RESUMO

Primary cilia transduce diverse signals in embryonic development and adult tissues. Defective ciliogenesis results in a series of human disorders collectively known as ciliopathies. The CP110-CEP97 complex removal from the mother centriole is an early critical step for ciliogenesis, but the underlying mechanism for this step remains largely obscure. Here, we reveal that the linear ubiquitin chain assembly complex (LUBAC) plays an essential role in ciliogenesis by targeting the CP110-CEP97 complex. LUBAC specifically generates linear ubiquitin chains on CP110, which is required for CP110 removal from the mother centriole in ciliogenesis. We further identify that a pre-mRNA splicing factor, PRPF8, at the distal end of the mother centriole acts as the receptor of the linear ubiquitin chains to facilitate CP110 removal at the initial stage of ciliogenesis. Thus, our study reveals a direct mechanism of regulating CP110 removal in ciliogenesis and implicates the E3 ligase LUBAC as a potential therapy target of cilia-associated diseases, including ciliopathies and cancers.

RESUMO

Ormosia purpureiflora is endemic to China. It is named after its purple flowers. It is a small tree only up to 3 m. It has leathery leaves, racemose inflorescences. The seeds are elliptic and red in coat. It is only confined to Luofushan Provincial Nature Reserve in Huizhou of Guangdong Province. Herein, we first reported on its complete chloroplast genome sequence as genomic resource for conservation purposes. The chloroplast genome of O. purpureiflora was 173,364 bp in length, with a large single-copy region of 73,465 bp, a small single-copy region of 18,751 bp, and a pair of inverted repeat regions that were 40,574 bp each. A total of 90 protein-coding genes, 38 transfer RNA genes, and eight ribosomal RNA genes were predicted, while 106 simple sequence repeats were recorded throughout the genome. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that O. purpureiflora was sister to O. emarginata.

To understand the mental health status of Chinese postgraduate students during the COVID-19 pandemic, we used three online questionnaires: self-rating anxiety (SAS) scale, self-rating depression (SDS) scale, and social avoidance and distress (SAD) scale. A total of 3137 postgraduate students from different regions of China participated in our study. We explored the relationship between participant characteristics and mental health using an analysis of variance (ANOVA). We found that the proportions of respondents with severe, mild, and moderate depression were 1.4%, 10.48%, and 21.99%, respectively, and the corresponding proportions of respondents with anxiety were 1.56%, 4.65%, and 14.69%, respectively. A one-way ANOVA revealed that the mental health statuses of the participants were different between the subgroups based on majors, classes, degree types, and the method of communication with advisors and students. A two-way ANOVA revealed significant effects on interaction and the method of communication with advisors and peers. These findings suggest that the mental health of postgraduate students should be monitored during the pandemic, especially when they are unable to communicate directly with their advisors or peers, and targeted psychological counselling must be focused on anxiety and depression.

BACKGROUNDS: Populus and Salix belong to Salicaceae and are used as models to investigate woody plant physiology. The variation of karyotype and nuclear DNA content can partly reflect the evolutionary history of the whole genome, and can provide critical information for understanding, predicting, and potentially ameliorating the woody plant traits. Therefore, it is essential to study the chromosome number (CN) and genome size in detail to provide information for revealing the evolutionary process of Salicaceae. RESULTS: In this study, we report the somatic CNs of seventeen species from eight genera in Salicaceae. Of these, CNs for twelve species and for five genera are reported for the first time. Among the three subfamilies of Salicaceae, the available data indicate CN in Samydoideae is n = 21, 22, 42. The only two genera, Dianyuea and Scyphostegia, in Scyphostegioideae respectively have n = 9 and 18. In Salicoideae, Populus, Salix and five genera closely related to them (Bennettiodendron, Idesia, Carrierea, Poliothyrsis, Itoa) are based on relatively high CNs from n = 19, 20, 21, 22 to n = 95 in Salix. However, the other genera of Salicoideae are mainly based on relatively low CNs of n = 9, 10, 11. The genome sizes of 35 taxa belonging to 14 genera of Salicaceae were estimated. Of these, the genome sizes of 12 genera and all taxa except Populus euphratica are first reported. Except for Dianyuea, Idesia and Bennettiodendron, all examined species have relatively small genome sizes of less than 1 pg, although polyploidization exists. CONCLUSIONS: The variation of CN and genome size across Salicaceae indicates frequent ploidy changes and a widespread sharing of the salicoid whole genome duplication (WGD) by the relatives of Populus and Salix. The shrinkage of genome size after WGD indicates massive loss of genomic components. The phylogenetic asymmetry in clade of Populus, Salix, and their close relatives suggests that there is a lag-time for the subsequent radiations after the salicoid WGD event. Our results provide useful data for studying the evolutionary events of Salicaceae.

