RESUMO

N-doping plays an irreplaceable role in controlling the electron concentration of organic semiconductors thus to improve performance of organic semiconductor devices. However, compared with many mature p-doping methods, n-doping of organic semiconductor is still of challenges. In particular, dopant stability/processability, counterion-semiconductor immiscibility and doping induced microstructure non-uniformity have restricted the application of n-doping in high-performance devices. Here, we report a computer-assisted screening approach to rationally design of a triaminomethane-type dopant, which exhibit extremely high stability and strong hydride donating property due to its thermally activated doping mechanism. This triaminomethane derivative shows excellent counterion-semiconductor miscibility (counter cations stay with the polymer side chains), high doping efficiency and uniformity. By using triaminomethane, we realize a record n-type conductivity of up to 21 S cm-1 and power factors as high as 51 µW m-1 K-2 even in films with thicknesses over 10 µm, and we demonstrate the first reported all-polymer thermoelectric generator.

BACKGROUND: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the fifth-leading cause of death in people more than 65 years old. Acupuncture therapy has been traditionally used to treat various kinds of health problems including AD. This protocol aims to summarize the available evidence from current systematic reviews (SRs) for the efficacy of acupuncture therapy for AD. METHODS: Seven databases will be searched: PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data, Chongqing VIP (CQVIP), and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM). SRs/meta-analyses (MAs) of acupuncture therapy for AD which were reported in Chinese or English will be included. Study selection, data extraction, and assessment of the study quality will be performed independently by 2 or more reviewers. And the methodological quality, report quality and evidence quality will be evaluated by Assessment of Multiple Systematic Reviews-2 (AMSTAR-2) tool, Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses Statement (PRISMA) checklist and Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) system, respectively. RESULTS: The article in this overview will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. CONCLUSION: We expect to compile evidence from multiple systematic reviews of acupuncture therapy in AD patients in an accessible and useful document.Registration number: INPLASY202040035.

Solution-state aggregation of conjugated polymers is critical in determining their solid-state microstructures and optoelectronic performance. However, controlling the solution-state aggregation of conjugated polymers for producing specific microstructures remains challenging. Herein, a practical approach is developed to finely tune the solid-state microstructures through temperature-controlled solution-state aggregation and polymer crystallization. High temperature generates significant conformation fluctuation of conjugated backbones in solution, which facilitates the polymer crystallization from solvated aggregates to orderly-packed structures. The polymer films deposited at high temperatures exhibit less structural disorders and higher electron mobilities (up to two orders of magnitude) in field-effect transistors, compared to those deposited at low temperatures. This work provides an effective strategy to tune the solution-state aggregation to reveal the relationship between solution-state aggregation and solid-state microstructures of conjugated polymers, which could accelerate the development of high-performance polymer optoelectronic devices.

Objective: Our aim was to assess the efficacy and safety of acupuncture for OSA patients with various severities of the disorder. Methods: Eight databases including PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chongqing VIP (CQVIP), Wanfang Data, and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM) were comprehensively searched till July 2019. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) testing acupuncture in the treatment of OSA were eligible for inclusion. Studies were selected for inclusion, and data were extracted by two authors independently. The Cochrane Collaboration's Risk of Bias Assessment Tool and RevMan software (version 5.3) were used to evaluate the quality of studies and conduct statistical analysis. Results: Nine RCTs with 584 participants were included. The trials covered acupuncture and electropuncture. Acupuncture caused clinically significant reductions in AHI (MD: -6.18; 95% CI: -9.58 to -2.78; Z = 3.56, P = 0.0004) as well as in ESS (MD: -2.84; 95% CI: -4.80 to -0.16, Z = 2.09, P = 0.04). AHI was reduced more in the subgroup analysis of moderate OSA patients (MD: -9.44; 95% CI: -12.44 to -6.45; Z = 6.18, P < 0.00001) and severe OSA patients (MD: -10.09; 95% CI: -12.47 to -7.71; Z = 8.31, P < 0.00001). ESS was also reduced more in the subgroup analysis of moderate OSA patients (MD: -2.40; 95% CI: -3.63 to -1.17; Z = 3.83, P = 0.0001) and severe OSA patients (MD: -4.64; 95% CI: -5.35 to -3.92; Z = 12.72, P < 0.00001). Besides, acupuncture had a beneficial effect on LSaO2 (MD: 5.29; 95% CI: 2.61 to 7.97; Z = 3.86, P = 0.0001). The outcome of AHI and LSaO2 yielded consistent results after sensitivity analysis, but the direction of the outcome of ESS was reversed. And the quality of evidence was mainly low to very low. Conclusions: Acupuncture therapy is effective for OSA patients in reducing AHI and ESS and in improving the LSaO2 of various severities, especially in moderate and severe OSA patients. High-quality trials are urgently needed.

