From December 2017 to December 2018, 3 509 subjects who had regular physical examination in Health Management Center, Tianjin Medical University General Hospital were enrolled in our study, including 399 cancer patients, 1 555 chronic disease patients, and 1 555 healthy control, respectively. The mean age was (55.87±11.98) years, and 31.38% were men. The prevalence of MS among chronic disease group (42.44%) was higher than that of cancer group (34.59%) and healthy control group (18.65%) (P<0.001). Compared with healthy control group, the OR (95%CI) values of MS risk in cancer group and chronic disease group were 2.13 (1.61-2.83) and 2.85 (2.23-3.66), respectively; the OR (95%CI) values of MS risk were 3.56 (2.04-6.21) and 2.77 (1.46-5.25) in breast cancer and thyroid cancer, respectively.

BACKGROUND: Structural variations (SVs, defined as DNA variants ≥50 bp) have been associated with various complex human diseases. However, research to screen the whole genome for SVs predisposing to psoriasis is still lacking. OBJECTIVES: This study aimed to investigate the association of SVs and psoriasis. METHODS: We performed a genome-wide screen on SVs using an imputation method on 5 independent cohorts with 45,386 subjects from the Chinese Han population. Fine mapping analysis, genetic interaction analysis and RNA expression analysis were conducted to explore the mechanism of SVs. RESULTS: We obtained 4,535 SVs in total and identified 2 novel deletions (esv3608550, OR=2.73, P<2.00×10-308 ; esv3608542, OR=0.47, P=7.40×10-28 ) at 6q21.33 (MHC), 1 novel Alu element insertion (esv3607339, OR=1.22, P=1.18×10-35 ) at 5q33.3 (IL12B), and confirmed 1 previously reported deletion (esv3587563, OR=1.30, P=9.52×10-60 ) at 1q21.2 (LCE) for psoriasis. Fine mapping analysis including SNPs and small Insertions/Deletions (InDels) revealed that esv3608550 and esv3608542 were independently associated with psoriasis, and a novel independent SNP (rs9378188, OR=1.65, P=3.46×10-38 ) was identified at 6q21.33. By genetic interaction analysis and RNA expression analysis, we speculate that the association of 2 deletions at 6q21.33 with psoriasis might relate to their influence on the expression of HLA-C. CONCLUSIONS: Our study constructed the most comprehensive SV map for psoriasis thus far and enriched the genetic architecture and pathogenesis of psoriasis as well as highlighted the nonnegligible impact of SVs on complex diseases.

Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics, imaging findings, laboratory tests and treatment strategies for Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia. Methods: From January 1, 2019 to January 20, 2021, 48 cases of Psittacosis from 11 hospitals in China were diagnosed via metagenomic next-generation sequencing(mNGS). The data of all patients on occupational history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, chest computed tomography(CT)findings, treatment outcomes and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among the 48 patients, there were 29 males and 19 females, with a mean age of (57.1±10.3) years. Thirty patients had a confirmed history of exposure to poultry. The onset to admission interval was (6.5±3.2) days, and hospital stay was (12.4±4.8) days. Clinical manifestations included fever (100%, 48/48), relative bradycardia (71%, 34/48), cough (54.2%, 26/48), sputum (27.1%, 13/48), fatigue (16.7%, 8/48), headache and delirium (20.8%, 9/48), and gastrointestinal symptoms (16.7%, 8/48). Laboratory data showed that white blood cells were (8.0±3.8)×109/L, and the proportion of neutrophils increased in 44 patients. The level of C-reactive protein was (155.3±74.1)mg/L, and that of procalcitonin (PCT)in 59.5% of patients was more than 0.5 µg/L. Percentages of patients with increased lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase were 82.9% and 45.2%, respectively. Chest CT scans showed unilateral lung involvement in 34 cases(70.8%) and single lobe involvement in 27 cases(56.3%).The most common imaging change was consolidation, with 38 cases (79.2%) showing lobar consolidation. In terms of treatment, 25 patients were treated with fluoroquinolones alone, 6 patients with doxycycline alone, and 13 patients with combined treatment. The combined-treatment group and the doxycycline alone group were similar in the course of defervescence. The combined treatment group and the doxycycline alone group were both superior to the fluoroquinolones alone group. However, 11 patients were admitted to ICU, all of them received artificial ventilation, and 5 cases developed shock, and one died. Conclusions: Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia is an animal-derived infectious disease with unique features in clinical symptoms, laboratory tests and chest imaging. Appropriate treatment is able to significantly shorten the course of disease and improve the prognosis.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the association between the use of ACEis or ARBs and outcomes in patients recovering from AKI. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We searched PubMed, MEDLINE, Cochrane Database, Web of Science and Embase databases from inception to May 2021 and performed a systematic review and meta-analysis using the "meta" package in R 4.0.3. RESULTS: Five cohort studies, published from 2018 to 2021 with 153174 participants and approximately 39081 mortalities, were included in our meta-analysis. The meta-analysis showed that the use of ACEis/ARBs in patients with post-AKI is associated with a significantly lower risk of death (HR 0.80; 95% CIs, 0.72-0.90) and subgroup analysis showed a significant result in ACEi/ARB users with over 1-year of follow-up (HR 0.86; 95% CIs, 0.77-0.95). CONCLUSIONS: The use of ACEi/ARB in patients with post-AKI is associated with a significantly lower risk of death.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the regulatory role of the long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) small nucleolar host gene 3 (SNHG3) in proliferation, migration and invasion of human cervical cancer cell line SiHa. OBJECTIVE: Array data were retrieved from GEO database to analyze the expression levels of SNHG3 in cervical cancer and adjacent normal tissues. SiHa cells were transfected with a small interfering RNA (siRNA) targeting SNHG3, and the changes in the transcriptional levels of lncRNA SNHG3 and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) markers N-cadherin, Snail, vimentin and E-cadherin were detected using real-time quantitative PCR; the protein expressions of N-cadherin, Snail, vimentin and E-cadherin were determined using Western blotting. Cell counting kit-8 (CCK8) assay was utilized to assess the proliferation capacity of the transfected cells. Wound healing assay and Transwell assay were performed to evaluate the transversal and longitudinal migration and invasion abilities of the cells. OBJECTIVE: SNHG3 was over-expressed in cervical cancer tissues and SiHa cells. In SiHa cells, knocking down SNHG3 significantly inhibited the proliferation (P < 0.001), migration (P < 0.01) and invasion abilities (P < 0.001) of the cells, down-regulated the expression levels of N-cadherin, Snail and vimentin (P < 0.001) and up-regulated the expression of E-cadherin (P < 0.001). OBJECTIVE: SNHG3 may promote the proliferation, migration and invasion of SiHa cells by activating the EMT signaling pathway.

Platycodin D is an active component isolated from Chinese herb Platycodonis radix with various pharmacological activities, such as antitussive, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic effects. Interestingly, platycodin D also exerts anticancer effects against several types of cancer. However, few studies on the anti-tumour effects of platycodin against urinary bladder cancer have been reported. In this study, we explored the anti-tumour effect of platycodin D against human bladder cancer and its mechanisms in vitro and in vivo. We found that platycodin D had significant anti-proliferative effects on four types of cancer cells, especially the 5637 bladder cancer cell line, and exerted these effects by preventing cell cycle progression from G0/G1 to S phase, down-regulating Ki-67 and cyclin D1 protein expression and up-regulating P21 protein expression. Furthermore, platycodin D inhibited 5637 cell migration by decreasing twist-related protein 1 (Twist1) and matrix metallopeptidase 2 (MMP2) expression and exerted significant tumour-suppressive effects in tumour-bearing nude mice. Platycodin D also increased caspase-9, caspase-8, caspase-3, and p53 expression and decreased Bcl-2 expression in tumour tissues. Taken together, our results provide a theoretical basis for application of platycodin D in treating urinary bladder cancer.

