RESUMO

A multi-channel analog front-end (AFE) ASIC for wearable EEG recording application is presented in this paper. Two techniques, namely chopping stabilization (CS) and time-division-multiplexing (TDM) are combined in a unified manner to improve the input-referred noise and the system level common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) for multi-channel AFE. With the proposed TDM/CS structure, multiple channels can share single second-stage amplifier for significant reduction in chip size and power consumption. Dual feedback loops for input impedance boosting as well as electrode offset cancellation are incorporated in the system. Implemented in a 0.18-µm CMOS process, the AFE consumes 24 µW under 1 V supply. The input referred noise is 0.63 µVrms in 0.5 Hz - 100 Hz and the input impedance is boosted to 560 MΩ at 50 Hz. The measured amplifier intrinsic CMRR and system-level AFE CMRR are 89 dB and 82 dB, respectively.

Discovering green solvents and their inner mechanisms for efficient deconstruction of lignocellulosic biomass recalcitrance are receiving growing interests. In this work, eco-friendly levulinic acid (LA) based deep eutectic solvents (DES) were proposed for pretreatment on moso bamboo by combining acetamide (Am), betaine (Ba) and choline chloride (ChCl) as hydrogen bonding acceptors. LA/ChCl pretreated materials showed optimal enzymatic accessibility with the highest glucose yield (79.07%) because of its higher lignin removal, morphological disruption and decreased crystallinity. Moreover, the microvoids (averagely 30 nm) and cracks were observed for cellulose microfibrils in anisotropic directions, which resulted in shorter microfibrils and crystallites facilitating the enzymatic hydrolysis. The studies on recyclability revealed that LA/Ba DES had better recycling performance due to its maintaining capability of lignin extraction. Series of supramolecular changes on oriented crystalline cellulose were determined in this work by novel LA based DES, which may provide new alternatives for biomass pretreatments.

Chitin deacetylase (CDA) is a hydrolytic enzyme that modifies chitin into chitosan in the body of insects. In this study, we obtained a full-length complementary DNA sequence (MsCDA1) from the oriental armyworm Mythimna separata by high-throughput sequencing. MsCDA1 is 1,952 bp long and includes 1,620 bp open reading frame encoding 539 amino acids. Analysis by quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction showed that MsCDA1 expression was higher at the adult stage than at earlier developmental stages. MsCDA1 was expressed in all larval tissues examined, in which the highest expression level was found in the midgut. The RNA interference (RNAi) suppressed MsCDA1 expression levels at 12, 24, and 48 hr after injection of double-stranded RNA (1-4 µg per larva) specific to MsCDA1. Under RNAi condition, CDA enzyme activity was significantly reduced and changes an ultramicroscopic structure of M. separata peritrophic matrix especially in its microfibrillar organization exhibiting loose network. In contrast, the surface of the peritrophic matrix was relatively smooth and well organized at control or low RNAi conditions. Moreover, RNAi of MsCDA1 expression impaired larval growth and development, occasionally leading to larval death. These results demonstrate that MsCDA1 plays a crucial role in maintaining peritrophic matrix integrity in M. separata.

Acute lung injury (ALI) is a kind of lung serious disease which leads to the damage of alveolar epithelial cells and capillary endothelial. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is one of the common factors inducing ALI. The previous study has reported that the anti-inflammatory effect of peiminine, but little is known about its effect on the ALI induced by LPS. The aim of this study is to investigate the therapeutic effect of peiminine on LPS-induced acute lung injury and potential mechanisms. Mice were given LPS through nasal cavity to establish ALI model, and then the peiminine (1, 3, or 5 mg/kg) was injected into the mice as the experimental group. In the present study, we would measure the W/D ratio, activity of MPO, the histopathological changes, and the levels of cytokines. The results showed that peiminine could reduce the W/D ratio and the MPO activity significantly. Furthermore, the histopathological changes and the expression of TNF-α, IL-1ß, and IL-6 were inhibited after the peiminine treatment. In vitro, peiminine significantly inhibited LPS-induced IL-8 production in A549 lung epithelial cells. Meanwhile, the activity of NF-κB signaling pathway was suppressed obviously by peiminine with the western blot analysis. Also, peiminine significantly attenuated LPS-induced AKT and PI3K phosphorylation. In addition, peiminine was found to disrupt lipid rafts formation by attenuating the cholesterol content. In conclusion, peiminine could attenuate LPS-induced ALI in mice and it may become a new approach to treat ALI.

