O desafio da clínica na atenção psicossocial / The challenge of the clinic in the psychosocial attention

RESUMO

A reforma psiquiátrica, ao colocar em questão a hegemonia do saber médico-psiquiátrico sobre o tratamento das psicoses e neuroses graves na assistência pública, abriu espaço para a construção de novas formas de abordar o sofrimento psíquico, por meio da conjugação de diferentes saberes e práticas. Este trabalho aborda os impasses e os desafios da prática clínica desenvolvida no campo da saúde mental, em particular nos novos serviços criados a partir da reforma psiquiátrica brasileira, como os Centros de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPs). Procuramos analisar o lugar da clínica no conjunto das ações institucionais, levando em conta a pluralidade de dispositivos clínicos presentes no cotidiano da atenção psicossocial, em que destacamos o dispositivo médico – psiquiátrico –, os dispositivos de atenção psicossocial trazidos pela reforma e o dispositivo psicanalítico(AU)

ABSTRACT

The psychiatric reform, in placing the issue of hegemony of the medical-psychiatric knowledge in treating severe psychosis and neurosis suffering in the public assistance, has opened space to the building of knew forms of psychic suffering though the relating of different knowledge and practices. This work approaches the stalemate and challenges of the clinical practice developed in the field of mental health, in particular to the new services created from the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform, as the “Centers of Psychosocial Attention” (CAPs). We have tried to analyze the place of the clinic along with the institutional actions, taking into account the plurality of clinical devices which are present in the psychosocial attention daily-life where we highlight the medical psychiatric device of attention brought by the reform and the psychoanalytical device(AU)