Background and aims: Maladaptive eating habits are a major cause of obesity and weight-related illness. The development of empirically-based approaches, such as mindfulness training (MT) that target accurate mechanisms of action to address these behaviors is therefore critical. Two studies were conducted to examine the impact of MT on maladaptive eating and determine the involvement of reinforcement learning mechanisms underlying these effects. Methods: In Study1, maladaptive eating behaviors were assessed using self-report questionnaires at baseline and 8 weeks after an app-based MT intervention (n = 46). A novel mindful eating craving tool was embedded in our intervention to assess: eating behaviors (intake frequency/magnitude), and reward (contentment ratings) experienced after eating. Using a well-established reinforcement learning (Rescorla-Wagner) model, expected reward values (EV) were estimated as a function of contentment levels reported after eating. In Study2 (n = 1,119), craving tool assessments were examined in an independent sample using the app in a real-world naturalistic context. Results: Study 1's results revealed a significant decrease in EV and eating behaviors across craving tool uses. In addition, changes in reward values predicted decreases in eating behaviors. Finally, Study 1's results revealed significant pre-post intervention reductions in self-reported eating behaviors. In Study2, we observed a significant decrease in EV, but not in eating behaviors, across craving tool uses. Study 2 also revealed a predictive relationship between EV and eating behaviors. Discussion and conclusions: These results support the implementation of MT to prevent and treat maladaptive eating behaviors, which target reinforcement learning processes as mechanisms of action.

An asymptomatic 25-year-old G4P0120 with history significant for cervical insufficiency and classical cesarean delivery 12.5 months prior to conception underwent routine transabdominal ultrasound at 36w4d; umbilical cord was found to be protruding into a fluid-filled pouch extruding from the lower uterine segment. During emergent cesarean delivery, a full-thickness uterine rupture was confirmed; the fetal cranium and umbilical cord were extrauterine. Maternal genotype revealed greater than expected minor allele frequencies for several collagen genes. Maternal gene expression (mRNA) and corresponding microRNA expression of these collagen genes differed several-fold between her G3 (cervical insufficiency, classical cesarean delivery) and G4 (uterine rupture) pregnancies. This case highlights that (1) cervical insufficiency, poor myometrial wound healing, and uterine rupture may co-occur and pathophysiology may be related to collagen abnormalities and (2) asymptomatic uterine rupture can be detected sonographically, even in late pregnancy. Clinicians should remain vigilant for the possibility of uterine rupture, particularly among high-risk patients. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

AIMS: Aims of this study are to elucidate the molecular mechanism of copper-improved thiacloprid (THI) degradation by Ensifer adhaerens TMX-23 and characterize copper resistance of this strain. METHODS AND RESULTS: Resting cells of E. adhaerens TMX-23 were used to degrade THI, with formation of THI amide and 98·31% of 0·59 mmol l-1 THI was degraded in 100 min. The addition of copper improved the degradation of THI and showed little inhibitory effects on the growth of E. adhaerens TMX-23. E. adhaerens TMX-23 degraded THI to THI amide by nitrile hydratases (NhcA and NhpA). QPCR analysis indicated that the expression of nhpA was up-regulated in the presence of copper. E. adhaerens TMX-23 nitrile hydratases were purified, and enzyme assay of NhpA exhibited the highest NHase activity toward THI. The addition of copper activated the activity of NhcA. Soil degradation experiment indicated that E. adhaerens TMX-23 could quickly eliminate THI residual in copper-added soil. CONCLUSIONS: Copper improved THI degradation by E. adhaerens TMX-23 was attributed to the induced expression of nhpA and activated NhcA. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: This study broadens the investigation of regulatory mechanism of NHase expression and provided theoretical basis for using metal-resistant microbes to degrade pesticide in heavy metal co-contaminated environments.

