It provides an overview of the Australian regulatory framework in this field and considers how the new legislation in the ACT sits alongside this framework. A detailed overview of the key provisions of the ACT legislation is provided, before considering whether the legislation goes far enough in addressing some of the more controversial issues in the field of ART.
