RESUMO
O presente trabalho relata a experiência de identificação da importância da Educação Permanente para a área da saúde, e propõe a utilização do Método da Problematização para a elaboração de um programa institucional de educação permanente, na expectativa de promover a otimização da assistência prestada aos usuários dos serviços de saúde e fidelização dos clientes, colaboradores e prestadores de serviço. ABSTRACT
This paper reports the experience of identifying the importance of Permanent Education in the area of health, and proposes the use of the Problem Method for the elaboration of na institutional program of permanent education, in the expectation of promoting the optimization of the assistance provided to the users of the health services, and customers, employees and service providers retention.
