ABSTRACT
Influenza is caused by the infection of RNA influenza virus that spreads through droplets or touch between people or animals. The replication and spread of influenza virus trigger excessive immune response in body, causing some symptoms in respiratory tract, digestive tract and even shock. The strong infectivity has always posed a threat to public health. Screening new anti-influenza drugs and explaining their mechanisms have become the focus of current research. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the new anti-influenza drugs, the article classifies drugs according to the influenza pathogenesis and summarizes Chinese medicine, chemical medicine and combined treatments that have anti-influenza prospects in the present and the future.