INTRODUCTION: Systemic nutrition and inflammation are the critical factors in cancer initiation, evolution, and progression. This study aimed to evaluate the prognostic value of the prognostic nutritional index (PNI) and systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients who underwent liver resection. METHODS: A total of 202 HCC patients met the criteria and were included in the study. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to calculate the optimal PNI and SII cutoff values. The relationship between PNI/SII and clinicopathologic parameters was analyzed. The effect of PNI and SII on recurrence-free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS) was investigated by Kaplan-Meier curves and Cox proportional hazards models. RESULTS: The areas under the ROC curve for PNI and SII were 0.64 and 0.58. The ideal preoperative PNI and SII cutoff values were 50.25 and 461.5, respectively. Multivariate Cox regression analysis identified that the PNI (P = 0.001) and tumor diameter (P = 0.018) were significant prognostic markers for RFS, and that the PNI (P = 0.049), SII (P = 0.039) and tumor diameter (P = 0.001) were significant prognostic markers for OS. The median RFS in the PNI-low and PNI-high groups was 13.5 months and 23 months (P = 0.001), and that in the SII-low and SII-high groups was 18 months and 15 months (P = 0.03), respectively. The median OS in the PNI-low and PNI-high groups was 24 months and 39 months (P = 0.001), and that in the SII-low and SII-high groups was 36 months and 22 months (P = 0.002), respectively. CONCLUSION: Interestingly, we found that PNI and SII could be important prognostic parameters for HCC patients who under hepatectomy.

The Au-Hg amalgam anchored on the surface of reduced graphene oxide nanosheets (Au-Hg/rGO) has been synthesized successfully and characterized by various techniques such as transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The Au-Hg/rGO nanocomposites were found to possess excellent peroxidase-like catalytic activity and can quickly catalyze the oxidation of colorless 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) to blue oxTMB in the presence of H2O2. The obvious color change offered accurate determination of the H2O2 concentration by recording the absorbance at 652 nm using a UV-vis spectrophotometer. The linear response range for H2O2 was from 5 µM to 100 µM and the detection limit was 3.25 µM (S/N = 3). Furthermore, a kinetic study indicated that the catalytic behavior of Au-Hg/rGO nanocomposites followed the typical Michaelis-Menten theory and Au-Hg/rGO nanocomposites showed good affinity for H2O2. We envision that the simple and sensitive colorimetric detection system holds great promising applications in clinical diagnostics and food and environment monitoring.

High concentrations of microcystins (MCs) in sediment pose a serious hazard to aquatic and terrestrial organisms. Hence, we investigated the seasonal variation of dominant MCs (MC-LR, MC-RR and MC-YR) in sediments of Lake Taihu over four seasons for the first time. Sediment MCs varied seasonally (p < 0.01) with concentrations highest in August and lowest in February. The MCs were dominated by MC-LR (61.47%) with the content ranging from 0.02 to 2.37 µg/g dry weight in sediment. The three MC congeners and their proportions were significantly correlated with latitude and longitude. Meiliang Bay in the north had the highest MCs of all sites, while the eastern part of the lake had a high level especially in August. Variation of MC-LR and MC-RR concentrations was significantly correlated (p < 0.05) with water temperature, dissolved total organic carbon, cyanobacteria density, total suspended solid particles, and total organic carbon and total nitrogen in sediment, while MC-YR was negatively correlated (p < 0.01) with nutrients in the water column and heavy metals in sediments. An ecological risk assessment suggested the MCs already pose significant adverse effects on Potamopyrgus antipodarum; although the adverse effects on humans were weak, children were at greater risk than adults.

