RESUMO
As medidas recomendadas na Nota Informativa nº 4, voltadas ao combate da COVID-19, visam, principalmente, a prevenção e o controle contra o novo Coronavírus (SARS CoV-2), reduzindo os riscos à saúde humana ao apresentar medidas de prevenção e controle da covid-19 em supermercados padarias e congêneres. As medidas são direcionadas para as práticas protetivas adequadas para os trabalhadores na área e clientes. Estão presentes recomendações na manipulação/preparo de alimentos, sobre os cuidados durante os procedimentos de limpeza e desinfecção, sobre serviços de delivery, medidas protetivas quanto a saúde do trabalhador e sobre a higienização das mãos e uso de máscaras
ABSTRACT
The measures recommended in Informative Note 4, aimed at combating COVID-19, aim mainly at the prevention and control against the new Coronavirus (SARS CoV-2), reducing the risks to human health when presenting prevention and control measures for covid-19 in supermarkets, bakeries and the like. The measures are geared towards appropriate protective practices for workers in the area and customers. Recommendations are present in food handling / preparation, about care during cleaning and disinfection procedures, about delivery services, protective measures regarding worker health and about hand hygiene and the use of masks
