ABSTRACT
The carbazole unit of the title mol-ecule, C(12)H(10)ClNO, is not planar. The dihedral angle between the benzene and pyrrole rings is 1.35â
(10)°. The cyclo-hexene ring adopts an envelope conformation. In the crystal structure, inter-molecular N-Hâ¯O hydrogen bonds form centrosymmetric dimers.
