Ações para Capacitação de Cuidadores em Unidades de Saúde da Família / Actions for caregiver training in family health units

RESUMO

O estudo, do tipo levantamento, investigou a percepção de cuidadores sobrea capacitação para o cuidado por equipe de Saúde da Família. Os dados foram coletadospor entrevista e analisados quali-quantitativamente. Os cuidadores referiram necessitarde orientações e acompanhamento pela equipe, e reconheceram que a visita domiciliar éprincipal forma de capacitação para o cuidado. Concluiu-se, através deste estudo, que acapacitação pode promover a educação e a autonomia aos cuidadores.AU

ABSTRACT

The study, a survey, investigated the caregivers’ perception about thetraining for care by a team of Family Health. The data were collected throughinterviews and analyzed qualitative and quantitatively. The caregivers reported needingguidance and monitoring by the team, and acknowledged that the home visit is the mainform of training for care. Then, it was concluded that training can promote educationand empowerment to caregivers.AU
