. © 2023 Society of Chemical Industry.

RESUMO

The study investigated the effect of material temperatures (15°C, 20°C, 25°C, 30°C, 35°C, and 40°C) on the quality of fish vermicelli (FV) in terms of morphological, cooking, textural, microstructural, and water distribution properties. Results showed that as the material temperatures increased, the surface smoothness, cooking characteristics, and textural properties of FV significantly increased, followed by a decrease. Especially, when the material temperatures were 25°C and 30°C, the FV samples exhibited denser and more continuous gel networks with more embedded starch particles, resulting in decreased cooking loss and improved tensile strength. However, at material temperatures above 35°C, the continuity of the protein phase was disrupted by overswelling starch granules, leading to the worst cooking characteristics and textural properties. Especially at material temperatures of 40°C, the water holding capacity, hardness, and springiness of FV decreased by 25.59%, 73.48%, and 47.98%, respectively, compared to the samples at 25°C. Additionally, the cooking loss increased by 91.40%. In conclusion, the critical material temperature for the quality deterioration of FV was 35°C, and it was recommended to produce FV below this temperature.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Previous studies have shown that F-53B exposure may be neurotoxic to animals, but there is a lack of epidemiological evidence, and its mechanism needs further investigation. METHODS: Serum F-53B concentrations and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) were evaluated in 314 growing children from Guangzhou, China, and the association between them were analyzed. To study the developmental neurotoxicity of F-53B, experiments on sucking mice exposed via placental transfer and breast milk was performed. Maternal mice were orally exposed to 4, 40, and 400 µg/L of F-53B from postnatal day 0 (GD0) to postnatal day 21 (PND 21). Several genes and proteins related to neurodevelopment, dopamine anabolism, and synaptic plasticity were examined by qPCR and western blot, respectively, while dopamine contents were detected by ELISA kit in weaning mice. RESULTS: The result showed that F-53B was positively associated with poor WCST performance. For example, with an interquartile range increase in F-53B, the change with 95 % confidence interval (CI) of correct response (CR), and non-perseverative errors (NPE) was -2.47 (95 % CI: -3.89, -1.05, P = 0.001), 2.78 (95 % CI: 0.79, 4.76, P = 0.007), respectively. Compared with the control group, the highest exposure group of weaning mice had a longer escape latency (35.24 s vs. 51.18 s, P = 0.034) and a lesser distance movement (34.81 % vs. 21.02 %, P < 0.001) in the target quadrant, as observed from morris water maze (MWM) test. The protein expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and growth associated protein-43 (GAP-43) levels were decreased, as compared to control (0.367-fold, P < 0.001; 0.366-fold, P < 0.001; respectively). We also observed the upregulation of dopamine transporter (DAT) (2.940-fold, P < 0.001) consistent with the trend of dopamine content (1.313-fold, P < 0.001) in the hippocampus. CONCLUSION: Early life exposure to F-53B is associated with adverse neurobehavioral changes in developing children and weaning mice which may be modulated by dopamine-dependent synaptic plasticity.

RESUMO

An efficient palladium-catalyzed enantioselective direct N-alkylation of indoles using a novel type of axially chiral styrene-phosphine ligand SJTU-PHOS-1 was developed. This reaction demonstrated good functional group compatibility and a wide range scope of substrates in mild conditions. Moreover, the DFT calculations expounded the coordination mode of the metal catalyst and the axially chiral styrene-phosphine ligand in the enantioselectivity control.

RESUMO

Recent studies have indicated that functional abnormalities in the KNa1.2 channel are linked to epileptic encephalopathies. However, the role of KNa1.2 channel in traumatic brain injury (TBI) remains limited. We collected brain tissue from the TBI mice and patients with post-traumatic epilepsy (PTE) to determine changes in KNa1.2 channel following TBI. We also investigated whether the MAPK pathway, which was activated by the released cytokines after injury, regulated KNa1.2 channel in in vitro. Finally, to elucidate the physiological significance of KNa1.2 channel in neuronal excitability, we utilized the null mutant-Kcnt2-/- mice and compared their behavior patterns, seizure susceptibility, and neuronal firing properties to wild type (WT) mice. TBI was induced in both Kcnt2-/- and WT mice to investigate any differences between the two groups under pathological condition. Our findings revealed that the expression of KNa1.2 channel was notably increased only during the acute phase following TBI, while no significant elevation was observed during the late phase. Furthermore, we identified the released cytokines and activated MAPK pathway in the neurons after TBI and confirmed that KNa1.2 channel was enhanced by the MAPK pathway via stimulation of TNF-α. Subsequently, compared to WT mice, neurons from Kcnt2-/- mice showed increased neuronal excitability and Kcnt2-/- mice displayed motor deficits and enhanced seizure susceptibility, which suggested that KNa1.2 channel may be neuroprotective. Therefore, this study suggests that enhanced KNa1.2 channel, facilitated by the inflammatory response, may exert a protective role in an acute phase of the TBI model.

RESUMO

Phytochemical investigation on the anti-inflammatory fraction extracted from the whole plant of Euphorbia helioscopia L. led to the isolation of three new ent-atisane diterpenoids (1-3) and five known analogues (4-8). The structures and absolute configurations of the new compounds were elucidated by comprehensive analysis of the NMR, MS, IR, ECD, and X-ray crystallography. It is worth mentioning that compound 3 belongs to a rare class of ent-atisane diterpenoid featuring a hydroxyl group at C-9. Bioactivity investigation showed that compounds 4, 7, and 8 exhibited significant inhibitory effects on LPS-induced NO production in a dose-dependent manner, which indicates their anti-inflammatory potential.