In the past few decades, conjugated polymers have aroused extensive interest in organic electronic applications. The electrical performance of conjugated polymers has a close relationship with their backbone conformation. The conformation of the polymer backbone strongly affects the π-electron delocalization along polymer chains, the energy bandgap, interchain interactions, and further affecting charge transport properties. To realize a rigid coplanar backbone that usually possesses efficient intrachain charge transport properties and enhanced π-π stackings, such conformation control becomes a useful strategy to achieve the high-performance (semi)conducting polymers. This review summarizes the most important polymer structures through conformation control at molecular levels, and then divides these rigid coplanar conjugated polymers into three categories: 1) non-covalent interactions locked conjugated polymers; 2) double-bond linked conjugated polymers; 3) ladder conjugated polymers. The effect of the conformation control on physical nature, optoelectronic properties, and their device performance is also discussed, as well as the challenges of chemical synthesis and structural characterization.

This cross-sectional study extracted data of 392 NHANES participants with elevated serum parathyroid hormone (PTH) concentrations from 2 cycles of the US National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2003-2006 and evaluated the association between serum (PTH) concentration and metabolic syndrome (MetS) to identify dietary and lifestyle factors that may modify that association. The primary outcome was MetS severity scores. Results of univariate linear regression analyses revealed that serum PTH concentrations correlated positively and significantly with MetS severity scores (ß=0.399, p=0.030). After adjusting for gender, age, race, and alcohol consumption, results of multivariate analysis revealed that increased serum PTH concentration correlated significantly with higher MetS severity scores (ß=0.413, p=0.045) in participants with moderate physical activity over the past 30 days. Serum PTH concentration also correlated significantly with higher MetS severity scores in participants with serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency (ß=0.456 and p=0.014), those without vitamin D supplementation (ß=0.524, p=0.028) and with higher protein intake (ß=0.586 and p=0.030). In conclusion, increased serum PTH concentration is associated with higher MetS severity scores in participants with elevated serum PTH at baseline. The association between PTH concentration and MetS severity is moderated by participants' physical activity levels, status of serum vitamin D, vitamin D supplementation, and daily protein intake.

Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) is a common disease with the age of 10 to 18 years, the Cobb angle more than 10 ° on the coronal plane and combined with the rotation of the vertebral body without other organic lesions. The disease can lead to deformity, pain and even damage of cardiopulmonary function, which seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients. For mild to moderate AIS patients, regular observation, braces and other conservative treatment methods can effectively delay the progress of scoliosis. For AIS patients whose conservative treatment is ineffective and reaches the surgical threshold, surgery is recommended. Currently, the prevalent surgical method is posterior vertebral body fusion represented by the pedicle screw internal fixation system, which can often achieve good clinical efficacy. In recent years, Physical Therapeutic Scoliosis Specific Exercise (PSSE) has become more and more popular because of its safety and effectiveness. At present, the specific indications for the treatment of AIS patients are gradually improving, the concept and technology of treatment are constantly updated, and the clinical efficacy is constantly improved. This article will start from two aspects of conservative treatment and surgical treatment, mainly describes the commonly used treatment methods in clinical progress and application as well as the problems faced, in order to provide a reference for the selection of clinical treatment.