Deliberately optimizing the d-band position of an active component via electronic and lattice strain tuning is an effective way to boost its catalytic performance. We herein demonstrate this concept by constructing core-shell Au@NiPd nanoparticles with NiPd alloy shells of only three atomic layers through combining an Au catalysis with the galvanic replacement reaction. The Au core with larger electronegativity modulates the Pd electronic configuration, while the Ni atoms alloyed in the ultrathin shells neutralize the lattice stretching in Pd shells exerted by Au cores, equipping the active Pd metal with a favorable d-band position for electrochemical oxygen reduction reaction in an alkaline medium, for which core-shell Au@NiPd nanoparticles with a Ni/Pd atomic ratio of 3/7 exhibit a half-wave potential of 0.92 V, specific activity of 3.7 mA cm-2, and mass activity of 0.65 A mg-1 at 0.9 V, much better than most of the recently reported Pd-even Pt-based electrocatalysts.

Objective: To explore the best ablative margin (AM) for single hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients with image-guided percutaneous thermal ablation (IPTA) based on MRI-MRI fusion imaging, and to develop and validate a local tumor progression (LTP) predictive model based on the recommended AM. Methods: Between March 2014 and August 2019, 444 treatment-naïve patients with single HCC (diameter ≤3 cm) who underwent IPTA as first-line treatment from three hospitals were included, which were randomly divided into training (n= 296) and validation (n = 148) cohorts. We measured the ablative margin (AM) by MRI-MRI fusion imaging based on pre-ablation and post-ablation images. Then, we followed up their LPT and verified the optimal AM. Risk factors related to LTP were explored through Cox regression models, the nomogram was developed to predict the LTP risk base on the risk factors, and subsequently validated. The predictive performance and discrimination were assessed and compared with conventional indices. Results: The median follow-up was 19.9 months (95% CI 18.0-21.8) for the entire cohort. The results revealed that the tumor size (HR: 2.16; 95% CI 1.25-3.72; P = 0.003) and AM (HR: 0.72; 95% CI, 0.61-0.85; P < 0.001) were independent prognostic factors for LTP. The AM had a pronounced nonlinear impact on LTP, and a cut-off value of 5-mm was optimal. We developed and validated an LTP predictive model based on the linear tumor size and nonlinear AM. The model showed good predictive accuracy and discrimination (training set, concordance index [C-index] of 0.751; validation set, C-index of 0.756) and outperformed other conventional indices. Conclusion: The 5-mm AM is recommended for the best IPTA candidates with single HCC (diameter ≤3 cm). We provided an LTP predictive model that exhibited adequate performance for individualized prediction and risk stratification.

BACKGROUND: Two consistent overall cell protective preconditioning treatments should provide more protection. We hypothesized that limb remote ischemic preconditioning (RIPC, second preconditioning stimulus) applied during sevoflurane inhalation (first preconditioning stimulus) would provide more protection to the lungs of patients undergoing adult heart valve surgery. METHODS: In this randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind trial, 50 patients were assigned to the RIPC group or the placebo group (1:1). Patients in the RIPC group received three 5-min cycles of 300 mmHg cuff inflation/deflation of the left-side lower limb before aortic cross-clamping. Anesthesia consisted of opioids and propofol for induction and sevoflurane for maintenance. The primary end point was comparison of the postoperative arterial-alveolar oxygen tension ratio (a/A ratio) between groups. Secondary end points included comparisons of pulmonary variables, postoperative morbidity and mortality and regional and systemic inflammatory cytokines between groups. RESULTS: In the RIPC group, the a/A ratio and other pulmonary variables exhibited no significant differences throughout the study period compared with the placebo group. No significant differences in either plasma or bronchoalveolar lavage levels of TNF- α were noted between the groups at 10 min after anesthetic induction and 1 h after cross-clamp release. The percentage of neutrophils at 12 h postoperation was significantly increased in the RIPC group compared with the placebo group (91.34±0.00 vs. 89.42±0.10, P = 0.023). CONCLUSIONS: Limb RIPC applied during sevoflurane anesthesia did not provide additional significant pulmonary protection following adult valvular cardiac surgery.

