La presente norma técnica sanitaria, tiene por objeto la regulación sobre la aplicación y uso de los certificados de libre venta extranjeros, para el registro sanitario de alimentos y bebidas preenvasadas, establecer el procedimiento de registro sanitario de productos clasificados como riesgo C, por la reglamentación técnica centroamericana y la autorización de las importaciones especiales según su categoría

The purpose of this technical health standard is to regulate on the application and use of foreign free sale certificates, for the health registration of prepackaged food and beverages, establish the Sanitary registration procedure for products classified as risk C, by the Central American technical regulations and the authorization of the special imports according to their category