We studied the mechanisms by which microRNA-126 regulates proliferation and migration of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) cultured in a medium with high glucose concentration and treated with chemokine CXCL8. Cell proliferation, apoptosis, and migration were analyzed by the CCK-8 assay, Annexin V-PI staining, and Transwell assay, respectively. The ratios of p-ERK/ERK, p-P38/P38, p-JNK/JNK were determined by ELISA. HUVEC cells cultured in the presence of high glucose concentration (30 mmol/ml) and treated with CXCL8 (50 ng/ml) demonstrated more intensive proliferation, migration, and p-ERK/ERK, p-P38/P38, and p-JNK/JNK ratios and significantly lower apoptosis rate than control cells (high glucose, no treatment) and cells treated with CXCL8 and transfected with microRNA-126-mimic. Thus, microRNA-126 regulates proliferation and migration of HUVEC cells cultured in the presence of high glucose concentrations and treated with CXCL8 through inhibition of MAPK signaling pathway.

OBJECTIVE: To understand the relationship between health literacy and patient experience of outpatients in China, and to explore its mechanism. METHODS: The conceptual framework was developed based on Andersen's behavioral model of health services use and health literacy skills framework. An online cross-sectional survey was conducted with snowball sampling method, while the health literacy was measured by self-designed patient health literacy scale, and the patient experience was measured by the Chinese patient experience questionnaire for ambulatory care developed by Peking Union Medical College. And a structural equation model was built to explore the relationship between them and test the mechanism of health literacy influencing patient experience. RESULTS: A total of 2 773 subjects were investigated. The average score of health literacy was (90.72±12.90) points, accounting for 78.89% of the full score, and the dimension of seeking social support had the lowest score. The average score of overall rating of patient experience was (3.71±0.74) points, and the scores of each dimension of patient experience were between 3.56 and 3.80. The model fit indices of structural equation model for overall rating of patient experience among the outpatients were χ2/df=9.29 (χ2=4 107.27, df=442), root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA)=0.055 (< 0.06), comparative fit index (CFI)=0.926 (>0.90), Tucker-Lewis index (TLI)=0.918 (>0.90), standardized root mean square residual (SRMR)=0.061 (< 0.08), the model was acceptable. The variance in patient experience explained by the model was 0.108. The structural equation model analysis results showed that the overall rating of outpatient experience was directly affected by health literacy (ß=0.263, P < 0.001), also indirectly affected by health literacy (ß=0.012, P < 0.001). In other words, the overall rating increased by 0.275 units for each standard deviation increase of health literacy. Self-evaluated health status mediated the relationship between health literacy and the overall rating of outpatient experience. In terms of diffe-rent dimensions of patient experience, the standardized path coefficient of the total effect of health literacy on patient experience was as follows: Information guidance 0.337, humanistic care 0.319, communication with doctors 0.294, service efficiency 0.240, and hospital environment 0.173. CONCLUSION: The patients with higher level of health literacy were more likely to have a better outpatient experience in China, and the information guidance experience and humanistic care experience were most affected by health literacy. And the communication and information utilization ability had the greatest influence on patient experience.

AIMS: This study aimed to investigate the effect of Bacillus subtilis var. natto on the susceptibility of the model host, Caenorhabditis elegans, to bacterial infection. METHODS AND RESULTS: Caenorhabditis elegans worms were fed with a standard food consisting of Escherichia coli OP50 strain (control) or B. subtilis (natto) during their larval stage. The worms were then infected with pathogenic bacteria. We analyzed their survival time and RNA sequencing-based transcriptome. Upon infection with Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis, the survival time of B. subtilis (natto)-fed worms was longer than that of the control. Transcriptome analyses showed upregulation of genes associated with innate immunity and defense response to gram-positive bacteria in B. subtilis (natto)-fed worms. CONCLUSIONS: Bacillus subtilis (natto) conferred an increased resistance of C. elegans to gram-positive bacteria. Our findings provided insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying B. subtilis (natto)-regulated host immunity and emphasized its probiotic properties for preventing and alleviating infections caused by gram-positive bacteria. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to show that B. subtilis (natto) confers specific resistance against gram-positive bacteria.

