RESUMEN
El objetivo de este trabajo es aportar a la gestión ya existente, nuevos procesos de reingeniería y herramientas hospitalarias, a ser tomadas en consideración por el Comité Local de Salud del Noroccidente de Pichincha. Para este proyecto se estableció en enero del 2006, un acuerdo formal sin fines de lucro, con la Junta del Gobierno del Hospital Cantonal de Nanegalito, consistente en la evaluación de la gestión del periodo 2005-2006 del área de salud y la presentación de propuestas basadas en la realidad del entorno (AU)
ABSTRACT
The objective of this work is to bring new processes of re-engineering and hospital tools to the existing management system, to be taken into consideration by the Local Health Committee of Northwest Pichincha. For this project, a formal non-profitmarking agreement was established in January 2006 with the Governing Board of the Hospital Cantonal de Nanegalito, which consists of evaluating the management of the health sector for the period 2005-2006 and presenting proposals based on the actual situation in this setting (AU)
