RESUMEN
Caso de una paciente de 62 años de edad con una masade 9,5 x 7,3 x 6,5 cm. Localizada en la pirámide basal delpulmón derecho. Se practica lobectomía inferior derechacon exéresis completa del tumor de aspecto lobulado constituidopor cartílago maduro, tejido adiposo y hendidurasrevestidas por epitelio de tipo respiratorio. El diagnósticodefinitivo fue de Hamartoma pulmonar gigante
ABSTRACT
A rare case of a 62 year old woman with a mass locatedin the base of left lower lung. The tumour size was 9.5 x 7.3x 6.5 cm. It was completely extirpated with right lobe lowerlobectomy. Microscopically, it consists of nodules of cartilage,fat and clefts lined by respiratory epithelium. TheDiagnostic was Giant Hamartoma of the Lung