BACKGROUND: There are few data on the prevalence of gestational diabetes (GDM) in pregnant women living with HIV (WLHIV) in sub-Saharan Africa, particularly those using integrase strand transfer inhibitors such as dolutegravir (DTG). METHODS: We prospectively enrolled pregnant WLHIV and pregnant women without HIV ≥18 years old in Gaborone, Botswana, excluding those with pre-existing diabetes. We screened for GDM using a 75 g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) performed at 24-28 weeks' gestation or at the earliest prenatal visit for those presenting after 28 weeks. Logistic regression models were fitted to assess the association between maternal HIV infection and GDM. Subgroup analyses were performed among WLHIV to assess the association between maternal antiretroviral therapy (ART) in pregnancy [DTG vs. efavirenz (EFV) with tenofovir/emtricitabine] and GDM. RESULTS: Of 486 pregnant women, 66.5% were WLHIV, and they were older than women without HIV (median age 30 vs. 25 years, P < 0.01). Among WLHIV, 97.8% had an HIV-1 RNA level < 400 copies/mL at enrolment. Overall, 8.4% had GDM with similar rates between WLHIV and those without HIV (9.0% vs. 7.4%). The WLHIV receiving DTG-based ART had a 60% lower risk for GDM compared with those on EFV-based ART (adjusted odds ratio = 0.40, 95% CI: 0.18-0.92) after adjusting for confounders. CONCLUSIONS: Pregnant WLHIV on ART in Botswana were not at increased risk of GDM compared with women without HIV. Among WLHIV, the risk of GDM was lower with DTG- than with EFV-based ART. Further studies with larger cohorts are warranted to confirm these findings.

Objective: To investigate the clinical features and effect of prognostic factors in patients with different pathological types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. Methods: We collected and analyzed the clinical data of 89 patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis who were treated at Huadong Hospital from March 2013 to May 2020. The data were analyzed via log-rank and Cox multivariate analyses. Results: The median overall survival time of the 89 cases was 10.2 months. Patients with B-cell lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis did not reach the median overall survival time. The median overall survival times of T-cell lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis and NK-cell lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis were 10.2 and 3.0 months, respectively. The pathological type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (OS: P=0041, PFS: P=0.015) , ECOG score ≥ 3 (OS: P=0.031, PFS: P=0.030) , hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (OS: P=0.005, PFS: P=0.040) , lymphadenopathy (OS: P=0.007, PFS: P=0.012) , and splenomegaly (OS: P=0.276, PFS: P=0.324) were related to the overall survival and progression-free survival of patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. Splenectomy could improve the prognosis of patients with lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, especially T-cell lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. Conclusion: The clinical characteristics of patients with different pathological types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis were similar but were different in the overall survival rate and the effect of prognostic factors. We suggested that patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis should receive more than combined chemotherapy. To improve the prognosis and survival rate of patients, those with B-cell lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis and NK-cell lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis promptly require hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Moreover, patients with T-cell lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis should consider splenectomy.

