RESUMEN
Se presenta el caso de una paciente femenina de 6 años, operada en el Hospital General Peltier de la República de Djibouti con el diagnóstico de peritonitis por perforación de un divertículo de Meckel. Se realizó resección del divertículo y lavado de la cavidad. La evolución resultó favorable. Se revisa la literatura y se ofrecen nuestras consideraciones(AU)
ABSTRACT
We report the case of a 6-year-old female patient, operated in the General Peltier Hospital of the Republic of Djibouti with the diagnosis of peritonitis due to perforation of a Meckel's diverticulum. Resection of the diverticulum and washing of the cavity were performed. Evolution was favorable. We review the literature and offer our considerations(EU)
