Compartilhando saberes: relato de uma intervenção com professores / Sharing knowledge: report of an intervention with teachers

RESUMO

O presente artigo consiste no relato da experiência de uma intervenção desenvolvida com 55 professores de uma escola pública da rede de ensino fundamental de São Leopoldo/RS. Esta consistiu em três encontros mensais, realizados na própria instituição, cujo objetivo foi facilitar um ambiente para reflexões sobre motivação para o trabalho, comunicação e relacionamento entre colegas e entre professor-aluno, além de destacar a importância do papel do professor. Constatou-se que os participantes mostravam-se ávidos e dispostos a buscar soluções para os conflitos que viviam no trabalho e ficou explícita a necessidade de serem reconhecidos e manterem-se motivados diante dos dilemas profissionais. Aponta-se para a necessidade de intervenções de fluxo contínuo que possam instrumentalizar os professores, especialmente no que tange às questões de motivação, relacionamento interpessoal e autoestima.

ABSTRACT

This paper is a report of an intervention developed with 55 teachers of an elementary public school of São Leopoldo/RS. This consisted of three monthly meetings held at the institution with objective to facilitate reflections on work motivation, communication and relationship between colleagues and between teacher and student, highlighting the importance of the teacher's role. Participants showed up eager and willing to seek solutions to the conflicts that they lived at work and it was explicit their need to be recognized and remain motivated to face professional dilemmas. It points to need for continuous flow of interventions that can improve the teachers´ work, especially in motivation, interpersonal relationships and self-esteem.
