Avaliação do trabalho na Atenção Primária à Saúde do município do Rio de Janeiro: uma abordagem em saúde do trabalhador / Assessement of labor in Primary Health Care in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro: an approach on worker's health

RESUMO

RESUMO O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar a avaliação do trabalho na Atenção Primária à Saúde do município do Rio de Janeiro, com foco na saúde do trabalhador. Participaram da pesquisa 62 trabalhadores inseridos nas Equipes de Saúde da Família de três unidades de saúde, localizados na Área Programática 2.1. Parte-se do ponto de vista da atividade utilizando o dispositivo ergológico Encontro sobre o Trabalho. Lançou-se mão do Questionário de Saúde e Trabalho no Setor de Serviço. O estudo evidenciou que a avaliação do trabalho deve ser fundamentada no conhecimento específico do real da atividade, acessível apenas pela vivência do indivíduo que trabalha e pela mobilização subjetiva dos trabalhadores tanto individual como coletiva.

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to analyze the assessement of labor in the Primary Health Care in the city of Rio de Janeiro, focusing on worker's health. 62 health workers participated in the analysis inserted in Family Health Teams of three health units, located in the Programmatic Area 2.1. We start from the point of view of activity using the ergologic device called Meetings on Labour. We betake the Health and Work Survey in the Service Sector. The study showed that the evaluation of the work must be based on specific knowledge of the real, concrete activity, which is accessible only by the experience of the individual who works and the subjective mobilization of the workers both individually and collectively.