Previous studies have shown that semaphorin-3F (SEMA3F) functions as a tumor suppressor in several tumor types. However, the role of SEMA3F in the metastasis and prognosis of liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC) remains unknown. In this study, by performing bioinformatics analysis on the transcriptome profiles from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), we demonstrated that SEMA3F was significantly upregulated in LIHC tissues, compared with normal controls. Moreover, the expression value of SEMA3F was positively correlated with patients' pathological stages and tumor metastasis, predicting a poor overall survival. Besides, SEMA3F expression level was negatively correlated with its methylation level, but positively correlated with its gene copy number. Differential expression analysis of LIHC samples with high or low SEMA3F expression values suggested that 983 genes were differentially expressed, among which 723 genes were upregulated and 260 genes were downregulated. Furthermore, enrichment analysis of differentially expressed genes revealed that SEMA3F was involved in the activation of focal adhesion pathway, which induced tumor metastasis. Taken together, our results suggested that the oncogenic function of SEMA3F promoted hepatocellular carcinoma metastasis by activating focal adhesion pathway.

OBJECTIVE: To establish nomogram based on inflammatory indices for differentiating intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) from hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). METHODS: A cohort of 422 patients with HCC or ICC hospitalized at Xiangya Hospital between January 2014 and December 2018 was included in the study. Univariate and multivariate analysis was performed to identify the independent differential factors. Through combining these independent differential factors, a nomogram was established for differential diagnosis between ICC and HCC. The accuracy of nomogram was evaluated by using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, calibration curve, and decision curve analysis (DCA). The results were validated using a prospective study on 98 consecutive patients operated on from January 2019 to November 2019 at the same institution. RESULTS: Sex (OR = 9.001, 95% CI: 3.268-24.792, P < .001), hepatitis (OR = 0.323, 95% CI: 0.121-0.860, P = .024), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) (OR = 0.997, 95% CI: 0.995-1.000, P = .046), carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA199) (OR = 1.016, 95% CI: 1.007-1.025, P < .001), and aspartate transaminase-to-neutrophil ratio index (ANRI) (OR = 0.904, 95% CI: 0.843-0.969, P = .004) were the independent differential factors for ICC. Nomogram was established with well-fitted calibration curves through incorporating these 5 factors. Comparing model 1 including gender, hepatitis, AFP, and CA199 (C index = 0.903, 95% CI: 0.849-0.957) and model 2 enrolling AFP and CA199 (C index = 0.850, 95% CI: 0.791-0.908), the nomogram showed a better discrimination between ICC and HCC, with a C index of 0.920 (95% CI, 0.872-0.968). The results were consistent in the validation cohort. DCA also confirmed the conclusion. CONCLUSION: A nomogram was established for the differential diagnosis between ICC and HCC preoperatively, and better therapeutic choice would be made if it was applied in clinical practice.

Sporotrichosis is endemic in Jilin Province of Northeast China. While paediatric cases make a substantial contribution to the epidemiological profile of sporotrichosis, the differences in the epidemiology and clinical manifestations of sporotrichosis between paediatric and adult patients remain unclear. We retrospectively reviewed the clinical records of 2968 cases of sporotrichosis (2113 adult patients aged ≥ 15 years and 855 paediatric patients aged < 15 years) over a nine-year period (01/01/2010-31/12/2018-). All the patients were diagnosed with sporotrichosis based on fungal culture of material from a skin lesion. In paediatric patients, the male:female ratio was 1.3:1, the incidence of sporotrichosis in the cold seasons was high (79.0%), most lesions occurred in the facial region (92.2%), and there was a preponderance of fixed cutaneous sporotrichosis (86.8%). In adult patients, the male:female ratio was 1:2.4, the incidence of sporotrichosis in the cold seasons was 66.0%, most lesions affected the extremities (48.6%) and the face (44.9%), and fixed cutaneous sporotrichosis was common (69.3%). The results indicate there were significant differences in the distribution of paediatric and adult sporotrichosis patients by sex, season with the highest occurrence of sporotrichosis, lesion sites and clinical types. Our results suggest that the epidemiology and clinical manifestations between paediatric and adult patients were different, and the route of infection of sporotrichosis in children may differ from that of adults in Jilin Province.