Accumulating evidence has elucidated the biological function of lncRNAs in various tumors. FGD5 antisense RNA 1 (FGD5-AS1) is identified as a significant tumor regulator in malignancies. Up to now, the detailed function of FGD5-AS1 in cervical cancer and its underlying molecular mechanisms remain uninvestigated. Bone marrow stromal cell antigen 2 (BST2) can play critical roles in immune response, and the roles of BST2 in cervical cancer was explored currently. The level of FGD5-AS1 and BST2 was detected by qRT-PCR in cervical cancer cells. FGD5-AS1 and BST2 expression was significantly upregulated in cervical cancer cells. Then, the decrease of FGD5-AS1 greatly repressed cervical cancer cell growth in vitro. In addition, FGD5-AS1 silencing repressed BST2 expression and suppressed M2 macrophage polarization. Mechanistically, we confirmed that FGD5-AS1 sponged miR-129-5p to reduce its inhibition on BST2. Furthermore, lack of BST2 depressed cervical cancer cell growth, while inducing apoptosis. Loss of BST2 induced M1 macrophage polarization while blocking M2 macrophage polarization. For another, we demonstrated that FGD5-AS1-triggered M2 macrophage polarization was remarkably reversed by miR-129-5p via suppressing BST2. In conclusion, FGD5-AS1 induced M2 macrophage polarization via sponging miR-129-5p and modulating BST2, thus contributing to cervical cancer development. Our findings revealed FGD5-AS1/miR-129-5p/BST2 as a new potential target for cervical cancer.

Increasing evidence has shown a correlation between chronic periodontitis (CP) and Alzheimer's disease (AD). Nevertheless, there is still a lack of direct evidence, and especially key molecules to connect the two diseases. This study aims to investigate potential protein links between CP and AD within the inflammatory aspect. The hippocampus of CP model mice and controls were collected, and changes in protein expression were evaluated using two-dimensional differential in-gel electrophoresis (2D-DIGE) analysis combined with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. A total of 15 differentially expressed proteins were identified in CP model mice, as compared with the controls. Among them, S100-A9, transthyretin, Cofilin 2, peroxiredoxin 2, and lipocalin-2 were validated by Western blot according to their dual function both in inflammation and AD. Based on 2D-DIGE analysis, CP animal model had higher levels of S100-A9, Cofilin 2, peroxiredoxin 2, and lipocalin-2 compared to controls. The level of Cofilin 2, one of the well-established proteins in the pathology of AD, was strongly correlated with the time course of CP pathology, indicating a specific molecular correlation between CP and AD. Moreover, the in vivo results showed the level of Cofilin 2 increased significantly along with a prominent increase of the phosphorylation of protein phosphatase 2 (PP2A) and tau protein in the cell lysates of Porphyromonas gingivalis (P.g-LPS)-treated SK-N-SH APPwt cells. Cofilin 2 inhibition resulted in a sharp decrease in PP2A dependent of tau phosphorylation. Furthermore, tumor growth factor (TGF)-ß1 was one of the most important inflammatory cytokines for the Pg-LPS-induced Cofilin 2 upregulation in SK-N-SH APPwt cells. These results showed inflammation served as the bond between CP and AD, whereas inflammatory related proteins could be the key linkers between the two diseases. Determining the association between CP and AD at the molecular mechanism will not only hold the direct evidence of the association between the two diseases but also provide a new way of preventing and treating AD: the effective prevention and treatment of CP could serve as a useful method to alleviate the development of AD.