Macrophages are essential for wound repair after myocardial infarction (MI). CD226, a member of immunoglobulin superfamily, is expressed on inflammatory monocytes, however, the role of CD226 in infarct healing and the effect of CD226 on macrophage remain unknown. Methods: Wild type and CD226 knockout (CD226 KO) mice were subjected to permanent coronary ligation. CD226 expression, cardiac function and ventricular remodeling were evaluated. Profile of macrophages, myofibroblasts, angiogenesis and monocytes mobilization were determined. Results: CD226 expression increased in the infarcted heart, with a peak on day 7 after MI. CD226 KO attenuated infarct expansion and improved infarct healing after MI. CD226 deletion resulted in increased F4/80+ CD206+ M2 macrophages and diminished Mac-3+ iNOS+ M1 macrophages accumulation in the infarcted heart, as well as enrichment of α-smooth muscle actin positive myofibroblasts and Ki67+ CD31+ endothelial cells, leading to increased reparative collagen deposition and angiogenesis. Furthermore, CD226 deletion restrained inflammatory monocytes mobilization, as revealed by enhanced retention of Ly6Chi monocytes in the spleen associated with a decrease of Ly6Chi monocytes in the peripheral blood, whereas local proliferation of macrophage in the ischemic heart was not affected by CD226 deficiency. In vitro studies using bone marrow-derived macrophages showed that CD226 deletion potentiated M2 polarization and suppressed M1 polarization. Conclusion: CD226 expression is dramatically increased in the infarcted heart, and CD226 deletion improves post-infarction healing and cardiac function by favoring macrophage polarization towards reparative phenotype. Thus, inhibition of CD226 may represent a novel therapeutic approach to improve wound healing and cardiac function after MI.

Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress has been reported to play a role in acute lung injury (ALI), yet the in-depth mechanism remains elusive. This study aims to investigate the effect of ER stress-induced autophagy of alveolar macrophage (AM) on acute lung injury (ALI) and airway inflammation using mouse models. ALI models were induced by intranasal instillation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The lung weight/body weight (LW/BW) ratio and excised lung gas volume (ELGV) in each group were measured. Mouse bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was collected for cell sorting and protein concentration determination. Expression of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in lung tissues and BALF was also detected. Mouse AMs were isolated to observe the autophagy. Expression of GRP78, PERK, LC3I, LC3II and Beclin1 was further determined. The results indicated that tunicamycin (TM) elevated GRP78 and PERK expression of AMs in ALI mice in a dose-dependent manner. Low dosage of TM abated LC3I expression, increased LC3II and Beclin1 expression, triggered ER stress and AM autophagy, and alleviated pathological changes of AMs in ALI mice. Also, in ALI mice, low dosage of TM attenuated goblet cell proliferation of tracheal wall, and declined LW/BW ratio, ELGV, total cells and neutrophils, protein concentrations in BALF, and IL-6 and TNF-α expression in lung tissues and BALF. Collectively, this study suggests that a low dosage of TM-induced ER stress can enhance the autophagy of AM in ALI mice models, thus attenuating the progression of ALI and airway inflammation.

Developing nanomaterials with synergistic effects of various structural merits is considered to be an effective strategy to improve the sluggish ion kinetics and severe structural degradation of sodium-ion battery (SIB) anodes. Herein, honeycomb-like amorphous Zn2 V2 O7 (ZVO-AH) nanofibers as SIBs anode material with plentiful defective sites, complex cavities, and good mechanical flexibility are reported. The fabrication strategy relies on the expansive and volatile nature of the organic vanadium source, based on a simple electrospinning with subsequent calcination. Originating from the synergies of amorphous nature and honeycomb-like cavities, ZVO-AH shows increased electrochemical activity, accelerated Na-ion diffusion, and robust structure. Impressively, the ZVO-AH anode delivers superior cycle stability (112% retention at 5 A g-1 after 5000 cycles) and high rate capability (150 mAh g-1 at 10 A g-1 ). The synthetic versatility is able to synergistically promote the practical application of more potential materials in sodium-ion storage.

A novel type of dibenzothiophene [b]-fused core-expanded azaBODIPYs were obtained through an efficient post-functionalization of tetrabrominated azadipyrromethenes, using CuI-catalyzed cyclization, followed by BF2 complexation. These dyes show nearly planar skeletons, strong NIR absorption with maximum peaks up to 733 nm, and remarkable low-lying LUMO level of -4.15 eV. The field-effect transistor based on 1b exhibits bipolar transport properties, with the highest electron and hole mobilities up to 0.012 and 0.046 cm2 V-1 s-1, respectively.

