ABSTRACT
The present goal in Implant Dentistry is to elect treatment approaches, which combine both functional and esthetic reconstruction along with less invasive surgical techniques, providing more comfort to the patients. In this way, flapless immediate loading techniques provide us the following situations less surgical steps, less trauma, better recovery, periimplant tissue integrity, and no sutures, among others. This paper reports a case in which a total fixed temporary prosthesis was provided through immediate implant loading with a flapless surgical technique. A step-by-step report is presented highlighting the benefits of this approach.