OBJECTIVE: Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress is involved in hypertension related cardiac remodeling. We aimed to evaluate the effects of Huoxue Qianyang (HXQY) decoction on cardiac remodeling in obese spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs), and explore its impacts on the activating transcription factor 6 (ATF6)-C/EBP homologous protein (CHOP) ER stress signaling pathway. METHODS: Twenty-seven obese SHRs were randomly divided into Obese SHR, Obese SHR + HXQY and Obese SHR + Valsartan groups, and treated with the indicated drugs for 8 weeks. Nine age-matched male SHRs were used as controls. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), body weight (BW), and the left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were measured weekly or at end point. Then, angiotensin II (Ang II), fasting glucose (FPG) and fasting insulin (FIN), total cholesterol (TC), LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C), HDL-cholesterol (HDL-C) and triglyceride (TG) levels were evaluated with commercial kits. Apoptotic cardiomyocytes were detected by the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) method. The expression levels of GRP78, ATF6, PERK/pPERK and CHOP were assessed by quantitative PCR and Western blot. RESULTS: Treatment with HXQY decoction resulted in significantly reduced SBP, BW, LVMI, Ang II, TC and LDL-C levels, as well as the homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) score in obese SHRs. Apoptosis in heart tissues of obese SHRs was significantly attenuated after HXQY decoction administration, paralleling reduced expression of GRP78, ATF6, PERK/pPERK and CHOP at both mRNA and protein levels. CONCLUSION: Cardiac remodeling in obese SHRs is ameliorated by intervention with HXQY decoction in association with inhibited ATF6-CHOP ER stress signaling pathway.

We reviewed outcomes of 230 flexor tendon repairs in 27 thumbs and 203 fingers in Zone 1 and 2 over 7 years. In 2013, we used a 2-strand modified Kessler method followed by passive motion exercise in repairing flexor digitorum profundus tendon injuries in Zone 2 in 30 fingers; 24 fingers were followed, five (26%) had repair ruptures. Between 2014 and 2017, we used a 4- or 6-strand method to repair 111 flexor digitorum profundus tendons in Zone 2, followed by true early active motion. Two had repair ruptures. Among 101 fingers followed over 6 months, two fingers had tenolysis and 87 (87%) good or excellent outcomes. In 2018 to 2019, we used a 6-strand method to repair 42 flexor digitorum profundus tendons in Zone 2 with out-of-splint early active motion. None had repair ruptures or tenolysis. From 2014 to 2019, 27 flexor pollicis longus tendons were repaired in Zone 1 or 2, and 20 fingers had end-to-end flexor digitorum profundus repairs in Zone 1; none had repair ruptures or tenolysis. We conclude that a strong repair and true active motion are necessary for best outcomes of flexor tendon repairs in the thumb and fingers, and out-of-splint true active motion is safe.

Cedrol, mainly derived from Juniperus virginiana L. essential oil, has been demonstrated the anxiolytic effect, although its mechanism of action is still not fully established. In the present study, male ICR mice were submitted to the elevated plus maze (EPM) and light-dark box (LDB) tests to investigate the putative mechanism of anxiolytic effect. WAY100635 (5-HT1A receptor antagonist), flumazenil (benzodiazepine receptor antagonist), SCH23390 (dopamine D1 receptor antagonist) or sulpiride (dopamine D2/D3 receptor antagonist) were used in the behavioral experiment to determine the mechanism of action of cedrol. Subsequently, the monoamine neurotransmitter levels were evaluated after behavioral tests. The data suggest that no significant effect in behavioral parameters were observed after sole intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection of antagonists compared to saline group. The anxiolytic effect of cedrol in behavioral procedures was blocked by either WAY100635 or flumazenil. The anxiolytic effect of cedrol (1200 mg/kg) was effectively antagonized by SCH23390 (0.125 mg/kg). Furthermore, cedrol decreased the DA and NE levels in hippocampus, striatum and hypothalamus. The present findings suggest that the dopaminergic system (D1 receptor) rather than serotoninergic or GABAergic system may potentially be involved in the modulation of cedrol-induced anxiolytic-like behaviors in mice.