The Diels-Alder reaction strategy that can rapidly extend the conjugated backbone was applied to facilely synthesize fold-line, coplanar BN-embedded polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from simple small BN compounds. The molecular structures and packing modes of these BN-embedded acenes were confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Their electronic and photophysical properties were studied by using UV-vis, fluorescence spectroscopy, electrochemical cyclic voltammetry, and density functional theory calculations. These results demonstrate the efficiency and feasibility of this synthetic strategy.

BACKGROUND: Dual and single antiplatelet therapies are routinely used in carotid artery endarterectomy (CEA). However, the efficacy and safety of these therapies are controversial. The present study aimed to comprehensively compare the clinical outcomes between dual and single antiplatelet therapies in CEA. METHODS: This study retrieved available academic studies evaluating the complications related to antiplatelet therapy between dual and single antiplatelet therapies in CEA from the databases of ScienceDirect, the Cochrane Library, EMBASE, and PubMed. References to previous reviews and related clinical trials were manually checked to retrieve potential literature that was not included in our electronic search results. RESULTS: A total of 10 articles (1 randomized controlled trial, 9 non-randomized controlled trials) were included in the study. The overall number of patients in the dual antiplatelet group was 14,280, and the number of patients in the single antiplatelet group was 125,850. The results revealed that the single antiplatelet group had a lower incidence of 30-day death (rate difference [RD] 0.002; 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.000-0.003; P = 0.014), neck hematoma (odds ratio [OR] 2.120; 95% CI 1.431-3.142; P < 0.001), myocardial infarction (RD 0.004; 95% CI 0.001-0.007; P = 0.003), and major bleeding (RD 0.005; 95% CI 0.002-0.008; P < 0.001). Meanwhile, the single antiplatelet group was associated with a shorter operation time (weighted mean difference 4.000; 95% CI= 2.564-5.436; P < 0.001). However, there was no significant difference in the rate of postoperative transient ischemic attack (P = 0.215), stroke (P = 0.130), or length of stay (P = 0.563). CONCLUSIONS: Based on current evidence, using single antiplatelet therapy in CEA may reduce operation time and the incidences of 30-day death, neck hematoma, major bleeding, and myocardial infarction without increasing the risks of transient ischemic attack, stroke, or a longer operation time.

Covalently linked π-stacked dimers represent the most significant platform for elucidating the relationship between molecular alignments and their properties. Here, we present the one-pot synthesis of two intramolecularly π-stacked dimers and disclose how intramolecular stacking modes dictate photoswitching properties. The dimer, which features cofacially stacked chromophores and geometrically favours intramolecular photochemical [2 + 2] cycloadditions, displays a nearly irreversible photoswitching behaviour. By contrast, the dimer, bearing crosswise stacked chromophores, is geometrically unfavourable for the cycloaddition and exhibits a highly reversible photoswitching process, in which the homolysis and reformation of carbon-carbon single bonds are involved. Moreover, the chiral carbon centres of both dimers endow these photoswitches with chirality and the separated enantiomers exhibit tuneable chiroptical properties by photoswitching. This work reveals that intramolecular stacking modes significantly influence the photochemical properties of π-stacked dimers and offers a design strategy toward chiral photoswitchable materials.