Hepatic impairment in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) may derive from cholangiocyte damage in the beginning, but not from direct infection of hepatocytes. Chronic liver disease patients co-infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) exhibited overexpression of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 receptors and overwhelming cytokine storm. Consensus has been reached that we should encourage as many people as possible to be vaccinated in order to achieve herd immunity. SARS-CoV-2 vaccines can prevent or alleviate severe infection and cytokine storm. It is recommended that all adult patients with chronic liver diseases and liver transplant recipients should receive COVID-19 vaccines using the standard dose and schedule. Data is not yet sufficient to compare the efficacy of different types of vaccines used in chronic liver disease patients.

In order to explore the concentrations of heavy metals and the influence of fencing on Hongze lake, the content, source, and spatial distribution characteristics of heavy metals in surface sediments and ecological risks were analyzed in 2018 after part of the fence around Hongze Lake was removed. The results showed that the average contents of Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, and Pb in the surface sediments in Hongze Lake were 66.78, 33.89, 25.35, 74.77, 16.55, 0.23, and 27.20 mg·kg-1, respectively. Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, and Pb contents were at non-polluting levels, with As and Cd at the lowest level, based on the accumulation index evaluation. Except for Cd, all the elements showed low potential ecological risk. The results showed that the heavy metal content in the fenced, dismantled, and peripheral areas increased and accumulated towards the center of the lake. The removal of the fence did not significantly reduce the heavy metal content in the short-term. Overall, Hongze Lake presented a state of low ecological risk. In the future, environmental policies should include surface sediment accumulation areas and fencing culture in the north and northeast of Hongze Lake.

Twenty-nine 12 N-substituted aloperine derivatives were synthesized and screened for suppression on PD-L1 expression in H460 cells, as a continuation of our work. Systematic structural modifications led to the identification of compound 6b as the most active PD-L1 modulator. Compound 6b could significantly down-regulate both constitutive and inductive PD-L1 expression in NSCLC cells, and successively enhance the cytotoxicity of co-cultured T cells against tumor cells at the concentration of 20 µM. Also, it exhibited a moderate in vivo anticancer efficacy against Lewis tumor xenograft with a stable PK and safety profile. The mechanism study indicated that 6b mediated the degradation of PD-L1 through a proteasome pathway, rather than a lysosome route. These results provided the powerful information for cancer immunotherapy of aloperine derivatives with unique endocyclic skeleton by targeting PD-L1 to activate immune cells to kill cancer cells.

To explore the mechanism of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium based on network pharmacology and inflammatory or pain mouse models. The effective components of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium were screened out by TCMSP database. And their potential corresponding targets were predicted by PharmMapper software. The possible targets relating to inflammation and pain were mainly collected through DrugBank, TTD and DisGeNET databases. The "active ingredient-gene-disease" network diagram was constructed by Cytoscape 3.7.0 software. The network pharmacology results showed 5 potential effective compounds, which were related to 29 targets; 132 targets relating to inflammation and pain were screened out in the DrugBank, TTD and DisGeNET databases. The network analysis results indicated that the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase catalytic subunit gamma isoform(PIK3 CG) gene may be the key to the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium. The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of essential oil extract and dichloromethane extract of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium were explored through the mouse model of inflammation induced by xylene or carrageenan and the mouse model of pain induced by acetic acid or formalin. The experimental results showed that essential oil extract and dichloromethane extract of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium could reduce xylene-induced ear swelling and carrageenan-induced paw swelling and decrease the number of writhing responses in mice induced by acetic acid and the licking foot time of mice in phase Ⅱ induced by formalin. Western blot results showed that Zanthoxyli Pericarpium extract could inhibit the expressions of PIK3 CG, phosphonated nuclear factor kappaB(p-NF-κB) and phosphonated p38(p-p38 MAPK) protein. The present study showed the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium through multiple components and targets, so as to provide a pharmacodynamic basis for the study of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium and its mechanism.

Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) are the standard-of-care treatment for EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLC). However, most patients develop acquired drug resistance to EGFR TKIs. HER3 is a unique pseudokinase member of the ERBB family that functions by dimerizing with other ERBB family members (EGFR and HER2) and is frequently overexpressed in EGFR-mutant NSCLC. Although EGFR TKI resistance mechanisms do not lead to alterations in HER3, we hypothesized that targeting HER3 might improve efficacy of EGFR TKI. HER3-DXd is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) comprised of HER3-targeting antibody linked to a topoisomerase I inhibitor currently in clinical development. In this study, we evaluated the efficacy of HER3-DXd across a series of EGFR inhibitor-resistant, patient-derived xenografts and observed it to be broadly effective in HER3-expressing cancers. We further developed a preclinical strategy to enhance the efficacy of HER3-DXd through osimertinib pre-treatment, which increased membrane expression of HER3 and led to enhanced internalization and efficacy of HER3-DXd. The combination of osimertinib and HER3-DXd may be an effective treatment approach and should be evaluated in future clinical trials in EGFR-mutant NSCLC patients.

To improve the safety of orthotropic steel bridge decks and the construction efficiency of bridge deck pavement by enhancing the performance of pavement materials, a new-generation, high-performance cold-mix resin was prepared by carrying out the combination of micro-characteristic analysis and performance test. Meanwhile, the pavement performance and fatigue performance of high-performance cold-mix resin mixtures and hot-mix epoxy saphalt mixtures as a control group were studied experimentally. The results show that different kinds of epoxy resins show bisphenol structure in essence. The curing exothermic peak temperature of the cold-mix resin increases with the heating rate. Both the specific heat capacity (△CP) of cold-mix resin and cold-mix resin asphalts exhibit a sudden change between -20 °C and 40 °C. In resin asphalt mixtures, cold-mix resin forms the network structure skeleton whereas the asphalt distributed in the form of tiny particles. The dosage of respective component has a significant effect on the tensile strength and elongation at break of cold-mix resin. Compared with hot-mix epoxy asphalt mixtures, cold-mix resin mixtures exhibit comparable water stability and high and low-temperature performance, as well as greater fatigue life.

Theoretical or numerical progressive collapse analysis is necessary for important civil structures in case of unforeseen accidents. However, currently, most analytical research is carried out under the assumption of material elasticity for problem simplification, leading to the deviation of analysis results from actual situations. On this account, a progressive collapse analysis procedure for truss structures is proposed, based on the assumption of elastoplastic materials. A plastic importance coefficient was defined to express the importance of truss members in the entire system. The plastic deformations of members were involved in the construction of local and global stiffness matrices. The conceptual removal of a member was adopted, and the impact of the member loss on the truss system was quantified by bearing capacity coefficients, which were subsequently used to calculate the plastic importance coefficients. The member failure occurred when its bearing capacity arrived at the ultimate value, instead of the elastic limit. The extra bearing capacity was embodied by additional virtual loads. The progressive collapse analysis was performed by iterations until the truss became a geometrically unstable system. After that, the critical progressive collapse path inside the truss system was found according to the failure sequence of the members. Lastly, the proposed method was verified against both analytical and experimental truss structures. The critical progressive collapse path of the experimental truss was found by the failure sequence of damaged members. The experimental observation agreed well with the corresponding analytical scenario, proving the method feasibility.

The umbilical-portal venous system (UPVS) plays an important role in embryonic development, as well as a significant blood circulation system to ensure the normal blood supply of fetal heart and brain and other vital organs. Congenital anomalies of UPVS contain many subtypes with a broad spectrum of manifestations and prognoses. Furthermore, because of fetal small lumen of UPVS, the sonographic evaluation remains difficult in utero. Appreciation of normal embryology and anatomy of UPVS is essential to an understanding of sonographic characteristics of anomalies of UPVS and fetal sequential changes. Through reviewing previous references and our experience with congenital abnormalities of UPVS, a new comprehensive classification is proposed. The new classification identifies three types of congenital abnormalities of UPVS based on morphological abnormalities and shunts. The embryology and etiology, sonographic, clinical and prognostic characteristics of each subtype of the new classification are described in detail. Knowledge of congenital abnormalities of UPVS can give sonographers a clue and aid prenatal sonographic diagnosis. The purpose of this article is to help the sonographers to understand the new classification of congenital abnormalities of UPVS, master the sonographic characteristics of each subtype and prenatal ultrasonographic screening strategy, and guide subsequent appropriate counseling and management.