RESUMO

Background: Female nurses have been considered as a vulnerable population in the context of mental health, due to the nature of their work, which can be stressful and emotionally taxing. Understanding the relationship between depressive symptoms and quality of work life (QWL) can contribute to improving mental health and job performance. However, limited studies have focused on the effect of depressive symptoms on QWL in female nurses. Objectives: The present study aimed to assess the effect of depressive symptoms on female nurses' QWL using propensity score matching (PSM). Methods: A cross-sectional, online study using convenience sampling was conducted among 1,401 female nurses in China. PSM was used to minimize the impact of potential confounders between no depressive symptoms and depressive symptoms. Stepwise multiple linear regression analyses were performed on the PSM samples to explore the effects of depressive symptoms on the QWL. Results: The results revealed there were 33.5% of the female nurses reported depressive symptoms before PSM. And female nurses in this study had a moderate level of QWL before PSM (122.11 ± 18.15), which remained steady after PSM (118.33 ± 18.04). After PSM, the final sample contained 864 female nurses. Stepwise multiple linear regression results indicated that depressive symptoms were the most strongly associated with QWL (ß = -0.454, p < 0.001). Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of developing mental health plans and psychological interventions for female nurses to maintain mental health and QWL, which is critical to the nursing workforce's sustainability.

RESUMO

Here, we investigated the effects of frying process on the formation of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) in shrimps using Penaeus vannamei as the raw material. The results showed that the oil, malondialdehyde, fluorescent AGEs, carboxymethyl lysine (CML), methylglyoxal hydroimidazolone (MG-H1) and the outer layer carboxyethyl lysine (CEL) content was higher in the fried shrimps than that in the raw unfried shrimps. The outer layer CML, CEL and inner CEL, MG-H1 values all reached the maximum after the first batch of frying (22.43 mg/kg, 304.24 mg/kg, 83.76 mg/kg, and 169.42 mg/kg respectively). However, fluorescent AGEs and MG-H1 of the outer layer reached the maximum after the fifth and fourth batches of frying (1230.0 AU/g and 341.63 mg/kg). Malondialdehyde, fluorescent AGEs, CML, MG-H1, and CEL concentration in the fried shrimps firstly increased and then decreased to stabilization with more frying batches, with higher content in the outer layer of fried shrimps.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Diabetes mellitus (DM) imposes a significant disease burden in economically transitioning regions. Most transitioning regions share similar experience in urbanization processes. Shanghai's Pudong district serves as a representative area of such regions. OBJECTIVE: We aimed to assess the burden of and trends in DM mortality in Shanghai's Pudong district and analyze the impact of aging and multimorbidity. METHODS: A longitudinal, population-based study was conducted to analyze DM mortality in Pudong from 2005 to 2020. We used joinpoint regression to analyze epidemiological features and long-term trends in crude mortality rate (CMR), age-standardized mortality rate worldwide (ASMRW), and years of life lost (YLL). Furthermore, the decomposition method was used to evaluate the contribution of demographic and nondemographic factors associated with mortality. RESULTS: There were 49,414 deaths among individuals with DM, including 15,512 deaths due to DM. The CMR and ASMRW were 109.55/105 and 38.01/105 person-years, respectively. Among the mortality associated with and due to DM, the total annual ASMRW increased by 3.65% (95% CI 3.25%-4.06%) and 1.38% (95% CI 0.74%-2.02%), respectively. Additionally, the total annual YLL rate increased by 4.98% (95% CI 3.92%-6.05%) and 2.68% (95% CI 1.34%-4.04%). The rates of YLL increase in persons aged 30 to 44 years (3.98%, 95% CI 0.32%-7.78%) and 45 to 59 years (4.31%, 95% CI 2.95%-5.69%) were followed by the increase in persons aged 80 years and older (10.53%, 95% CI 9.45%-11.62%) for deaths associated with DM. The annual CMR attributable to demographic factors increased by 41.9% (95% CI 17.73%-71.04%) and 36.72% (95% CI 16.69%-60.2%) for deaths associated with and due to DM, respectively. Hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, and ischemic heart disease were the top 3 comorbidities. CONCLUSIONS: Aging and multimorbidity played essential roles in changing the burden of DM in an urbanizing and transitioning region. There is an increasing disease burden among young and middle-aged people, emphasizing the need for greater attention to these groups. Health management is an emerging method that holds important implications for alleviating the future burden of DM.

Next-generation lithium-ion batteries must have high energy density and safety, making the development of all-solid-state batteries imperative. One of the biggest advantages of an all-solid-state lithium-ion battery (ASSLIB) is that its alloy uses lithium metal as an anode while ignoring its flammability and other dangers. Herein, high-conductivity garnet-type Li6.75La3Zr1.75Ta0.25O12 (LLZTO) was chosen as the solid electrolyte part of an all-solid-state battery. A composite anode was formed by melting Li and MXene-MAX together, reducing the interface impedance from 566 to 55 Ω cm2. The Li-MXene|LLZTO|LFP full battery displayed a high initial discharge capacity of 163.0 mAh g-1 and a Coulombic efficiency of 97.0% and maintained 90.2% of its discharge capacity over 100 cycles, but it did not maintain a good overpotential. Therefore, the synergistic effect of Li-MXene-Pt will highly improve the performance of the full battery because of its high initial discharge capacity of 150.0 mAh g-1 and Coulombic efficiency of 95.5%, discharge capacity maintained at 93.3% over 100 cycles, and low overpotential of 0.04 V.