OBJECTIVE: To observe clinical effects of acupressure combined with activating blood and dissipating blood stasis prescription for the treatment of early swelling of calcaneal fractures. METHODS: From June 2016 to April 2018, 78 patients with calcaneus were divided into observation group and control group. There were 39 patients in observation group, including 36 males and 3 females aged from 28 to 61 years old with an average of(41.7±13.3) years old; 20 patients were caused by falling down, 10 patients were caused by traffic accident and 9 patients were caused by other injuries; The time from injury to medical treatment ranged from 0.5 to 10.5 h with an average of(4.6±3.2) h; 15 patients were type II, 17 patients were type III and 7 patients were type IV according to Sanders classification; the patients began to be pressed the three points of "Xuehai(SP 10)" "Sanyinjiao(SP 6)" "Zusanli(ST 36)" for 10 min from the day of hospital admission to the day of operation, 3 times a day, and taken prescription of activating blood and dissipating blood stasis prescription orally for 5 days, one dose per day and twice a day. There were 39 patients in control group, including 34 males and 5 females aged from 26 to 62 years old with an average of (43.3±12.3) years old; 19 patients were caused by falling down, 12 patients were caused by traffic accident and 8 patients were caused by other injuries; the time from injury to medical treatment ranged from 1 to 11 h with an average of (4.4±3.7) h; 15 patients were typeII, 18 patients were type III and 6 patients were type IV according to Sanders classification; patients were given 20% mannitol intravenously for 5 days, twice a day, 125 ml each time from hospital admission. During the 5 days of admission, the degree of swelling of the affected ankle was measured and calculated by water spillover method every day. The result which was measured and calculated on the first day of admission without treatment was the degree of swelling before treatment, compared degree of swelling before operation and 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th day after treatment; the time needed for the first positive skin fold sign in the affected ankle and the number of cases of tension blisters between two groups before operation were observed. RESULTS: The swelling of the affected ankle on the1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th day after treatment in the observation group separately were(12.67±0.82)%, (11.87±0.88)%, (10.65±0.92)%, (9.47±0.96)%, and lower than control group which separately were(13.31±0.98)%, (13.51±0.84)%, (12.22±0.94)%, (11.38±1.01)%; The time for the first appearance of the skin fold sign was (6.41±1.74) days in the observation group was earlier than that of the control group (8.15±2.01) days; There was no significant difference in occurrence of tension blisters between observation group(3 patients) and control group(9 patients). CONCLUSIONS: Acupressure combined with activating blood and dissipating blood stasis prescription for the treatment of early swelling of calcaneal fractures could accelerate the decline of swelling of the affected ankle, shorten the time of the first skin fold sign, reduce the incidence of tension blisters in the ankle, shorten the waiting time of operation, and the surgical treatment as soon as possible.

OBJECTIVE: To explore clinical efficacy of cannulated screw internal fixation in treating sustentaculum tali fractures with articular surface. METHODS: From August 2012 to June 2017, 13 sustentaculum tali fracture patients with articular surface were treated by cannulated screw internal fixation, including 10 males and 3 females, aged from 26 to 58 years old. Joint plane flatness was evaluated by calcaneal width, clearance distance of middle-range and posterior talar articular surface on coronal position of CT scan before operation and 1 year after operation. AOFAS score at 1 year after operation was applied to evaluate clinical efficacy. RESULTS: All patients were followed up from 9 to 70 months. The fractures were healed well from 8 to 16 weeks. No subtalar arthritis and tenosynovitis occurred. Calcaneal width before operation was from 46.2 to 52.7 mm, and decreased from 35.2 to 39.2 mm after operation; clearance distance of middle-range before operation was from 4.5 to 4.8 mm, and decreased from 1.9 to 2.2 mm after operation; clearance distance of posterior talar articular surface before operation was from 2.4 to 2.8 before operation, and decreased from 1.9 to 2.3 mm after operation. AOFAS score at 1 year after operation ranged from 77 to 94, and 1 got excellent result and 12 moderate. CONCLUSIONS: The clinical efficacy of two cannulated screws with cross internal fixation for sustentaculum tali fractures with articular surface is satisfactory, sustentaculum tali fracture could obtain good reduction, recover smooth of middle talar articular surface, and the function of feet were improved.

Here, we report circadian rhythms in the levels of endogenous H2O2 in mammalian cells and mouse livers. Using an unbiased method to screen for H2O2-sensitive transcription factors, we discovered that rhythmic redox control of CLOCK directly by endogenous H2O2 oscillations is required for proper intracellular clock function. Importantly, perturbations in the rhythm of H2O2 levels induced by the loss of p66Shc, which oscillates rhythmically in the liver and suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) of mice, disturb the rhythmic redox control of CLOCK function, reprogram hepatic transcriptome oscillations, lengthen the circadian period in mice and modulate light-induced clock resetting. Our findings suggest that redox signalling rhythms are intrinsically coupled to the circadian system through reversible oxidative modification of CLOCK and constitute essential mechanistic timekeeping components in mammals.