Background: The goal of this study is to assess the newest survival of hepatoblastoma (HB) and the risk factors which impacted on survival by using the Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) database, also calculate the incidence of HB in recent years. Methods: We calculate age-adjusted incidence of HB by using SEER 21 registries. Age, sex, race, tumor size, macrovascular involvement, multifocal tumor, distant metastasis, the way of treatment, and the survival were collected for survival and analysis of prognostic factors in SEER 18 registries. Survival curves, according to different factors, were obtained by Kaplan-Meier estimates. Multivariable Cox regression models were also built. Results: The overall age-adjusted incidence of HB was 0.19 patients per 100,000 children with a statistically significant increase per year. Overall survival (OS) at 1-, 3- and 5-year for all patients were 89.3%, 84.6%, and 81.9%, respectively. Multivariate analysis showed tumor size >5 cm [hazard ratio (HR), 8.271; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.134-60.310], multiple tumors (HR, 2.578; 95% CI, 1.424-4.668) and no-surgery treatment (HR, 7.520; 95% CI, 4.121-13.724) were independent indicators of poor prognosis. Only the age ≥2-year-old (HR, 3.240; 95% CI, 1.433-7.326) and multiple tumors (HR, 2.395; 95% CI, 1.057-5.430) were the risk factors for the surgical treatment group. Conclusions: The survival of patients with HB has been greatly improved in the recent years, and at the same time, due to the application of better chemotherapy, we should re-evaluate the traditional risk indicators of prognosis in order to better apply to the clinical.

A multi-channel biopotential recording analog front-end (AFE) with a fully integrated area-efficient driven-right-leg (DRL) circuit is presented in this paper. The proposed AFE includes 10 channels of low-noise capacitive coupled instrumentation amplifier (CCIA), one shared 10-bit SAR ADC and a fully integrated DRL to enhance the system-level common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR). The proposed DRL circuit senses the common-mode at the CCIA output so that the AFE gain is reused as the DRL loop gain. Therefore unit-gain buffer with small averaging capacitors can be used in DRL circuit to reduce the circuit area significantly. The proposed AFE has been implemented in a standard 0.18-µm CMOS process. The DRL circuit achieved more than 85% chip area reduction with maximum 60 dB enhancement to system-level CMRR. Measurement results show high/low AFE gain of 60 dB/54 dB respectively with 1 µA/channel current consumption under 1.0 V power supply. The measured AFE input-referred noise in 1 Hz - 10k Hz range is 4.2 µVrms and the maximum system-level CMRR is 110 dB.

Objective: To preoperatively predict the microvascular invasion (MVI) risk in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) using nomogram. Methods: A retrospective cohort of 513 patients with HCC hospitalized at Xiangya Hospital between January 2014 and December 2018 was included in the study. Univariate and multivariate analysis was performed to identify the independent risk factors for MVI. Based on the independent risk factors, nomogram was established to preoperatively predict the MVI risk in HCC. The accuracy of nomogram was evaluated by using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, calibration curve and decision curve analysis (DCA). Results: Tumor size (OR=1.17, 95% CI: 1.11-1.23, p<0.001), preoperative AFP level greater than 155 ng/mL (OR=1.65, 95% CI: 1.13-2.39, p=0.008) and NLR (OR=1.14, 95% CI: 1.00-1.29, p=0.042) were the independent risk factors for MVI. Incorporating these 3 factors, nomogram was established with the concordance index of 0.71 (95% CI, 0.66-0.75) and well-fitted calibration curves. DCA confirmed that using this nomogram added more benefit compared with the measures that treat all patients or treat none patients. At the cutoff value of predicted probability ≥0.44, the model demonstrated sensitivity of 61.64%, specificity of 71.53%, positive predictive value (PPV) of 64.13%, and negative predictive value (NPV) of 69.31%. Conclusion: Nomogram was established for preoperative prediction of the MVI risk in HCC patients, and better therapeutic choice will be made if it was applied in clinical practice.