To construct cellular senescence model by stimulating primary hepatocytes with hydrogen peroxide (H(2)O(2)). Primary hepatocytes were transfected with p53 siRNA, progerin siRNA or IGF-1 adenovirus vector. The number of SA-ß-Gal stained positive cells and the expression of p53 and progerin were detected. The results showed that p53 siRNA and progerin siRNA had knocked-down the expression of p53 and progerin, and had alleviated the hepatocyte senescence. Transfection of insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-1 adenovirus vector into primary hepatocytes had overexpressed IGF-1, and had alleviated the number of SA-ß-Gal-positive cells. The expression of p53 and progerin was down-regulated in the nucleus, while the expression of p53 was up-regulated in the cytoplasm. The co-precipitation and co-localization of p53 and progerin was decreased in the nuclear region of hepatocytes. Objective: To analyze the expression of CXC chemokine ligand 10 (CXCL10) in glioma and its clinical significance through bioinformatics. Methods: The expression level of CXCL10 in glioma, and its prognostic significance, gene ontology (GO) function annotation, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genome (KEGG) pathway enrichment and the correlation of tumor cell purity were analyzed in TCGA, CGGA, MetaScape, TIMER databases. In addition, 34 clinical glioma tissues were collected for Western Blot and immunohistochemistry to further verify the correlation between CXCL10 and glioma. Results: CGGA and TCGA database analysis showed that with the increase of WHO grade, the expression of CXCL10 in gliomas increased (P<0.01). The overall survival rate of patients with high CXCL10 expression was significantly lower than that of patients with low expression (χ2 =148.1,P<0.05). Among patients with grade Ⅳ glioblastoma who received radiotherapy or chemotherapy, the patients with low CXCL10 expression were associated with good survival (χ2 =6.714,P<0.05;χ2 =5.618,P<0.05). Moreover, GO and KEGG analysis showed that genes co-expressed with CXCL10 were mainly enriched in the biological processes such as cytokine-mediated signaling pathways, regulating adaptive immune responses and inflammatory responses. Furthermore, TIMER database analysis showed that CXCL10 was negatively correlated with the purity of glioma cells (LGG: r=-0.129;GBM: r=-0.165;P<0.05). Similarly, clinical sample analysis also showed that the expression level of CXCL10 increased in glioma, and it increased with the grade of glioma (all P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of CXCL10 is up-regulated in glioma as well as it increased with the malignant degree of glioma. At the same time, the high expression of CXCL10 in glioma is closely related to the poor prognosis of patients.

Objective: To explore the effects of Wnt3a on the proliferation, migration and osteogenic differentiation of periodontal ligament stem cell (PDLSC) and to identify the role of Wnt3a in alveolar bone regeneration in mouse experimental periodontitis. Methods: The experiments were conducted by stimulating PDLSC using Wnt3a of 5 different concentrations (0, 20, 100, 200, 500 µg/L) respectively. Cell proliferation was detected by cell-counting assay, cell migration was evaluated by Transwell assay and the expressions of osteogenic related genes collagen Ⅰ (Col-Ⅰ), runt-related transcription factor 2 (Runx2) were examined by real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). Poly lactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA)-Wnt3a-hyaluronic acid (HA) hydrogel was injected locally into the gingival sulcus of mice with experimental periodontitis. After 1, 2, 4, and 8 weeks of hydrogel injection, samples of maxillary alveolar bone were obtained. Micro-CT, HE staining and immunohistochemical staining of osteogenesis related markers, such as alkaline phosphatase (ALP), Runx2, osteocalcin (OCN), were used to evaluate alveolar bone regeneration. Results: After 10 d of culture, Wnt3a with concentrations of 20-500 µg/L significantly promoted the proliferation (P<0.01) and the migration (P<0.01) of PDLSC. After 21 d of culture, the expression levels of Col-Ⅰ mRNA were 0.96±0.27, 1.90±0.47, 2.18±0.24, 2.32±0.15 and 1.99±0.43 in 5 concentration groups respectively, and the expression levels of Runx2 mRNA were 1.08±0.15, 3.19±0.17, 6.19±0.28, 9.19±0.41 and 5.55±0.06, respectively. Both expressions had significant statistical differences compared with the negative control group (P<0.05). At 1, 2, 4, and 8 weeks, the Wnt3a hydrogel group had less distance [(497.3±18.2), (455.7±12.5), (401.0±8.5), (362.3±15.5) µm] from the cemento-enamel junction to alveolar bone crest compared with the periodontitis group [(710.3±10.2), (614.0±16.4), (564.3±12.5), (502.3±6.8) µm] (P<0.01) and weaker periodontal inflammation. Immunohistochemical results showed that the expression levels of bone-related proteins of ALP (0.72±0.01), Runx2 (0.77±0.03) and OCN (0.72±0.07) in the Wnt3a hydrogel group were increased compared with the periodontitis group (P<0.01). Conclusions: Wnt3a might promote the proliferation, migration and osteogenic differentiation of PDLSC and the alveolar bone regeneration.