Outsourcing data and computation to cloud server provides a cost-effective way to support large scale data storage and query processing. However, due to security and privacy concerns, sensitive data (e.g., medical records) need to be protected from the cloud server and other unauthorized users. One approach is to outsource encrypted data to the cloud server and have the cloud server perform query processing on the encrypted data only. It remains a challenging task to support various queries over encrypted data in a secure and efficient way such that the cloud server does not gain any knowledge about the data, query, and query result. In this paper, we study the problem of secure skyline queries over encrypted data. The skyline query is particularly important for multi-criteria decision making but also presents significant challenges due to its complex computations. We propose a fully secure skyline query protocol on data encrypted using semantically-secure encryption. As a key subroutine, we present a new secure dominance protocol, which can be also used as a building block for other queries. Furthermore, we demonstrate two optimizations, data partitioning and lazy merging, to further reduce the computation load. Finally, we provide both serial and parallelized implementations and empirically study the protocols in terms of efficiency and scalability under different parameter settings, verifying the feasibility of our proposed solutions.

Over the past three decades, the mobility of organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) has been improved from 10-5 up to over 10 cm2 V-1 s-1, which reaches or has already satisfied the requirements of demanding applications. However, pronounced nonideal behaviors in current-voltage characteristics are commonly observed, which indicates that the reported mobilities may not truly reflect the device properties. Herein, a comprehensive understanding of the origins of several observed nonidealities (downward, upward, double-slope, superlinear, and humped transfer characteristics) is summarized, and how to extract comparatively reliable mobilities from nonideal behaviors in OFETs is discussed. Combining an overview of the ideal and state-of-the-art OFETs, considerable possible approaches are also provided for future OFETs.

OBJECTIVE: To explore infection rate of different adeno-associated virus (AAV) on knee joint cartilage in mice and to find a good gene editing tool for mice chondrocytes of knee joint. METHODS: Forty-five 4-week-old SPF C57BL/6 weighed(14.3±0.2) g were selected. According to different injections(6 µl) for right knee joint, mice were divided into 9 different groups, 5 mice in each group. The groups were such as following:control group (normal saline), Vigene 2 group (AAV2 from vigene biosciences, titer for 1×10¹³ vg/ml), Vigene 5 group (AAV5 from vigene biosciences, titer for 1×10¹³ vg/ml), Vigene 6 group (AAV6 from vigene biosciences, titer for 1×10¹³ vg/ml), Vigene 7 group (AAV7 from vigene biosciences, titer for 1×10¹³ vg/ml), Vigene 8 group (AAV8 from vigene biosciences, titer for 1×10¹³ vg/ml), Vigene 9 group (AAV9 from vigene biosciences, titer for 1×10¹³ vg/ml), Hanbio DJ group(AAV2-DJ from Hanbio, titer for 1×10¹² vg/ml), Hanbio 5 group (AAV5 from Hanbio, titer for 1×10¹² vg/ml). All AAVs were over-expressed green fluorescent protein(GFP). Knee joint specimens were taken and observed injury of cartilage under stereomicroscope at 30 days after injection, then 10 µm thick frozen sections were prepared. Distribution of green fluorescent protein of meniscus and cartilage of knee joint was observed under fluorescence microscope. RESULTS: Stereomicroscope observation indicated that no obvious lesion was observed in knee joint cartilage of mice after intra-articular injection of AAV. According to frozen sections of knee joints, strong green fluorescence was observed in knee joint cartilage in all AAV experimental groups. Compared with other groups, significantly stronger green fluorescence were observed both in AAV2 and AAV7 groups, whose average fluorescence density was 0.077±0.020 and 0.061±0.022. There were significant differences between two groups and other groups. CONCLUSIONS: AAV could infect chondrocyte of knee joint in vivo by injecting into knee joint cavity. Higher infection efficiency of AAV2 and AAV7 on knee joint cartilage were observed. Local injection of AAV into knee joint cavity could be used as an effective tool for gene editing of knee joint chondrocyte.