Prognostic nutritional index (PNI) is a promising indicator for predicting inflammatory, immunological and nutritional states; however, its prognostic value in overweight and obese patients with cancer has not been explored. Therefore, the aim of the current study was to explore the prognostic value of PNI levels in overweight and obese patients with cancer. Methods: The current large-scale retrospective cohort multicenter study included 3532 patients. Time-dependent receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was used to determine the prediction accuracy of PNI levels for mortality of overweight and obese patients with cancer. Restricted cubic splines were used to model the association between PNI levels and mortality. Association between low PNI and overall survival rate was analyzed using the Kaplan-Meier method and Cox regression model. Results: Area under the curve (AUC) of the PNI for all-cause mortality was higher compared with that of the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in overweight and obese patients with cancer. There was a significant inverse relationship between PNI levels and all-cause mortality (per SD increment-HR: 0.79; 95% CI: 0.74, 0.85; P<0.001). Subgroup analysis showed that the risk for mortality significantly decreased with increase in PNI levels in patients at risk of malnutrition (per SD increment-HR: 0.67; 95% CI: 0.57, 0.78; P<0.001) and elderly patients (per SD increment-HR: 0.74; 95% CI: 0.64, 0.84; P<0.001). In addition, PNI levels showed an inverse association with mortality in patients without malnutrition risk (per SD increment-HR: 0.81; 95% CI: 0.75, 0.88; P<0.001). Subgroup analysis based on tumor type showed that low PNI was an independent predictor of poor prognosis for patients with lung cancer, gastric cancer and hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancer. Conclusion: Low PNI levels are associated with an increased risk for all-cause mortality. PNI level is a potential effective inflammation-based prognostic tool for overweight and obese patients with cancer.

RESUMO

A series of 3d-4f heterometallic cluster incorporated polyoxoniobates (PONbs) with different magnetic properties were first made and characterized. This work not only provides a promising strategy to make new heterometallic cluster incorporated PONbs but also demonstrates an ideal model to probe how transition-metal ions influence the magnetic property of PONbs.

BACKGROUND: Liver injuries have been reported in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). This study aimed to investigate the clinical role played by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). METHODS: In this multicentre, retrospective study, the parameters of liver function tests in COVID-19 inpatients were compared between various time-points in reference to SARS-CoV-2 shedding, and 3 to 7 days before the first detection of viral shedding was regarded as the reference baseline. RESULTS: In total, 70 COVID-19 inpatients were enrolled. Twenty-two (31.4%) patients had a self-medication history after illness. At baseline, 10 (14.3%), 7 (10%), 9 (12.9%), 2 (2.9%), 15 (21.4%), and 4 (5.7%) patients already had abnormal alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), albumin, and total bilirubin (TBIL) values, respectively. ALT and AST abnormal rates and levels did not show any significant dynamic changes during the full period of viral shedding (all p > 0.05). The GGT abnormal rate (p = 0.008) and level (p = 0.033) significantly increased on day 10 of viral shedding. Meanwhile, no simultaneous significant increases in abnormal ALP rates and levels were observed. TBIL abnormal rates and levels significantly increased on days 1 and 5 of viral shedding (all p < 0.05). Albumin abnormal decrease rates increased, and levels decreased consistently from baseline to SARS-CoV-2 clearance day (all p < 0.05). Thirteen (18.6%) patients had chronic liver disease, two of whom died. The ALT and AST abnormal rates and levels did not increase in patients with chronic liver disease during SARS-CoV-2 shedding. CONCLUSIONS: SARS-CoV-2 does not directly lead to elevations in ALT and AST but may result in elevations in GGT and TBIL; albumin decreased extraordinarily even when SARS-CoV-2 shedding ended.