Large-scale voltage collapse incidences, which result in power outages over large regions and extensive economic losses, are presently common occurrences worldwide. Therefore, the voltage stability analysis of power systems has become a topic of increasing interest. This paper firstly presents a comprehensive evaluation method for conducting static and transient voltage stability analysis in electric power systems. To overcome the limitations associated with single-index systems in the evaluation of voltage stability, the analysis approach employs a multi-index system with four primary criteria based on separate analysis methods with ten sub-criteria based on individual indices. In addition, this paper proposes a comprehensive method for establishing index weights, which combines the subjective analytic hierarchy process weighting method and the objective entropy weighting method. An innovative index-weight optimization method based on the Lagrange conditioned extreme value is presented and sensitivity analysis is applied to test the robust of the proposed method. Finally, Fuzzy-TOPSIS is employed to rank the voltage buses of a power system as the final results, considering system functionality and proportionality. The results obtained for an actual power grid in Hami City, China demonstrate that the proposed method represents an effective approach for determining the weakest bus in power systems.

The passive sampling method of diffusive gradients in thin-films (DGT) was developed to provide a quantitative and time-integrated measurement of microcystin-LR (MC-LR) in waters. The DGT method in this study used HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic-balanced) material as a binding agent, and methanol as an eluent. The diffusion coefficient of MC-LR was 5.01 × 10-6 cm2 s-1 at 25 °C in 0.45 mm thick diffusion layer. This DGT method had a binding capacity of 4.24 µg per binding gel disk (3.14 cm2), ensuring sufficient capacity to measure MC-LR in most water matrices. The detection limit of HLB DGT was 0.48 ng L-1. DGT coupled to analysis by HPLC appears to be an accurate method for MC-LR monitoring. Comparison of DGT measurements for MC-LR in water and a conventional active sampling method showed little difference. This study demonstrates that HLB-based DGT is a useful tool for in situ monitoring of MC-LR in fresh waters.

Mitochondrial dysfunction plays a vital role in the progression of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Previous studies have confirmed that the disorder of SIRT1/PGC-1α deacetylation pathway aggravated mitochondrial dysfunction. HuoXue QianYang QuTan Recipe (HQQR) is a commonly used prescription that has shown therapeutic effects on obesity hypertension and its complications. However, the potential mechanisms are still unclear. In the present study, obesity hypertension (OBH) was established in rats and we investigated the efficacy and mechanisms of HQQR on LVH. Rats were divided into the five groups: (1) WKY-ND group, (2) SHR-ND group, (3) OBH-HF group, (4) OBH-HF/V group and (5) OBH-HF/H group. We evaluated body weight, Lee index and blood pressure (BP) before and every 2 weeks after treatment. After 10 weeks of treatment, we mainly detected glycolipid metabolic index, the severity of LVH, mitochondrial function along with SIRT1/PGC-1α deacetylation pathway. Our results showed that HQQR significantly lowered body weight, Lee index, BP and improved the disorder of glycolipid metabolism in OBH rats. Importantly, we uncovered HQQR could alleviate mitochondrial dysfunction in OBH rats by regulating SIRT1/PGC-1α deacetylation pathway. These changes could be associated with the inhibition of LVH.

BACKGROUND: Pyrazol-5-amine derivatives are an important class of heterocyclic compounds. However, there are less 4-alkyl substituted pyrazoles reported. OBJECTIVE: Here reported are the design, synthesis and biological evaluation of 3-aryl-4-alkylpyrazol-5-amines derivatives. METHOD: A serials of 3-aryl-4-alkylpyrazol-5-amines were designed and the biological action targets were screened by target fishing function of Discovery Studio software. The synthesis route involved 3-oxo-3-arylpropanenitrile formation, alkylation, pyrazole formation, and amides formation. The antitumor activities of these compounds were carried out by MTT method using U-2 OS (osteosarcoma) and A549 (lung cancer) tumor cells. RESULTS: Eight 3-aryl-4-alkylpyrazol-5-amines were synthesized, and their structures were verified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS. Thirteen pharmacophores were mapped out by target fishing. Compound 5h showed anti-proliferation activities against U-2 OS and A549 tumor cell with IC50 value of 0.9 µM and 1.3 µM., respectively. CONCLUSION: Compound 5h might represent a promising scaffold for the further development of novel antitumor drugs.
